I own a salon in Lake Forest. We've been having trouble with the water heater for our shampoo sink for about a year. I've had other plumbers out to look at it and nothing has worked. Brett from Pinson just left and I'm so happy to write this review! He was very professional. He took his time to really trouble shoot what was going on with our water heater. Rob, the owner, called to check in as well. I'm so excited to report that we know have full pressure hot water!!! Thank you thank you!

These guys are awesome and honest, plus clean and punctual. I thought my condo had a slab leak and we were ready to knock out a wall to trace it's location. Joe's recommendation and thorough examination determined that there was no slab leak. Wow, this saved me lots of money. Thank you Joe and Rob!

Our master bathroom shower started to have a constant drip, we called Pinson plumbing and they were very quick with their response time! On the day they came out to fix our shower they were right on time and with the whole covid-19 thing going on right now they also made sure to take the proper safety precautions (wearing N95 masks, gloves, and booties) when they finished they left no mess behind and their work was impeccable! Absolutely flawless! I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am with how great of a job they did! I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends!

Had a leak in my garage behind the drywall.  Pinson came out to give me an estimate.  They had to cut the drywall in order to take a better look.  They were onsite about 30 - 45 minutes trying to find the leak.  Eventually they did find it and it had to do with my fire sprinklers which requires a C16 license which is not a license they carry.  They told me since they were not able to finish the work there was no charge.  All the prep work they did was very clean, including the drywall removal.  Excellent service.

Rob and his associates are without a doubt the best plumbers I've ever had the good fortune of hiring. Over the past two years, I've undertaken extensive renovations on my home in order to bring it into the 21 century, and that means that I've had to deal with an assortment of contractors of varying degrees of expertise and of all stamps of character. Not only do Rob and associates know their trade better than any other plumber I've ever hired - like the comparison is not even close - they are perhaps the only contractors I've ever hired who genuinely understand the value of customer service.

In this connection, it's important to understand that Rob and his associates don't advertise, because his business is built upon the premise that contractors should establish working relationships with their customers, and then cultivate those relationships so that we indeed become loyal customers. (And don't I wish that all businesses still approached their business with that degree of integrity?) But because Rob doesn't have an advertising budget, it also means that what they actually charge is a true reflection of what it costs in terms of labor and materials to get the job done properly. And this they definitely do!

So long as they're in business, I wouldn't dare go to anyone else for plumbing problems in Orange County.

Bought a new house, not new build, had him come by & replace a few valves, install a new water heater, new kitchen sink, replace all the toilets & plum a new shower. His work was clean, even with the house being torn apart, stayed late to finish everything up & did clean welds on the pipes (very skilled work). I then recommended him to my in-laws, enough said. Sending a contractor to your mother in laws house is the highest compliment I can give!

We had a problem in our home with a wet slab.  After having several opinions from handymen, we called Pinson plumbing.  They came out the next day, scoped the line and were able to find our problem. While that's bad news for us, we were glad we called them since they were quick, reasonable, and friendly.  We will definitely call them first in the future!

If I could give them more stars I would!! We had over $10k worth of work done. All new plumbing under the house, new water softener and whole house filter, and fixtures. Everyday they came to work they were on time, friendly, professional, and above all honest. They were so thorough and fast!!! Quality work. Fair price. Professional and friendly. I had a broken sewer line under my garage floor and tree roots in main sewer line to the street. Rob and his crew of Ray and Brett replaced the broken sewer line and lined approx. 75 ft. To the city's main. The job was completed in 2 days. They were neat and clean. Very polite and respectable. I would highly recommend them.

I had Joe out to repair a drain line under my house on a raised foundation. He showed up on time, inspected the problem and gave me an estimate. The cast iron drain was rotted out beyond repair, he even took several pictures to discuss the issues when he came out. After completing the work, he left our house clean and hauled off the old pipe. I highly recommend Joe and Pinson plumbing.

Rob and the guys at Pinson Plumbing are the best I've ever worked with.  They show up on time, can explain everything they are doing, and clean up after the job.  They will tell you what should be fixed or what can wait and aren't going to push you to make a sale.  Will be calling them again if I need any more work done.

Needed drain and vent pipe in Laundry room replaced and also gas line relocated a short distance.  Workers who came are very professional gave a reasonable quote. They were able to do repair very quickly and everything was done right.  Very happy with service and plan to have them come back soon to help with bathroom remodel.

Called Pinson Plumbing for a leak in my condo between the first and second floor. Brett Bauders from Pinson Plumbing arrived ahead of schedule (finished previous job early) had mask on, was very courteous, explained everything thoroughly. As part of the free estimate, he cut into the drywall to find the source of the leak. He carefully laid out a tarp to catch all the debris first. The leak turned out to be different than I had previously thought, it was from a corroded fire sprinkler supply line, which our Homeowners Association is responsible for repairing. (They don't want anybody else doing anything to the sprinkler system.) Brett cleaned up all the drywall debris and soaked insulation and other trash to his truck. I felt bad that he spent time to find the leak for a free estimate and it turns out he couldn't work on it, so I gave him a little something for a nice lunch.

When I do have an actual plumbing issue next time, I'm giving Pinson Plumbing a call.

I found Pinson Plumbing by searching Yelp.  The 5 star reviews gave me the confidence to call them.

The owner, Rob, answered my call.  He was professional and organized.  We made an appointment for that week.

His employee, Joe, came to give us a free estimate.   He kept us updated on his ETA and explained what needed to be done.  The cost was exactly what he quoted.  No surprises.

I found out later that he took extra time to find us a faucet that was on sale.  Talk about great service!

He fixed two of our leaky sinks promptly.  And he left the areas as clean as they were before he started working.

Fantastic and honest service! I called Rob super late on a Thursday night when my main drain line clogged up. I expected to leave a message and then cross my fingers someone would call me the next day (I am well experienced in sub par plumbers unfortunately, and no phone call back is pretty standard). I was surprised when Rob not only answered the phone, but was very friendly and willing to talk it out with me. His guy came out the next day, showed me the issues, and jetted my main all for a very reasonable price. I have had to do this once a year for the last 4 years due to tree invasion, and have paid up to 40% more in the past. Joe was my plumber, and was very friendly and calming to my wife, who was handling the whole deal since I was working. Thanks to your team!

We had to repipe a drain that ran along the ceiling and into a wall. It wasn't pleasant thinking of all the drywall damage that was going to happen.

Happy to say all the drywall cutouts wasn't as bad as we thought. They explained what they were going to do. We discussed our concerns and they were very good at assuring us they would take care of any issues.

They prepped the area well, did the work and cleaned up. In addition, they covered the open areas they had to cut because our drywall person wasn't coming for several days.

Luckily, nothing out of the ordinary happened other than the prior poor plumbing workmanship.

This was my first time using Pinson Plumbing. They were very professional, prompt, courteous, thorough, and patient in answering my questions. Brett, the plumber, arrived on time the morning of the appointment, to install 3 bathroom faucet fixtures (along with hoses and shut off valves). I also received a text earlier in the morning to advise he was en route. He completed the job in a timely manner, and was thorough in cleaning up the spaces after his work was complete. He also was patient in answering my questions regarding the hardness level of my water.

I am impressed and pleased with the level of service and craftsmanship from this company. I will utilize their services in the future and would definitely recommend this local family owned business to anyone!

Great experience with Pinson. We had a clogged drain and leaky shower fixture. They came in fixed both issues quickly. The plumber was very knowledgeable, friendly and neat. The bathroom was probably cleaner when they left.

I recently had Pinson Plumbing replace my shower valve and fix my leaky bathroom faucet.  Joe is a young man, who is knowledgeable, likeable and very professional.   Very impressive!  I recommend this company highly and plan to use them again.

I had an issue with a slow draining tub that turned out to be a much larger problem with my original cast iron sewer mainline built in the late 50's. Where do I start. I can't begin to express how helpful these guys were. We were having a water pressure issue and originally called Mike Diamond, the overpriced ripoff company that told us we needed to spend $8000 and re-pipe our whole house. Luckily my wife talked me in to getting a second opinion and we came across Pinson Plumbing online. Joe and Brett showed up and within 15 minutes they identified the culprit and were 100% honest in telling us we had a small leak which they were able to repair within a couple hours. Needless to say the few hundred we paid to have them double check the problem and fix it quickly was the best decision we could have possibly made. Thanks again guys and you will be getting referrals from us in the future. The world needs more honest and straight forth plumbers like you guys!!!

I called Pinson to help with installation of a new dishwasher because the company that delivered the machine wouldn't do it once they came and saw that the water lines weren't easy to get to.  I was in a crunch to get the dishwasher installed with a party planned for the next day, everything needed to be in order. I called another plumbing company but they couldn't come out for a few days.  I'm happy I called Pinson next and was offered an appointment in the next hour. Ray came out, assessed the issue and did indicate it could be a sticky situation with the water lines all running under our cabinets and not right next to the sink. We agreed for him to do the work and four hours later my dishwasher was installed and running! Party on!!  Thank you Ray for helping and taking off stress from my mind but your courtesy, cleanliness and expertise were really what made me write this review!!

We had water coming from a shared wall unit in our condominium. Pinson Plumbing was very responsive and in great communication throughout the entire process. The service and experience was by far one of the best as it's owner/family operated. They are very transparent and honest with their recommendations and pricing. Pinson Plumbing is a company that we can easily trust!! Thank you for coming out and taking care of our water leak.

I attempted to replace an old corroded p-trap under a bath vanity and unfortunately the p-trap broke and I was unable to remove from wall pipe due to corrosion. To avoid further disaster, I reached out to Pinson Plumbing in the evening and they were able to come out the next day. Joe was very courteous and considerate, wore a mask for COVID and shoe protection in house. He quickly took care of my problem without further damage. Since he was here, he went ahead and installed the new p-trap, angle stops, and faucets in the double vanity. He threw away trash and left work area clean. He was also kind enough to give me plumbing tips for other projects I was considering.

Two gents showed up with masks and bootties - and this was an outside job! Both were extremely polite and respectful. They came out to give a quote but fixed the issue in 20 mins. Great team - would use again.

Called Pinson Plumbing  out to upgrade my home water filtration system. Owner (Rob) came out to meet me and evaluate my plumbing and to go over what options were available to cleanup and upgrade my system. He explained the different issues and options that were available that would be good for my particular situation. Shortly after our visit I was on the schedule to have the system installed. Ray came to do the work and install the system...It's enjoyable to have a true professional work on my home and not have to worry. He installed everything as discussed and did a beautiful job. The area where he worked is cleaner than it was before he arrived. I can't say enough good things about this company. I would highly recommend them.

Well we had a plumbing issue.  Two years ago we ran across this plumber Ray Dolan and have literally called countless company's trying to find him these past couple of years and low and behold we found him working for Pinson!  He is extremely bright, knowledgeable, understands his trade, and never lets a plumbing issue get to him.  Professional and efficient!  Two years ago we had this clog and he was told by many of his associates what he proposed to do was impossible, so he actually made a tool which effectively fixed the issue!  He came this morning and fixed our issue at a reasonable price!  We are so happy to have found him.  He is a gem!  A real connoisseur!

Overall it was a great experience. They texted me a confirmation as soon as the appointment was set, texted when the technician was on his way, and arrived on time. The repair was done quickly and cost less than I had expected. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Just a small update as I have done them before for Pinson Plumbing. They never disappoint! Today was no different. Had them check what we felt was a problem or had the potential, and it was not, just a minor adjustment, with some helpful information! As long as they are in business, or as long as we live close enough for them to do our work, Pinson Plumbing will always be who we call. We appreciate them greatly.

From the person on the phone to the technician who showed up, excellent customer service. A few weeks ago, my husband noticed an odd stain on some of our wood flooring. So we called a plumber first to make sure it wasnt a leak. I was very worried especially with everything going on with the virus. The guy on the phone asked me several questions to gauge the severity and made my appt. The technician showed up on time and listened to all of the things we thought it might be and thoroughly checked everything out, pressure test and visual inspection in multiple areas. He found nothing and didn't charge us. I was shocked as we took up an hour or more of his time. This company is local and great. I would definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.

Our neighbor recommended Pinson Plumbing for the main line sewer work we needed done.  The owner, Rob, is extremely responsive, called back right away to schedule an inspection.  We hired them for the job - he and his crew was very impressive.  Very professional, communicated with us every step of the process (it was a 2 day job), used text and email to keep us notified of appointment and when crew was arriving, rates were reasonable and the crew worked diligently to get the work done.  Rob even stopped out at our job while his crew was working, as I think he was in the area.  It was a pleasure working with Pinson.  We like to use small businesses and highly recommend Rob and Pinson Plumbing!

I called Pinson Plumbing and spoke to the owner, Rob, who was very helpful. I said our shower drain was clogged for the third time in a year and a half. He quoted me less than the previous two plumbers we've had (one wouldn't even provide a quote over the phone). Rob sent Joe Johnson to do the job. Joe was punctual, polite, and very informative. He snaked the drain, explained that our shower plumbing was done incorrectly which is why we keep having issues (even provided me with a drawing), made some suggestions to avoid clogging, and also answered my questions about a separate plumbing issue. We will call Pinson Plumbing to fix that problem and any future issues as well!

Honest, On Time, and Knowledgeable, everything you want in a Plumber! We called Pinson plumbing after the first plumber we called flaked on our appointment. We had them come out check out a leak at my parents bath tub. After a quick inspection they were able to determine where the leak was coming from and gave us a quote. They were on time and fixed the leak as quickly and neatly as possible considering the leak was within the tub surround.  We decided since we had them out we even had them replace the out dated fixtures with more modern ones. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and professional, they will be the FIRST call next time I need a plumber.

Pinson Plumbing has done a number of jobs for my business and home.  It is always difficult to find a reliable source for plumbing issues, but I am over the top pleased with the service, quality and super reasonable pricing that Pinson provides.  Pinson Plumbing does not disappoint!

We had an overnight water break outside our house causing a cascade of water.  I was able to turn that water off, but unfortunately that also left us with no water for the house - no showers, no toilets, no water at all. I called Pinson Plumbing and received a prompt response from Rob, the owner.  Rob sent Joe, one of his employees, to assess the damage. Given the last minute emergency and the fact Rob already had other jobs scheduled, he would not be able to start the repairs for several days.
 
Here is the first reason why Pinson Plumbing deserves a great review - instead of walking away from the job, Joe and Rob figured out a short term solution that would allow us to have water in our home.  Within an hour, Joe was able to bypass the broken water pipe and installed approximately 40 feet of tubing which allowed us to have water.  The original estimate called for digging up a 40-foot trench and replace the possible galvanized pipe leading from the water break to the house.  Fortunately, the water pipe was not galvanized and did not need replacement.  

Second reason for a great review, Joe called me promptly with the good news and the estimated price adjustment. Joe showed me exactly what pipes were replaced and also reinforced the new above -ground piping to avoid an accidental break.  The work was completed promptly and very professionally.  

The last reason for a great review, the next day I received a call from Rob Pinson apologizing for not being able to be at the work site the day before because of a prior scheduled event. Rob also wanted to follow-up to see if I was satisfied with the work performed AND to notify me that he would be doing a parts and labor price adjustment lowering the bill even more!

I usually do not write reviews, but Pinson Plumbing deserves one. We are very happy with the work Pinson Plumbing completed.  We are especially appreciative that instead of walking away from the job because he was booked, he was willing to help us with a short term solution to allow us to have water in our home. We will not hesitate to call Rob Pinson next time we have a plumbing issue.

Pinson Plumbing is definitely a 5-star operation. I called them to snake my kitchen sink. They showed up on time, completely protected their work area, and got the job done quickly. While checking their connections, they showed me where my galvanized drain was rotting. This explained the horrible smell we'd been experiencing.

They showed us a couple of different options of how to fix it, depending on the condition of the pipe. I was well-prepared to understand what a worst-case scenario would cost. Thankfully, it was repairable without tearing up the slab. I appreciate how much they respected my home and how well the repair was carried out.

This is a local business, run by the owner and a great crew. Their professionalism is beyond belief. For anything plumbing-related, they are the only ones I would call. They couldn't have been more open and honest with me.
