Awesome service! Called Tony to clear a couple drains in my house. He wanted to immediately send his grandson Andrew out to handle it. I wasn't able to be there at that moment, however, Andrew did arrive later and was able to handle what I couldn't in less than an hour. Price was reasonable, and now, one less thing to worry about before the holidays. Thanks again, gentlemen

Andrew at Tony's Rooter Service was great! We had used Tony's years ago but for some reason started using a different plumber. I called both to get a quote to clear the drain from our washing machine. The other company quoted $118; Tony's Rooter quoted $85! Andrew arrived within 30 minutes, did the job, tested the drains and was finished in less than 45 minutes! I was so happy to have the drain working again!!!  I will recommend Tony's Rooter to all of my friends, family and neighbors.

Needed a quick kitchen faucet replacement and found Tony's Rooter Service on Yelp. Our previous plumber quoted us for a much higher price than I expected so I wanted to make a comparison. Tony's got back to me quick and was able to give me a much more reasonable price for what should be a quick job. My guy Andrew came by to replace the faucet, answered all of my questions and was overall a very friendly guy. He got the job done fast and done well. I'd call them again if I had any issues, and would recommend them to others as well.

One of the toilet bowls was completely clogged in my house, and it was unable to be fixed by a plunger. The toilet bowl overflowed and it was a totally disaster in that restroom and nearby areas.  First I called Todd of Rooter Shooter in Diamond Bar. Without knowing the whole story, Todd said it was at least a $375 job.  I thought it was an over estimate and asked him to send his guys over to take a look.  Todd became impatient and declined to send anyone.

Then I tried Tony's Rooter. The man who picked up the call was the owner Tony. He sounded very professional and promised to send someone over in about an hour.  Within 20 minutes, Andrew called me and updated me.  He said he would come over after finishing his job in San Dimas.  He showed up on time as promised.  Andrew is a young and polite man.  I found it very easy to communicate with him.  He got the job done within 30 minutes for $125.  Why Todd of Rooter Shooter said $375 at least?  I further told Andrew that I suspected the outside sewage pipe needed to be unclogged too for a better peace of mind. He quoted $125 for a huge mechanical snake to work on the clean-out outside of my house.  He ran 100 feet with the huge machine. A lot of root was captured. This second job was a $25 discount from $150.  My total for the two jobs was $250.  Sounds reasonable for a fast and professional service.

I really like Andrew's attitude.  He has nothing to hide and explained to me what caused the problem.  It looks like that he really likes his job and the challenges with it.

Highly recommend!! Called Tony's Rooter Service in hopes to have a tenant's shower snaked.   We received a quick call back and scheduled an appointment for first thing the following day.  Andrew was super friendly and accommodating with our schedule.  He showed up on time, took care of the problem and followed up with a call to let us know what caused the problem and that he had completed the job.  Only 95.00. We had been quoted 245.00 just for a house call by another local plumber.  Thanks Tony's Rooter. We will definitely keep your number for future plumbing needs.

Called a few guys from yelp and we picked Tony's Rooter Service.  Very straight forward and gave me a quote on the phone when I described 2 bathrooms were clogged. The very nice gentleman who took the call told me that Andrew could be out there in an hour after his job in Rowland Heights.   When Andrew arrived, he accessed the situation and told me he needed to get onto the roof to clear the clog.
So he did and took out the big machine and climbed up the roof,  he cleared the drains quickly. Happy to have both bathrooms in working condition again.  Very friendly, honest guy.   Will use Tony's rooter service again.

Andrew is my go to when I need a sewer line looked and cleared out. I am in Real Estate and every time a buyer hits me with a repair request the buyers plumber is always three to four times the price and they always add un necessary items. Andrew is honest, punctual and fair. He has never let me down. I refer to him to all my friends for any plumbing needs.

My kitchen sink clogged up so I decided to use Yelp to search for plumbers in my area. I messaged about six companies who not only gave me really high prices, but would not be able to immediately schedule me. Tony's was the only one who gave me a good price and was able to come early morning. Andrew arrived when he said he would and was able to fix our problem. He also gave us a thirty day guarantee. I highly recommend using Tony's.

I am very happy with the service provided! I called at 11 pm to have a main line blockage removed. Tony said he'd have someone there at 8:30 the next morning. Andrew came 15 minutes early, cleared the blockage in 25 minutes and charged me less than what I was quoted on the phone ($112 vs. $125) because it was an easy job. I'd definitely recommend this plumber to anybody!

Andrew is my own personal super hero.  We are having a bathroom remodeled.  The toilet was off and sewage was running from the poo hole into my bedroom.  It was a disaster.  The first plumber contacted tried to upsell us into a $7500 repipe job.  To make matters worse this guy didn't fix the problem and wouldn't come out again -- totally ridiculous.  

We called Andrew out and for $150 he ran a camera down - found the roots that were causing our problem and took care of it with his really large powerful snake.  He showed us the problem on his screen.  He even located an outdoor clean out with his camera.  I appreciate Andrew because he's a straight shooter.  He's easy to talk to and tells the truth.  No upselling or other sorts of nonsense.  He comes in and gets the job done!

Called in yesterday for slow bathtub draining issue and tony was able to come in the very next morning and take care of the issue in a quick and timely manner, he even helped install and replace an old bathtub spout at no extra charge. Overall, he has very affordable prices and great quick service, I would definitely recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

I have used Tony's Rooter for several years and most recently hired Tony's Rooter to fix the clogged mainline of our home.  I called late in the evening and Andrew was there first thing in the morning. Andrew is reliable, responsive and honest. He explained the issue in a clear and concise manner. Unfortunately my experience with the company was not good. I will not use them again. The bath tube was backed up, they came to unclog it. However within 5 days it's backed up again. I ask them to come out to finish the job but they said they need to charge me again. So I called a different plumber - based on the length of the line that he ran, I am pretty certain that the job was not complete the first time around. The guy is nice but the job he did was disappointing.

Got all the parts, fixed my noisy toilet,  and replaced my toilet seat and handles. Really appreciated fast and friendly service.

We had a main water pipe break at our house water meter. I called Tony's Rooter. Andrew arrived within a couple of hours. Andrew was wonderful. He had our water restored by mid day. We are grateful for all of Andrew's hard work.

Definite 5 stars,  hands down.   Not only did they contact us right away but accommodated my busy schedule and fit us in as soon as they could.   No up selling,  just gave us what we needed to have done and wasn't happy until everything was perfect.   Even after I said it was fine the way it was!   Nope,  had to make sure everything was on point.   Highly recommend!

Used this company for a third time. This experience was not as good. I was told over the phone a maximum cost. When the technician arrived, he said the price would be double, and he would have to bring a helper to do the job with him TOMORROW.  When I reluctantly said OK, he seemed surprised. After a few minutes he said that he made a mistake. He said because he had to pay someone to help him, he would have to double the price again.

All the people that I dealt with are the same, but the values and integrity seem to have slipped to me.  Changed from 5 star to 1 star.  I think the grandfather on the phone would have been surprised by the technician at the job site.

We had a clogged drain in the kitchen sink.  It was a rainy day, but Andrew and his helper from Tony's Rooter Service came out.  Very punctual.  First they checked the kitchen sink.  They also noticed it was near the washing machine so they decided to root out the kitchen sink and the laundry line.  They saw that they could snake them out from the roof.  In a very short time the drain was flowing again for a very reasonable price - $112.  No extra charge for the laundry line.  Excellent plumbers.  Very professional.  We will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

So this morning before I went to OPH and the farmer's market in Orange, I walked into my garage and I heard a mysterious hissing. I was in a hurry and told myself damn I hope its not a gas leak and left (I know I'm dumb). When I got home I still heard it and we inspected it. Leaky pipe going to the water main.

My mom called her friend and she referred us to Tony's Rooter Service. They got here within 30 minutes of our call, which is really good (I couldn't get a hold of the plumber who lives down the street; he has small kids and it is a Saturday morning). The techs were really nice and quoted us 195. They removed our non-functioning water softener and replaced a T connector. Total parts and labor ended up being 215.

Quick service. Nice guys. Very reasonable for a Saturday. Work looks good (clean).

I just want to say if you're ever in need of a plumber. Tony's Rooter Service is the best around! I called them for a leaking toilet they arrived within the hour. Their technician/plumber Andrew was fast, honest and reliable. I felt I could completely trust him in doing an honest Job. I've used other plumbers in the past but Tony's has earned my complete trust! The cost was very reasonable and he finished the Job fast. I was able to have the repairs done and get on with my day. He also went the extra mile after noticing a clog and removing it, once the toilet was removed to put a new seal. He also cleaned up after and did a overall great job! So if you ever need a plumber call Tony's ask for Andrew he's great!

Three weeks ago our main sewer line backed up.  We called Tony's.  They could not find the plug for the sump pump and it did not seem that they did a very thorough job of cleaning the sewer line.  Yesterday it backed up again.  The owner said that the grass had probably grown in again and clogged up the drain and that there is no warranty. The first time he charged $150 . This time they again charged $150 and it still appears that they did not do a very good job of cleaning things out (we have had it done right before but hoped to save a bit of money) , but he says he will offer a 60 day warranty--this time.  Had I known that they would insist on charging again I would have gone elsewhere.  I strongly recommend that you do not use this service.

It is great to have a contractor quickly return your calls and not try to charge you additional fees after they have given you  a quote.  I would recommend Tony's to anyone needing a plumber.  They were on time, clean, polite and knew what they were doing.  The quote over the phone was the same price in person.  My kitchen sink was backed up and Andrew did a great job getting us up and running again.

When everyone else was giving me next-day appointments, this crew was quick & clear with call-backs & ETAs, prompt & effective service, and reasonable pricing.
