This was the third electrical service company I called to try to fix a problem I have had for two weeks.  I was having trouble with other companies even returning my call!  Giselle from American Electric Service called me right away when I reached out through Yelp.  She was super friendly and she was able to send a crew of three people out same day to diagnose the problem and get me a temporary fix while we scheduled the full repair.  Whole thing was done within two days after my initial call to them.  Yarin and George took care of a circuit overload issue I was having in one of the rooms in my house.  They added a two additional circuits to my panel to solve the problem.  Excellent communication, dressed professionally, and solved a problem another electrician had started to look into, but walked away from since they didn't have time for me.  I highly recommend American Electric Service!

Just had Miguel Ramos and his helper Samuel out to house to hook up my jacuzzi. Found him here on Yelp and answered the phone the first call. After explaining what I needed Miguel was very straight forward and confident that he could do the job. We set up an appointment for an estimate that believe it or not he was on time for. Upon arrival I explained what I needed as far as my wires going under my house for my 240 volt and stood back as Miguel's knowledge took over. He open my aging electrical panel on my house and tested a existing breaker stating I was lucky and the panel could handle the job. Miguel explain that he would need to make a couple of holes below the panel to feed wires threw the wall and under the house to install something called a disconnect on the side of my house to connect the jacuzzi to. After looking inside the control panel Miguel told me that I wouldn't need a CFCI plug that it has to have by code because it already had one. I asked what it would cost as Miguel tallied in his mind what he needed a price that seemed very reasonable was agreed upon. We agreed with the old fashion hand shake which made me feel comfortable I was hiring the right licensed electrician to do the job.

The day of the job, which by the way was 2 days later, Miguel alerted me by text that his helper was going to arrive first and he would follow after picking up the larger gauge wire needed for 240 volts. It was so awesome that they we on TIME. They installed this long 8 foot ground rod like 7 feet into the ground. Even know there was wiring already to the jacuzzi Miguel disconnected it and replaced with new wire. All of the mess was cleaned up as the worked and when they were finished the only way you could tell they were there was the jacuzzi was running.

For the past few months, I've been looking for electrician to install a high ceiling light fixture for my parents. The majority of firms either didn't have the ladder or quoted an exorbitant price. Ron was really helpful. He came on the same day I called as it could have been urgent. Assessed the situation and tried his best to resolve it late in the evening. He made sure that everything was safe, said we should wait a few days and see if there is a recurrence. If there it happened again he would come and look for everything through a method of elimination. He is awesome, explained everything to us, showed us a burnt wire and the best part is he takes credit cards online. I would highly recommend Ron. He is a professional and a gentleman.

I Recommend Will 10000%!!!! I didn't end up having to hire Will because the free advice he gave me over the phone for my partial power outage was Wonderful and Extremely Helpful.  On Saturday night we lost power and I left messages for 5 different electricians to call me back. All of the electricians were closed until Monday and I thought I was going to have to be stuck without power for the rest of the weekend. Will's office was closed too, but unlike all of the other electricians, he called me Sunday morning on his own time to ask questions about the problem and give me guidance over the phone. He told me to call DWP so that they could check the power pole and switches for free and find out if I really needed him to come over. DWP fixed the problem for nothing. If it hadn't been for Will, I would have had to spend a lot of money and be stuck without power for a long period. He's really kind, honest, knowledgeable and he has integrity. I saved his contact info in my phone and he will be the first electrician I call for any future power problems. Thank you so much Will, You're the Best!!!!
