Chris installed a 48 inch long light bar over my bathroom vanity. I had previously checked the contents of the package in a cursory way to verify that I had received  the correct fixture from the store. Before he came was the first time I took the fixture out of the shipping package and I  realized that the outer light glass had separated. When Chris came he pointed out that the chrome casing was compressed and that it might not be possible to use the fixture. He said he would see if it could be fixed and he was able to shape it pretty well. Since the damaged surface could be put on the ceiling side the light fixture could still be used. Chris told me that if I wanted to return it he would come back to reinstall the new one. I called the store (Fergusons) and they apologized and said they would replace (even though it was almost 2 months since delivery and I obviously hadn't checked the package very well). Chris said that the light would be sound as installed and I  decided to keep it. I really appreciate that Chris worked through this problem and was very obliging and willing to come out for even a 3rd trip on the original price estimate if I wanted to replace the light. Thank you Chris.

We had AES install a pendant light in our new nursery. They were very professional and were able to install the light even though there was an issue because it was from Europe. Yarin and Brian were very friendly and helpful and cleaned up immaculately. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again!

Patrick is a fantastic electrician who walked me through every step of the process of installing
electrical outlets in our garage as well as a 240V outlet for an electric car charger outside the
garage. He was on time and provided excellent service and communication. He followed up on
my original query, obtaining city permits, and having his work inspected by the city. Patrick took
care of all of my concerns along the road. Everything is running fine, and I would definitely use him again in the future.

I relocated my guitars tore in Pasadena in June and needed to get some electrical work done quick, nicely (showroom) and within a budget. I had a hard time to meet all my expectations and then John arrived:
- he was on time for the first appointment (in L.A. and with a tight schedule, is really good);
- he worked out a solution within my budget and had very good inputs to meet my needs (professional showroom and back store-room);
- he managed to have the work done at a very short notice and within a short time frame.

I'm very happy with the work performed and after 3 months have nothing to complain about. John tried to work with the existing electrical system in the back, including existing neon , and when these started to act funky, he offered to come back and work on them as a warranty, at no charge!

I will recommend him to my friends and fellow local businesses anytime! And will certainly work with him for some electrical work in my house.

Handled the business at hand in a timely manner. Gave advice on how to proceed with continued electrical problems. Took a look at a glitchy ceiling fan but then left it inoperable after being unable to repair it.

I called on a Saturday morning and sent a few images to the electrician Bobby and was able come to my condo in DTLA a few hours later and complete the work in the same day. Very rare to get same day service. Bobby worked effectively and cleaned up after finishing the work. Highly recommend.

I met Chris a few years ago for an estimate to correct a back-fed circuit and adding some exterior outlets. Chris was very prompt with replies and patient with questions. He estimated a fair price with no pressure. I ended up fixing the back-fed circuit myself and decided not to add the exterior outlets. Since I had a good experience with Chris back then, I recently reached out to him for an estimate on a 200-amp panel upgrade. Again, Chris was prompt with replies and patient with my many questions. He was able to quote a fair price and a timeline that worked for everyone. Although Edison was slow with the meter spot process, Chris was on it with obtaining permitting and materials for the project. As promised, the panel upgrade was completed in one day (others quoted two or three days to complete). I will definitely turn to Chris for my electrical needs in the future.

Chris was great! I highly recommend him and his services. Seriously, if you need an electrician, call him! He was able to come over right away. He removed my broken fan/light fixture and installed a new one. He was efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced. I am so happy I found him and will definitely be calling him for any electrical needs in the future!

I had a whole extremely lengthy review of the Electric Connection, so lengthy in fact that yelp said it was too long and therefore I  could not post it.

It is probably for the best because in reality when we check our trusted Yelp reviews we really just want to know the facts that will quickly help us decide between businesses. With this in mind, here is my updated review.

While the Electric Connection was not all bad, I will explain later, The fact is that the installation job that they did was not according to the manufacturers guidelines. The bottom line is I never would've known this except that it was brought to our attention by the Inspector from Building and Safety. Apparently the issue was not bad enough for the inspector to refuse a sign  off but it was not correct according to the manufacturers guidelines. Without getting into the minutia that I am trying to avoid, The issue was that the Inspector noticed that the bend radius of the incoming A1 and B1 terminals were close to being excessive for the gauge used. It was pointed out that the wiring diagram was for an underground service. For overhead it is recommended to be installed differently in order to avoid an excessive bend in the wires.

I guess the bottom line is that when we hire a professional, we expect certain things. I expect that the manufacturers guidelines will be followed, I don't know anything about the electrical standards, that is why we hire a professional. If the work they did was such that the building and safety inspector mentioned that it was not correct, I feel the obligation to put this in my review. We have choices and we should know that our choice is the best one, thank you Yelp!

Here's the good part about the electric connection, they have hired some exceptional employees, James and Tony in particular. James is a  fiercely loyal employee who sold me on the company in the first place. I fear the problem is that they did not live up to James's promises. He promised 100% satisfaction and when I didn't have it they did nothing to rectify it. Disappointment!

Ron is a great electrician. He is excellent at the work - super knowledgeable & skillful - and he's just a nice guy with a fantastic personality. He fixed a few issues that we were having around the house and also took the time to answer additional questions that I had about adding sockets to other areas in the house. He's very fair and reasonable with payment too. Thank you, Ron!

Initially, I had planned to install Tesla Solar, but after waiting for 7 months, I decided to explore other options. We found this company further down in the google search results because, if you don't already know, the bulk of the top listings are just fake companies that refer you out and earn a commission doing so.  This is A REAL COMPANY.  That employs actual electricians. Professionals.  That know what they're talking about and doing.  They found that we had water damage from a unit above that shorted some AFCI breakers.  Came in and replaced them quickly and everything was back to normal.  Fantastic service, will use them again in the future.  Bookmark this fantastic company.  They will treat you right.  Don't get fooled by those fake companies that do nothing but refer you out and collect a fee.  Call these guys, they are professionals that get the job done.  Thank you Bryden Electrical!

Will definite contact again! I messaged Tomas on Wednesday night and he was able to come out the next day. I wasn't available but he made time Saturday morning to change out my faucet and hardware. Sebastian was 15 minutes early, worked extremely efficiently and left the area cleaner than when he started working. Can't recommend Excellent Handyman enough!

Bill is amazing! He took care of various electrical issues in my Mom's house. He was timely, professional, respectful and went over and above to make sure everything was done right and was safe. I had a tricky wiring problem that I wanted expert help with.  I searched Yelp for recommended electricians and found Romano Electric.  I called, and was told an electrician was in my neighborhood and could be available later that same day.  Devin arrived at the appointed time, inspected my wiring problem and wired up the circuit quickly and efficiently.  He was friendly and explained what he was doing as he performed the work.  Total elapsed time from placing the call to expertly completed work was under two hours.  Outstanding!
