Crown plumbing, give Mr. Richard Harris a big pat on the back PLEASE!!!!
My home warranty had me pretty upset, this is the 4th company they contracted to do a job for my home... Well, everything happens for a reason because Crown plumbing was worth the wait! Friendly , knowledgeable, and professional service was paramount! Mr. Harris was great with my inquisitive children and my sweet (yet ferocious sounding) dog! The job was not easy and required him to get on the roof to access a main line. I saw him up there in the sweltering sun, still friendly and politely informing me of what was happening. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am. The problem was addressed and I now know who to call immediately (forget home warranty! ) For all my plumbing needs! I will be sure to send recommendations your way any chance I get. 5 stars! Please extend my gratitude to Mr. Richard Harris himself. He is a wonderful ambassador for your brand!

These guys are great. I've always had fast, friendly service. They are always there when I need them for any plumbing issues around the house.

Amazing job. Professional, friendly, and timely. They called ahead and we're able to come out earlier then scheduled. They let me watch as they put a camera in the sewer line and explained everything they saw.

Unlike others we had come out, this company was great at explaining what the risks were and what I could fix myself.

Jeremy fixed my washer and ice maker today.  GOLD STAR service:  with 1 day notice, including a parts run.  Will call him next time we need appliance repair!

Called at 8 am and they were able to have Dennis at my house by 9 am.  I assume this is not normal and I just got lucky.  They were $80 just to show up, and this does NOT apply towards any repair costs.  That is purely informational for the next yelper.  Dennis immediately found I had a bad compressor, replaced it, answered all my questions and gave me lots of information.  I'm happy with the service.

Great, fast service but we were charged $650 for an hour of work to unclog toilet paper from the toilet. He did have to remove the toilet and he replaced the wax ring but for that price I could've purchased a whole new toilet. I certainly was caught off-guard by this price but the plumber was professional and got the job done.

When you think plumbers, you think this is going to be a mess (pun intended). But that's not the experience we had with Jake's Plumbing. They were extremely knowledgeable and actively explained in detail what was going on and showed us how to prevent it from ever happening again. I think that's taking it a step beyond because they are looking out for your best interest. That's so rare these days. When you find someone who does that, you will always remember them!

The problem was solved in no time at all and I'm so glad we called Jake's! If you are looking for an honest, reliable, knowledgeable plumbing service, that places the emphasis on service, as well as a great price, look no further. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I was able to get a fast an accurate quote from Austin for our leaky bathtub faucet. He was able to come out the same day and provide great service. He was respectful and fast. He detailed the work that he was doing and charged a fair price. Accepts card and Venmo. Thank you!

They were very responsive and professional. Located the septic outlet and performed the pumping in short amount of time. Could not tell they had been here when the job was completed.

Although I didn't end up hiring this company I can say I was very impressed with the response time and professionalism.  I won't hesitate to contact this company in the future.

Our kitchen sinks and laundry drain all backed up. This happened a day before leaving on vacation. C & C son's plumbing came to my rescue. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule and made me feel like a priority. Very friendly and explained to me what they were going to do do before doing it. After the service, they provided me with tips on how to keep my drains running smoothly. They are a small company and they treat you like family.

I hired pro rooter to drain my septic tank on 2-2-22
They came out within a few hours  said they were done was told that I had roots that I needed to snake the  outside intakes on 2-28-22 i had same issues Called a license plumber he came out and snaked all traps and told me that not the problem he lifted the door to septic tank said that's your problem your full
Called pro rooter they said they would call back within an hour they called back 3 hours later I had already called out another septic service  said they could come out next day  for $485.00 more when I had already paid $500.00 I said no
The other septic service came out we're at my home for quite some time emptied septic tank and said there no way they emptied it all the way told me I should be good for another year and a half to two years and he had my husband inspect to show him it was emptied when he was done  I would definitely never hire this company ever again they should be ashamed of them selves. They should know that repeat customer and word of mouth make or brake companies  bad service to do a job not even half way

I contacted them, placed on hold listening to you get more with Gilmore' talking points. All they could tell me is that parts were ordered. No clue if we expect them in a week or a month. This just goes from bad to worse.

This company installed a fan on my air condition unit and did not do a good job at all. The two tech (one younger, other older) did not know what they were doing. The young guy just through stuff in the unit and my house started shaking badly(which caused structural damage to my home.). called them again and the young guy had an attitude because he didnt want to come back to fix it again. I just wanted them out of the house. DO NOT GO TO THEM!!! Ask for another company if you are dealing with American home buyers insurance. PR plumbing was wayyyy wayyyy better.
