Called Jung Friday to schedule for Saturday. He answered the phone (that's a difficult task in itself these days)! Scheduled me for Saturday morning. He let me know when he was on his way (that's very helpful!). I already had a new kitchen faucet for him to install along with new 1/4 turn valves to replace. I also had some sediment coming from the water heater, clogging my existing kitchen faucet which started when I had turned off the main water to the house and back on. Jung properly cleared out any junk from my water heater before installing my new parts. He was easy to talk to and took care of everything I asked for. He quoted me $160 for this job on the phone and that's what he charged. He's an excellent plumber with experience and you can be sure he will do the job right. He also gives a 90 day warranty which I liked in case there were any leaks or other problems (but there have been no problems as of now, a week after the job). I don't like to call any plumbing companies that have lots of plumbers, because you never know what you're going to get. I prefer only hiring a plumber who is the actual master plumber like Jung. You can see that most reviews for Jung are outstanding. I think you can completely ignore the couple bad reviews. You'll be in good hands for sure. Thanks Jung.

I called Cooper's Plumbing this week for a bid on a bathroom remodel project. He came out the next day and gave me some great options that were within my budget. That's what's great about Cooper's Plumbing. I have called on Steve for many occasions from those emergency kitchen leaks, remodel projects  and installation of a new water heater. He even picked up the product from a distribution center and took away the old one from our home. I was tremendously grateful. He's been my plumber for over six years. It's great to know you can rely on an honest, dependable Plumber who's well experienced and won't empty your pocketbook.

In the middle of this terrible heat wave, the air conditioning stopped working completely. Katelyn was very kind to schedule us for same-day service, and Conner came out and fixed the problem later that afternoon. Both the office and the technician were very pleasant to work with, and the work was excellent. The repair was not even very expensive, and Conner gave us the good news that the A/C unit overall looks to be in pretty good shape. We have been happily running the A/C ever since, because it's about 110 degrees all week. Very grateful to Controlled Climates that we now have a controlled climate!

I had an emergency situation and I called Leedway Plumbing and explained the situation and Willie was over in 15 minutes and saved the day! He was personable, affordable and professional. Definitely give him a call for your plumbing needs! He saved me from a lot of stress! Lol

Highly recommend Acme Drain! They were the only plumbers who showed up quickly on a holiday weekend and they were so nice, honest, and professional! They swiftly and professionally took care of our tree root problem and left everything spotless!! Call ACME!

Steve provides great and reliable service! He helped fixed a roof leak for me.  He really knows his stuff and is just an overall good dude.  Highly recommend!

Bullseye Leak Protection really saved us! We had a pipe burst during the Christmas holiday season. It was very hard to get a plumber to come out to the house. The ones who we did find were charging us an arm and a leg to make the repair. One even suggested that we replumb the entire house! But Bullseye found the leak and figured out the least disruptive way to fix it. They kept telling us that their goal is to make it seem like the leak never happened and they were never there. And they succeeded! The plumber Jesse and his helper Max and Marina in the office were all fantastic, respectful, efficient, and professional. And most of all they were so nice to my mom -- which of course is bonus points!

Clog in the toilet on Christmas Eve.  First thing in the morning, day after Christmas, I called American River Plumbing and they were here within the hour.  These are my new go-to guys whenever I have a plumbing issue.  I couldn't be more pleased.

One of our showers was not getting hot water so I started looking for someone to repair that for some time. Couple weeks later the water heater went out and would not light at all so now no showers had hot water. I called several places the day it happened (yesterday). Most said Monday or Tuesday would be the earliest but I called AMP and Israel Sunday morning and he said he could be here in an hour. He was here on time and diagnosed both problems in a reasonable time. One was the thermocouple being out and the shower needed a new cartridge. All done within an hour, however he stayed an hour extra just to make sure everything would still be running great for us which I really appreciated. All our problems fixed before noon. True professional, would recommend Israel from AMP without hesitation. Thank you again

When I saw the one star review, I had to jump in and give my FIVE star review.  I have been calling Benitez for services for about ten years now -- I ALWAYS call them ever since the first time they helped me with a plumbing issue.  Why?  They show up when they say they will, they are courteous, they are lower priced than most plumbers, and they get the job done right.  Enough said.

This review is based on Noain Plumbing inspection of a sprinkler system and their responsiveness to follow up questions. Noain Plumbing was contacted due to a soaking wet yard which we were concerned had a leaking sprinklers system. They clearly said everything was working well but upon my inspection one of the sprinkler control was leaking continuously. I just had a few follow up questions about what was included in the inspection and if this continuous leaking was noted. They did not answer any calls placed to their business number. Took a full day to respond to emails and did not actually answer all the questions. I understand their job is complete once they are off the property, and things may change but as they clearly stated on their undated documents, to reach out for any questions yet Noain Plumbing was relatively difficult to follow up with. And over a two day period I doubt that leak just sprung out of no where.

My videos of the leak would do this review more justice but unfortunately I can only attach a photo. In this drought state and just general conservation, this water leak is something that is incredibly wasteful and would need to be fixed. And yet, it's not even noted in their report. I suppose I didn't pay them and it's possible the seller who paid for this inspection received a more detailed report. Based solely on the squeaky clean report, voicemail only phone number, and long response to emails I would not recommend Noain Plumbing.

Definitely call Mr Rooter very knowledgeable straight up with diagnosis will definitely use again .

Great service, great staff! Our Crystal Blue service technician worked late into the night to fix our HVAC system. Our technician (Michael E.) was a consummate pro, very knowledgeable, and his workmanship was of the highest quality. This is a great company, and I highly recommend them!

Marvelous Mark recently replaced about 50 feet of old cast iron sewer line as well as the 14 corroded return air duct that was lying over the sewer line on the dirt in the very tight crawl space under our house. He did this in a day and a half and managed to leave one of our bathrooms functioning at all times. He was so pleasant, considerate, hard-working, and reasonably priced!The cost was under $100 per linear foot , whereas we had received a bid from another company that was 5 times more for replacement of the sewer line and over 3 times more for a trenchless repair (which, BTW, would not have uncovered the large hole in the return air vent leading to the furnace.) How refreshing to find an honest, decent plumber who does excellent work at a fair price. We are so grateful to Mark and to our friend who gave us the referral!

My well water pump didn't work and Purkey's came quickly and did the job.  They were friendly, and responsive.  I have since used them to help elevate my slow water stream from my sink faucets, they were great again, quick and I have water pressure again!
