We had a broken garbage disposal and the kitchen faucet that needed replacing.  Jung returned our call immediately & was able to come the same afternoon.  He arrived at the time promised and all the work was done quickly including cleanup. The price was fair and service came with a 30-day warranty.   We are very pleased!

Another great experience!  We had a leak from our water heater/thermal expansion tank.  I called Jung and with his help, I was able to turn off the water supply to prevent further damage. His response time was great!
He has been very helpful investigating the cause and patient while waiting for water mitigation and repairs to the area where the water heater was located.  He is great at responding to calls and texts and explains everything so that I can understand.  He even checked in after the work was done.  Highly recommend Ace 1 Plumbing!!!

Great service from Cooper's Plumbing ! We first had Steve over to hook up the water filtration system in our newly purchased home. The job was completed in a very professional manner.

The second time I used his services was when I accidentally  drilled a hole into a copper water pipe located behind a wall.  It was late in the afternoon and I had to shut the water off to the house, leaving us in an emergency situation. Although Steve had a full schedule, he said that he would make the time to get our water back in service. This was music to my ears.

Again, very professional work.  And thank you for going the extra mile for the safe of my family !

So far we've had our furnace replaced through Controlled Climates and now have had the AC repaired.  When that unit doesn't work anymore, we're calling Controlled Climates to install a new one. Always professional, excellent reminder system, and never feel as if we're being sold any work or parts that aren't needed.

I had an emergency situation and I called Leedway Plumbing and explained the situation and Willie was over in 15 minutes and saved the day! He was personable, affordable and professional. Definitely give him a call for your plumbing needs! He saved me from a lot of stress! Lol

I had grease build up in the line my kitchen sink drains into, and my sink would back up.  I called ACME Drain at 11 a.m. and they came out and cleared the line right away.  It was all done in less than an hour from the time I called them.  Great service and a very reasonable price.

Steve provides great and reliable service! He helped fixed a roof leak for me.  He really knows his stuff and is just an overall good dude.  Highly recommend!

Recently I had Bullseye come out and locate a leak under a concrete floor. There technician was very professional and helpful. His location of the leak was within 6 inches of the mark he left on the floor, saving me who knows how much time. I felt the price for the service was very reasonable and he left me with some great tips to help me with the repair. Anyone with a leak under their concrete slab home or business should call this company.

I had a very good experience with Benitez Plumbing. One of my young sons decided to flush a Spiderman toothbrush, which clogged the toilet. Benitez was recommended to me by another plumber. They were friendly on the phone and were out to my house within three hours. Very professional, treated me with respect. Would happily call them again if needed.

I called Noain Plumbing for a gas line I needed to have installed on a building that had never had gas. After leaving a message, they returned my call not too long after. They were both very pleasant to deal with and gave me suggestions on options, based on their many years of doing these jobs. The estimate for the job was a very reasonable price. After the job was finished they called to ask if there were any questions, and I let them know that I was pleased with the work they did. Definitely will call them again for any future jobs involving plumbing.

I had called another Plumbing company for help to replace a faulty regulator on my outdoor fire pit.  This isn't a big job but it is recommended to use an experienced plumber if you don't want to blow yourself up.  Well, the first company said they didn't do this work even if their website said they did.  So, I called Mr. Rooter late in the day. The young man who took my call was very professional and he assured me they could do this job and had experienced staff who had done this type of job before.  Steve came out the next day on time, took a look at what needed to be done, and gave me a fair estimate.  He had to go buy the regulator but he came back quickly and had the job done in little time.  I observed the work and felt very confident with the quality of the work.  My fire pit is back in business for the upcoming cool weather thanks to Mr. Rooter.

On the day the plumbers arrived at 4pm of the day they said they could fix the leak and stated they had to reschedule after I took the day off work due to ordering a part. They stated it would not take more then 1.5-2 hours so they would return at 9am next day so that I wouldn't need to reschedule work as I work from home.
On the day of their return they were here at 9am sharp. They started the job and I reminded them that I had to work by 2pm. The employee and owner again stated they would be finished. At 11am I checked to see what the status was. The employee said they had run into issues. He said I'm going to put the handles back on but you won't have water until we come back out. That was not acceptable to me as my clients use the shower.

I'm a widowed, partially disabled mother of three children and a loss of income means sacrificing medications I need or food etc so I was very upset to need to cancel work for a second day. I told them I needed them to finish the job that day.
They agreed to stay but the owner was incredibly rude and demeaning to me when I was clearly upset at missing work due to their incompetence. His own worker even was upset that the owner gave him no additional man power as this was clearly a two man job. They even had to come back out twice to re-fix the job, but it still was not done right and eventually my landlord had to hire a new plumber to fix their mistake. The new plumber also stated that the new plumbing handle they installed was not up to code.

The whole day was so horrible; there was a new issue after new issue throughout the day. They did not even leave till after dark of that evening.
When they finished they left a bad patch work job on the wall in my closet that they cut open and didn't put the insulation back in. The shower handle they put on was not functioning right and myself and others were being scalded with hot water due to the defective handle. The fact that  the employee was frustrated and bad mouthing the owner was proof enough of their unprofessional behavior. The owner Tim is a rude individual who has no business running a business when it comes to professionalism.

I'm so glad I found Mark Johnston.  He was quick to return my phone call and I was lucky enough to have him come out the same day to fix my tankless hot water heater.  Mark was great about following up to make sure that everything was working properly and was quick to return when my water heater needed an adjustment.  I would highly recommend Mark to anyone needing repair or installation.

My well water pump didn't work and Purkey's came quickly and did the job.  They were friendly, and responsive.  I have since used them to help elevate my slow water stream from my sink faucets, they were great again, quick and I have water pressure again!
