We discovered a nasty smelling bog under our house due to the kitchen drain pipe breaking. Millennium Plumbing got us an appointment for a free estimate the same day. They quoted a fair price and were efficient, professional and friendly. Jesse fixed it right away. We could not have asked for better service. My wife and I are doing multiple home remodels  projects at our home from hardwood floors to window blinds and painting the interior. We have utilized many different contractors for different jobs the past month.  I would like to start this review with complimenting two employees in your office Marlene and Anna. After I made my first initial call to Always Affordable Plumbing: Marlene was able to fit me in right away for a service call regarding needing a new garbage disposal and leak from my kitchen sink looked at. Over the next two days i spoke to Marlene and Anna who both  were very nice, polite  and made sure I was aware of when the Plumber would be arriving at my house. We were playing phone tag a few times but they both reached out and showed they care. I received an email ,texts, and spoke to both them. This is how a company from the start should work with their customers to have a great rapport and keep  a new customer coming back to them. There are so many companies now that dont follow up or show great customer service as the two of them did.
Plumber Troy B. was dispatched to my home and welcomed  and introduced himself at the front door. I showed him the issue with the leaks and garbage disposal. He ran to home depot to get a new disposal unit, came back and in less then 15 mins fixed the underside plumbing in the kitchen. He had a great personality, customer service oriented and did several tests of the plumbing before leaving my home. All 3 employees deserve a kudos and I will be coming back to your company for plumbing issues in the future. Keep up the great work!

Good quality work. Expertise  at its finest always  dedicated  to complete every  job.

Waited on another company to make contact with me for almost 48 hours. Called AccuFlow and they were at my house within the hour. It was a brutal clog but they fished it out under an hour. All for a more than reasonable price. I will go to them if needed in the future.

Great service, was able to come do my repair same day.  Showed up on time and did the repair at good price.  Will use their services in the future.

This was my first time having to need a plumber. It's a nerve racking experience but Mascorro Plumbing really put me at ease. He was super professional, punctual and got the job done  I was sooooo happy with his work I highly recommend for anyone in Porterville!

Mike and the guys at American Leak Detection were amazing in helping us repipe our hot water line in the house after the original broke and flooded the house. They were quick, efficient and most importantly, honest. I had a ton of questions and Mike was patient to answer them all and gave me his honest opinion, even if that meant not making an additional sale. He wasn't going to sell us something just for the sake of making money if it was something we didn't need. I would highly recommend Mike and American Leak Detection to anyone needing a plumber.

Mike showed up 15 minutes later than the time he stated he would be at my house. He quoted me an amount and began working but at the end of the job, he asked for an additional $40 because he had to do more work than he originally quoted me. Not only did he have no sympathy for the messy job he did, he lied and said he'd be back to fix the mistake and never came back. He kept messaging me to remind him and every time I did, he'd say he was busy and to reschedule.

He is very unprofessional and did a quick, messy, and unsatisfactory job. Definitely would not recommend him to my family and friends.

Within an hour of me making a post on Yelp, Charles had messaged me from ASAP plumbing and he came quickly to fix my problem (a pipe on the side of my yard was leaking underground). Wow! Antonio really went the extra mile when he replaced my water heater. The old one was a mess with extra jury-rigged pipes to an extra sink, and it leaked all over the garage. Antonio got rid of the mess and had the connections to get the wet drywall replaced immediately so the job wasn't delayed. We had HOT water that evening!

I've never been so proud of an appliance, but my new water heater is a thing of beauty!  Antonio even took care of my garbage disposal at the same time. Thanks, Antonio!

Don't even  bother, not reliable and that's the last thing you want in a plummer

So we have this manhole in our front yard that connects to the sewer, and we noticed wastewater started to come out of it smelling nasty as heck!!! In three days we noticed if we used water in the house, the bathtubs and toilets would start to bring up the wastewater inside the house and outside!!! So, a friend recommended big joe! He came in 10 MINUTES!!!! Only charged us $125 (amazing, someone else was gonna charge $800 wtf??!!) and he fixed it quick. Some tree roots were clogging the pipe!!! Very friendly and practiced safety protocols because of covid as well (ex.wearing masks, gloves, etc.)

We had a new well drilled on our residential property and I needed the pump transferred from the old well to the new.

After several failed appointments with other pump companies, I contacted Chris. He was refreshingly professional. While other companies were scheduled out for months (some were so booked they flatly told me no), Chris was on-site within a week!

The day of the appointment I had a message from Chris that he needed to reschedule because he had recent calls from clients who were completely out of water. But when he learned that I had taken the day off to be home for the job, he made arrangements and was at our home within an hour.

He's happy to do the job unattended, but was also ready to explain and re-explain.

Tips:
* Consider the cost estimate more like a bid
* I rented a trencher and dug the trenches for the new pipe myself, which saved us hundreds of dollars
* Your appointment may be changed last minute if more pressing customer situations arise

We called to have a service maintenance on our AC they charged me a service fee of $95 to inspect it, I think the guy that came was named Mike...he explained that our PSI levels were low for the temperature it was set at and that he is going to add some freon to it and run it for about an hour.  He quoted a charge of $45 per lb for freon and $105 for a dye to see if there is a leak in it which I was ok with. As soon as he did his job I felt that nice cold AC blowing. He was upfront with all possible costs and it was actually less than he quoted. So far everything is good. I would definitely call them again for any future repairs.

Jared is a flake. We came out to unclog a sewer line going to the street. He broke his tool and had to return. He came back said that he cleared it but it did not work. We had paid him $50 . He admited that he could not fix it and referred me to another plumber and said he would return the money paid to him.
I called him 4 times over the past year. He always promised to refund his fees, but never did.
AVOID THIS PERSON!
