Horrible, horrible company! My home warranty sent them out to my house when my ac went out last week. They came out and assessed the issue and said they would come back the next day with the parts to fix our ac, the also said we had a leak in our heater in the attic, they called another company for that issue I guess. Anyways, they came back the next day and said they fixed it. I come home from work (my mother in law stayed at the house while they were there) and my ac STILL doesn't work and has the same issues as before (sounds like the air is on in my house but go outside and the unit isn't running, house is also getting hotter) so I call, no answer, I call the office, no answer, I get a call about 30 min later from the son? I'm assuming, he tells me to call the warranty company and they send him back out and that he has other appointments but he'll try to get me in. I thought wow how great of him! Ugh, I was wrong. So they come out on Friday apparently look around at who knows what and sends me a text at work telling me that the coils in the attic are dirty and clogged since we're putting a new roof on our house that's the main reason it isn't working. They tell me my warranty doesn't cover this since its preventative and if I wanted them to do it they would charge $95! I looked it up on YouTube, it's not a $95 job. I did it myself, however, when we went to look at the coils in the attic, THEY WERE CLEAN!! So we had my father in law come look at the unit (he works at an electrical plant and does way more advanced work and he's pretty handy, we should have called him the the first place, sigh..) I thought he was going to have a heart attack when he saw the wiring! They left exposed wires attached to the unit so next time we get rain, sprinklers, any type of water and it hits those they whole thing will blow out. The used duct tape instead of electrical tape and just did a really sloppy job. Another thing he noticed was the relay on our unit (a part they supposedly fixed) had blown out, which is why out unit wasn't turning on (or the fan, since this part helps with the running of the fan) we were luckily able to get the part for free from his work and he installed it and what do you know?! Our ac works again!! In one of the hottest weeks of August we were out for over a week and we were the ones who ended up fixing it. We called our warranty company and complained and told them that they were more than likely ripping the company off saying there is more that needs to be done than what really does. We also put in a request to NEVER have this company called out again. If this is who your warranty company sends out for your ac request someone else!! I wish I could give 0 stars but I guess they were still nice enough and not total jerks. But their workmanship sucks majorly!
