Armstrong Plumbing was the answer to ALL of our plumbing issues. We originally called them out because our water was mixing in our sinks and showers. Kyle (extremely nice and professional) came out and identified the problem and had it fixed within a few hours for a fraction of what a competitor had quoted us. We were so pleased with the work he did we decided to have him look at a larger plumbing problem we had.

We had a leaking shower for years in our master bathroom which had leaked into our downstairs ceiling. We hadn't used the shower for 3-4 years because of the leak. Kyle cut a whole in the dining room ceiling to investigate the source of the leak, almost positive it was the drain. They discovered a lot more than we expected. I was then introduced to Mike Schlumpf the remediation manager, great guy who I got to know very well as he held my hand through what became a very complicated project. Mike has an excellent team of guys who came and did the demo on my shower and ceiling. Nick is extremely nice and does great work. Mike had referrals for tile and dry wall contractors that he had established relationships with. They turned out to be great guys who did excellent work. It wasn't easy or fun, but Armstrong Plumbing got the job done. They were friendly, professional, fair and honest. I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or remodeling done.

Yesterday, Kyle and Nick came and changed out the shower trim which completed the remodel/restoration of our shower. Today, I took my first shower in it. It was wonderful! Kyle installed a huge 12 inch square rainfall shower head and new handle and not only are they beautiful compared to my old calcium stained gold shower trim, but they work great! I feel like I am at a spa. My shower is just so beautiful! It's a total transformation that without Armstrong Plumbing and remediation would not have been possible. Thank you Mike, Kyle and Nick for giving me back my master bathroom shower and making it ten times better than it was before.

I had a leaky toilet that had been running for way too long, when I reached out to a friend for a plumber referral. He said Keenan was one of the best in the business and I will agree with that 100%. From the moment I called and explained my problem and potential other issues, Keenan was on it.  He respectfully listened and communicated start to finish for the job. His coworker Al completed my toilet replacement with cleanliness and efficiency. It was a refreshing experience having a competent and respectful company complete a job. I've already recommended Allied Sewer & Drain to friends!

Shawn, the plumber is a fantastic employee. He is so knowledgeable, respectful, and  professional! He wore his shoe coverings & took them off & on before he came into our home! I know it is super annoying  and we greatly appreciate that so much! We were so happy with his work!  He completed each issue quickly & safely! We want his company to know how much we appreciate him!! Shawn is a wonderful employee!! Such a valuable man with awesome skills!!

This guy was great! He was super responsive, worked quickly and efficiently fixing our messed up water heater. I loved that he responded when I called and did his best to work within our expectations for timing. We were very happy with his work and would absolutely call him again for any plumbing concerns.

This company is truly the epitome of what a family owned company should be. They are friendly, quick and honest. Have had them come out to service our house for different things over the last 8 years and have never had a bad experience. The technicians are all nice, know their stuff and wont over sell you. Highly recommend this company!

Their plumber Chris Z. visited my home when I suspected a leak, he was generally very helpful and inspected everything thoroughly and gave us some good advice. It was quick, helpful, and friendly service. I would call them again.

I had issues with a shower for years and kept replacing the cartridge only to see the issue repeat a few months later.

I knew I needed a new shower set installed but I didn't have the time to dedicate to the project.

We hired a handy man who recommended Franco's for this one job. I now have a permanent plumber, and handy man for that matter.

The crew (2 guys) came out and gave an assessment. They quoted a price that was within 10% of what I expected to pay and had calculated as the time, effort, and energy coefficient.  We agreed and they started.

They cut into the wall behind the shower to access the plumbing, saved me a bit of heartache thinking they would have to remove the tile. All work was completed and the drywall was placed back where it had been removed.

Now, a fully working shower!

All I have to do is tape and mud the cuts, then paint. Or, install an access door for the plumbing so we don't have to cut again.

Had to call them because I never got a call back after using their Online Service Request FORM, but they were punctual, easy going, well mannered & performed all requests. Cleaned my shower line of grout debris, cabled from the clean out on my driveway, showed me all the lines with a camera & all that for only $99.

Absolutely great handyman. Can't say anything negative. Honest, polite and throughly completed each job to perfection. Trustworthy. I've tried Angi, handyman.com without success. They never contacted me back. Contact Trevor if you want perfection.

Great experience. Received a courtesy call from the office prior to technician's arrival, and he arrived exactly on time (in fact, several minutes early). He was knowledgeable and courteous. He figured it was a dead capacitor by the sound from inside the house when the unit was turned on, and upon direct inspection the diagnosis was correct. The capacitor was replaced and coolness was restored. I will call on this company again in the future.

I had Johnson plumbing come out to my house because my dishwasher was getting backed up with water. They checked under the sink and the dishwasher. He said the lines were fine and that
I needed a new dish washer.

I had only lived in my house  2 yrs and I know the dishwasher was less than 4 yrs old. The dish washer always worked and that wasn't the problem it was the back up of water that would cause concern for me.

When I ran the dishwasher the water would drain out. I figured that it was the air gap I didn't have( thank god for Google) instead of going out and spending $800 for a new dishwasher they suggested.

I had another person look at it and he changed the hose with a new one and added an air gap I didn't have. I'm so glad I had enough common sense not to go out and buy a new dishwasher. I would of had the same problem with the new one since it wasn't the dishwasher at all, I just needed a air gap.

I'm thankful I didn't get a new dishwasher and have to pay someone to install it. That would of been a huge expense on my part. So disappointed that they had no brains at all to figure out but I did.

I Google everything these days you have to or people take advantage of you cause they know you have no idea of what's going on.

I never write reviews. Ever.. maybe once I believe,  but 100% satisfied. Not only were they friendly they hand wrote a letter thanking me for choosing them. Even if the service wasn't as good and I received a hand written letter thanking me, that goes a long way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Darren always does a great job, no matter what the plumbing issue is. So happy that I found him.

I am so impressed with Daniel's responsiveness and attention to detail.
I called him for an estimate and he arrived promptly and as scheduled.
His ability to listen to the details I requested was amazing.  He even provided CAD drawings of the work without missing a single detail.  All the items I requested were included and it was obvious that he had his act together.
I can't wait until I am ready to schedule my bathroom remodel.  I was so impressed with Daniel that I assured him I will seek his services when I am ready for the next step.  Just a very professional individual who actually listed to exactly what I wanted.  Again, very impressed.

Horrible customer service.  They didn't return phone calls or text messages.  They showed up when no one was home then call and refused to do the job.  Very unprofessional!!  Very rude on phone!
