Pro plumbing came out and replaced our water heater today an hour after our apartment complex contacted them. They showed up with a new water heater, and provided amazing service.  They were polite, professional, and installed the water heater so fast. I can't recommend them enough!

Nelson Plumbing was impressively responsive and showed up exactly on time. They were polite, professional, worked quickly, gave an accurate estimate, and left zero mess. I will absolutely be calling them for any future plumbing issues!

Our restroom had a flood & I called several places but no one was able to show up, I found Jonathan through a friend from church and he came out to help! He fixed the leak issue and help clean the water flood. I'll definitely use them again!!

TJ is the guy to call when something breaks.  He enjoys a challenge and has diagnosed and fixed our A/C on short notice.  On another occasion he replaced an exterior water pipe in a hard-to-reach location that had developed a pinhole leak and was spraying my house.  He is very knowledgeable, capable, experienced and happy to explain what he's doing, the problem he finds and the solution.

This plumbing company grabbed a work order as a Lowe's third party service provider to install a new kitchen faucet purchased at Lowe's. They scheduled an installation appointment via text. I arranged my schedule accordingly and made necessary arrangements for authorized access to a gated community.

Late in the day on the day before the appointment commitment I receive a voice mail message from My Dad's Plumbing informing me that after several attempts to reach me they are canceling my appointment and would tentatively reschedule 10 days later.

I immediately returned their call as it was just minutes before their office closed. The man repeats to me that my appointment was canceled because they made several attempts to reach me and I didn't respond. False, untrue. Period!

Then he changed his mind with a new reason for disrespecting a consumer with a unilateral cancellation and informs me that the actual reason was the assigned technician for the scheduled appointment tested positive for COVID.

I abruptly terminated the call at this point as I don't want anything to do with this plumber as credibility was now completely questionable.

Next day, (today) I contacted Lowe's who blacklisted this 3rd party plumber from their network. I also instructed Lowe's to cancel & refund money for the $210 pre-paid installation fee as this plumber generated significant reputation damage for Lowe's as well as misrepresenting themselves to the consumer and failing to deliver honest, truthful service on a commitment to provide specific date driven service for a pre-paid work order only to leave the consumer, Lowe's and the 3rd party aggregator hanging.

Frank was great...so great, we're considering adopting him into the family.  His response was fast, plus he was super innovative in hanging our outdoor shades (despite my mismeasurements).  We would totally recommend Honest Lee for any work that needs to be done around the household!

They were able to come same day and in about an hour. They were very timely and even called to say they were on their way. I called because I was having problems with the kitchen sink not draining very well. Edward came out and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We didn't have a clean out but he was still able to use a smaller snake and help clear out some of the clog. The issue was resolved and we are very pleased. He also helped tighten some things up and move our dryer into the house [we just moved in]. Very happy with the service we received and will be calling again if we have any further issues. Thanks!

So we bought our house in February and we already knew we were going to remodel the bathrooms. We had never really done any sort of remodel project so I really wanted to do my research and find a contractor I really trusted to be able to do all of these bathrooms eventually. We contacted 5 contractors. They all came out and did site walks. Only three of the 5 contractors gave me quotes. I never heard from the other ones again. I knew what I wanted for the most part, but I still had a ton of questions. Out of the remaining ones only one really stood out and was patient with me and made me feel comfortable. They made the process super easy and honestly did a fantastic job. Thank you so much Gilgen Contstruction for the awesome work. I can't recommend them enough.

Larry from ABC was highly recommended by another plumber, but never showed up. I was given a four-hour window and waited dutifully, working in the backyard. But while the office never mentioned it, apparently Larry won't come unless he speaks to you on the phone to confirm you are there. Missed two calls while at work in my garden, waiting for him to show up. On his second call he said he'd try again later and I tried calling him back twice, but he didn't bother responding. Altogether waited 8 hours with no result. Businesses please note - in the modern world many people never pick up the phone unless you specifically tell them you are calling... Big waste of time, will let my plumber friend know he shouldn't be recommending Larry so highly.

Had the owner of this crap business come to my home and do the most simple task a plumber does, un-clog a kitchen sink. it is now a month later and it is clogged again, I called him and he wants to charge us again for service call! F**k him in fact it has only been 30 days he says his warranty is  30 days. my wife is very organized we keep all receipts and marked it on our calendar, today is 31 days and we called him last night. he said it has been longer than 30 day, my receipt would beg to differ!! anyway do not use this guy for anything, if he can't clear a simple clog the rest of his skills are in question !! Not to mention his shitty warranty that he doesn't stand by!

We had our water heater go out, and needed a company who could figure out how to fit a newer, maybe bigger more efficient water heater into an older home. They sent over two guys that looked over the spot, gave us a bid, and although it wasnt the lowest bid-kinda the middle price bid- I went with them because I knew from previous times I have called out Rapid Rooter, for sewer backups, that they were FAR superior to the penny saver guys I have used long ago, and frankly, better than at least TWO of the big plumbing companies we have called in town. They got it installed, cleaned up, and I can relax because I know it was done right, with no hassles. Best experience with any sac area plumber, hands down.

They are in and out at Dee's so it's best to call the number on the door at the storefront (disregard the open sign in the front window -- I think it's meant only in a loose sense). Price was very reasonable for the replacement part I needed and they took the time to walk me through how to install it. If you need someone with substantial plumbing experience, you might want to consider Dee's.

It's not Home Depot.

Had some guy in who works for Earl come out just Wednesday, not even 2 days later my bath tubs are filling up again and toilet is flooding. Don't ever go to this company, the mans name was Robert Juarez. Now having to have another plumber come out and fix the job that should've been done right the first time. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star.!!
