My friends recommended this and I was so happy with the work they did.  I just bought the house and was still living 400 miles away.  I needed a kitchen wall removed and tiled countertops to quartz. We spoke on the phone and discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen.  As the work progressed - he sent me pics and called to make sure it was correct. The kitchen looks great now that the wall is down and countertops placed.  A month after I moved in, I decided to remove the walls between living, dining and family rooms - again the outcome was great.  I highly recommend them for doing any type of work needed.  In the near future, they will be changing out my double doors in the entry way and painting my garage.

Way way way expensive and lousy job. Got all my circuit breakers replaced with brand new switches. Couple of them got broke again in less than year, So I again called Radiant electric, the came and replaced switch again with hefty charge. This again start sparking and tripping. Finally I called licensed electrician and got the panel replaced and now things are normal. The new contractor told me that the price I paid for switch replacement with Radiant is way way higher.

There is no work guarantee at Radiant electric and also looks like not very expert in fault analysis. The problem with my panel was bus bar got corroded and aged out confirmed by several licensed electricians which this company failed to conclude even after several visits.

Was referred to Hall's Plumbing from another highly Yelp-rated plumber.  Bill the owner answers the phone and Chris called me right back.   Chris was even patient with me when I got anxious and called him to double check that my late Friday afternoon appointment was still on his schedule.  (Not being able to take a shower will do that to ya)  We'd had a middle-of-the-night flood from a sewer back-up in the downstairs shower's drain.  Chris quickly assessed the probable culprit and location (rootball at the street) and gave me minimum and not-to-exceed quotes before starting work.  He cleared the blockage promptly, showed me what to look for and how to handle any future blockage. Call them old school, but it is the kind of old school you want - providing trustworthy, informative customer service.

They have quality work, customer service, and friendly staff to replace a hot water heater!  After discovering a leaking water heater on a Monday morning they were able to come to my house late that night.  Gary talked to me on the phone for about 15 minutes and explained to me the brands he thought were great and how the brand of water heater that I did have was below average.  He provided me with a Bradford White tank with an excellent warranty program and I've never been happier!  Flash Water Heaters is the best hands down!!!

I found water on my apartment bathroom floor on Thursday and I submitted a plumbing request through my property management. Thank God my apartment managers use Costless Plumbing as their vendor.  Their office responded within less than 24 hours of my request. Met Charlie through a referral of a friend. I could not recommend him highly enough. It is so hard to find a good HONEST plumber these days. We had a large hot water heater at our church that went bad and he and his team took such great care of us and even after installing it realized our pump was going bad, he offered to fix it for parts only. I want to highly recommend Kyle of Koenig Plumbing for your plumbing needs.  He responded right away to my concerns by text and came out to our rental right away.   Kyle took one look at the plumbing and knew what needed to be done. He fixed a leak and clogged drain, changed out my kitchen sink faucet, installed a new garbage disposal and also connected my dishwasher which I never used because it never was connected to plumbing.  He also checked our tub and other plumbing around the house.  Very nice guy.  Great advice and service.

I was having problems with a leaky valve that supplies water to my evaporative cooler. I had called out a HVAC tech but was told it was a plumbing problem. Que J&L Plumbing. I got a call and voicemail from J&L Plumbing around 9:45 to schedule an appointment. When I returned the call I spoke with Linda who told me that there had been a cancellation and they could fit me in later today between 11 AM and 2:30 PM. I took the appointment and asked to be called before the plumber left the job before mine. Based on past experiences from different plumbers, I figured that my who day would be wasted waiting and they probably wouldn't show up until an hour after they stated. I was wrong, by 12 PM, Linda called to advise me the plumber was on his way.

When he arrived John (the plumber) I let him know what the situation was. He took a look for himself and found the problem was tied to a nut that wasn't tightened properly. He then took the time to explain why the valve was leaking and gave me a few tips on what I can do in the future. He had the problem solved within 15 minutes. To top things off, he let me know that if the problem reappeared to give them a call and they'd come back out and fix it.

I've never really used a plumber but when I do, I know that I'm calling J&L Plumbing.

Ron showed up on time (actually a minute early), he was clean, well dressed, and professional.  We had a sewer problem.  He quoted his rates up front and then checked out the problem.  He brought out his big rooter machine and cleared out our sewer connection.  He checked the sewer pipe with a remote TV camera.  He even replaced the flapper in one of our toilets at no extra charge.  I won't hesitate to call him the next time I have plumbing issues, and I highly recommend him.  It's nice to know that honest plumber isn't necessarily an oxymoron.

JR left a business card on my door. I really needed help with some gardening. I needed the lawn front and back mowed and some bushes and an olive tree taken out.i also wanted to see how much it would cost to put in sprinklers in just the front yard. He came over and gave me an estimate and started working. I signed a contract, and he did the work. I asked him for a copy of the contract and receipt of payment. He kept telling me he would bring it back and never did. He also told me he would be back the next day to finish up. There was some garden trash he was going to take away and to fix the sprinklers he put in. He has never cone back. I kept calling him and texting him. He finally called me back and said he had to have some surgery and would send me the copies of the contract and receipt of payment. It has been over 25 days, and I still have not received them.  It's very sad when someone in business takes advantage of the people he is doing work for. So now I am going to have to pay out more money to finish the job JR was contracted to do.
