Ray was recommended by a family member who knew him personally and was familiar with his skillset.  We have had Ray out to our home several times for various repairs.  He is a great communicator and knowledgeable in his field.  He is honest, reliable and cares greatly about his customers.

I don't normally post review if companies but feel compelled to write this one. I had an appointment set up with them for the evening of Thursday night. We exchanged a couple of emails but then I didn't hear anything. When I text them, the guy tells me I didn't respond in a timely manner so they booked another job. I waited all day and cleared my schedule for the evening. I just find this unprofessional and poor customer service.

We hired Raymond to do some plumbing in our master bathroom and he was professional and polite and did a good job. He was able to snake a drain that had a bad clog and everything works great now. We will hire him to do future work we need and recommend him.

Great service. Showed up on time. Worked fast and efficiently. Cleaned up after he was done. Sink works great. I will use him again for my plumbing needs.

Very responsive and I get updates immediately which I need for insurance purposes. Easy to work with and reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend.

August plumbing has helped me and both of my daughters with our various properties with many different plumbing needs. So professional, leaves my home cleaner than it was when we arrived and is always on time!

I called them to do a gas line installation to add a second quick disconnect. Fast and on time. Quality of work is excellent and what we asked for came out better than expected. I would recommend and will use them again.
