This company is so rude the owner is a jerk. I wish I could give no stars. If you want to be be disrespected and talked down to then this is the company for you. Save your money and hire a company that will respect you as a customer!

I was having problems with a leaky valve that supplies water to my evaporative cooler. I had called out a HVAC tech but was told it was a plumbing problem. Que J&L Plumbing. I got a call and voicemail from J&L Plumbing around 9:45 to schedule an appointment. When I returned the call I spoke with Linda who told me that there had been a cancellation and they could fit me in later today between 11 AM and 2:30 PM. I took the appointment and asked to be called before the plumber left the job before mine. Based on past experiences from different plumbers, I figured that my who day would be wasted waiting and they probably wouldn't show up until an hour after they stated. I was wrong, by 12 PM, Linda called to advise me the plumber was on his way.

When he arrived John (the plumber) I let him know what the situation was. He took a look for himself and found the problem was tied to a nut that wasn't tightened properly. He then took the time to explain why the valve was leaking and gave me a few tips on what I can do in the future. He had the problem solved within 15 minutes. To top things off, he let me know that if the problem reappeared to give them a call and they'd come back out and fix it.

I've never really used a plumber but when I do, I know that I'm calling J&L Plumbing.

Came out to service my shower and bathroom sink. I told him what the problem was with the shower ( no water pressure and only gives hot water) . He said he believes it to be a cartridge issue and that he did not have any on him therefore he did not want to open it up. This was also through a home warranty call and he stated he did not want to open anything up because he wanted to make sure he was paid. Never heard anything back from him until I called about a week later where Linda left me a message stating service could not be done. Had I not called never would have been told, your a plumber but have no tools. Ridiculous

Regard to bathroom sink, pipe just needed tightening so he did not fix anything there. Waste of time . Definitely would not refer anyone to this company

John came with our home warranty.. said he couldn't fix our faucet and that we needed a new one.. he came a second time to give us a recommendation on what kind of faucet to buy (would of preferred for him to just tell us over the phone, just better use of time).. he came a third time it was really hot outside and he said our shut off valve was broken.. hard to believe because my husband used it not too long ago and it worked.. he just had a horrible attitude was rude to me and my kids.. I can understand the frustration but we're really hard working people who take pride in our work and customer service... And he was straight up rude, short, and condescending to my husband, children, and me..

Wonderful service, quality plumbing and very professional. If you live in the Ranchos and you need help with your plumbing I suggest you call J&L

J&L was called out as a part of our home warranty. The plumber complained about the house probably not being built right. He tried to clear a clogged sink for about 15 minutes before giving up and saying that the home warranty wouldn't pay for him to get on the roof?

In reality it took me about 20 minutes under the sink with a hand tool from Home Depot.

If you have the option I would absolutely avoid J & L in the future.

Warranty company referred me to J&L Plumbing after a seven day delay after another plumber stated that they couldn't find a clog, and blamed water coming up our pipes on our washer machine leaking. After appliance repair person came out and determined that our drain pipe was clogged, J&L Plumbing came to the rescue. I received the authorization from the Warranty Company and received a call within 30 minutes as opposed to the normal 1-2 day wait. Linda was very kind and stated that John could be at our home within a couple of hours. John came, was able to find a clog, clear it, and get us back in business. With five kids at home, not being able to do laundry is a disaster. We are truly thankful Linda and John were able to accommodate us so quickly and will certainly request them any time we encounter a plumbing issue in the future.

John and Linda are extremely nice. Very prompt with setting up appointments and showing up for them. After having City Plumbing no show for an appointment TWICE, these guys were at my house the day I called them and had a brand new water heater installed the next business day. I would highly recommend. Thank you J&L.

Called a plumber out thru our home warranty co they sent J & L. Linda was nice on phone but when John came out he was lazy and did nothing but complain how the warranty co wouldn't pay him to replace our kitchen faucet. He said the first time he was out he had to cut my granite counter tops tops to remove my faucet. I wanted another opinion so they sent him back out at my dismay. he told the warranty co I had modifications and they don't pay for modifications. I don't know what he was talking about. Bottem line he did not want to work period. I called my warranty co back they sent out another plumber T & N plumbing they fixed the problem in 5 mins. Done. If you need a real plumber don't call J & L
