Had a small drip leak in one of the water lines in our bathroom wall. Called Shields plumbing after hours and they returned my call first thing the next morning and sent a crew out to repair the leak before noon.  The crew did a great job locating and repairing the leak with minimal damage to the wall and sheetrock. The crew also did a great job answering our questions throughout the process.

I've called/used Jim on several jobs in my home. He's very honest and reliable. High quality workmanship and very dependable. I highly recommend Jim's Plumbing if you want experience, knowledge, honesty, quality workmanship done in your home.

Called Dennis to arrange a kitchen faucet replacement.  We had a new faucet ready to go.  He answered my call immediately, gave a range of cost for the work, offered a time slot the next day.  He was about 30 minutes earlier than the appointment, which worked fine for us.  He had a surgical mask in his truck, however I provided a new, better KN95 mask, which he wore.  He worked efficiently, removing our problem faucet and installing the new one.  He tested all the functions of the faucet.  We were very happy with his service and courtesy.

W3 had a clogged sewer drain, which turned out to be the result of roots in the pipes.  Our regular plumber recommended Domco and advised that they won't rip me off like the regular rooter companies.  I can't say enough about how great they were, they came at the estimated time, were knowledgeable, efficient and effective.  They resolved the problem and also helped me better understand the plumbing in my 6e year old house.  All this at a very reasonable price.  I can't recommend these guys enough!  Five stars!

I had Jeff's do some repairs at my mothers condo several times in the last year and they've always been great. We recently had a more serious issue that caused damage to another condo next door. I called & spoke to Serita who assured me that they could start repairs the following day and it be done the same day. They did just that! Corey & a couple other guys were quick, thorough and cleaned up everything when done. My mom was on the verge of going to a hotel in a panic but Serita kept in constant contact with her throughout that day and even gave my mom her cell number to reach her directly with any questions. She even called to check on her later that week after the job was completed. I can't begin to say how great this staff is from start to finish,  from the office to the field techs we were in best hands possible.  They will always be my go to Plumbing Co.

We had a leaking fireplace gas turn on valve.  We were afraid that the fireplace hearth would have to be opened up because of how the pipes were situated below.  Jesse Portillo came and saved the day!  He carefully took off the church key valve, and found the leak underneath. He had a great deal of difficulty threading a new pipe on the existing pipe in the hearth because it was crooked.  He refused to give up until he got it all put together and sealed.  His outstanding work saved us thousands of dollars and much heartache!

Matt was great. I told him that my kitchen faucet was losing pressure. He came by a couple days later, and checked the water pressure, and came to the conclusion that it was the faucet itself that was the issue. He did not charge for this. He offered to install the new sink that we were soon to purchase. We setup an appt for the next week when our new kitchen faucet was set to arrive. He came by and completed it in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.  Matt also mentioned that he had the same kitchen faucet in his home and it was plumber approved! Lol Thank you Matt for doing such a great job!

I called out of the blue for a plumbing problem and Nicole assisted me . She was outstanding, thorough , brief and friendly. She was great and yes, I would recommend this company based on my interaction with Nicole .

I had an issue with my pump leaking and also spitting out a lot of air.  I called Butch and got same day service.  I saw the negative reviews and can honestly say my experience was not the same as theirs.  Rasmussen came as a recommendation from my neighbor who also had a great experience.  I would absolutely use them again for anything pump related.  Honest, friendly, and reasonable.  I believe you can trust them to do the job and not take advantage of you if you don't know a whole lot about pumps and issues they have.  Another company I called earlier told me I needed an entire new pump system when it was actually just a valve and float.  Butch was very informative on the problem and only replaced what was needed.  Solid job.  Great people.  Use them.

I have never written a poor review on a company like this company needs to have a poor review written! They are a septic tank company, that we called out for one of our rentals, they went out pumped out the tank and 4 days later we still have a problem. We called them back out and the owner of the company said, Well we only pumped out liquids not solids because you didn't tell us to pump out both. That was the most ridiculous statement I believe I have heard! So this company had 2 payments a $400 each for something that should have been done correctly the first time. We had to call  a different plumbing company out, that has now fixed our problem for our house.

Worst service I've ever had...horrible customer service, professionalism, and plumbing service, or lack there of. About once a week our toilet has been backing up, which myself and my husband have been able to plunge and fix. However, the other day it backed up to the point of not being fixed. Two people from this company came out and did absolutely nothing other than be Ruse and unprofessional. My husband barely got the toilet to work this morning and now on top of that, our property management company (Royal T Management/Bridgewood Crossing Apartments) wants to charge us for not cancelljng!!

DISHONEST.  He suggested what the problem might be but did nothing to fix problem and charged us $255.00.  After several phone calls we were refunded $127.50.

I wouldn't even give them one star! Great tech but shady owner who doesn't even live here in valle!
