Our home warranty service contracted with Water Heaters Only for our service request. Valerie at WHO was in touch with us within hours of our service request to set-up an appointment a few hours later in the day.  She worked with us to schedule a time that worked around some existing appointments we had, and was very understanding and agreeable.  

Brandon arrived to diagnose the problem within the designated time frame.  Ultimately, we needed a new unit and were scheduled for the new installation within one hour of diagnosis (had to get authorization from home warranty company).  Matt arrived the following morning as scheduled and installed our new unit without incident.  He was very nice and affable, and carefully explained all the work that was completed.  He was responsive to our questions.  

I would highly recommend the services of Water Heaters Only.  They were very timely in their work and responsiveness, and were nice people.  I would not hesitate to contact them again for future service.

Vince was great. We had a leak under our kitchen sink and other places and needed help. Vince responded on a Sunday and crawled under our house to evaluate our plumbing needs. He made recommendations and suggested some cost savings measures.  Vince came back Monday and made all the repairs. His quality of work and responsiveness is unmatched. I highly recommend Vince's Plumbing and will hire him for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I had a plumbing problem that was causing a big issue for my family.  I contacted several companies but only Plumbing Care offered service within an hour or two, even though it was late in the day.  Andre arrived just after 5:30 p.m. and was able to solve the problem with his persistent effort to our relief.  He also thoroughly cleaned up the impacted areas very well. We were extremely pleased with the service we received.   We highly recommend Plumbing Care and Andre.

We had a water damage in our rental property and 911Restorations team did a great job drying out the home for us after removing baseboards and carpet padding as needed and lifting the carpet. They were very professional and understanding about the issues and patiently worked with us and the tenant on resolving the issue. Their work was of great quality an home was fully dry. They measure the moisture content few times in the home and let the fans running as needed.

We had to submit claims with insurance and they worked with insurance as well. Later we withdrew the claim for various reasons and 911Restorations team worked with us and tenants and patiently waited until the damages are fixed and we resolve the issues at our end with insurance/tenant etc. In future if we have water issues this is our go-to company.

Scott installed a RO under-sink filter for us. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and fairly priced. I would highly recommend using Shields Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

J called Jeffs after reading about him when i googled for a plumber. i needed a plumber to investigate a leak that was continuing to allow the blue water dial to turn.  Jeff himself answered the phone on a saturday, he called me back later in the day, asked questions, i sent him pictures and he scheduled to visit with me the next business day. they problem solved and determined it was a flapper on a toilet that was cauging the problem.   what impressed me most was he called the evening after the work was done to make sure i was happy with my services and if all was good with the repairs.  He will be my go to plumber in the future.

Re: 3 leaking faucets (kitchen sink, bathtub, bathroom sink)

The technician (Jesse P) offered four options which the company literally called Gold/Silver/Bronze/Band Aid. Gold was $2400, and Band Aid was $1000. I already had the replacement faucet ($200), so the price does not even include the major part. I did not hesitate even a second to let him go. Oh ya, they charged me $90 for the estimates, which was fine... because they clearly let me know when I scheduled the appointmeny.

Long story short - I hired a different technician who did the whole job + parts for $300. He replaced the kitchen sink faucet, replaced a cartridge for the bathtub faucet & rubber ring for the bathroom sink.

What a waste of time/money... What a bitter experience...

I highly recommed calling this company. Quick , professial and is not over priced. He knows how to run a bussiness . I will recommed him to my family and friends and would not hisitate to call again . It would b nice if all compancys could operate this way !

I had a massive leak last year and the team at PDS was prompt and beyond helpful and professional. I plan to try and make them my go to option whenever possible.

I really enjoyed working with Shawn and Son on a home inspection. They used a camera to inspect from the city main into the property up the the exterior of the home. They included a full video of the camera with their documentation which was appreciated.

I have to admit it has been quite a challenge working with their office on logistics. This is partly the fault of the coordinator not being transparent about scheduled times, but when I called to deconflict the person I spoke to was defensive and uncompromising.

Additionally I paid separately for an estimate on replacing some piping inside the home. The estimate took more than 48 hours to receive any documentation on the estimate. I called about the estimate and again the person I spoke to was defensive.

After 48 hours of no communication I received a call letting me know they are refusing to give me the estimate and my CC wouldn't be charged.

So I think they'd do a good job, but I can't recommend based on my experiences. They seem like nice people, but they operate on their time and not yours. ‍

They do not call you back when you call them. I left several messages then I lucked out when they actually answered the phone...
Butch quoted one price and then changed his mind 2 days later when we called to book them to do the job.
I am sorry that my money was not good enough for you....it's ok though...I spent it with one of your competitors!

STAY AWAY! This company doesn't believe in getting a job done. We have a clogged sewer line in a pool house that had roots grown into them. The shower and the toilet were draining very slow. They came out, gave us a price to fix it and we paid it. It turns out they didnt run anything down the shower the first time out but they did do the toilet and cleared the main. The toilet flushed great after repeated flushes but obviously the shower wasn't draining. We asked them to come out and do the shower, they reluctantly did and pulled up more roots. After they left, it turns out that they also shoved some roots down and clogged the main again!!! Now the toilet is backing up into the shower! They told us if we want them to clear the main again we will be charged the full price again! Making a customer pay double for THEIR mistake is NOT a company with any form of integrity! Before we contacted them, we had some slow drainage. After, we have poo in the shower and ZERO drainage. I'd like to add that they didn't clean up their mess both times. Very disappointed.

Worst service I've ever had...horrible customer service, professionalism, and plumbing service, or lack there of. About once a week our toilet has been backing up, which myself and my husband have been able to plunge and fix. However, the other day it backed up to the point of not being fixed. Two people from this company came out and did absolutely nothing other than be Ruse and unprofessional. My husband barely got the toilet to work this morning and now on top of that, our property management company (Royal T Management/Bridgewood Crossing Apartments) wants to charge us for not cancelljng!!

DISHONEST.  He suggested what the problem might be but did nothing to fix problem and charged us $255.00.  After several phone calls we were refunded $127.50.

I wouldn't even give them one star! Great tech but shady owner who doesn't even live here in valle!
