Rich was a pleasure! He was on time and handled all of my emergency plumbing issues with ease. He also offered helpful advice on improving my setup, and even recommended a good place to buy parts if I decided to DIY it. Also wore a mask and was extremely pleasant and professional! Remarkably good price for a weekend emergency!

Our sewer line in our rental property collapsed..and Rich and son from valley plumbing pros came to the rescue. I initiated a quote request through yelp and they were super fast to respond and friendly. They were out at my house to give an estimate same day. We received other quotes but valley plumbing pros were not only very very competitive, they were knowledgeable, and checked in with us to provide updates. They are legitimately stand up guys! Highly recommend, a plumber you can trust!

Richard was absolutely amazing! I contacted him asking about replacing the cartridge in my shower and he literally walked me through how to do it myself. I would've been able to do it if the stupid clip would've gone in but I had some issues with that. Richard was great and came out immediately to take care of it, got us fixed and up and running in no time! If you want to save money and go to people that actually care this is the place to choose! I will always use them for any plumbing needs in the future

Of course during 4th of July we have an emergency plumbing issue (toilets and bathtub were backed up). I called other companies and no one answered the phone or when they said they would call back, they didn't. When I called Valley Plumbing Pros, lady who answered (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) was incredibly nice, communicative, and helpful. She told me she would call back in 15 minutes with an estimated time for someone to come out and not only did she call back when she said, we were able to have someone come to our house in less then 2 hours. They showed up right on time and the gentleman that came out, Richard, was extremely courteous and professional. Because they had to get on the roof, he ended up having to call out a second person, Juan, who was also very nice. Luckily for us, they were able to get everything working and finished up in under 2 hours. I can not recommend this place enough. They charge a fair amount, and even if it was a little more expensive, their customer service and professionalism is worth every penny. They were the only plumber that had a live person answering phones!  I had a major clog and they fit me in within a few hours.  Rich arrived an hour later than my appointment which is why I giving 4 stars, but he stayed for 2 hours to clear my drain through the roof, replace our old leaky sink pipes and everything is great now.  Excellent job, great customer service and price $200 including labor time and parts.

Yesterday my water heater went out. I knew that we'd need to have it replaced. I wasn't sure where to even go. I called around and spoke with Richie. He was very nice and professional. He was able to give me a quote and said he could have someone out the next day. They are amazing! We now have hot water! Thank you so much

We noticed about 3 hours ago that our water heater was leaking. I called multiple places that told me someone would help me the next day.  After a call to Valley Plumbing Pros, Rich was able to come to my house within a hour. He was punctual, courteous, and very friendly. He answered all of my questions and even cleaned around the water heater for us. The cost of the pipe replacement was reasonable. Please don't hesitate to call this business, it will be worth it!

Hot water heater died during Corona shelter in place. Rich came and fixed it in 1/2 a day at great rate.

We recently rehired Valley Plumbing Pros. They helped our office repair our entire sewer pipe using trenchless methods. This was a large repair in an old home that had some complications, including city permits. They exceeded expectations on the work, their work ethic, and their pricing.
