I called the day before a major holiday hoping to schedule some minor repairs. I expected I would be scheduling the work after the holiday, but, Tony was at my house within two hours! He was prompt, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Always arrive on time, quick to respond when I call them. I've had them out about 8 times in the past year for various issues and they solve them quickly and don't leave a big ol' mess. Pleasant employees to deal with.

I recently hired Safi Electrician and Plumbing to troubleshoot an issue with my hard-wired dishwasher, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Safi was punctual, arriving at the appointed time and getting to work immediately. He was also honest and upfront about the problem and the cost to fix it, which I really appreciated. The pricing was fair, and I felt like I was getting good value for my money. Safi was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue, fixing it with ease. A Plus plumbing was absolutely fantastic! Salvador came out when we were in major need of help, we had a broken kitchen sink and we're in search of an honest and fair plumber.  We were nervous because plumbers can be like car salesmen that'll say anything to get your money but to our wonderful surprise, Salvador was the complete opposite! He was straight forward with us, incredibly informative, genuine and above all communicative.  His work proved to be fast and solid.  He didn't milk our time,  he got to work right away and fixed our sink and garbage disposal and gave us such a relief and peace of mind! We loved Salvador and A plus plumbing so much that we will only work with them as our plumbers!  And we are proud to say that because good work for fair price is so hard to find. The best part for us is that they are local! I highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a great plumber!

Contacted them around 5 on Sunday evening not expecting a response because of the time and inconvenience. Surprisingly got an answer right away. Within the hour a technician showed up. I kept apologizing because I'm sure he would have liked to be at home with his family and he kept telling me it was ok and that was his job. My AC had a leak which he fixed and then added Freon (I think that's what it's called) about 30 min later my house was completely cooled down and I was no longer sweating to death. Lol. I tried to tip the technician and he refused and told me not to worry about it. Great service, friendly, and fast. Would 1000000% recommend these guys!!

Called and spoke to Lance about a price quote for some work I needed in the bathroom. He made an appointment to come out the next day but he didn't show.  After several hours waiting, I called and left a message to call me.  He didn't call back.  Not very professional in my book.  Be forewarned.

After a year of plumbers just snaking our drains. I Called James (Who came recommended by our realtor)with an issue he was able to come out same day and fix it got right to the problem! He got the job done right and in a timely manner! 100% recommend! Definitely Our go to guy now!! So grateful Thank you James!!!!

Save yourself don't use them. If I can put a zero rating I would. After we paid them, they didn't finish the job and left the work area a mess and dirty. We hired them because our main water line was leaking. And that was the only job we needed them to do. They said they can fix our sprinkler system which we haven't really used since we just move into our house for a little cost they said so that we can start using it. So we agreed and my husband paid for the service already. Now they said they need to come back because they need to fabricate a part. And didn't come back after 2 weeks. And then they just show up to our door without any kind of notice that they're coming when we are just about to leave to go for an  important appointment. So we had to reschedule for the next week. Guess what? It took them 2 weeks before they came back. So I thought they were gonna finish the job. And they said they had to run to Home Depot for a part. They didn't come back. A lot of text messages and calls were made in between the process. This is just very unprofessional. They don't respond well. We can't keep chasing them forever. And up until now the job is not yet done. Don't use this company!!!

Update: Since I posted this review they reached out to complete the job the next day. Job is done I guess. But still a terrible experience for me.

We needed a water heater replaced and Joe was very responsive to my requests.  He was able to come out very quickly and did a great job and reasonably priced.  I won't hesitate to use him for my next plumbing job

The office and staff are great!   I have used them for my rental twice this past year. Happened to need work done while at house this winter for a leak, and even though they were busy, they came out right away!  Thanks for the great work!!

Mark just left my place after working for me for the first time. I needed two light fixtures installed as well as numerous other small projects. His response was timely, he kept me updated on when my project could be scheduled and he showed up on time!!! He was professional, friendly and thorough. Absolutely a great first experience. I will be using him again and highly recommend his services.

I found chad online he was extremely helpful. Very Courteous Customer Service. He Finishes Installing Brand new toilet kit in less than hour. I would highly recommend his plumbing services and knowldege

Way too expensive!!!!! Would not honor warranty- 1 day pastwould NOT recommend- very disappointing

We had these guys install a new sink. The sink was off kilter in the hole, so we straightened it ourselves. The pipes leaked within a day. They came back out and tightened them. Two weeks later, we had a large amount of water under our sink and on our kitchen floor. The piping looked like it was streched to the max in a way that shouldn't have been and didn't fit properly.  They came out again and said it was because we must have bumped the pipes. I put the last sink in and bumped the pipes for 15 years without a leak. I went to Lowe's, got decent piping, replaced it and solved the problem myself. Wouldn't use them again for anything. Cheap material, cheap, shoddy work, inferior in every way, for a job they were well paid for.

Had an appointment yesterday between 10 and 12 had to take off of work and no showed up or called.. I went back to work and got a call at 1250 from Jason saying he wad in front of my house. If your going to be late at least call so I can make arrangements at work. Then he was rude and said there is no pleasing some people.
