I usually don't take the time to actually write reviews, but I had an issue at my home with my shower not draining and the toilet was having issues. Michael from Costless Plumbing showed up at my door faster than I anticipated. He was very friendly and after I gave him a quick run down of my issues, he immediately seemed to know what to do. He fixed our issue within minutes and the best thing was he didnt even seem to mind when I asked him if I could tell the wife I fixed Everything myself... Great service with smile....glad to see it still exist.

We needed some help with plumbing at my mothers house in Fresno on a Saturday. Cost less not only scheduled us for a visit within two hours of my call, they also showed up early and got the job done in less than half an hour. Their rates for a weekend visit are way more than fair and they did an excellent job in solving the problem. They also quoted us on some work we could do to prevent problems like we had in the future and I felt the quoted rates were very fair. What an excellent job cost less did, we will be return customers if the need arises for sure! I will also recommend this company to all my friends in Fresno who need any kind of plumbing work! Honestly, they are the only company I use!  I have roots that grow into my sewage line and I have to have it routed once every 1-2 years.  They are quick, keep to the agreed upon time schedule, very professional, and courteous.  They have even done major repairs and replaced almost half of our sewage lines under our house when we found out that our home inspector (who we would most definitely NOT recommend) missed the fact that our sewage lines under the house had a gaping 4-foot hole in it.  They weren't expensive and stayed until the work was finished.  I highly recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE.

Cost U Less plumbing has a great owner and manager.  He reached out to me to clarify and apologize after a miscommunication.  He really showed me he cared about my experience as a customer.  Not all owners of companies care about you, but he took the time to speak with me and make sure I understood he was going to make things right.  Thats what a good and honest business does. I really appreciated that!

Had a great experience with the company.  I should've called them first and had them come out to snake our wash out.  We wasted more money trying to do it ourself.  It cost more to rent the machine at Home Depot than to call Costless Plumbing.

We use Costless as one of our vendors for The Greenery Apartments. They have always been professional and proficient. The owner Angel is very polite and knowledgeable and gets right in there with his crew to get the job down. We are in the process of selling our home and the week escrow is to close BAM! water leak in our garage. We were all in a tizzy trying to find someone to repair whatever is going on, had a total of five different people (two from Lee's) give their opinion but none wanted to actually open up the wall to find the problem. We did call a few other plumbing companies before we contacted Costless and none of them could come out today. My mother in law called Costless and their receptionist answered right away and they were able to schedule two plumbers to come out within a few hours. The receptionist even called to let us know they were on their way.

From the start George and his partner (didn't catch his name, but he was just as awesome) were very professional and honest with me. They worked quickly and were able to find the problem in no time. They involved me with every step and made sure I understood what happened and what they would do for me. They also gave me sound advice for our next home and what to do if such a thing were to ever happen again. Plus they cleaned up any mess that was left behind! Professional, knowledgeable, and kind. You cannot get any better than that!

They coordinated Plumbing , HVAC and sewer inspection in one day for me, on a house we are in escrow on. The guys who showed up were all friendly & professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Thank you!

My wife and I have spent the last several months trying to repair a washing machine with an overflowing drain. Prior to Costless, we had four plumbers come out and attempt to resolve the problem, all without success.

The fourth plumber recommended Costless. So did our handyman neighbor, who we should have consulted much earlier. Their reputation is gold.

Sure enough, they arrived and fixed the problem in a shorter timeframe than it took most of the other plumbers to diagnose incorrectly what the problem was.

I am writing my 2nd review of this business because I think they are hands down the best company I've dealt with here in Fresno. I called them today and Jose (AKA Big J) came to help with what turned out to be an irrigation leak. I was stressed because I had to turn off my main water valve and had no water to the house. Big J went the extra mile to help me even though it was almost 5:00 pm and I'm sure he was tired.  The people that work at this company are so friendly and I really needed good news. It turned out to be an easy fix and I am very grateful.

Extremely impressed with Costless Plumbing's response time and professionalism. Heater was out and it has been very cold but they were able to fit me in their schedule. The tech quickly figured out what was wrong and let me know the part was under warranty. Next morning he showed up with part and heater was up and running again shortly. I even received a follow up call later that day to ensure everything was still working. I would highly recommend them!

Our upstairs bathtub/shower valves leaked, causing damage to our kitchen ceiling.  I was worried because our home is 100 years old but Costless Plumbing was able to diagnose the problem immediately and schedule an appointment for repairs. We are thrilled with our new hardware!

I am giving a review of this company again, because a wrong was righted. The owner of this company was very gracious and very understanding to the initial review and what happened with the service he came out himself and fixed the air-conditioner and the problem himself... he was very thorough and was very pleasant and more than made up for the initial experience! He even sent me a follow up letter with an apology  awesome way to treat your customers! I will definitely give this company a try again when I buy a house next year !!

I would highly recommend the staff at Costless To handle your AC needs. Last week my heater died, causing me to replace both my 3.5 ton AC And heater.  I originally tried to fix it through my home warranty, but quickly decided to call Costless for a full replacement. They were quick, responsive, and organized in sending people out for my quote, suggesting financing options, and scheduling the job.    Installation took two days and both men at my house were incredibly respectful, clean, and good at communicating their plan.   Nathaniel was great at communicating over email/phone/text and answered all my questions along the way.   These guys offered a competitive price and so far my heater has worked wonderfully!  I'm excited to use the air over the summer and see a difference in my electric bill!    Definitely impressed by the customer service shown at Costless!

Would give this business 6 stars if I could.  My call for plumbing repairs and leak detection was immediately addressed by the friendly and helpful office staff (Cassandra and Veronica) and they were able to schedule a same-day appointment.  The technician who came out to the house (Angel) took care of a couple jobs that were done incorrectly by the previous handyman/plumber.  Not only did he fix the issues quickly and perfectly but the fee was very reasonable.  Would definitely recommend Costless to anyone and look forward to calling them again in the future.

I want to thank David G. for coming out and resolving the issue with my AC unit. My AC wasn't blowing air in my two furthest bedrooms. The diagnostic showed the unit was low on Freon. Also,  my filter was pretty dirty resulting in the unit working harder. Earlier in the day I called a well known company which said my unit was shot and needed to be replaced asap. My unit is 12 years old, the technician offered me a new system for a good price $16-17,000 ridiculous. They lied, clearly trying to take advantage of me. Thankfully I did my research and called Costless, saving me time and money. If you need help give them a call they will definitely take care of you. Thanks again David!

I've used this company for many years. I do property management and manage over 30 properties and this is the only plumber I will use. All their staff is friendly and helpful and will tell you how it is. Great company.

This is was my first time working with Costless Plumbing because my plumber was out of town. I contacted them for a last minute, emergency situation through the Yelp app. They were among the first to acknowledge my request, but the quickest to deploy a plumber and arrive on site.

Terrible customer service, the time window was way too long, and they were still running behind. I stayed and waiting all morning, no one showed up I called asked if I could leave and come back. I was told not to worry. I got back and they came and left. It was my fault they said, and that they have too many customers to wait for me. But it wasn't a big deal for me to wait 5 hours for them.

Please call someone else they don't care about customer service.

My heater suddenly stopped working so I called a different company and immediately wanted to sale me a unit.  I called Costless after hearing nothing but good things about this company and Angel and his team went above an beyond and fixed my heater.  Not only were they professional but most importantly HONEST saving me big time.  They were courteous, very professional and straight to the point to fixing the problem.  Absolutely amazing service!   Thank you again!  Definitely using them again.

I called them to fix a drain problem and install a new toilet.  Drain problem was solved.  After toilet was installed, I realized it was not the type we had asked for.  The workers made a return trip to the store, got the right toilet and put it in that evening.  I was very pleased and will not hesitate to call them again.

If you are a girl that lives alone do yourself a favor and DON'T CALL THEM. I am so traumatized. Yesterday they sent 2 tech to my place to check my heater one of them was nice and did the job the other one was hitting on me. He was asking very personal questions like if I live by myself, why I don't have a husband, how old I am and what I do for living. He almost stepped into my garage when I went to brought something and I was really shocked!!! Then I stepped back to my room when he followed me asking if he can use the restroom looking in my master bedroom . I let him go to the guest one and I totally stepped out of the house ( this how unsafe I felt ). I called the company to complain and the guy on the line was no better . While I was frustrated and feeling unsafe expressing that I want to report this tech as he knows my address he said: ma'am you can call the police and do whatever you want but he didn't do anything illegal!!!!!!! And with your allegations you will have to face our attorneys. He was threatening me instead of apologizing or trying to solve what happened.

Hired.them to install a new Ac unit and furnace and found out Costless will cost you more in the long run. Like the saying goes you get what you pay for.I wouldn't recommend..

Day before Thanksgiving and my main line backs up. Called them at 2:30pm. They gave me a window of 3-5pm. He showed up about 3:15 and was done within the hour. $85 and we didn't have to relocate Thanksgiving dinner. Will definitely use them again.

We had low water pressure and Alex came and fixed it right away at a very fair price.  Highly recommended.

They were suppose to come back to our home to cover a hole they dug for a leak issue. They fixed the pipe and then twice they said they were coming but never showed. Now we have a hole in concrete filled with dirt and not finished. Their customer service sucks as much as they do. Don't do business with these people.

Today I was surprised when Costless showed up at our house. A manager, Angel traveled about 400 miles to come and apologize as well as explain what happened. His crew is right now fixing the hole and I have to give them kudos for being honest about what happened.

Thank you Costless for finally being the company that was able to fix our heating issue!! From the office staff to the service team; everyone was very professional and wanted to get us a solution. I called 4 places to get my air conditioner fixed this morning and a few last night none of those called me back. All of them didn't have a technician available today and they all mentioned $99. Diagnostic fee. Then I called Costless Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. I asked the very polite woman if they had someone available and do you know what she said? She said of course. Music to my ears and it was only $85 to see what was wrong. She explained when they would be here and they would call before they arrived, which they did. So Angel and another man came out checked the thermostat and the unit outside told me what was wrong. I gave the go-ahead and now I am cool again. I am going to recommend this company to everyone.

Just wow! This is the first review I've ever made on a company. Best plumbing company in the Central Valley. This is the second time we've used them. First time we shopped around and had another company come out first. The other company tried to tell us we didn't have a clean out and it would cost $600 to put one in. Called CostLess for a second opinion and they immediately pointed out that we had one and it just needed to be redone. They fixed our clean out and unclogged the pipes in a minimal amount of time and charged 75% less than what the first company quoted. Second time they came out, we needed a dishwasher and garbage disposal replaced. The technicians were EXTREMELY professional, and they treated the job like they were doing it at their own home. Couldn't be happier with this company! Our A/C will probably need to be replaced soon and we'll absolutely be calling them. Good companies are hard to find these days. This is the one!

I am one happy customer. Costless Pluming, Heating and Air Conditioning are the only trained company I trust to do a professional job at a low cost. They get right to work, they are quick and courteous. When I was quoted the price, to repair the leak in my shower, I was so relieved. It feels good not to feel cheated and they guarantee their work for a year.

Cost Less did a great job on both of my bathrooms.  Everyone I spoke to on their staff was kind and helpful.  The cost was surprisingly inexpensive, well under the cost I estimated.

I came home from work to find all of my toilets backed up and my shower not draining. Nightmare. I had dealt with Costless Plumbing one time before and was satisfied with their job so I called them again. I was grateful their posted hours on Yelp were 24/7. Because it was in the evening it was considered after hours and therefore the charge was a little higher than their standard rate, but considering the emergent circumstances it was still acceptable. Within 30 minutes, George from CostLess was dispatched out to my house and getting to work. He was nice, professional, very thorough and he explained the cause of the problem to me and also what to ask of other plumbers should the problem arise later on down the road if I were to utilize someone else. Before the one hour mark from when I initiated the call to CostLess, the job was complete and the water was flowing unobstructed once again. Takeaways: CostLess is now my go-to plumbing company. It's clear that they are here to help and their prices are fair, and you simply don't find that often nowadays. Thank you, CostLess!

I had requested quotes from different companies in the Fresno area to install a smart thermostat. This company was one of the few companies that did not try to charge us a consultation appointment where they charge you just for coming to look at the problem. For those companies I was confused about what they would be consulting about because I Alfredo had the smart thermostat and they wouldn't need to do anything but install it.

Costless plumbing was very professional - I called on a Friday morning and they had availability on Monday morning. Two staff members came and they told us where the wires were - some of the wiring was wrong and they changed it and explained what they were doing for future reference. They came on time, which can be rare for service calls. Everything went well and they had the work done within an hour or so. I would recommend them and call them for future work!

We had received multiple letters from the city stating that we were using too much water. I called Costless Plumbing to come out and take a look. I was thinking the leak was worse than what it was and pleasantly surprised that it was an easy fix. Angel was very helpful and knowledgeable in his expertise. I love that the new employees get on the job training and Angel did an excellent and efficient job in diagnosing, repairing and teaching his new apprentice. We used Costless in December when we had a pipe leak in the house. They did a fantastic job came right out to figure out the issue and fixed it within a week. We spoke to the Supervisor Nathaniel while they were here about getting AC installed. We had an evap cooler on the house that wasn't cutting it. Fast forward to about 2 weeks ago. Stopped in the office and asked Nathaniel to come out and quote us on AC. We had no ducting, no previous AC unit. They came in lower than other quotes we had received, got us a great quality unit and everyone who stepped foot on our property was beyond amazing. From quote to install was one week. The crew was here for a day and a half, they were extremely fast, knowledgeable, met any request we had and just went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Costless, Nathaniel and the amazing crew that was out here. We have already started referring people your way.

Costless is the Only company I call for all plumbing and HVAC needs.  I've had them do multiple inspections on home purchases and have used them to repair broken systems.  They recently also installed a complete new HVAC at my primary house and a new hot water heater.  Most companies would have taken 2 days to install everything, but the Costless crew and the owner Angel worked diligently until it was completed all in one day.  It works great!  I have rarely been impressed with any contractor in my life but this is no ordinary business.  The whole crew is an exceptional team.  I can't thank them enough for being so much help to me and my family.

No one wants to wake up and drop a ton of money on a new system, let alone two of them.  The team at Costless made the whole process pretty painless, from the quote to the install.  The crew that was here was professional and courteous.   You can tell they hire well and kept the whole job as clean as possible.  Communication was great and the pricing was better than anyone in town. I discovered Costless several years ago as it is owned and operated by a relative of a friend.  Over the years, I've had them out for both plumbing and air conditioning issues with excellent, quick and professional service.

I've had three neighbors use a different company here in town to upgrade and replace their HVAC systems and have told me, the difference is like night and day with their comfort in the home. So, with the high cost of my last two PG&E bills, and a home energy audit from about 8 years ago that suggested I had a 25% leak in my ducting, I decided to look into an upgrade myself.  My next door neighbor gave me a copy of his invoice from the other company so I had an idea of what to expect. They have a split system and only replaced the AC unit and ducting.

I contacted Costless and Nathaniel respond promptly and was out in 48 hours.  He went over several options and gave me recommendations but always let me know, we'll do what ever you want.  There was NO heavy sales tactics at all. He answered all my questions at that time, and even more impressing, responded to all my follow up questions that I submitted via email, within hours and on the weekend too.  On a Sunday, I decided what system I wanted, Monday Nate had emailed me the contract, Tuesday I took the signed contract in, and Wednesday construction began. (I just got lucky on availability) and by Friday the new unit, all new ducting, all new vents, all new registers, and demolition and removal of the old system was completed.

Rafael and Jose, the two main installers were beyond professional. They graciously put up with my asking questions through out the three day job. End of the day clean up was excellent each and every day. Thanks to these two gentlemen, things could not have gone any better.  But they were not alone. Various other technicians were on the job site too.  I'm guessing maybe 6-8 over the course of the three days, and all were professional and courteous.

The pricing could not be beat. An all new, top of the line, energy efficient, complete HVAC system, was only $200 more than what my neighbor paid for their system upgrade. From my research, I now have one of the most energy efficient systems on the market now on my roof. Professionalism of everyone I came into contact was beyond rapport. From the owner of the company Angel Hernandez, Nathaniel, the technicians,  to Lyndsay in the office who let me be creative in my payment method (building up frequent flier miles) and everyone in between. I can not recommend Costless Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning more.

Being the owner  of multifamily and single family rental properties throughout  the Central Valley I only use reliable, qualified companies to perform repairs on my properties and  have used Costless Plumbing, Heating and Air for over 3 years almost exclusively with great results. Additionally, as a building contractor I use Costless as a sub contractor for our plumbing and HVAC needs. They are responsive, affordable and always have qualified technicians in company marked trucks in uniform. I have done business with a large majority of the plumbing and HVAC companies in the Central Valley and its hard to find companies like Costless that do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it and at a very affordable price. I highly recommend Costless to anyone in need of plumbing or Heating and Air Conditioning services.

I recently moved into a new home and it definitely had some plumbing and AC repairs that needed to be done along with my mainline being backed up. I was referred over to Costless Plumbing Heating & Air and I'm so glad I made the right choice. The technician came out with his supervisor and provided me a couple recommendations with no pressure and throughly explained the work that had to be done. Their quote was so reasonable for all the repairs & installations that had to be done so my home can be just perfect to my liking. Costless came the same week with their crew to run water lines and install a drain for my new tub along with other miscellaneous plumbing repairs that I wanted done. I also thought I was going to need a new split system since my AC wasn't turning on. Luckily all it needed was a new part and a cleaning for it to be back to cooling! Other companies I had prior for quotes were wanting to replace the split system for over $12,000!!!!! I'm super thrilled and happy with all the work that was done. I'll definitely be using costless for all my plumbing and cooling needs

I would highly recommend Costless to all my neighbors and friends! They were able to get out the next day before a Holiday Weekend in the middle of summer making sure our AC unit was working! The original installer (A Large Company in the Fresno Area!) of the AC system were 10 days out before they could get to our New Gary Mcdonald Home only 1 1/2 years old. I feel like now I have a company that cares about my family and our well being allowing me to not worry about future problems because we now have some one we can count on COSTLESS PLUMBING HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING!

CALL THESE FOLKS FIRST.  Never rated anyone before but these folks were extraordinarily impressive. Quick day of response...actually from scheduling with Crystal to paying George and Tyler on completion, we're talking like less then 1-hour.  Now I'm sure response time will vary and I realize this could've been luck. Nonetheless, Crystal was very courteous.  George and Tyler were quick and kind.  No bologna.  Cost was way reasonable too.

Michael and Reggie were so incredibly kind and unbelievably quick to fix everything when our mainline was backed up. They were at the house in minutes, they were very patient and understanding about the situation, and they even went as far as to go on the roof so they could avoid pulling a toilet away from the wall and leaving us with a mess. They were in and out in less than an hour and I couldn't have been happier with the experience! (They gained some bonus points for liking my dog, too)

We've had way too much experience with plumbers (even one who shared his views on Christianity), finally found these guys. They are honest, fast, and reliable.

$280 for making my leak even worst than it was.  Told him where the leak was(kinked copper pipe), he said I still need to do a leak detection, went around house and pointed right where I told him, he cut pipe in half, left leak worst off and left me without hot water, then invoiced me for $285, he said if u want it fix, it will be $1800.  Called another plumber fixed it for $150 in 1 1/2 hours.  BEWARE RIP OFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!

So Costless Pluming had scheduled an appointment with me on Monday, August 7th for between 8-12am. They never called or showed up. They had originally called to schedule the appointment on 08/01/17.

August 7th came and went and no one called or showed up.

At 1:09pm Lindsay from Costless Pluming called to schedule an appointment. I told her that someone was supposed to have been here that morning at 8am. She said that she didn't show that on her books. I advised her that I had missed 4 hours of work and told her that someone had called me to schedule an appointment and that I could show her my call log to prove it. She apologized profusely and promised that they would be here this morning, August 14th at 8am as they would be wanting to get in the attic early in the morning to do the work.

Now today, again, no call and no show. So I went to work. At 12:55pm Lindsay called me and I told her I was at work and that I was no longer available. I reminded her of our conversation. I am EXTREMELY upset. She rescheduled for Thursday at 8am AGAIN.

About 5 min later, Angel from Costless called tried to make it my fault. I explained to him that I HAVE to work to pay my rent. I had already missed work 2 days because of them and their lack of professionalism. He was extremely rude and has no regard for my time. When I asked why the office girls didn't call me he said it was because they had had other emergencies they were taking care of. I asked...EVEN YOUR OFFICE GIRLS WERE ON SITE OF THE EMERGENCY? And he said yes...so that likely that is an outright lie.

He is now saying they will not do the work. He said I can give them permission to come in my house when I am not here but I have a dog and I cannot afford to board him for the day...especially when I've already missed so much work for nothing. Not to mention, I'm not comfortable at this time having someone like this individual in my home unsupervised. I'm not going to open myself up to even more issues.

I have used Costless Pluming on other occasions and have never had such such an unpleasant experience. There are a hundred other plumbers in the valley...choose wisely.

This past week, Geraldo from Costless Plumbing, came to unplug my kitchen sink. He did an excellent job with professionalism and great care to detail.

I absolutely love Costless!!! I work in Property Management and only use them for all my HVAC and pluming needs. All of the techs are super knowledgeable and professional. They will always go the extra mile to satisfy not only me, but my tenants as well. If you want good service and the best price Costless is the company to use. :)

Well in Idaho, I received an alarm notification from one of my air conditioners.  I contacted costless plumbing, heating and air conditioning to inform them of the problem. Within a day they were on the property and attended to the alarm condition that was reported. Not only did they fix it quickly and professionally, the fee they charged was incredibly low. I do know that this will not always be the case but in this particular one, I was more than impressed with a quality, responsiveness, and professionalism of their work. I wholeheartedly recommend them for anybody requiring services that they specialize in.

Costless plumbing came recommended by a buddy of mine. I had them come out to run a snake through a pipe. They were gonna come on a Tuesday between 8-1 I took off work and let them know I had to be at a meeting at 145. They showed up at 140 obviously I wasn't home anymore. No contact, they called me to ask if I was home and told them no and I rescheduled for the following week. They showed up and did the job. They did a.. OK job. The plumber made a mess in the room and didn't even attempt to clean it up. He tracked muddy wet footprints all over the house. Most the time I have plumbers come over they will wear shoe covers. So go forward a few weeks I said hell I'll give them one more chance for a different job. I called on a Wednesday they said that they would have someone out Thursday between 12-3 I said awesome. Guess who didn't show up between 1-3? I called they had an answering machine saying that they were closing at 3 today and wouldn't reopen until the following Tuesday. I found a different company that actually shows up. Save your time and find a more responsible company.

My A/C stopped running on Sunday morning Labor Day weekend. This on a day when the expected high temp here in Fresno was 108. I immediately came to Yelp to look at HVAC companies with 4-5 Star ratings. First, I'll tell you that I didn't think I would be able to get anyone to come out on a weekend, let alone a holiday weekend during the busiest time of year for HVAC service! However, I used the Yelp auto-fill service form and hoped for the best. Long story short, and to my surprise, Costless Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning promptly sent me a message saying they were available and can send someone out TODAY. I called the number provided, spoke to a young lady named Veronica who said the technician would be out to my house between 2-5p. The technicians (2) arrived around 2:45p -- a mere two hours after I called and spoke with Veronica. My rooftop dual-pak unit is only 13 months old and I suspected my thermostat, not the unit, was the problem. The tech checked the thermostat first and confirmed what I had suspected and quickly fixed the issue. However, the service call fee included a HVAC unit check-up and complete servicing. Even on a holiday weekend the  price was very reasonable, not outrageous. The two guys were on my roof at 3:00p in 105 degree heat. The service call, troubleshoot and thermostat fix and servicing of the dual-pak unit took all of 40-45 minutes. Even in the scorching 105 temp, service technicians Daniel and Jose could not have been more respectful or polite. I will definitely use Costless in the future as needed, highly recommend the company and will gladly recommend Costless to anyone who asks.

This company is so awesome! From the call taker to the service tech, I rate them 10 stars. George fixed our plumbing problem with ease. I felt the charges were very reasonable. Thanks so much from a highly satisfied customer!

Amazing and trustworthy business! This is the second time we've used them. So quick to respond, came out the next day, great communication along the way, no price gauging or making the job bigger than it was, perfectly fixed the situation AND VERY low cost. You don't have to look any further, I believe Costless plumbing is the best in town!

I would highly recommend these guys!! Had a water leak in my house over by FCC, that another plumber could not find after 3 hours looking, but still charged me anyway. Other plumbers wanted to charge $200-$400 to come out and find the leak, but now I was afraid of paying someone else to NOT find the problem. I chose Costless because they offered to come out for a service fee of $85. When the 2 guys came out, they found and stopped the leak within an hour. They were fast, professional, and affordable. Will not hesitate to call them again in the future if I have any plumbing issues.

I'm really glad that I called Costless Plumbing, where other competitors wouldn't even call me back and over charging you for something so straight forward and simple. I had to replace my existing toilet for a new one I just bought and I didn't want to go through all the hassle installing, lifting, cleaning up. Costless Plumbing did a good job for providing excellent price and service but they were about 2 hours late for my appointment but still they made up for it. I would recommend calling Costless Plumbing for any new toilet installation or service than other plumbing competitors without breaking your hard earn dollar and getting good service.

Three areas of my house needed plumbing repairs and I was afraid of how costly it would be. the customer service staff was able to produce me same day service on the day I called and I was thrilled. When Jose came over to look at the issues, he jumped right to work quickly repaired the issues at a cost that I was the cheapest I found. Highly recommend!

I have an old house with things added on over years and years. Plumbing drains have always been tricky and needing rooting from time to time. Orlando paid attention to my long spiel about how the drains seem to work and back up and he tackled different cleanouts in a sensible order and voila! Everything is flowing out and working like it is supposed to.

I can't express how much I value this fine business!  We have used them for an investment property and they never fail to impress me. Their technicians are the absolute best!  And they're so very kind. The front office staff are always professional and send out a technician promptly. Their prices are more than reasonable too!  You won't be disappointed with this business

Our undermount kitchen sink was pulling away from the granite counter top creating a growing gap and potential leaks, I could not get a wrench on it to tighten.  It would need new epoxy caulking and a good tightening, so I called Costless Plumbing. We have a history with Ruben there, he has set several new toilets for us and we were always thrilled with the quality of his work.
This time we got George and Michael, the dynamic duo.  Both very friendly and happy considering it was around 4:30 PM and over 100 degrees outside.  They couldn't wait to get to it.  George crawled under the sink first, then Michael took a shot at it, he found just the right tool for the nut tightening, meanwhile George cleaned and prepped the sink and granite from the top and applied a bead of new epoxy all the way around filing the gap, then they tightened it all up.  They blended the epoxy perfectly and it looks great. George noticed the garbage disposal was loose and tightened that up too. They worked quickly and efficiently.  Nice job men.  I'll be happy to recommend your company and plumbers to anyone who asks me.

I had another occasion to call Costless. My garage was flooded and my hot water heater was hissing with water was coming out from under it. So I called Costless and told them I needed a new water heater. The lady asked me what was happening and I told her. She sent someone within the hour. I was resigned to buying a new water heater and I figured the cost would be well over $1,000. The young man who came to fix it said I didn't need a new water heater, just new supply lines--one of the old ones had burst. He could have sold me something way more expensive and I wouldn't have known the difference. Instead, he charged me the house call and parts only--just $115. He even swept most of the water out of the garage for me. Thanks, Michael. Again, I really love Costless and every person I've dealt with from there has been great.

I found water on my apartment bathroom floor on Thursday and I submitted a plumbing request through my property management. Thank God my apartment managers use Costless Plumbing as their vendor.  Their office responded within less than 24 hours of my request. The initial technician, George, came out Friday, that same day and found 4 separate leaks!  He repaired 3 while on site and then the 4th was a little more extensive and would need to be scheduled a for another day.  It's now Monday and Within 2 hours of the repairs being approved by my property management, their repair crew Was out and repaired the leak!  They were professional, fast, efficient and clean!  Thank you Costless for making this process so easy, fast and stress free! I will forever use Costless Plumbing due to their amazing service!

You guys came highly recommended and did not disappoint!  Very fast response time as our heater went out Saturday night, diagnosed Sunday morning & running perfect today (Monday).  Thank you for the constant contact from the messages to the phone calls with constant updates or questions!  Would definitely use for all future needs!

We have been wanting to upgrade our kitchen sink & faucet for some time.. We searched reviews on multiple companies in this area and for Costless everyone has nothing but great things to say, from their reasonable prices to excellent quality service.. we knew we just had to call! We are extremely impressed with the work and professionalism of this company. From start to finish. Highly recommend.

Angel (the plumber) was the most unfriendly service person I've ever come across.  Unfriendly is putting it mildly, rude would actually be the correct term.  Call Gary's Plumbing or Albritten or something...at least you'll be treated like a fellow human being.

We've used Costless for our home residence and I didn't hesitate to recommend them for my parents' home needs in Selma. Everyone is amazing. The office staff is friendly and quick to get someone scheduled and their service techs are knowledgeable and nice. Thank you, Costless! Keep doing what you do out there.

I have now had Costless out four times for different plumbing needs at our small apartment complex (eight units), ranging from clearing a line to a complete re-piping of four units (galvanized steel to PVC). They were professional and punctual, as well as extremely competitive with their pricing. The communication was also very good.  Being a woman, I have grown tired of the condescending attitudes and the worry of being ripped off on repairs.  After using random plumbers for over 20 years in Fresno, I'm so happy to have been referred to Costless.

Alex and Diego came to fix my leaky sink and toilet a couple weeks ago. They arrived right on time, clean, wore masks. They showed me the problem with both and had both fixed within 30 minutes of being there. Highly recommend this company. I'll be calling them for any future issues.
