Staff was courteous but they didn't resolve our water leakage problem.  There was visible water damage on the hardwood floor and cabinets but source of leak was unknown. They came and open up the wall under the kitchen sink and after about an hour, they said they couldn't locate the leak and suggested that we call the Leak Detection company again.  Charged us $225 for opening the wall and asked us to call them back once leak detection specialist locates the leak.  We contacted Better Homes Construction late at night and was able to schedule an appointment the following day.  They came, open up the wall some more and found the leak in less than an hour and fixed the broken pipe.

Update:  Plumbing Care called and graciously apologized for the incident.  They offered to return the $225, which would have been subtracted from the total cost of the job had they had chance to complete the project.  Updating to 2 stars for the way management promptly followed up to rectify the issue.

Awais was very responsive and kept me updated about when he can arrive to my house. He was able to identify the problems I've been having with the water leaks right away and was able to get the parts and do the repairs pretty quickly! Thank you!

Luis installed a 50 gallon gas water heater for us to replace a smaller failing unit that was about 20 years old.

He replied within minutes of asking about a quote, and when others failed to make their times, he arrived right when he said he would, and even did diagnostics for us to see if we really needed a new one.

There was no pressure to take his services and he let us think about it. When we decided to go for it, Installation was flexible and he got the whole thing done in about 5 hours within 2 days of agreeing to move forward.

He took care of hauling the new unit to us and hauling away all old parts. He even showed is how to troubleshoot the new unit if needed to save un-needed trips by a plumber. Excellent service!

I randomly called Savior Plumbing because I needed to redo the kitchen plumbing, install a new garbage disposal and replace a rusty faucet that was stuck in place. David came out and sawed off the old faucet and replaced the old rusty drain with high quality PVC plumbing that looks amazing and I know will last. Everything is running perfectly. Truly a professional.

A week later, my HOA notified me of water leaking into the unit below. I called Savior Plumbing with no hesitation. Was hoping David would come out but this time it was Adam. He was just as friendly and professional. He identified the problem and replaced a gasket that another plumbing company had replaced several months earlier. It was the wrong part! Adam identified it. Replaced it with the correct part and tested to make sure that we weren't leaking. Having a peace of mind that Adam did the right thing and fixed my issue the right way is invaluable!

I've known Rey for many years.  He tiled my bathroom and installed a new toilet.  I am still getting compliments on that job.
Recently, I asked him to replace the sewer pipe in my basement - big job, but he and his crew did it quickly and cleanly with no real disruption to me.  He also gave me hot and cold water for my washing machine, which I had never had, and hadn't thought of - all for the same price. Plus, he rerouted the gas line for my stove!

Wonderful experience.  Contacted Jazz Heating & Air through Yelp and requested a diagnostic visit as there are 3 units on my roof.  After determining it was my neighbors unit making the noise, I opted for a tune up on my unit to ensure it will work as expected this summer.
Ravi came out and stated he would need to return with a taller ladder due to the height of my roof (2 story townhouse).  In the process, I asked him to repair the filter grill, but the parts are not available, so I asked for it to be replaced.
Ravi returned two weeks later with the new grill and another technician, Zachary, to perform the tune up.  Both were prompt, pleasant and took the necessary precautions for maintaining COVID protocols; each wore a mask & shoe covers when in my unit.  Love receiving a text and email stating technician is on their way.
Will use again in the future.

Sook is great! He was communicative, reliable and got everything in my house fixed that I needed. I'll be referring him out to my real estate clients. It's always nice  to have a great handyman.

Paul was great. He installed 8 lamps in several rooms and hallway for us, and the job was fantastic, one of the lamp was very difficult to install, but Paul was so patient to get it done. I highly recommend Paul.

I have used Jorge's plumbing several times, from installing sewage sump pumps, rain water sump pumps, installing backstops and correcting past plumbers' shoddy workmanship in general. He's friendly, reliable and always gets the job done right. I highly recommend his services.

A lousy plumber unable to provide service. A guy answered the phone name Christopher. I told him we have a leaky faucet that's dripping under the sink. He said he'll call me back. I waited an hour so I decided to call back. Hi it's me again, oh yeah, I'm working on it! I have used their services twice. However, I was confused used by his comment, I asked working on what? He gave me the run around by telling me I was not in his system! So after awhile I got frustrated and ended that conversation and said I'm calling another plumber.
I'm so glad I did! Smart Rooter & Plumbing showed up within the hour. He was professional, friendly, efficient and better rate. I recommend Smart plumbing to anyone. A.T. Weber was a turn off, rude and unprofessional. So glad they helped me find a plumber I can trust to do a good job.

Had a great experience with Gator rooter. Andres reached out promptly after I submitted my quote and promised something to come within an hour, with parts in hand. Nestor arrived, was very professional and did a great job. Payment was processed via Venmo, super easy for me! Plumbing Heroes just finished putting in a new water heater yesterday and I was completely happy with the job that was done. Plumbing Heroes, specifically Laura kept me informed throughout the process by telling me the the cost upfront and making sure they delivered the correct water heater that I requested. There was no wait and they got me the the appointment the next day to have it installed. I did not have any hot water in the house so was so happy they could move so quickly. Robert went right to work when he arrived and made sure everything was done correctly to my satisfaction. I had never used Plumbing Heroes in the past and will definitely use them in the future. Being a first time homeowner is intimidating and let me not forget.... expensive!

Sewer lateral? Yeah, we didn't include that in our escrow because we dropped all contingencies on our offer and just didn't know any better.

Sidewalk repair? Yeah, again we didn't include that in our escrow because we dropped all contingencies on our offer and just didn't know any better.

Then we found out that our pipes were galvanized and need to be re-piped from the water line and all through the house.

This all sounds expensive doesn't it? Yes, it is and was. However, I received several bids and Morris and his team did their best to try and come close and in the end winning our business.

We did all three projects with Rooter Solutions of California. They were always communicative, on time, diligent, set proper expectations and ensured they finished the job completely with the utmost satisfaction on our part.

Please do do your due diligence, but at the end of the day, you're in great hands with this company if you're looking for a plumber to complete many new projects on your home. In addition, they didn't send us the bill to pay until all compliance documents were provided to us with approval by EBMUD and the City of Oakland.

Great service - very prompt & showed up to my residence on time. They were able to identify the issue very fast, and provided recommendations for fixing. Very professional. I'll definitely reach out to them if I encounter any other issues in the future.

The people who helped me at Oakland Rooter were fabulous! Even though I called 3-4 times thinking I had called them out for leak detection (I didnt write it down ) the woman fielding my call didnt get noticeably annoyed with me like I probably would of if I was on the other line! When I finally got my sh*t together I called them back to make an appointment to fix the flappers on my toilets. They were able to fit me in next day and gave a 1 hour window  After being flaked on by a previous company that gave a 4 hr window I was a little skeptical but I was home all day anyway so it wouldnt have mattered. The tech who helped me, Fernando, was right on time ! He fixed everything quickly. He was very personable and professional. I will definitely use Oakland Rooter for my plumbing needs in the future!

Please do NOT use this company. Customer service TERRIBLE!! We asked for a plumber to come to our place of business. We are a medical facility and we advised that our toilet in our suite is not working - chain broke off and we need to have this toilet fixed right away. Mind you that I called at 11:30am.. I was told that someone was going to come before 1pm or after 2..They didn't touch basis with me until 5pm to let me know that they are not coming until the next day. I'm furious and we had over 40 patients scheduled tonight!! PLEASE do not use this company.. not worth the phone call!!
