Eugene is honest. We asked him to come solve an electrical problem. He came promptly and stayed for a while but was not able to solve the issue. He gave me and his way assessment of the issue and did nit charge us because he was not able to fix it. Highly recommend him

I needed some plumbing work and decided to go with Niko's Plumbing. Two main request I needed him to take care of.

1) Add a Viega shut-off valve next to my water meter.

2) Change the path of main copper pipe going into home to make room for new fence going in our yard.

Niko was super communicative when we spoke on the phone and after I scheduled the appointment, he promised to contact me 30 minutes prior to arrival. On the day of getting the work done he did just that and arrived at the promised time.  My job was a two-man job and Niko brought his coworker Eugene. Both Niko and Eugene did a great job, and I could not be happier. They take a lot of pride in their workmanship, worked very efficiently and kept things very tidy in the process. To top it off they both had great personalities and were people you could have a good conversation with.

Thank you, Niko and Eugene, for a job well done. I will be using you again for any future plumbing needs that may come up in the future.

My Family and I are warm and comfortable  in our home again thanks to Supreme Plumbing and Heating.

Our heating system went out and we called a General Contractor friend of ours, who without hesitation referred us to Supreme.

We called and they came to the rescue.

Second excellent experience with Alfa Plumbing.   Available same day and arrived within hours.  We primarily needed our kitchen sink drain line de-clogged.  We needed some additional work done: new hot water heater hose connections and a replacement to our poor-quality disposal unit (which may have been contributing to the clogs).  Jorge and Ivan completed all the work in about an hour-and-a-half.   Very friendly and professional.  And they wore masks during the entire visit as required.

Submitting another review for We Can Do It Plumbing and Carbo because I've used their services for THREE more jobs since my first review about a month ago. Two of these jobs were planned (installing a washer-dryer unit in our in-law unit and snaking our bathroom sink) and one was unplanned (found a significant leak in one of our sewer pipes) and had to get it fixed ASAP.

With this review I'll talk mostly about the third, unplanned job. Carbo was able to come out, diagnose the problem, and fix the issue all in a very timely manner. (I'm glad I had already worked with Carbo and knew who to call when we discovered the issue). We ended up having to replace a decent amount of that sewer pipe (going from below our main bathroom toilet, into our crawlspace, and back out the side of our house) with new ABS pipe. I was particularly impressed with how Carbo was able to maneuver and get the job done because most of the area in question was in our crawlspace and other hard-to-reach areas. I always thought our crawlspace was gnarly but Carbo informed me they've seen much worse. Throughout, Carbo was very communicative about the whole process and also very non-intrusive on our house as we went on with our day. Our dog has become very good friends with Carbo! Carbo even followed up to make sure the job was stable and that there were no additional issues.

Everything about We Can Do It Plumbing from my first review still stands so please refer to that one for my additional thoughts. Quality work at very reasonable prices. I am glad my wife and I have found our go-to-plumber in Oakland!

I requested a quote on yelp and they responded right away, telling me they are able to stop by the same day and give me the estimate.  My dishwasher flooded our floors, under cabinets and even countertop. Paul S. came and fixed everything the same day; he fixed even the garbage disposal, which didn't work, and we thought it's dead and never mentioned it when requested a quote! Paul changed the hoses, clean everything inside and now I have my dishwasher back in business!

Jose is very efficient providing quality work.   He knows his trade and did an excellent job repairing a leaky drain pipe under our house.  Price was reasonable for professional work.  I will definitely use him for future plumbing needs.

3:30 Saturday afternoon we had a backed up drain which meant we couldn't use the water in the kitchen or bathrooms.  I called 24/7, they said they could have a tech out between 4 and 6 pm.  Sean arrived at 5:30, I explained the problem and he got right on it.  Didn't treat me like I was clueless because I was a woman.  Was very straightforward, told me if he could resolve the problem in an hour it would be $250.  After snaking the drain he went out to the street to listen to the trap to make sure it was clear to the street.  He was in and out in less than an hour and cleaned up everything to boot.  A far superior experience than I have had with the big chain Rooter services, faster and way less expensive.

On time, very good service and Joe even helped me fix some minor leaking problem at the bathroom with no additional charge! Definitely recommend.

I contacted this company several times both by phone and using the online form on their website, but couldn't manage to get a hold of them. They either have gone out of business or they must have enough work that they don't feel like showing the basic courtesy of responding back.

I called H & R early in the morning and Meno was at my door within an hour!  He ran a snake down the sewer line and pulled out the roots that caused the clog.  After inspecting with the camera we found a section that should be replaced and Meno gave me an estimate for it.

I'm very pleased with the knowledgable, efficient and professional service H & R provided.

Ardelio came out within 20 minutes of calling the office to unclog two slow drains. He was quick and thorough and service was reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again when we redo our bathroom. Highly recommend.

After our sewer backed up and flooded our bathroom, we hired a plumber to snake the toilet and part of our sewer line.  However, we were worried that the rest of the line had problems.  We asked Trenchfree to estimate If repairs were needed.  Felipe earned 5 stars for evaluating our entire 250' sewer line using an internal camera.  We were relieved to discover that our system is functional and does not need work.  Bravo Trenchfree!

Stefano returned my call very quickly (even though it was a Saturday), provided a fair quote, did the work quickly, and was very professional and  pleasant to deal with.  The two faucets he installed are working perfectly.

I'm happy to have found a reliable resource for planned and emergency plumbing work.  Plus, he a strong member of the Lamorinda community, which is always a plus to me.

One of our two toilets (the only one my husband who is in a wheelchair could use) started leaking at the base.  Tried another plumber who couldn't come out until September, asked him for a referral and he gave me Rick's phone number.  I called and Rick answered.  I explained the situation and Rick came over right after finishing another job.  He and his technician were polite, professional and friendly.  They quoted the cost upfront, which was reasonable, and did the work quickly.  Our toilet is as good as new, if not better as they put in a better service line and bolts.    I would highly recommend Rock's Plumbing to anyone.

Thank you JD Plumbing for replacing and installing our new toilet. I got 3 quotes and JD was the fairest price. He was willing to make same day appointment. I contacted him thru Facebook messenger and John answered my questions. They came on July 4th holiday and were done in less than an hour. Very thorough and detailed with their work. They cleaned the toilet area after installing it and even caulked it for us because we had it caulked before. They disposed our old toilet. Paid for it and on the receipt, it states a 90 day warranty on the workmanship. That's great. Will call JD again for any plumbing needs. Reliable and fair price. Thanks again.

Efficient and effective!!

My kitchen was saved because of them. Our kitchen was dirty for years, and it's getting grosser and grosser until no one want to clean it anymore. They came in for several hours, then the kitchen is brand new again.

The whole process is so easy. The next day after I texted the owner Elim, he came for a quick visit to understand what need to be done. Then he arranged hardworking people to work efficiently and thoroughly though out the whole house. They covers all platforms, ceilings, little corners and all places that I never noticed.

I am very happy with their work, and I will keep working with them.

Patrick is straight - forward and fast. Very clear about what he won't do and what he will do. So, nobody else would come out --- and the pilot light (I thought) was out on my water heater.  Saturday.  Many phone calls. Many referrals. Nada.  (Why I wanted a plumber to come for what I thought was a pilot light, is another story. ) Then I called Patrick and he showed up in less than 45 minutes. He said it was not the pilot light, but regardless, he fixed it. Now I have hot water.  YEAH!
