Requested service for leaky sink. After trying two sketchy and unqualified plumbers beforehand, we contacted Grizzly Bear plumbing. Todd was cordial, professional, and quick. Took him about 30 minutes and gave a breakdown of tasks he performed so it was easy to understand. He even tightened up our faucet a bit while he was here. Good value for great work.

Service was prompt and fixed all three items with good price.

1. Replaced the valve
2. Installed sprinkler irrigation
3. Repair broken pipe from the sprinkler

Service was fast and we confirmed issue was fixed.  Satisfied with the service and finish the job before my doctor appointment.

I Had the HC crew (Brad Jr., Jose, Kevin) out this past week for a number of jobs - new water piping to the street, emergency shut-off valve for water and gas, new top for an odd water heater flue, new work to have the tub fill, dryer hose. They came with a good work attitude, and cleaned up as needed, even the lawn area that had to be dug up. They even threw in a new contraption to stop the toilet from groaning. They came in at the lowest bid, but the work couldn't have been better. Happy with the experience and the crew.

It was terrible experience. I left three messages for the owner Sonam. He doesn't bother to call back after he took money $120 for 35 minutes inspection by his employee. His employee told us that the sewer line rusted, soil moist and took a  video. I asked to check the waste line in the garage. The owner Sonam changed what his employee said and refused to check it. The owner Sonam said it was small leak on one of the pipe, not to use the master bathroom and sink. He promised he will send an estimate. I texted and left messages for him to send Video that his employee took on the inspection. Four days passed. No estimate. No inspection video. He doesn't bother to call back either.

His employee took off suit and wasn't careful. Soil spread 4 spots to my wall. His employee doesn't get train how to take off the suit inside out to prevent soil all over the customer's house. The owner Sonum rubbed off the soil on the wall so hard and scrap the top wall paint. I have to get paint for touch up.

I called other plumber for another inspection. I found out the sewer line busted and there was no small leak on one of the pipe that Sonam pointed out during his inspection. the second plumber said it doesn't matter what bathroom I used because the waste water connected to the same sewer line. It needed to be replace.

It was a horrible experience. His employee said one thing. The owner Sonam said something else. He doesn't care for his business reputation. His cell phone shut off during his business hour many times.

Never never recommend this company to anyone. He took money and run. I tried to tell him what is the issue. He doesn't listen instead tried to tell me what he thinks and not from the actual inspection by his employee. He said he has enough business on the other side. It is very scary these day to run into plumber just took inspection money and run. How can a plumber doesn't know sewer line is leaking from inspection?

He did a great job putting up our new gazebo. He only charged $250, (others wanted $375, $500, $450. I gave him $300 so he could take his helper (wife?) to a nice dinner. Will definitely use him again. Many projects over the next few years.

Recently, Bayshore Plumbers came to do the maintenance on my tankless water heater.  Getting the appointment was simple. Technician arrived right on time and set to work. excellent communication. Left everything clean. and provided some useful information  as well. I appreciate the brightly colored sticker they left on the unit with a reminder date for the next time.

The water input pipe to my house started leaking inside the garage. The leak was BEFORE the shutoff valve, so I needed help... like right now!!! I found this company with a GOOGLE search and called the phone number. The plumber was at my house within 20 minutes! He did great work and also gave me an estimate on some future work I will be needing. I am absolutely satisfied with the repairs and will use this company in the future. I will tape the plumber's business card to my 'fridge.

J. Carrillo made our toilet installation process as seamless and headache free as possible. Our toilets were in dire need of changing out, as they hadn't been replaced since the home we're living in was first built in the 1970's. I made calls around the Hayward/Union City/Fremont area, and Jeff gave me the BEST quote out of everyone I had spoken to. I was given an all-inclusive quote for the replacement toilets, installation, and disposal, and was very thorough both over the phone and in person while describing what he was going to do. Jeff is very professional, taking extra care to explain any problems he may have encountered outside of the plumbing realm. For instance, had it not been for Jeff, we wouldn't have known that the installation of another toilet before had put our bathroom tiles at a downward slope and now requires the tiling to be redone during a future renovation. Jeff had the job done in a mere 45 minutes! I value honesty and professionalism, and Jeff gave me a good price on his services.. whereas I felt like I was getting gypped by other plumbers, I know I was charged a fair price with J Carrillo.

Winston was quick and professional when it came to fixing a leaking pipe in a rental property I own in Oakland. He explained everything thoroughly and fixed the pipe within hours of calling him.

Eddie has saved us so many times. He's been our #1 goto plumber for years. He's a thinker and will fix and have solutions for weird issues that other plumbers can't figure out. He goes the extra mile to help out. He's fast, efficient, his work is top notch. We feel very lucky to have found Eddie. He's really nice and easy to work with. I had multiple clogs in my house in the main drain and in the sinks and Peet did a great job fixing it.
He came on time and finished the job quickly, definitely recommended

Our shower was repeatedly clogging and we finally decided to call a plumber. Ned was able to come over right away, fix the problem and advise us of what was causing the repeated clogs so it didn't happen again. He returned the following week to install a new faucet for us and again it was superb service all around. Highly recommend!

Jose was fantastic to work with. He responded in a timely manner, and came out to give me an estimate the next day. His crew was professional, friendly, and polite. They did great work at a reasonable price. They showed me pictures and video of the work they completed in the crawl space under part of the house. I recommend them and am thinking of using them for another project we have.

Thank you Goerge Salet Plumbing for a great job in my bathroom but I'd wanna give a special thanks specifically for Tyler, he came in and fixed my broken toilet. Everything now looks clean and perfect, even better than before. he knew exactly what he was doing. He showed tremendous amount of knowledge, good work, and respect. We didn't end up using Rhino Rooter for our job because it was a repair on something that another plumber botched.  

But we had a great experience with Rhino Rooter in terms of the estimate and follow through.  They showed up when they said they would and gave a very prompt and reasonable estimate of costs with a good explanation of everything they were charging for.  

When I called the City planning department in my City to ask about Rhino Rooter, they told me they have a very good track record of work.  I would definitely use them in the future.
