My waterline to my sprinkler system burst and Abraham was able to come out on short notice and after dark and fix the problem. He installed a new shut off valve to the waterline but was not able to fix the actual burst since it was part of the irrigation system, so I'll still have to have someone fix that issue. It did cost a good chunk but I was just thankful that someone was able to come out on a Friday night on short notice and fix the issue so I could have water running for the weekend. He took payment thru Zelle so def have that ready if you don't already have an account.

Such wonderful people to deal with. It was nearly midnight when I called.  The lady on the phone seemed genuinely concerned, and she acted immediately to help me out.  Juan came over in about twenty minutes, and solved our plumbing emergency, working diligently until 1:30 am.  What more can one ask for?  These guys are great.

I first contacted Everest Plumbing about six months ago and have since returned to them for all of my plumbing needs. They have done everything from new installations to repairing my very old plumbing system. The owner, Tserin, is as knowledgeable as he is capable, friendly, honest, prompt, and dependable. To top it off they are meticulously clean and careful about picking up after themselves. I can't say enough good things about their service, and would highly recommend them.

I would recommend Lunt Marymor to anyone. While the prices are not cheap, what plumber's prices are? The important thing is, they do solid work and stand behind it. We had a small leak in our toilet, a Porcher model that is not well known. Michael, the guy they sent out, not only knew the product, but told me that it was one of the better products out there - even the older model that we had. He knew what to do and fixed the problem quickly.

We knew our house had radiant heat set up, but the boiler was old and had not been working. For 3+ years we were trying to find someone who would help us confirm that the pipes in the floor are fully functional and have no leaks. Ramnar was incredible - he came to evaluate what was in the house and what was necessary. Less than a week later, he came with a temporary boiler and set it up within 2 hours to run and test the tubes. He then used a heat sensor to show that the system was working throughout the entire house and we can't wait to swap out the temporary boiler and install a permanent one. Highly recommend!

I was told about Handyman Heroes from a friend.  I looked em up on Yelp and the first thing that I liked was how the owner responded to those who had a less than perfect experience.  #classy

I emailed HH and explained what I needed done on my 118 year old Victorian (hole in siding patched, trim replaced, fascia board replaced, and a few other things).  I received an email back within the hour confirming my requested dates and how much they charge.

Jason arrived as scheduled (even a little early) and as I showed him what I needed done, all he kept saying was, Sure, no problem. Already a Hero and he hadn't even started the work!  He didn't delay and got right to it.  He did an amazing job and finished on time!

I have already recommended HH to of my 2 neighbors and 5 of my friends, and that is just in the past 2 days.  I would definitely use them again!

great and totally reasonably priced plumber. came in for one simple thing and wound up fixing a few other issues we had and still charged us one price. will definitely call them again for future work as other local plumbers not only charged more but never really fixed the problem. i feel like these are the guys you call when all the other people can't do the job.

We had a leak in our shower that was coming down into the kitchen nook on a Saturday night. We called Sunday, they came in on Monday, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it! They were clean, polite and neat. The only criticism I had was the following: 1st the quote, we agreed on changed because they said the leak caused more damaged than originally thought, therefore Jose wanted to charge me quite a bit more than I felt appropriate. 2nd after we agreed on a fair price & I paid for the work, I didn't get the paid invoice via email as I was told would.
However, the work was EXCELLENT! Overall I am very happy with the neat, clean work! Nick was my technician

Pipe Spy was my knight in shining armor.  I am selling my house in Oakland and to do that now, you need a Certificate of Compliance from EBMUD,  It is a long story why you need it, but is true for any house that is older than 10 years. My Realtor called another company (I will review them later!  Hmmmmmm) and they came out on Feb 4th.  They took a week to send a report (which is needed by EBMUD to test the system) and after all of that time they did not know what they were talking about.  My house uses an ejector pump to pump sewage to the sewer main, so it is always under pressure.  It was iinstalled to commercial standards, though it is a residence, so I knew EBMUD would have no problem passing it.

Anyway, after fooling around for a month with this idiot (major, well-respected) company, I called Pipe Spy.  They came out the next day, obviously knew exactly what they were doing and what was needed for EBMUD.  The day after their initial test, EBMUD came out, verified their results and I was done!!!

These guys know what they are doing, no matter what your situation is with your sewer lateral. I would suggest you call them first and avoid lots of stupidity and wasted time.  They will help you get through this relatively new hurdle to selling your house in Alameda county.
