Had such a great experience with Sara's best plumbing! Found her through the Nextdoor app and contacted her on her website. The response was very fast! She came out the next day and quickly determined and subsequently fixed the problem. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough! The cost was reasonable, invoices are informative and emailed, and everything was clearly explained. Couldn't recommend her higher!

I am writing this post to sing the praises of Sara's Best Plumbing. I had to replace my water heater due to sediment buildup. I called and spoke to Cassie who was friendly and set me up with an appointment within days.  Sara arrived on time and was very friendly. She listened, inspected the water heater and explained my options (no hard sell here).  A few days later, Sara was here to replace my water heater. She wore shoe covers and put plastic down to protect my wood floors. She replaced my copper piping, installed a sediment trap, switched out the gate valve, installed a pressure relief valve and an expansion tank and got my outdated (2009) water heater up to code. She pulled the permit for me and scheduled the inspection.  Sara went above and beyond by rerouting my drip pan drain so as to mitigate any damage that a leak may cause. The work included a 10 year warranty! Sara is knowledgeable, clean and I highly recommend her to anyone needing any type of plumbing service!

I will try and keep this short but when you receive such incredible service from a company a few words just won't do it justice.

I wake up at 5 am to shower and realize Our main sewer line has backed up and we couldn't flush any toilet or use the shower without a flood I had no choice but to leave for work leaving my two kids without a bathroom. Shower they seemed fine with lol  Sara's best was Refered to me from a family friend and within 5 minutes of calling I had a confirmed appointment for that same day, I had a confirmation of there arrival window and within 20 minutes of Sarah showing up I had flushing toilets and working showers ! The best part is they honored there online special without any push for more or any typical sales tactic you get form 98% of other service companies out there. I am forever great full to have found an honest reliable company.

Sarah was upfront, fast and professional the entire time. I will forever be calling and sending my clients to Sarah's best. Do yourself a favor and keep this company in mind when In need, you will not regret it.

We hired Sara's to replace bathroom sink, and faucet. What impressed me was their honesty..she told me I did not need a new sink and showed me how to fix my issue. She did replace faucet, valves. Her and Jack are a great team, prompt, honest and thorough!!! Will definitely be calling them for our next project within a wk or so!! We reached out to Sara's Best Plumbing initially for a slab leak detection.  Sara showed up on a Saturday and took her time in explaining the process for slab leak detection.  After a very informative discussion, we determined a slab leak detection was not our best option.  Ultimately, Sara provided us a very thorough and detailed explanation estimate for a copper and PEX repipe.  As this is an substantial investment in our home, we opted to get other bids.  Ultimately Sara's Best Plumbing was the best option.

Sara's crew showed up on time and demonstrated the upmost respect for our home.  The PEX repipe was completed in one day, inspection by the city was completed the following day and all holes patched by day number three.  Upon completion of the repipe, our home and our garage were cleaner than when the crew arrived.  Sara was on hand throughout the repipe process and we felt very good about the value we received for the cost of the job.  Sara is truly enthusiastic about her trade and it shows in her interaction with us and her crew.

Called Sara's Best Plumbing on a Tuesday morning and told them the water in the upstairs bathtub would not turn off. We turned the water off at the main. The office was able to reach Sara and let us know she would be out between 2-4 pm
that afternoon.
After looking over the situation she went over what needed to be done in great detail, showed us what the fixture would look like, gave us a fair price and set an appointment for the next morning. Despite Sara's assurances I was concerned because tile was going to be removed. Well she did a fantastic job cutting, the new valves are in and the new fixture covered everything just perfect and looks great. The prep work and the clean up was also exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend Sara's Best Plumbing to family and friends.

Sara came to my rescue today! I had a water heater that was about 12 years old and out of warranty. We had no hot water for over three days. Sara came almost immediately and assessed my water heater and gave me the best possible options for me and my family. Sara was a referral, and I'm so glad we chose her company to complete our job. We needed to repipe the entire house and replace all 3 toilets and sink faucets, 2 of the sinks, a vanity, and a bathtub drain and fixtures. A massive job that we needed to address with 1966 original plumbing. She was patient, honest, and did a great and thorough job in explaining to me what the problem was. Her online scheduling system was also a breeze and super convenient. I highly recommend her for any plumbing needs.

We received a quote from another plumber, and it was thousands more than we could spend. Sara came out to check, and she was able to address just the issue for a much cheaper price. She genuinely cares about her craft and helping the customer over finding every way to bill you.

When my kitchen faucet was pretty much hanging by a thread, I finally acknowledged that the problem wasn't miraculously going away and I needed a new faucet and sprayer.

Since Sara from Sara's Plumbing had done such a great job replacing and modernizing the outside pipe issues I had earlier in the year, I obviously called her.

When I spoke with
her dispatcher I explained that I had pretty much decided what brand/type of faucet I was hoping to get, and was informed that I could go ahead and buy what I wanted, or wait and Sara could assess the situation and also then purchase and install the faucet.  

I decided that I  preferred to have Sara help make the decision due to the positive experience I had in March.

I didn't mention that I also had a slow leak under the sink.   For me it only involved emptying out a small bucket every four months or so, and I was hoping it was due to the old faucet.  

Sara showed up right on schedule
and assessed the situation.

As she did in March, she checked everything out and then in her articulate, friendly, and non-condescending way of communicating, she explained and showed me why and what was causing the leak, in addition to discussing the options I had.  

Since the only type of kitchen plumbing I had done in the past almost two decades was replacing the garbage disposal, it was obvious to me that I did in fact need some new piping in addition to the faucet.

Sara wrote up the work order, and I was very satisfied with the pricing.  

Before she left the house I mentioned that in the future I was hoping to have my one faucet shower
converted into a two faucet model.
My bathroom had
been remodeled four years ago and the faucet was fine, however I had experienced the dual shower faucets at various family and friends' homes and liked the luxury!

She looked over the shower and told me that she had a brand new dual faucet in her warehouse and offered to install that as well.  

And, she added that on to the work order at an extremely negligible charge!

The next day she and her assistant Jack, arrived prepared and ready to go on schedule exactly as they did in March.

They work very well together and had the entire kitchen sink and shower completed within a few hours, including the time to test everything before officially finishing. They then cleaned up the work area and disposed or took away the old fixtures.

It's obvious that Sara truly loves her work, and even more important she ensures that the customer totally understands what is being done, and she exhibits a true concern for her customers and providing quality work at a very reasonable price!

I was shopping around for a new plumber in the area and I saw Sara and thought, what, yes!. A contractors broke off the handle of our hose bib and it was stuck dripping. Casey answered the call in the evening, gave me a quote and price matched what another local master plumber quoted so I had no reason not to try them. Sara and her apprentice Jack arrived and they are both pleasant and kind. Jack has a very sweet and gentle energy and was very concentrated on doing the job right. Sara really cares about what products she uses and doing things the right way. Best thing about it was NO TOXIC MALE ENERGY! They serve all of Orange County and Long Beach so don't hesitate hiring them as your new plumbers.

Quick response, very clean and thorough.  Great prices and did a terrific job. I would call her again.
