Within 10 minutes of being under my house to fix a sewer leak Bill told me how much it would cost to fix the leak and how much it would cost to replace all the old cast iron drain system. He told me everything I already knew since I had been under the house and didn't once try to create some doomsday scenario, assuming I didn't know anything about plumbing. His price for the entire job was very reasonable, so we decided to do it all while he was here.

William was referred to us by a friend and we can't thank him enough!  We needed a water heater and faucet installed.  William gave us a fair price, was on time, kept the workspace clean, was friendly, and both were installed very well.  I'm a homeowner who has done a lot of work myself, so I'm a bit particular on the quality of work done on my house when I don't have the time to do the job.  The quality of work was excellent.  I will definitely be calling William again.

I Have used bill several times within the last couple of years. I can honestly say as long as he is around I won't be calling anyone else. Every time my wife and I call and he doesn't get a chance to answer he always calls up as soon as he can. We've called bill on a Sunday afternoon, Saturday and even on fathers day and he was always at our service. I honestly cant say enough about him. Very knowledgeable on his job. From back-ups to special shower fittings.  He has even went out of his way one time to head to another city that had an old fixture we needed and brought it to us the following morning. His prices are EXCELLENT (a lot less than what you will pay for on big chain company's) and you honestly don't have to deal with appointments or paying for one for that matter. I have referred him to several other people and I will Recommend him to ANYONE that's in a squeeze and needs a good plumber!  The guy even calls you a few days later to see if everything is working as it should. thing is he is a Veteran owned small business so it doesn't take much for me to get behind someone like that.

I had a wall pipe clog which was beyond my novice skills for fixing. After reaching out several other plumbing companies and talking to some of friends I was recommended to Bill by one of my friends for his good work and reasonable pricing.  I called him, where he gave me the best quote. He drove down to Tustin even though he's based in Long Beach, fixed my clog issue and provided me with a bunch of general pipe care tips during his visit. He's was very polite and I appreciate his hard work & dedication to his work.

I had a not so simple clogged tub. It was so difficult scheduling someone to come in until I called William Thomas Plumbing. They were fast, very friendly, and the price was reasonable. He was honest about the issue and got the clogged drain fixed in no time. Would highly recommend them and would use them again since it's most likely my hair will clog the drain again in about 6 months.

OK folks, this is my third review on this guy, and I rarely do reviews. If you are looking for a plumber that is honest, will come when he says he will, charges fair prices, is really nice, and does a great job, hang on to Bill's number. I will use him until one of us dies. This last time, I had a garbage disposal that was backing up into my dishwasher, and 2 leaky connections under my sink. Bill came over, told me the simple fixes for both problems (which I could easily do), and didn't charge me a penny. What can I say? I recommend this guy 100% for anything with pipes.

Not sure where to begin but the service and expertise were beyond what I expected. I  always dreaded calling a plumber fearing it would be super expensive and have to go through several plumbers to find a good one (and have to pay people twice for the same work)

Not with Bill, he was an expert and extremely professional. He diagnosed the problem and kept me informed with every bit of work that needed to be done and what it would take to fix it.

It's been several months now and everything's been working fine, even a bad smell coming from the drains has gone away since he's been here .

I spent a long time suffering from bad plumbing in the kitchen and laundry room. It would overflow and need to be snaked 2 to 3 times a year. Not only that the vent under the sink wasn't working right so you could smell sewer stank under the sink. After contacting a couple of other plumbers (who were either too expensive or seemed too slap dash) I finally decided it wasn't worth the terror of hearing the burbling pipes and following rush of water as the drainage from the spin cycle rushed out of my wall and onto the floor. I contacted William Thomas based on Yelp reviews and that he seemed to have many years of experience and was based in Long Beach. I left a message and he got back with me within a couple of hours and we made an appraisal appointment for the next day. He and Jason came right on time and went under the house to inspect after I told him the problems. I knew we were on the right track when they started identifying problems which others hadn't. He formulated a plan and sent me a very reasonable estimate within a couple of hours to which I agreed and then he asked if they could start the same day...great! I love it! They gathered the materials they would need and were back at my house in a couple of hours. From that point on they worked tirelessly. They found that upon dissecting the old plumbing that the vent up to the roof was completely destroyed and the cast iron sewer pipes were so impacted with sludge and oxidation they shouldn't have been working at all. They worked very creatively to avoid tearing into the outside wall of the house which was much appreciated as it had just been painted. The end result was an improved and properly functioning system which should serve well for many years to come...all done in an afternoon and at a very good price. Both gentlemen were thoughtful and very pleasant to work with. Money well spent and I won't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

We have had great experiences with Mr. Thomas aka Bill the plumber! He was courteous, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. We hired him to fix 2 bathroom toilets in both of our homes, and shower head. He arrived in a timely manner, assessed the problems, ordered the parts from Kohler, then fixed the toilets as soon as they arrived. He even adjusted the toilet pump to be water efficient to save on our water bill! This is our second time using Mr. Thomas' plumbing services and we strongly recommend him for any plumbing issues you have!

We recently had our drain pipes and water lines changed out by William Thomas. Throughout the process, he kept us informed of what he was doing, step by step. His prices were fair, and he changed out faucets and other little things free of charge. I am very pleased with his work.

This guy will flake on you...even knowing you have taken off from work to have work done and knowing you have inspection scheduled for the next day...our work had been scheduled a week in advance but took a back seat on the day of.
Work was scheduled at 9 am...at 11, he texted to say they would wrap up and be over as soon as possible... 3 hours later (after receiving no further update) I inquired as to if they were coming or not... no response...what an ASS!

I'm a multiple retune customer. Bill's the first person I call and he's great at getting back. This time, he was on the roof snaking through a vent. Then he replaced an old cast iron T that had clogged up. His plumbing knowledge goes back almost 40 years. It's perfect to have someone with so much experience for these old Long Beach homes!

Bill is a hard working, slow, diligent, plumber. We had some problems with our plumbing with a clog in our main line and he responded immediately. He worked long hours and fixed the problem. He was also friendly and clean while working in the house! He also  explained why we were having problems and gave us ideas/solutions for how to prevent further complications and problems.

This man is amazing! Didn't have to come out an look an charge me for show up estimate. I sent him a pic an video an he knew right away the problem an what it would cost. Didn't give me the run around about how much this an that would cost. Quoted me the price which was so affordable in these hard times an his work was completely professional! Bill returned to my home on two additional occasions to assist me in resolving my plumbing problems.  The first time he used his camera to assess the situation and learned that we had a significant breach in the clay pipe.  He was able to determine that multiple cracks and massive encroachment from roots were responsible for our ongoing issues.  I trusted his diagnosis and hired him to return to remove and replace the faulty pipe.  He and Jason came out during the rain to help.  They worked diligently to address the matter.  Before I knew it, the system was back up and running, better than ever.  I am very appreciative of Bill's commitment to serving his customers.  He is reliable and more than fair when it comes to price.  I am glad that I now know an honest, hardworking and conscientious plumber who I can call when I need help.  Bill and Jason won't stop until the job is done and the customer is satisfied.

Had water leaking in the bathroom wall about to burst. Bill was able to resolve the issue in no time. Which saved me time and money, had it worsened. Great residential and commercial plumber. Bill is your guy for your plumbing needs! I highly recommend him if your tired of the run around with Dishonest or over priced plumbers. I have had many people come to fix things here and there but none like Bill. He is kind and friendly but most of all honest he tells you straight up and explains everything with your job and best of all doesn't over charge you !  Many big company's have their preset charges for just going to see the problem and Bill goes above and beyond to do the job right and earn you business if not your friendship along the way  and he responds to your call or text fast too !  I will be using him for any future plumbing jobs I need from now on for sure!

I had a pipe that burst under my house and2 plumbers came by telling me that I had to replace a 40 foot pipe costing me north of $2500. I had William and his assistant stop by to also review the work to be done. They found that the issue was a rotted fitting between 2 of the pipes. Within 2 hours they fixed the issue and charged me less than 10% of the other estimates. I am a HUGE fan of Mr Thomas and he has earned my Trust and will be my Go To Plumber moving forward.

Like I said Mr. Thomas has been my go to plumber for the past few years. He recently put in a tankless water heater and the cost for the parts and labor were exactly what he quoted me and he of course he did an outstanding job. He also fixed one bathroom fixtures at a throw in for the job.

Bill charged us $630 more than what he estimated the job would cost. Honestly I don't really care that much about the money. I work on the road and my wife was mainly dealing with Bill. He seemed mad to have to deal with a women instead of a man. I was very disappointed.

Had water leak in front of my house and bill did a great job on it. I'd recommend him recommend him if anybody has pluming issue. He's prompt and his price is fair.

I was having bad plumbing issues, i had called 2 plumbers and they were unable to resolve my plumbing needs, but with William was able to resolve the plumbing issues. This is the second time Bill has helped me out and on both occasions he did a phenomenal job! The first time was an emergency situation when a pipe burst on New Year's Eve. Bill responded right away, helped us triage the situation, and was out the next day repairing our main water line. The second time around Bill replaced all the plumbing in our 1920 home. Four days of work and only four hours without water! It was amazing. Bill also discovered the sewers line was cracked. He replaced that as well and saved us from a potential stinky mess and bug situation. He replaced the water heater and moved it from a dumpy little shed behind the house and into the garage. First thing first Bill here is an amazing man and gets the job done! It was Christmas eve a couple of days ago me and my girlfriend were cleaning up our house for Christmas day festivities with family and friends.  Just so happens our pipe in the bathroom suddenly exploded sending water gushing everywhere (A scene out of the movies). We both panic! Running around like chickens with our heads cut off! We're both trying to find a way to make the water stop. I finally find the main water valve (about 20 mins later) by then the bathroom is flooded  and water is everywhere. We called plumbers none of whom could make the call.(Christmas eve) We flag down Bill here because he stays several houses down from us. We caught him just as he's leaving for Christmas eve dinner with his family.  He puts his plans on hold and comes to our house and temporarily fixes it. Tells us he'll be back in a couple of days. He made good on his promise came back fixed everything like he said. Fast and efficient! Great pricing as well! This man works miracles! He's a miracle man! THIS IS  MR. GO TO! Bill has been a very welcome resource for our family Plumbing needs. We had an emergency situation on a Monday and Bill responded, showed up and solved our issue all in the same day. William Thomas Plumbing is reliable, fair and very knowledgeable.

William is a Godsend. He calls back promptly, even if it's late or early. He fixed our main toilet, even going to pick one out. We then had an emergency main drain clog before my daughter's 10th birthday party at our house, and he came and fixed it so the party could go on. I appreciate honesty and hard work. He represents both. I have referred him to a friend who liked his work too. We now have another date scheduled so he can replace our main drain pipe. Good guy, who does good work. We have used Bill's services off and on as needed for over a year now, from plumbing issues, gas line issues, and water heater install. He's always dependable and quick to respond. He works weekends and has answered our needs on holidays even. We continue to rely on him. Prices are fair and reasonable. Very professional. Very courteous!

He was recommended by a neighbor. Very happy with him, will definitely give him a call next time we need plumbing work instead of relying on those big name places. He was polite, went beyond expectations, charged fairly, and even came back to check something we weren't sure about (turned out the problem was not anything he did, it was electrical.) Job started as a faucet relocation and went to a complete PEX repipe. They were there every day till they finished. Great work and will use his business next time I need a plumber.

I had a small leak at the base of my toilet. Again, I assumed it was going to be an easy fix. Turns out it was not. Bill was able to quickly assess the situation, order the parts, and fix the problem. He was also able to replace the toilet with a newer more efficient model. All this in the span of 2 days. You obviously never look forward situations like this but Bill's expertise makes me feel confident that anytime he's involved, the work is always going to be top notch.
