Petar was very thorough in installing my new Pelican 1800 water softener system. He drilled through the external wall and skillfully fitted the system in the limited space in the garage's corner, checked the water pressure upon install, gave me a few valuable advises on the system usage, and turned the water back on from the main valve.

While we didnt end up using this service he was the first person to reply and had the best rate! Unfortunately we had an emergency leak and paid up the nose for an install since the guy was already here.
I can't add anything that hasn't been said above. I called him yesterday but because of work I couldn't meet him until this morning. I knew I needed a new wataer heater since I hadn't replaced since I have been in the house so going by the other reviews and after talking to him I did not order a new heater. He came at 9:00am, saw that my waterheater was about 24yrs old, went a got a new one, changed the connectors, since everything was not up to code and was done by 11:00. He was great and the pricing was reasonable. I will definitely use him again.

We used Plumbing Installs to install our Springwell whole house water filtration and water softener system. We received quotes from other companies but decided to use Plumbing Installs based on them being a recommended installer by Springwell.
Petar was able to offer us a quote using the images he was sent. Mario was assigned the job and a service time was set. Mario was on time, very professional, and completed the work without issue. We were pleased to see that even though Mario is a professional, he still consults the instructions due to the manufacturer often changing the install process.
Plumbing Installs is now in our list of plumbers for any upcoming work we may need done! Highly recommended!

I read some reviews and decided to try Plumbing Installs. Yes great services and FAST response. My water heater broke no hot water and leaking. I called Petar around 3pm, he was able to stop by to take a look at it few hours later which was great!. I got new water heater on the next day around noon as he promised. He finished within 2 hrs or less. I highly recommend him...great svcs, fast response and prices.

Had a whole home water filtration system and reverse osmosis drinking system installed, guided me on what they recommended to purchase and came out and did a great job on the install, haven't had any problems
Had three toilets installed. All work performed clean and efficiently. Came prepared with the right tools for the job, including a vacuum for cleanup as well as spare parts in case the customer is missing anything (which I was). Flexible on schedule, and was one of the few plumbers that was actually reasonable on price and charged accordingly based on the specific work environment/etc, as opposed to inflated flat rates given by numerous other plumbers. Great to finally find a go to plumber for future work.
Petar installed my Aquasana whole house water filter and water softener. He did a great job! Installed it in just 2 hours while other plumbers said it can take at least 4 hours. He is very familiar with the system. He is very responsive and professional. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
We needed to call a specific technician for the type of hot water service we have so we didn't have much of a choice in who we worked with, but we definitely lucked out with these guys.
To start, they are on time and even send a message to give you a heads up when they are close by. Peter came by to take a look at our hot water service, he was well dressed and even had boot covers to make sure he didn't make a mess in the house. He made sure he took his time to diagnose the situation and that we fully understood what needed to be done before doing anything.
Anyway, he obviously completed the work and all went smooth. But here's the kicker, while working he noticed that our water softening service needed a bit of maintenance which he took care of and also gave us a tutorial so we can maintain the system ourselves moving forward...all that and he didn't even charge us for it.
I've worked in the bathroom and kitchen renovation business for a while and have met a few plumbers over the years, and I can safely say you won't find much better than this company. Thanks guys!

I was looking for a plumber to install a water softener, RO system and for someone to drill a hole through our quartz countertop for our RO and glad I found Petar from Plumbing installs. I purchased a whole house aquasana system and needed someone to install it. By sheer luck I was referred to Peter. He told me the cost and that he knows that system very well. I was relieved because aquasana didn't tell me who to call to install it, so when Peter said he installs them often I felt a rush of relief ! Peter installed it today, he was not only on time. But he came 10 mins early. He told me how long it would take to install and he took an hour less than his estimate. One part got broken during shipping so I'm waiting to get the new part so he can finish by simply popping it in. But he did all the hard work today and it looks amazing and was done so neatly. I can't wait to have the part that broke added and have nice clean/softened/UV filtered water in my whole house! Peter was so nice, easy to deal with and professional. He even helped me move my stuff out of the way so he had room to install it.

Great service over all!! Called Petar early Saturday morning. Left a voicemail about no hot water and pilot light wasn't working. I had called other places and explained my situation and was that about 90% of the time I would need a new water heater. When Petar called me back, I explained the problem and told me I probably needed the pilot assembly replaced. He showed up at within the time he said. Sure enough it was the assembly that needed to be replaced. He was fixed the issue and saved me hundreds of dollars.. Highly recommend him to anyone who is having issues with their water heaters.

Excellent, honest and affordable plumber!! I've used Plumbing Installs for about a year now, to install my Aquasana system, replace toilets, and do some minor maintenance at my house. But, LADWP called the other day and said that we had a major water leak. Peter re-adjusted his schedule and rushed over. As I was calculating the 10's of thousands of dollars that this was going to cost, to re-plumb the entire property, he quickly opened up the water meter, and showed me how to tell by looking at the meter, if we had a leak or not. Efficient. Clean. Professional. Timely. Peter was the main guy and he brought along an assistant to install our water softener. Both were professional and friendly. I really appreciated the confirmation text one the day before the scheduled installation. On the morning of, I received text updates for bad traffic with an updated ETA. Not enough service companies do this and you end up sitting around wondering when the dude is going to show up - but not Peter; he keeps you posted. They projected 4-5 hours for the install (we were informed on the time frame when we scheduled the appointment) - it ended up taking less than 3 hours. The higher projected hours was to factor in unknown problems they may run into, but since it was a smooth install with no issues arising, it was done in a shorter time. My neighbor actually recommended them to me, and I will definitely recommend them as well!
Petar was the consummate professional and a real pleasure to work with! Within 24 hours he committed to and finished the work, showing up at an early hour to make sure it was addressed promptly. He was very communicative, quick, and the most affordable of the quotes I got too. I highly recommend him for quality and professionalism!

I had a recirculation pump installed because I was filling up five gallon buckets in my shower before it got hot. This is a fantastic investment, I have the water heater turned down half mass and the water is hotter than it ever has been before!!! It heats up in 7 to 10 seconds!! No more carrying 5-gallon buckets of water to my backyard and repurposing for my lawn. Thank you so much Petar ! Had a great experience using Plumbing Installs. My wife found them online with Yelp and made a couple of calls. He was very responsive and he had the availability we needed for installing our water softener in time. Petar's prices were very competitive with other places and we even had him install a bathroom faucet for us too. He was very quick with the install and efficient with his time. Installing the water softener and the faucet took him under 2 hours. He took the time after to show me how it worked and answered my questions. He even preprogrammed it for us so it would regenerate at a certain time. I was happy with the work he did and would definitely use him again for future use! The only issue I have is that his Yelp says he accepts credit cards but this is not the case. I had to use venmo or zelle.

Recently purchased a house during this pandemic that was a prior rental unit/foreclosure property. Due to this I was worried about installing the new reverse osmosis water filtration system for my downstairs sink. (Thinking pipes might be busted or seals faulty if I start playing around down there and with no easy way to get to a hardware store for a fix) so I reached out to petar and he provided an affordable quote even offering to decrement the cost for using an existing hole in my counter top for the faucet. This stood out to me showing me that he isn't just trying to charge for as much as he can get. When he came out he provided fast and excellent work. No breaks, no spills, and water system working great. I will definitely be reaching back out to him for any future projects.

Much to my horror, I discovered that my water heater was leaking and knew I was in for a replacement. I called several companies who wanted to charge me just to come out and look at it. Petar was extremely great to work with. He was very responsive and professional throughout the process. He responded immediately to both the initial consult and follow-up questions. He asked great questions which demonstrated his knowledge of the Springwell water filter/softener product and installation process. I sent him product details and a picture of my garage pipes/system and he validated it would work and promptly scheduled an appt to come install. During the installation, we ran into a huge issue - but it was due to a product defect. He called Springwell and worked out the issue. It helped that he is an authorized installer for them. He drained my pipes to make sure the water was safe. He subsequently received the replacement part and came back the next business day to install it. A few weeks later, I noticed an issue with our guest bathroom, which he promptly responded to and came out to assess the issue. He entertained my silly recommendations on how i thought it could be fixed, but we figured out in the end that it was due to a pipe issue. He adjusted the knobs and it was back to normal.
While his quote was higher than others, I was initially comforted with the fact that he is an authorized installer of Springwells'... but now realize it was well worth it based on my experience. Thanks again Petar!
I had come back from vacation to find that I no longer had hot water in the house. After doing some research, I was able to determine what the issue was. My home owners insurance requires all repairs be done professionally. I sent out a number of inquiries through yelp. Out of the dozen plumbers that responded, only 4 responded in a manner I would conclude to be honest. (A few tried to blow it out of proportion along the lines of telling me that my photon transducer was malfunctioning) Petar responded to my inquiries professionally and promptly. He stated the problem clearly and did not attempt to upswell. Petar arrived within 7 minutes of the appointment time and resolved the issue efficiently.
I'll see if the repairs hold up but for now he earns 5 stars for his honesty, efficiency and professionalism. He price was relatively on par with his competitors.

I bought a whole house filter from Pelican that needed to be installed. Peter did a great job installing the system, rerouting preexisting pipes and installing a new shut off valve. There I was, on a Tuesday night with no hot water and 3 people needing to shower for work/school the next day. We called P&I at 6:00 pm Tuesday night and our new water heater was installed within an hour. We had hot water before 8:30 pm and all was right with the world. What we thought was going to be a complete nightmare was one of the easiest emergencies I've ever been through. Petra installed a whole house water filter and water softener for me. I highly recommend him. He was quick to respond with a reasonable price. He arrived on time and let me know half an hour before arrival time that he was on his way. Being punctual is a big plus for me. The installation went smoothly and he tested the systems. Peter was extremely responsive to my questions/messages and came over the next morning to install my under counter water filtration system. I contacted SO many companies here on Yelp and it was difficult to find someone who would both drill the faucet hole in my quartz countertop as well as install the system at a reasonable price, but Peter did both! I was super impressed at how quickly he finish the installation without even looking at the included instructions. We had several leaks under out kitchen sink. I sent a yelp request to Plumbing Installs last night at 9 pm. By the next morning Peter from Plumbing Installs set up a time and gave me a quote. Very reasonable. He came to our home at the established time, wore booties to protect our floor. He diagnosed the problem recommended the repair, performed it and instructed us as well. We were looking for a household plumber, we just moved to Westminster from LB. We are so happy to meet our new home plumber. He lives nearby too, which is great.
Our aprox. 20 yr.old GE water heater started dripping water droplets from the plastic drain valve and at first was thinking of replacing the drain valve only. After multiple consultations with Petar through Yelp, I decided to replace the whole unit instead. Petar was very honest and informative and gave me a very good price. While he was draining the water the faulty valve broke off, so we started using buckets instead, which enabled me to see the filthy water/sediment that was built up over the years. Looking on Yelp, had called another plumber already and was given a time later in afternoon. I called at 830 am. Had Gas Co. come out the previous day , appointment time was from 7am-8pm, of course they showed up at 750pm. (That was so annoying). Decided to call PI. A man answered and said he would be right over. Score.
The man was Peter, and I was really impressed with his knowledge of my water heater and what to trouble shoot. ( I googled my water heater problem the night before.)
He broke it down and re- assembled with brand new part. Turned out wasn't the pilot light it was the burner assembly.
Anyways Peter said never seen anything like this and to call whirlpool up. We did and they replaced my water heater. Peter took it out and went to Lowes and got me a new one and had it installed quickly.
We plan on using him again for some basic plumbing problems in the future .

I was looking for a plumber to install our whole house water filter and softener and the company recommended plumbing installs and I couldn't be happier! The owner is very responsive and did an excellent job on installation. We had a small issue (not related to his work) and he contacted the manufacturer for us and told us what needed to be done in order to fix the issue. If you are looking for a reliable and honest plumber I highly recommend him.

I called Petar, he responded in under 30 minutes with an appointment time and a request for me to text him my home address etc. He arrived on time and went right to work replacing my kitchen faucet. He cleaned along as he worked and when he was done, not only did I have a new faucet, but my kitchen was spotless. Always maintaining a very pleasant manner.
I wish I had more work for him to do. He will be my plumber from here on in.

Amazing! I called Petar early this morning at about 8am and he answered what may have been his cell phone RIGHT away! He already had 3 jobs lined up today but he said he can squeeze in and stop by to check out our water heater leak. Our water heater is located upstairs in a small closet and it already had leaked and maybe did some damage (not much) on our downstairs ceiling. He came over within the exact time he said he would arrive, he even called 30 minutes ahead of time to let us know he was on his way.
He knew exactly what to do once he saw the water heater and he went out an bought us a new water heater with all the upgrades. His service was clean, quick, professional and he was very knowledgeable.
I am happy to write this review, I always appreciate a good deal if I do, but I would have written one anyway.
I just want to say thank you for saving our ceiling and getting the job done right the first time around and for being so kind to us.

Petar installed a new kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. Everything looks and works great and the final cost was equal to the estimate. Also he explained things well and was nice about my dog, who is scared/upset by strangers coming over but is fine once he is able to smell them/investigate them a little bit.

Petar replaced a water heater for us about 2 years ago. He offered the best quote out of the 5 companies i contacted. Hes not the friendliest person you will meet, BUT he's honest, efficient, hardworking, professional..and most importantly, my water heater hasn't had any issues! I would definitely recommend this company if you need to replace your water heater.
It is a miracle when you discover a Plumber that - gives you an arrival timeframe, sends a text when they will be there in 20 minutes, is courteous, gets straight to the leak problem and repairs it!!!! I have been in the property management business for over 15 years. Plumbing Installs so far has been the most professional, reliable, and cost efficient service my company has ever used. I first consulted over the phone with Peter about a job that was required at one of our home sites. He was extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done, asking all the proper questions. I've had Petar do three projects for me now - water softener, whole house water filter, and under-sink reverse osmosis system. In each case I shopped online for a week to select the product I wanted and bought them on my own on Amazon and at Home Depot. Petar came and installed the units. He did a great job - I have soft, pure water throughout the house now at a price this is literally less than 1/4th (including all my purchases and all of Petar's labor) of professionally installed equipment from the guys that work with Costco. And Petar stands behind his work as I found when there was a minor issue - he was right back out and quickly and cheerfully corrected it. This is the best way to go - I had quotes for over $10k for this project and its done for under $2k!!

There cannot be a better water heater repair guy. I didn't have any hot water, so I called a guy on Yelp who told me I would need to order a part from GE and he gave me an estimate for the repair. Since I didn't want to wait, I called another guy (Petar) who told me he had the part and could start in about an hour. He arrived and fixed it for $60 less than the first estimate (including parts). I was so relieved that it got fixed that I offered to tip him. He refused and just asked that I refer him, so that's what I'm doing. Thanks, Petar!
