Danny and Fernando were amazing to work with. Danny responded quickly to my messages and provided a quote for exactly what I needed (replacing an old hot water tank with a new tankless heater). Once I gave the green light, they started a few days later. They showed up bright and early with masks on and protected our floor with some drop cloths as they hauled the old water tank out. They worked efficiently and had everything done earlier than expected. They also left everything clean and spotless. In fact, our exterminator came by after and was so impressed with their work he asked for our plumber's number. I highly, highly recommend them.
There aren't a lot of plumbing companies out there that are responsive, courteous, professional, and reasonable. Kevin Rooter Services is one of them. Our technician assessed our needs and was fair and honest about what needed to be fixed/replaced. He was professional and efficient in his work. We will definitely be using there from on for any projects that may come in the future.
It started with a clogged shower and with slow sad realization as the tub and toilet also ceased functioning I realized that I had a main line clog. I dreaded calling the home warranty because I didn't want to wait days for a fix but I called anyway and was assigned this company . I was eagerly awaiting the half-hour mark to call as most of these guys take a day or so just to set an appointment. Raffi called me before I called them! He said he could be over in 30 minutes but immediately called back to adjust the time (60 minutes how professional to keep me informed) He arrived ahead of schedule was polite, professional and efficient! He fixed the issue showed me the cause (roots) and suggested some more permanent solutions (no pressure just gave his assessment and his card). This company is definitely in my go to moving forward. It is rare to find a competent and honest service today. They were excellent!!!
I decided to change out some compression valve connectors in a sink and the fridge water line. I switched out 5 of which 1 or 2 were leaking. So...1 was still leaking. I had used Kevin Rooter Services twice before as has a friend who I recommended them to. I can't believe I hadn't reviewed them previously because both times I used them they were great. Fernando came out this time and he was the best. He's laid back and just takes care of business. He took care of everything I needed and the price was lower than I expected. I lived in San Diego and had found a good solid plumber over there. I've certainly found my go to Plumber in the new area I moved too and won't go anywhere else. 5 stars perfect. Harry is the ultimate professional and provides outstanding service! I have called him several times over the last year and each time come away impressed with the service he provides. In this day and age where everyone is trying to make that extra dollar, he will actually make recommendations that could save you money without jeopardizing the quality of his work. I had called him recently for an estimate and he came over and suggested I could easily make the adjustments myself and save a few dollars, but what really impressed me was that two weeks later he followed up with a text to make sure everything worked out!
AWESOME SERVICE!
Basic plumbing needs were fulfilled on a short notice. Needed dishwasher supply line replaced and they came right out next day and replaced it within 30 minutes. Also the guy was quickly able to show me why the pressure in the house was low and fixed that while he was here. Now I can run the dish washer and take more enjoyable showers. Would highly recommend and though I'd prefer no plumbing issues, I will call these guys if they do come up.
Luis and Raffi came out to fix a pinhole leak in a 3/4 copper line. In an hour they had the repair done saving me a big water bill. When I saw Luis invoice, I was surprised at how low it was. I am having him back to restrap the piping. The straps now are galvanized and may contribute to electroylsis rubbing against the copper. There's nothing like a leak on a Sunday just when you're going to have a a relaxing night . Thanks to Luis and Raffi I can relax!

One day when I was washing dishes after dinner, my sink started spitting up some of the gunk and garbage from the garbage disposal pipes. I contacted Kevin from Kevin Rooter Services and he immediately set up an appointment to get it checked out the next day. Kevin was a very nice guy and he knew what he was talking about when it comes to plumbing. He fixed it within 30 minutes and was very helpful in preventing the situation from happening again!

Fernando came through for me! My water heater broke and began leaking at 10am on a Saturday and I texted Fernando . He immediately responded even though he was in route to a job and continued to communicate with me all day to help. With a combination of my willpower to get a new unit myself that day, with his ability to squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon, I had a new water heater up and running within 10 hours of it breaking. Additionally, he showed me how to use features on the new unit and explained what is most important in an emergency scenario. He also was nice enough to remind me to register the product in case something went wrong. Noel went above and beyond what I would have expected and helped me remain sane in an emergency situation. I will absolutely keep him on speed dial.
So here I was, just off a 12 hr night shift dying to take a hot shower & go to sleep, but unfortunately I had a toilet that wouldn't flush & water that was backing up into the tub, so I was pretty desperate to find a good plumber fast. I read sooo many reviews for different plumbers wondering if the reviews were REAL and hoping I could find someone affordable that could come that morning. I initially called one company, but they had taken so long to get back to me and when they did, they couldn't fit me in until late afternoon and were going to send someone that spoke very little English. That's when I decided to try someone else and called Kevin Rooter Services.
I highly highlyyyy recommend this vet owned plumbing company! Mike answered the phone right away, asked me questions, explained what was happening with my plumbing, gave me a quote, and was at my house within 45 mins. He was so HONEST, nice, fairly priced, and extremely thorough! It was such a relief! Phenomenal service in Los Angeles doesn't happen often so I think this business definitely deserves to be recognized. Hopefully I never have to see them again, but I'm keeping them bookmarked in case I ever need a plumber again or know someone that does.
* Stellar company to do business with. We have been looking for a new electrician for years & stumbled upon these guys when a friend mentioned using them in our time of need. The Project Manager, came out on a Sunday exactly when he was expected. He assessed our issues & came up with a game plan and assigned an excellent crew who were at work the next day to start and then stayed with each phase of the project (some re-wiring and a new panel). Mark and his crew could not have been more professional or courteous. All in all, a pleasure to work with under very difficult and trying circumstances.
Danny was super reliable and quick and the quotes he gave me we're accurate. The first time I had a toilet that was running for a very long time (I called in the morning and Danny came within 2 ish hours) and the second time he replaced the water valve and line next to the toilet. I got a few quotes for the second job and this place had the cheapest quote (or close to it).

Outstanding service !!!!!! I called on a Saturday in the late afternoon and I was able to get a tech out the next day! Once here Fernando was great he gave a free diagnosis and went over the possible repairs. He then tried the first repair but found that the issue was worst than first thought. He then replaced the toilet and gave us a 1 year warranty on labor. He even tried to buy the color my wife wanted to match the bathroom decor. He did all of this in under 3 hours on a Sunday which was truly amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs plumbing repairs!!
These guys are great!! We had an issue with our bath spout and the guy came and assessed the situation and determined we needed a new part which he ordered on the spot and he also followed up with me as the process of ordering the part moved along. As soon as it came in he was at my home installing the part. I wish I remembered his name. Very fast from start to finish. I must say I had a fantastic experience I would totally recommend and use them again. Also the price is very reasonable!

A few days ago early in the morning my water heater began leaking. I called several places and had to leave messages. I called this company and left a message. They promptly returned my call set up an appointment for later that morning.
The price quoted for the new water heater and installation was the price I paid. The work was completed in a timely manner to my complete satisfaction.
Many of the other plumbing places never called back.

Adrian came to the house to troubleshoot my suspected leak. You could hear it but not see water. He was excellent! He found the problem with very little changes to the house and fixed the pipe and valve. I couldn't ask for better technician like Adrian. The cost was very reasonable especially being a Sunday. I will ask forAdrian again for plumbing needs
Fantastic. I am extremely picky with my house and I want things done perfect. They sent over Harry over to go over all the work I am planning to do and patiently explained everything (the issues, the process, the equipment). He emailed me an estimate shortly afterwards (including part numbers) and was really good at email communication back and forth.
For the first stage of my installs Danny came out and did a fantastic job. If I could name the single best thing he did it would be the fact that I was confident he knew exactly what he was doing and had more than enough experience to see the hidden issues in his work.
I am looking forward to the next round of work with them for my garage!
Last week my kitchen was leaking water and I had no clue how to get it to stop. It was literally flooding part of my floor, getting everything wet and it was ruining everything. I checked underneath the sink where the water was coming from and it looked like one of the pipes has busted and it was causing the leak and getting everything all wet. It was in the middle of the night so I needed ton contact a plumber that was open late and that took emergency calls. I called this company and they were available. The plumber over the phone was nice enough to teach how to shut off my main water line so I can stop the leaking. This was a real life saver and saved me a lot of money from damages that was being done to my property. The plumber arrived and was able to get the plumbing fixed with no problems. The billing was fair considering how much of an emergency it was. I had no clue what to do without them. I highly recommend this company for their plumbing services.

Replied to my initial inquiry within an hour. Called before arriving so I could let my daughter know he was on his way. Took only a few minutes to discover what was clogging our toilet after we had tried for three weeks and it didn't cost the Earth. Also gave a recommendation that could potentially save us from a major mishap in the future. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.
They were great. Responded within 30 minutes of message, and talked through over the phone what they expected and when they be able to come over. Was able to go back and forth between text to ensure someone would be home to meet them. They diagnosed, explained, and fixed the issue within 45 minutes. The price was higher than I expected given the time to repair and materials, but they were professional, friendly, on time and got my problems fixed. I will use Kevin Rooter Services again if needed.
The pipe for my sink had a crack on it. They stopped by for the fix. Very very customer friendly and respectful. He did a great job finding a high quality piece and fixing it for me. Since the estimate they initially gave me was no accurate, they decided to do the fix for free for me to make sure I'm happy with the service. Something we don't see these days that much! They value the customer satisfaction more than anything else. Thank you for the great work!

Got same day service which was needed as my kitchen faucet sprung a pretty good size leak. Danny arrived early and had the problem figured out by the time I got there. He had a replacement in his truck, but I wanted something a little fancier so he waited for me to run to Home Depot and get the one I wanted. Danny was very friendly knowledgeable showed me how to keep it running smoothly and was good with the dog! Will call them again!
I needed a plumber quick and they showed up quick. The plumber walked me through the process and he did a great job. The service was very professional and they gave me a very good price. They also gave me a call back for a follow up to make sure the service was done right. Overall great service, I would highly recommend to anyone in need of plumbing.
I've used them a number of times over the years. They have always been easy to schedule, and their work is very good. Adrian came out last week to look for a possible leak (we had been notified by the City that our water usage was unusually high). He was very thorough. He checked the water pressure in several spots, as well as all the toilets and faucets in the multi-unit building. He also gave us some suggestions for some next steps if the leak continued, and he gave us a very fair price for the work. I'll continue to call them for my plumbing needs.

I have been having issues with my main sewer line since I moved into my new home. I've had several plumbers from various company's out to snake the line, they'd leave and a month or two later I'm all backed up again. Found this amazing plumbing service on Yelp and decided to try them out. Guy showed up on time, gave me a few options from snaking to hydro-jetting or even lining the pipe to fix it once and for all. I went with the hydro jetting and they cut all of the roots out, inspected the line with their camera scope and its good as new. The plumber told me that the roots will grow back eventually but gave me a 1 year warranty. HONESTLY Thank you SO MUCH You guys go above and beyond anything that I had asked for and expected, your service is appreciated within this area and I hope to see you guys continue to grow, you guys definitely deserve more than five stars I will be using you for the future and recommending you as well
We live in a condo on the first floor. There are 2 floors above us and we share a bathroom sewer pipe. Our toilet and tub started filling up with our upstairs neighbors waste water. We were desperately bailing but still had minor flooding. We contacted our upstairs neighbors and they stopped flushing and the situation stabilized. We googled and Kevin Rooter Services came up and we called. Fernando called and was here within 40 minutes. He had the problem resolved within 30 minutes including running water and flushing to be sure we were 100%. The price was reasonable for a evenings call. We highly recommend them!!

I needed a water, gas line and a tankless water heater from my house to a new guest house. After checking out some companies I found this company . Danny the owner gave me very professional expert advice without being one of these pushy contractors who try to sell you into anything fast. You have no idea if even less than half is true what they are telling you. Danny was different. He focused on customer concerns and then gave his best advice as well as making a good effort to push for better quality at the same comparable price like others. I got good answers and had the impression that he would do a good job. Few days later the work was done with 3 workers and things got finished up in only half day. Excellent job!
