The knob in my shower broke on a Saturday and Home Depot and Lowes didn't have a replacement that worked with my style of Moen knob. I was referred here by a plumbing store. They sell to industry and the public. I showed up about ten minutes before they closed on a Saturday (at noon), showed the guy behind the counter my knob and some other parts I have taken off of the shower, and the guy came back with three options.

I couldn't believe how cheap the replacement was! Although I only the knob broke the kit came with a knob, a faceplate, and a new shower head. This was all cheaper than the knob and faceplate (no shower head) kit I had bought at Home Depot, that didn't work out. The guy even explained to me what parts I had to reuse from my shower (the internal stuff) and how the new external stuff went together. I will definitely go here first for any future plumbing fixture purchases.

I was having trouble finding a part.  None of the big chains (Home Depot, Lowes, Ace, etc.) had the right one.  Several told me I could use a substitute, when it turned out I could not.  Express had the right part, and at about half the cost of what those large retailers were charging for something similar.  Also, very nice folks who know their business.  The only thing they could have done a bit better was confirm the availability by phone, which for some reason they couldn't do when I called.  Luckily they're in a neighboring city and I had luck by showing up.

Been a bit since I was there last. So I wanted to verafie the hrs as they are not listed on yelp. I was told they are as follows;

M-F 6:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sat. 7:00 am - 12:00 pm

I hope the info I received was correct.

This place even robs plumbing contractors! 40% higher than other supply houses on prices. 0 stars!

Very helpful. I'm not a plumber and was trying to find some small, inexpensive parts for a DIY project. The fellow that helped me was great. They have A LOT of parts there - probably anything plumbing-related you would ever need.

So I drove all the way to Express Pipe and Supply on Saturday morning and arrived around 11:30am. Found the doors locked and nobody there.
I really hate small businesses that don't honor their posted business hours. It's a huge pet peeve of mine. And typically it's caused by lazy counter help (that are poorly supervised) who just want to take-off to start their weekend early. If you can't be trusted as a business to honor your own business hours....what else can you not be trusted to do? Seems like that should be the  bare minimum expectation.

I agree with Rogers review.   The sales associate was simply not polite.   I was very uncomfortable shopping there.   Will need to find another store.

I had a terrible experience.  I went there to get a pipe fitting for my bathtub.

1. Although the posted business hours show it opens at 6am the door was locked at 9am and nobody responded when I knocked on the door.

2. I entered through the side door and was totally ignored by the employee at the front desk.

3. One employee tried to help me for about 30 seconds, but was overruled by another employee who rudely shouted WE DON'T DO FITTINGS THAT SMALL!

4. So I left.  It was an AWFUL customer experience.

Went there got everything I needed they have everything you need at good prices easy to deal with. The only thing is the place is hard to find but worth finding

Good customer service, rarely have the obscure things I need. Come for the back order, stay for the sarcasm!
