We had been experiencing flickering lights and intermittent power outages. We had called another electrician that replaced a breaker (which looked used) and told us that he couldn't guarantee that it would fix the problem. If the problem came back, he would have to troubleshoot all the fixtures and bill hourly. The problem continued so we decided to get a 2nd opinion.

When we called Pat, he asked questions that led him to believe that it was an So CA Edison related problem and not our panel or fixtures and told us to call SCE. We also wanted our panel checked so he came out the very next day and checked all the points leading to the panel and showed us the most likely SCE cable connection problems. When SCE came out, it was just as he suspected. He saved us a lot of time and $$ with his advice.

Pat was efficient, friendly and professional and I would highly recommend him.

Jesse and his team are top-notch and great to work with. They came out on less than 24 hours' notice to fix a persistent problem with the circuit housing our tankless water heater, and ended up helping us make our other circuits more efficient too. Jesse even called me personally a few days after completing the job just to make sure everything was resolved. If you have electrical problems, Ready Electric is the place to go.

Seven Electric did a great job and were really responsive. Reasonable prices too. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!

I own a business in Beverly Hills that needed some electrical repair work.  Igal came and gave me a bid which seemed fair.  We added some things and took out some things at the beginning of the job and I expected it would be more, but it was almost twice what had been quoted.  It would have been nice to have known that the company was going to charge $50 per bulb to change out 29 florescent bulbs.  That price seems high to buy and change out a bulb.  The also didn't get rid of the old bulbs or some fixtures that they removed.  Just left them in the business.  It also took them a month to complete the job because they had other important jobs they had to attend to and they ordered the wrong covers to some of the florescent lighting fixtures which further delayed things.  
Igal is a nice guy and accommodating,  The work he did was done to my satisfaction with the exception of those items:
1. Didn't tell me up front how much additional work was going to cost,
2. Took way to long to finish the job.
3. Didn't get rid of items they replaced.  
4.  Pricing was too high to replace a florescent bulb.

When I called Steve (who I found on Yelp), I thought I had multiple electrical problems. After immediately taking my call and setting up an appointment later that day, he found the first - critters had chewed through wires that knocked out the lights in an entire room. The second wasn't really a problem and instead of making it one like some contractors would, he nicely explained what the issue was and didn't charge me. He returned the next day and re-wired the entire room with the problem. Despite having to go through dry wall in the ceiling, one couldn't even know he had worked on it there was so little evidence.

If we were allowed to give 10 stars, Steve would have received each one from me. He's the best.

BTW, this is the first review I've ever written on Yelp despite being a big user of the site. That's how much I think of Steve.

Jorge is very responsive. He answered my request for quote right away to swap out our hardwired 240V built in microwave to a 120V one. He asked me to call him for some additional information this AM and was able to dispatch an associate Eric.

Eric was very professional, friendly and helpful. He was able to diagnose our issue and come out with a solution and give an assessment.

Jorge determines the final costs and the work was completed quickly and Eric was great.

Their business is verified licensed and they do good work. Not the cheapest, but good work so reasonable. Highly recommended.

Shok Electric is our go-to company for electrical work! David is extremely skilled and does really high-quality work. And, he also takes the time to clearly explain everything that he is doing and why. Gloria is very friendly and responsive in all scheduling communication. All in all, we're very glad to have found David and Shok Electric. We'll definitely be using them for all our electrical needs in the future and are happy to highly recommend them!

Quick and efficient...hung dining room light fixture. Came out perfect.

Omer came on time!
He replaced our main electric Panel to 200 AMP.
He dealt with all of the city requirements and city inspection.
Then we hired him again to change lights and switches , the workers were very clean and polite.

I called Marvin this morning to have an outlet installed. His response time was less than an hour upon the initial call. He was very patient with us and our building manager. He and his collegue, Ed were able to provide the needed service with a good priced. They were very friendly and very informative. Excellent customer service.

Peter was fantastic. We used him and his team to rewire our new (to us) home since it was built in the 30s and was in desperate need of some new wires and some recessed lighting. Spark masters was super responsive, finished on time, and even came back a couple of times after to help us with some minor things. Super easy to communicate with, finished on schedule, would definitely use again!

Edgar and his crew came this week to fix a messed up installation in my apt downtown. They were awesome! They took down the light fixture, sorted the jungle of wires up in the ceiling and then correctly assessed what the problem was. Very thorough and professional and even better, they arrived exactly when they said they would. I have no problem recommending them and will be contacting them again for electrical problems.

These guys are amazing! Did a huge job relocating and replacing a circuit box, new waterline bonding, grounding, junction box, etc etc,  at a very competitive price and the work and the whole team were splendid! See attached photo.
