I have used this company twice and have had great service. They answer calls immediately, send a technician out right away and continue to communicate thoughout the entire process. Very professional. I have used them twice for different locations and both calls resulted in great service. Highly recommend!

I requested a quote from several local electricians to install an outdoor NEMA 14-50 outlet for my new EV. Response was quick and competitive so I went with them. Nshan and team showed up on time as scheduled and installed the outlet effortlessly where I wanted it placed. Payment due was exactly the same amount quoted for. Highly recommend!

Returned my call within 15 minutes and came out the same day, on a weekend, to give me an estimate. I called two other places, for estimates, but they couldn't accommodate my work schedule.
Jess updated/installed a new 200 amp electrical panel and breakers, ran in new electrical outlets to accommodate kitchen appliances, and repaired a closet light. He did all the work in one day. He cleaned up all the mess. And, he marked the breakers. Good work.

William answered my request immediately and came over the next morning. We live in a 1960s built condo with old wiring, and he was able to change out all of our outlets and light switches quickly and efficiently. He also sourced the hardware for us at a very reasonable cost that was in line with what we had priced out ourselves. He was absolutely great to work with and we will be calling him back for all future needs! Highly recommended.

I called Electric Brothers for a quote to install mini-split AC's systems in two of my bedrooms and garage.  I wanted a one stop shop approach to the project and they met and exceeded my expectation and needs.  Issac quoted out the required wiring, appropriate units as well as the installation for the project.  He was very professional, prompt and flexible to my desires and budget.  Upon the initial consultation visit, he discovered a serious electrical wiring flaw in my house unrelated to the project.  He was honest about the seriousness of getting this wiring flaw fixed to avoid serous complications in the future and very reasonable in the cost to correct the flaw.  His wiring and installation crew were polite, efficient and very courteous throughout the project all of the way to completion.  I'm exceptionally satisfied with the AC installation and wiring project the Electric Brothers crew completed in my home.  They will be the first ones I call when it's time to replace my central heating and AC unit.  Give them a call, let them quote the job and you will be extremely satisfied with their professional, honest and courteous approach to their work.

Had a small but urgent job when having a new appliance delivered. Needed a new outlet installed right away. Curt was super nice. Sent him pictures of what was needed and he came the following morning and installed a new outlet.  Price was reasonable and all went really smooth. Curt's a good guy! Will definitely use him again.

I had a small job done (electrical outlet added), but big results. Manuel Pablo, (the owner) showed up on time and was neat/clean, very friendly, and professional.  He completed the job in less than 90 mins including  cleaning up the area. I will definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Jeff came to our home so quickly after my call, and completed the repair in the pouring rain. He arrived when he promised, explained everything he was doing, and cleaned everything up before leaving...three things that are not common with other service providers. He will always be my go to for any electrical needs, and he should be yours too!

Dude is on point. Would recommend him anytime. He quickly hung up everything in my garage to help get that shitbox organized. He was fast, clean, and easy to work with. Highly recommend him.
My bikes are hung up, party chairs on the wall, and skateboard rack is up. I will be calling him this week to see if he can come out and hang up some mirrors and a overhead garage organizer.

I spoke with Aram about rewiring my house he was on time to our appointment. He took his time and explained what needed to be done.
He gave me a fair estimate and answered all  my questions.
I did not feel he was rushing me or trying to close a deal.
I reviewed my bids, I was going to go with Voltech but against my better judgement I did not.

Chris was awesome.  Called at 9 am on a Sunday ... needed immediate service.  Chris was able to arrive within less than an hour and half... fixed the problem immediately...will recommend to family and friends.

Gil came by today and fixed my main panel breaker problems. He was as good and honest as it gets. Gil was straightforward, knew his stuff, and was looking out for my best interest (not to swindle me with padded hours and marked up part prices). I would highly recommend him.

Wayne of Burbank Electric is an excellent electrician.  His work is neat and up to code.  He also is up on not only current fixtures and bulbs but knows what is in the works for the future.  At our condominium complex he has assisted me in making good choices as how to accomplish good lighting at the same time as saving money.  Through his assistance the electric bill for our Home Owners Association was lowered by $150 per month.  Besides his good work he is also honest, polite and good natured.  I highly recommend him.

I was renovating out a house in Santa Monica and I needed careful and responsible work because everything was new.

They prepared the kitchen exactly according to the drawings, laid the floors and made corrections to the walls. Moved outlets.

THE INCIDENT
So, I had an unusual problem. A circuit breaker died in my breaker box. I had had problems before on the kitchen's circuit with running a toaster and George Foreman at the same time. This was a different circuit.

When I was away from home, my fiance was heating up leftovers in the microwave, watching TV and running the washer. All were on the same circuit. Bam! All of a sudden everything went out. Darkness in half the house.

Over the phone, I had her check a few things. The circuit breaker wouldn't reset or turn back on. It was four switches with the center two tied together in a 2-20 configuration. I checked around on the Internet but since I didn't have any experience with breaker boxes, I decided to call an electrician and have it done right.

THE SEARCH
I checked online for an electrician. Angie's List angieslist.com required a paid subscription. YellowBook yellowbook.com was just pages of names and phone numbers without useful info. Bing bing.com was better. It linked me to Yelp reviews which I appreciated.

First, I contacted Powell Electric and was greeted by a call intake person who knew nothing about electrical work. They said flatly, $99 to come out applied to the job if you use us. Yelp told me that they could be 2-3x what other companies charged. No dice.

Next, I called West LA Electric. $95 to come out. I don't like that model. What if I don't feel comfortable with them. Still, an almost $100 hit!

Finally, I called Intelectric. Lorraine answered the phone. I told her that I was a small potatoes home owner who most likely needed a circuit breaker replaced. She was bright and cheery. Offered help right away. Then, she offered to let me speak to the Service Manager before scheduling my call to take in more info! Really? Awesome! That's the way it should be.

Rob the Service Manager was very helpful. He guided me on how to find the manufacturer, amp rating and location of the bad circuit breaker. This is FRIDAY AFTERNOON and he still managed to schedule a tech to come out by 5PM!

SERVICE CALL
Robert the Electrician came out. He was dressed professionally, wore boot booties and carried all of the necessary tools to get the job done. He had to bring a substitute circuit breaker (different manufacturer) because the matching one was on order from their same-day supplier. Intelectric wanted to get me up and running ASAP!

Within about 20 minutes, Robert disconnected the wires, tested the circuit, replaced the bad circuit breaker and hooked everything up again. He tested the circuit several times with a voltmeter. A-OK. He also checked my other circuit breakers to make sure the gauge of the wire matched the amps of the circuit breaker (very important!) All-in-all, it took about 1/2HR and I was up and running again!

Robert told me to contact Intelectric on Monday to find out when the matching circuit breaker would be arrive. He had me get on the phone with Rob to verify that there wouldn't be an additional charge to quickly swap out the circuit breaker. All good.

FOLLOW-UP
On Monday mid-day I got a call from Chris who said they were still waiting on the part but would let me know when they received it.

On Tuesday morning, I received a call from Lorraine that the matching circuit breaker had arrived and they would try to schedule Robert to return based on the timing at his first job. I received several more informative calls. They offered a service window of 12-2PM.

Robert arrived on-time and swapped the circuit breaker. He was done in about five minutes. I wrote a check for the circuit breaker, wished him well and ended the service call.

CONCLUSION
I'm writing this review right after Robert left. He's a big Lakers fan judging by his ever-present cap. Intelectric's service was, in my opinion, a slam dunk! My fiance and I are all set now with the matching circuit breaker, consistent electricity and functional knowledge of our breaker box.
