Technician arrived early and took care of the job quickly and efficiently for a rate significantly less than a lot of other places. I was very happy with his work and he did not try to sell me anything else that I did not ask for which I appreciated

Soon after I moved into my new house a breaker connected to an AC unit tripped and wouldn't reset. I called Rick Jackson Electrical just in case it was just the fault of the breaker, which I assumed would be way cheaper than if it was the AC. In the end it was the AC, BUT in the process of checking things out Rick discovered some serious issues with loose connections in the panel, which were causing serious heat, like melting plastic pieces of the panel type heat.

He came back the next day with new parts and redid the connections for a reasonable price and a lot of speed, and I am secure in the knowledge that my risk of electrical fire has been greatly reduced. I would recommend him to anyone in the area.

Vartan was great! My home is prewired for a level 2 charger for the Tesla. I needed an electrician to just connect the parts to a useable outlet- and Vartan knew exactly what he needed to do. He brought the right materials and did the job in less than 10mins! He was so easy to talk to and he knew his stuff. There was no hassle at all!

About a week ago the power went out on a number of outlets in my home (not all of them). I called Primo and was very surprised that they triaged my problem over the phone and explained that I only needed to replace the faulty outlet. He also recommended replacing all the outlets that went out in case they were all old and installed at the same time way back when. Well I did what was recommend and saved myself some cash which was also quoted to me over the phone if I did need them to visit. Great service!

William was great. He showed up exactly when he said he would. His prices are very reasonable, and he fixed our wiring the right way. He listened and work with us to make sure it was done the way that worked best for us.

I had a lot of checklist items I wanted in addition to changing my main service panel. Issac came out, took a look at my existing system, and gave suggestions that would enable me to get in the items on my 'wish list'. He was very good at remembering details during the initial walkthrough and shared those with the lead, Minor, who was also great during the process - also very patient with my questions and led the crew efficiently.

As this was a fairly involved job it took a few days, but the guys worked around my schedule (as I work from home). As with any job that involves home improvement, there was a lot of moving parts, but I am quite pleased with how everything turned out. Oh, and all this was done during the tail end of a pandemic which definitely made things a bit more complicated - but everything got handled well from start to finish, including clearing everything from the job away once completed.

Issac did a final walkthrough to make sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. It's great to have business owners like this that take pride in the work they do and maintaining a strong reputation. I would definitely recommend Issac and Electric Brothers, and if anything else comes up related to electric, they will be my first call!

Erik was great ! He was prompt and easy to
Communicate with from the estimate to the repairs. He did a great job caulking and also putting new grout in both bathrooms. Even after we accidentally ran the shower before it was dry and messed it up, he came back out quickly the next day and fixed what we had messed up. Will absolutely use him for future handyman projects and repairs !

I can't speak to the quality of an Voltech actual repair, but I just spoke to a Voltech representative by telephone about my dead fluorescent lights, which I attribute to the ballast.  Rather than the typical hard sell to let his company repair my lighting, he suggested replacing the fixtures, which I can do myself (or which he offered to do if I cannot).  This type of honesty is rare and very much appreciated.  I will definitely look to Voltech the next time I need electrical work.

Chris is very professional and does amazing work. He has installed a new electrical panel, a new charging outlet for my electric vehicle and additional outside outlets. He is punctual and fair priced. I recommend Chris to everyone.

This is my second review for Gil and Amor Electric, and I will continue to call Gil for all future electrical issues.  

I needed an electrician to assist the installation of new motors by the Shade Store.  Unfortunately, the electrician would need to wait while the installers mounted the new unit after the electrician powered down the old one.  

From the moment I called Gil, he was professional and went out of his way to assist with my one-off request.  When the work was completed, I was charged $50 less than what I was quoted.  This is a no-brainer!  Call Amor Electric -- promise you will be so happy with the outcome!!

We had to have our VERY OUTDATED electric panel replaced. If you need any electrical work done in Burbank, look no further (hey LA...you can use him too!!). Communication, honesty, reasonable rate, knowledgeable, experienced. Wayne is the whole package. This is our second time using his services and we are so confident in him that moving forward, we will not ask for competing bids for any work needed on our home - this is our guy.

Very unprofessional. Paid $500 for a hand drawn diagram of the wiring for ev charging. If I knew it was going to be that quality I would have drawn it myself while they were speaking to me, or asked a 10 yr old to draw it. We told them it would take us time to schedule the work, they kept sending emails asking us for an update. But conveniently stopped responding to emails and request for refunds once they realized that our HOA only wants ladwp to do to the work and we weren't going ahead with them. Lady on the phone realizes that this situation may warrant a refund, tells me that they may be able to offer a partial refund, but emails that her boss vetoed her decision because he gave us A diagram. So you call her for each thing you need, she needs to talk to the manager/owner and emails the response. But never follows up to my responses. I need to call again, sometimes twice because they forget/ignore. Never been treated this way by any business before. Very disappointing.
