Val came out to my house as scheduled, looked where I wanted the outlet placed, went and got materials, and had the outlet install all within 2 hours. Very neat installation. I'll call for my next job putting infrared heaters under my patio cover.

We had some AC issues over the 4th of July holiday and we were in need of a new circuit breaker. We called Rick and he was able to come and fix our breaker on a Saturday, during a holiday weekend. He was very professional and honest and we would not hesitate to call him in a second. Not only did he fix our breaker, he did a thorough job of inspecting our AC unit, which isn't even part of his job. He just wanted to make sure that our AC repair man did a proper job. He even spoke with our AC repair man to make sure we didn't get ripped off. Finally, he texted me the very next day to follow up with me to make sure our AC was working. Rick is the best at his job and I would highly highly recommend him for your electrical needs. Thank you Rick!!!!

Soooo happy with these guys.  They easily and quickly replaced the exhaust fan in my bathroom.  Neat, quick and very professional.

Primo electric was top notch. Three qualified folks showed up on time and with a great work ethic. While I mostly stayed out of their way as they worked I could hear their conversations. This company is run like family - everyone did their part and everyone treated each other with respect. I have a small child at home and not once did I hear them drop an F-bomb or talk about anything inappropriate. They played music in the room they were working on the project. I enjoyed the fact it was a mix of oldies and classic rock. Jesse was my point of contact on the job, he made it too easy. They installed a new ceiling fan after relocating the existing electrical box and even patched (no paint per my request) the ceiling. I will definitely call on them again for future projects!

So very grateful for their super quick response time! They fixed my EV charger issue and installed new up-to-date outlets in the kitchen. They were fast and very kind.  So grateful.

Shout out to the Electric Brothers Agustin, David and Eric who saved my house from burning down... my air conditioner wasn't working so I called the HVAC they came out and determined that my air conditioner was fine but my meter box was in need of repair. I searched yelp and finally decided on the Electric Brothers because of their many good reviews.
Isaac came out and gave me a fair estimate, two days later they came out to install a new 200 amp electrical meter box.These guys work nonstop in 90° weather and finish the job in a day and a half. They showed me where the wires had burned underneath the main breaker here's a photo. If you need any electrical work done don't hesitate to call them..

These guys are great.  Usually it is hard to find electricians to see the job through and A first has given a great service and have been honest all the way.  They came back on time to fix some issues we were having.  They do great clean work.  Will definitely use again.  Highly recommend!

I felt helpless ... my wife calls and tells me we've lost all power to the house at the hottest part of the day with my 90+ year old parents staying with us. By this time it was after 6 pm and I was at least 90 minutes out from getting home.  SCE said there was power to the meter and refused to come out. My wife had flicked all the breakers to no avail. The house was hot and they were afraid we would be stuck in a dark house all night.
I called a number of electricians in the area, but they were either closing, had a poor attitude or didn't return my call. Then I happened to give Independent a call.
Mark was just finishing another job and, despite it being the end of their normal business day, he rushed over to my house. He quickly put the family totally at ease, fixed the issue, and since it was relatively minor, refused to take payment as my father is a WWII and Korean War veteran.
An incredible family business. We've used a number of repairmen and contractors over the years, and they simply don't make'm like Mike anymore.  I recommend you give Independent Electric a try.

-fast - diagnosed the problem and fixed within 45 mins.
-friendly - played with my dog!
-honest - when i asked if he could replace my track lights in my kitchen, he just showed me how to do it myself.

I was very happy I had Burbank Electric rewire my house. Wayne is a real pro and wants to do the job right. For any electrical work I recomend Burbank Electric.

I had a hard time deciding between 2-stars and 3-stars.  There are some good things about this company, but in the end I can't give a good score because two very expensive service calls later, my problem still exists despite throwing over $2000 at it.

About three years ago, a sep-pump for the add-on of our house died.  We called both a plumber and Intelectric.  The plumber came out and installed a brand new sep pump.  They highly suggested that we have the electrician install a direct power supply line with a dedicated switch.  When the Intelectric electrician arrived, his suggestion was to add another circuit to that part of the house so the outlet could be dedicated to the sep pump.  I agreed to his suggestion, and It worked for about a day and a half before it blew the circuit.  Then we got a rush of sewage all over the floor AGAIN and couldn't use that room AGAIN.  I had the plumbers come back out and they dug the pump up and said that it tested out fine, meaning that the issue was with the circuit.  So I once again called Intelectric for service and after they finished it worked again... this time for just a half a day.

No matter what outlet I plug into, the trips it instantly.  It's utterly frustrating, because we have been unable to use this space as we had envisioned.  Perhaps there is a voltage cap or current issue here, but I would hope that the electricians would recognize that problem.  Perhaps there is some other issue, but I would hope that between two electrician visits and two plumber visits that it would be resolved.  Plenty of people in this area have the same system and it doesn't trip every time.  Ours didn't trip for over a year, but has been trouble since.

On the positive side, the two electricians were very nice and seemed skilled at the hands-on aspects of their craft.  On the negative side, I'm very disappointed that the problem has not been fixed despite the number of visits.  I'm generally a pretty easy going guy about things and give a lot of leeway.  But after a second unsuccessful and expensive house call, my patience is exhausted.  I'm done with Intelectric and am a little hesitant to trust Angie's list for the next company we choose.
