Val came out on a short notice and helped install a chandelier - the last piece of lighting that needed to be installed. He provided excellent service, and I'm happy with his work!

Nshan with East West Electric has to be among the most pleasant professionals I've had the pleasure of hiring! In every interaction -- whether via Yelp messaging, phone calls, or in-person -- he has been nothing but professional, friendly, communicative, and forthright. When I first called to request an estimate on some electrical work that my husband and I wanted to have done (installing a ceiling fan, changing several light fixtures, installing a new exterior light, and removing the remnants of a long-defunct security system), he worked with me to find a convenient day and time to come by, provided an immediate and fair estimate, and remained patient with me when the scope of work was expanded to include a few additional projects (changing an ancient doorbell, adding a couple recessed lights, and some pendant fixtures) that would ultimately require a second visit.

I initially reached out to Nshan because the reviews for East West were outstanding and after my first-hand experience with him and his colleague this afternoon, I am happy to count myself among their happy clients! I had my old 1960's electrical panel upgraded to a 200amp panel. I also had some smart home Co2/Smoke Detectors hard wired, dedicated circuits ran to the kitchen, and a sub panel ran into my garage. The team from Electric Bro's absolutely came through for me. They were nice, kept the work area clean, went above and beyond to make sure my wife (who is half crazy) happy and they even worked around my two toddlers. I would not hesitate to call them again in a heartbeat.

Had Jeff and his team run some 230v wiring for me.  Quick and painless.

I came across Eric's work on IG ('65handyman'). It's hard to find the words to describe his talents and craftsmanship. But when he told me he went to a college in Europe for 3 years to get a degree in 'construction and everything handyman' it made sense. He has done EVERYTHING for us. Installed a toilet and a sink. Installed lights in walls where there were no lights before. Built a gate. And a fence. Installed skylights. Painted ceilings. Put up new walls. Put up wallpaper. Put down floorboards. Built an entire laundry outside. Transformed entire rooms. Whatever we have needed. He can do everything. But more than that, he is an artist. Everything he does is freaking unbelievably beautiful. And he isn't super expensive. There are handymen on Yelp who charge so much more and honestly have no idea what they're doing, it's like they just thought they could make money pretending to be handymen on Yelp. They could do with a three year degree in Europe.

I had I around to get estimates and this company took the time to come and to provide the estimate. After receiving prices from other companies without seeing my home, I hired independent electric to complete a panel upgrade after having some electrical problems. They also installed under cabinet lights in my kitchen. Communication was clear from the beginning. Workers arrived on time and cleaned up when the job was done. I will hire them again when I need any electrical work done

Aram installed a new electrical panel for me and he did a great job from start to finish. He was responsive throughout the project and managed the whole permit process with the city, continually pushing to move things forward even when the city was not being very responsive. His knowledge of the city requirements also allowed me to plan ahead for things such as a tree removal, which could have held up final approval by the city. He even followed up with the city inspector and made sure we passed inspection. He happily answered my many questions and was always punctual when we met in person. I would definitely use him for future projects and would highly recommend him to others!

Contacted Chris and received a reasonable quote very quickly from pictures I sent him. Asked if he could come the next day and he was able to. When he got here we discussed what needed to be done and he started immediately. The work was very well done and everything was cleaned up. This is the guy we all want to use for electrical; punctual, courteous, very knowledgeable, gets the work done quickly, cleans up, and sticks to the quote. I will use again for sure. Simple.

I was in desperate need of my stovetop to be fixed for this weekend (planned for bunch of people to come over). I called Amor Electric and Gil came to the rescue! He tried to first see what was wrong step by step and figured out what could fix it, and hurrah. It worked. If ever my electric goes out, I'll come back to Amor Electric. Thank you for your service!

I had two old Federal Pacific electrical panels:  one in the house and one in the garage.  If you search Federal Pacific, you will see why I wanted to replace them.  The circuit breakers had a bit of a flaw--they did not break!  If you overload a circuit, it will just burn.  I got three quotes and although not the absolute cheapest, Wayne was in the ballpark and I got a good impression from him.  

Well, he showed up on time with all the right parts.  This was a day and a half job and it was completed on time and on budget.  He left the work area clean.  I have a small gripe--he did not mark what the breakers went to.  Part of that is the old panel's fault as the previous breakers were not all that well marked, but I would have considered it A++ if he had marked the breakers.

Wayne did get extra points this past weekend.  One of the outlets in the room over the garage was 240 volts for a wall air conditioner.  When he replaced the panel, he did not know about the 240 outlet, so it got wired for 120.  I had not used the air conditioner until that day so I didn't know the outlet was not working right.  I called Wayne and he was at my house in under 2 hours on a Saturday.  No charge, of course.

Wayne does a good job for a fair price.  I will call him the next time I need electrical work.

Jacob came immediately after I reached out within an hour and installed our tv and sound bar with perfection! Jacob was very pleasant, efficient, and detail-oriented with the job. All of this for a great price. I will definitely use this business and Jacob again!

Very unprofessional. Paid $500 for a hand drawn diagram of the wiring for ev charging. If I knew it was going to be that quality I would have drawn it myself while they were speaking to me, or asked a 10 yr old to draw it. We told them it would take us time to schedule the work, they kept sending emails asking us for an update. But conveniently stopped responding to emails and request for refunds once they realized that our HOA only wants ladwp to do to the work and we weren't going ahead with them. Lady on the phone realizes that this situation may warrant a refund, tells me that they may be able to offer a partial refund, but emails that her boss vetoed her decision because he gave us A diagram. So you call her for each thing you need, she needs to talk to the manager/owner and emails the response. But never follows up to my responses. I need to call again, sometimes twice because they forget/ignore. Never been treated this way by any business before. Very disappointing.
