Val came out to evaluate my garage for an EV charger installation project. Although I didn't get to get it done because my condo's electricity system is not strong enough, Val explained the problem and the entire process so kindly and patiently. I would definitely reach out to this company if I need their help in the future.

Very pleased with Rick's service.  Reached him quickly, even though he was in the field-- explained what I needed done.  He suggested that I photo our breaker panel and email him the photo, so he would know the brand and model, and be sure to have the proper parts when he arrived. He arrived quickly, same day, and knocked the job out quickly at a fair price.   Recommend highly!

Contacted David through yelps this morning explaining what I needed to get done and he responded back very quick. He came by this afternoon and took care of business. He was a super cool dude and good at his trade. Very reasonable price. since it probably would have taken me hours and hours to install the light and some small other job he did. Thank u again

William at HD Electric was awesome, I'd recommend him to anyone.  He was incredibly friendly, very no-nonsense and straight to the point, and overall did really great, quality work.  He installed a NEMA 1450 power outlet in our garage for our new Tesla (see pics) and replaced an old GFCI plug in our backyard.  I got 4 quotes and he was by far the most reasonably priced.  He was extremely easy to communicate with through yelp and by text, and the thing that was really shocking to me was that every time he came over, he arrived 10 mins early.  I feel like I never see that anymore and was really impressed.  He was flexible and made himself available immediately for our project, and after the NEMA outlet was installed, he gladly stayed longer to help me with the other problem I had with the old GFCI in the back.

So relieved to have finally found a reliable electrician. Hallelujah.

Had some extensive electrical work to be done recently. I sent the quote out to 4-5 electricians, Electric Brothers was one of them.

I called Isaac on a Tuesday, he set an appointment with me to come scope the job Wednesday morning. On Wednesday, he showed up exactly on time and gave me a quote to complete the job. After verbally agreeing, Isaac sent me a quote via e-mail to formally approve. Shortly after I approved it, Isaac and I spoke again and scheduled the job to be done that Saturday.

Isaac and a crew of 3 (4 total) showed up promptly Saturday morning to conduct the work. What I thought was going to be a 2-day job, was completed in 7-hours due to this crew's efficiency.

They were clean, courteous, polite and respectful. They took great care to work around my delicate succulent bed. Whenever they needed to be in the house, they took great care and made sure to clean up any mess they made.

Given the current landscape - they all had nose/mouth coverings, which we appreciated (we had masks on as well).

All-in-all, the Electric Brothers exceeded all of our expectations. I will be using them exclusively going forward and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Jeff is awesome.  He was prompt and professional.  I hired Jeff because he was the ONLY one that came to my residence and looked at the problem and saw what actually was involved.  He emailed me a detailed estimate on the work that needed to be performed.  He was on time when the work needed to be performed and his staff is courteous and professional.  Jeff offers suggestions also that would make your electrical needs easier.  I highly recommend Jeff without reservation.  He is licensed and has a highly qualified crew who perform quality work only - no corners are cut.  He oversaw all the work done and made sure everything was done as requested.  I am so glad I went with his services.  You will not regret his quality of work!

I would give more stars if I could. Erik is nice and easy to work with. Honest and reliable. He came back several times because stuff had to dry.

His prices are amazing, especially for the work and time he took. You can tell he cares about what he does.

Wish I found him sooner! My railing he painted looks amazing and exactly the color I wanted, even though I was pretty flexible. He also cemented some cracks on porch and back of the house where water was getting in. Had the idea to do a waterproof sealant to solve the issue.

I'm a new homeowner and needed to upgrade my electrical panel. Knowing next to nothing about the work that needed to get done, I reached out to Chris and immediately got all the information I needed plus a fair quote. (He even helped me fill out the permit application correctly and guided me through all the administrative work that needed to get done!)
The panel upgrade was completed in two days and Chris and his team were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, organized and courteous. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and I ended up learning a thing or two about all the electrical workings that go into a home.

Update - I just called Gil to help with an electrical issue at my new place.  It was a bit outside his service range but he was kind enough to give me some tips for troubleshooting the problem on my own.  He really knows his stuff and is a nice guy too.

Wayne was quick to respond, on-time to all appts, and super friendly. I wanted to add level 2 charging to my garage which already had a sub-panel at 40Amps. Ideally, I wanted to get 50Amps into the sub-panel to make the most of the charger. He immediately checked the gauge of the wire coming in and stated it shouldn't be a problem to update the main panel breaker to 50 and go from there. Saved me serious $$ in trying to rewire from the main panel with a 1 min check. He gave me some other pointers and explained some of the permit process so I was able to apply for that myself. Work was completed within an hour a couple weeks later from the estimate and passed inspections without a hitch.

Will definitely recommend Wayne and his team for any electrical work at my home and others! Thanks Burbank Electric!

This is our second time hiring Zilvinas. He is very responsive, communicates well, and most importantly does great work. He installed a drink fridge into our existing cabinetry, and it came out very nice. I will definitely hire Zilvinas again.

If I could give 0 stars I would (believe me, I tried for 5 min to unclick that 1 star). Not only did they want waaaaaay too much for work on my new condo at the time in Culver City, they asked for a $250 deposit to inspect the premises, even though I already had an inspection done by the city. But I naively thought, whatever, and like an idiot I paid it, by check no less! If I had done credit, I could have have contested it. They do take credit, so use that in case you read this and still use them.

When they came out, they quoted me for a bunch of stuff that I didn't need (including $125 for troubleshooting balcony light switch; the balcony lights are controlled by the building, not by me), citing that the city of Los Angeles requires these things. The condo was in CULVER CITY and had no such requirements. So unless these guys had magic re-zoning abilities, I was having none of it. When I told them I wanted/needed only certain items on their total quote, they were insistent that I take the full quote of over $3500, holding my deposit hostage if I did not use them. Apparently, their quote constitutes a contract, (one I never signed, by the way), and according to them my deposit is tied up into this contract. They did respond to my attempts to compromise, but they continued to be unreasonable about the services they wanted to charge me for, bottoming out at over $1000 of unnecessary services.

In the end, I forfeited my deposit out of principle, and ended up using another electrician who charged me half the price for the same services I had requested without the pushy salesman tactics. I'll admit, I was a fool and they took advantage, so in essence, they earned their money. Call it tuition for a life lesson.
