Technician arrived early and took care of the job quickly and efficiently for a rate significantly less than a lot of other places. I was very happy with his work and he did not try to sell me anything else that I did not ask for which I appreciated

I just spoke with this gentlemen about coming to get a quote and he was quick and to point that he was booked for the next month and a half, so why is advertising his business specially for what we were asking for. Very rude.

One night, I noticed some electric outlets in the house weren't working.  Checked the circuit board and saw two breakers that tripped.  So, I flipped them, but suprisingly, experienced a huge spark and flame which set me back. The panel door slammed shut, and behind it, I heard something crackling and then a pop!  Oh boy...

Called a few friends, but no one had a good electrician they could recommend...(only bad ones!)  The reviews for East West Electric were excellent and now, I know why!

I called a few others, but some had voicemail, others weren't available, but East West asked me my location and got me on their schedule as soon as possible.   I was happy to see two electricians arrive, because it's easier and faster to do repairs when at least two people work together.

They quickly diagnosed the issue, (which had to do with water, after all this rain) and made solid repairs....no quick fixes...they did GOOD job which left me very confident in their workmanship.  They were professional, caring and very attentive to the work area, making sure it was always safe and neat.  They were even kind enought to do an extra small side repair that I hadn't originally mentioned, which they had no obligation to do - proof of their quality customer service and satisfaction!

There is a fee for them to come out to diagnose the problem, but after all, what business is going to take the time to come to your home for free nowadays?  However, in the end, the overall fee was very reasonable ....especially for the time and care they took to fix the problem.

I highly recommend this company for any electrical needs and will definitely use them again.

My tenants found Dave last summer to fix an outlet since I live in Salt Lake city.  They moved and I wanted to update some electrical.   He gave me a really fair bid on Tuesday and was done with the job Wednesday!!!  In and out clean and quick with really good communication. William responded to my inquiry quickly answered all of my questions provided me with a reasonable quote and was able to come the very next day to install 3 ceiling Fans and convert 6 of my recessed lights in my kitchen. Fixed all the mistakes and issues our past contractor made after a scary situation of breaker and wires sparking/burning up. Left a very clean looking electrical panel and clean wire work.

We lost power on a few outlets in the morning. Curt was here in the afternoon. He restored power (really quickly) and left a great impression. We have a few small electrical projects coming up and will use Curt, no question. Thank you again!

Manuel wired our new kitchen after the electrician we had hired left us high and dry. Manuel found and corrected many mistakes the other guy had made and didn't leave until he was satisfied that everything was done perfectly.
I will hire him again for any electrical jobs I have and have already recommended him to others.

I was extremely happy to find Jeff and his team while searching for someone to do electrical repairs at my condo complex this month.  Jeff was quick to respond, flexible scheduling an appointment and truly interested in providing us with the best and most thorough estimate possible.  In addition, he also identified fixtures, etc. that we could upgrade down the line to save money on our electric bill and bulb/old fixture replacement costs.  The repair/replacement work was done quickly and to our complete satisfaction.

I had a very niche request of dealing with a rusty bolt / nut for a toilet as I wanted to deal with the rest myself. He responded and came over quickly to find out the previous plumber did not install the proper washer which caused severe rusting, leading to bigger problems.

I appreciated that Eric was understanding and flexible with the situation. Only wish that he had taken the replaced toilet / broken ceramic out of my apartment on his way out after. Overall, I'd recommend Eric as he was very reasonable, flexible, and prompt. Hope your paladin gets good rolls!

On the basis of the reviews posted here, we called Gil to install a vintage European chandelier--and on the basis of that wonderful experience, we called him a week later to install two ceiling fans and do other electrical work. He is thorough, careful, thoughtful and creative in problem-solving, and an all-around nice, caring, principled person. We are thrilled to have found him!

No show and no call after we had an appointment that was made a week prior. Didn't return text or call to apologize. Unreliable and unprofessional.

Great communication, excellent workers and fair prices. These guys can do it all. Had them come install a fan and security cameras and it was a great experience. So when our kitchen sink broke we reached out again and Nick was here quickly to fix it! Will use them again going forward

I am a single girl and recently bought a condo in Culver City. I saw a nice building and signage for Intelectric and decided to call them for a quote. The actual owner Mitch came by to do a walk thru and he was very pleasant. He knew his stuff and took time to go over all of my ideas and tell me what would work and what wouldn't work. I told him my budget and he said he would work within it. I was thinking of putting a large-type fixture in the kitchen but wanted soft lighting. Mitch suggested just a few cans dispersed throughout the kitchen and if I put them on a dimmer I would get just what I was looking for. He also suggested under cabinet lightining which wasn't too expensive and a fabulous idea! I just love the lighting in the kitchen now! They also changed out the old plugs and switches to these new flatter ones that really helped to update the look of the condo. They suggested and installed a new bathroom fixture which had a night light, fan and heater and was super quiet. I have dimmers throughout my condo and I love them. I had a really good experience with Intelectric and I would refer them to anyone in the market for a good electrician!!
