I had a problem with the sign not lighting up at my business so i reached out to these guys at 6:00pm on a monday and they responded so quickly. They were willing to show up next day at 8:00am. They were super professional and they diagnosed the problem so quickly, i was impressed. They provided a solution that was perfect for what i needed, and they were professional from start to finish, showing me exactly what had been done and how they did it. It was fast, efficient, and the price was very good. I will definitely work with them in the future and recommend them to anyone with electrical problems.

A perfect experience that ended with my electrical problem being solved.  I found that Rick and his crew worked quickly and had the experience to troubleshoot and fix the problem.  

I called him and he came out the next morning (earlier than promised).  He was honest and very reasonably priced.

I would recommend him to everyone.  If I could give him 10 Stars, I certainly would.

I requested a quote from several local electricians to install an outdoor NEMA 14-50 outlet for my new EV. Response was quick and competitive so I went with them. Nshan and team showed up on time as scheduled and installed the outlet effortlessly where I wanted it placed. Payment due was exactly the same amount quoted for. Highly recommend!

I professionally buy and sale houses for a living because of this I have worked with many contractors in the past. To be honest, I always hated working with new contractors, especially ones I find on yelp because a lot of them ask a lot questions. Not about the project but to see how much you understand about the process so they can see how much they can up charge you on price. I hated that game, but because of several reasons I had to find a local electrician to take care of this project so I had no choice but to turn to yelp.

When I first contacted David, we started talking through text and we agreed on everything through the text, as though we have been working together for a long time.

In my line of work trust is hard to come by and that goes both ways. If you tell a contractor you just bought the house, they will ask for proof that the house is yours and then they will ask for a consultation fee and then schedule you out for a week. Because they are afraid you're wasting their time.

This never happed with David. We agreed on a price through pictures and text and he never once tried to upsell me while working on the project. David and his guy's go way above and beyond. If you're on yelp looking for an electrician do yourself a favor and call him.

From day 1 till the end - they took the ball and took it to touch down. I never had to do anything. I was completely hands off.

William was great. He showed up exactly when he said he would. His prices are very reasonable, and he fixed our wiring the right way. He listened and work with us to make sure it was done the way that worked best for us.

What a waste. Called to inquire about a job for my home. The representative (Terrell?) I spoke to over the phone was so disinterested in what I needed done. It was insulting. When he said, We're fully booked for a while without any further details is completely off putting. Basically, they don't want the job. I don't recommend their services. If they have this type of attitude during a consultation call, can you imagine the attitude when they're on-site doing the job. Yeah, no thanks! Bye.

I have used Curt twice this past year. He is responsive and truly a great electrician. He was here today to replace a burnt out socket and also install a cover on another socket outside. He does great work and is reasonable in price. I highly recommend him.

I hired Manuel and his crew for a full rewire of my house and he did an amazing job. He was extremely responsive and easy to work with at every step. He didn't bat an eye when I asked him to move outlets and install new lights while the rewire was already under way.

Manuel gave me very accurate estimates and went out of his way to make sure my house has safe wiring and evenly distributed circuits to keep the load within the circuit breakers' acceptable parameters. I highly recommend A First Electric.

It feels really great when Yelp actually works for the right business. Jeff definitely deserves every 5 star review! He communicates well by phone and e-mail. The e-mail response was detailed enough I did not have any questions but to confirm the appointment to which Jeff called ahead of time and arrived promptly. He walked me through the process as he was working and educated me on how I can troubleshoot similar issues in the future, as I like to work on many things myself. Jeff sets the bar for service and as a great technician! Lastly, he's a great guy, very personable and the price was more than reasonable.

He completed three projects very professionally and neatly and efficiently. Possesses broad range of skills. Offers creative solutions to sticky problems. Arrived punctually on consecutive days. He needed to get an unusual part and went to the store and returned right away. Very reasonable and easy to work with. Highly recommended vendor.

So let me start by saying I rarely give reviews BUT I felt I needed to let everyone know what a great job Mark and his crew did for us. Finding an electrician who is reasonable and reliable is not an easy task. I got quotes from 3 different companies. Two of them rescheduled on us last minute to give us quotes. Not a good way to start. We did not have a big job, we just needed a couple of ceiling fans put up and some outlets replaced. These guys showed up on time and had a great attitude. They answered all my questions without making me feel like I was wasting their time. Needless to say, I went with Independent Electric. They arrived on time to start their work, finished quickly and best of all, they cleaned up after they were done. All the time while they were here, they had a great attitude. There are too many choices out there not to have exceptional customer service, and these guys did. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an electrical company.

So I actually called Bear Electric last night after I screwed up installing an outlet (it was more complicated than I thought), but unfortunately Sam couldn't make it out in the morning (though he tried to make it work), so he referred me to Ben at Voltech. They quickly responded to my request. At 8:30am the next morning I got a call from the electrician Austin that he will be at my place at 8:55am and WOW...he was. He was courteous to just knock instead of ring the bell. He looked at all the electrical issues I was having and worked efficiently and thoughtfully to resolve each one systematically. He was pleasant and courteous the whole time. Luckily the fixes were pretty minor and we found a root cause of a disconnected wire at the breaker box that resolved 2 of the 4 issues.  The work was good. I do think it was just a little over what I expected to pay for such simple fixes but overall it was worth it to have someone who seemed honest and genuinely was trying to save me money and get it right the first time. I will definitely be calling them out in the future for other electrical issues. Thanks guys.

I highly recommend using C-Jays for all your electrical work . Mark was very professional and patient. He took the time to explain things and remained accessible even after business hours. I could tell Mark and his crew prioritize providing honest and excellent work.  He was clear and fair about pricing, and I would definitely use his services again.

I spoke to Gil on the phone because I've had a problem with my circuit breaker tripping randomly, turning off the lights in the back of my house. Gil spent half an hour on the phone with me to go over the possible options of what it could be! He could have just set up an appointment and charged me whatever fees, but instead he spent all that time with me to see if it was an easy fix. In the end, he helped me figure out that it was a lightbulb we had recently changed causing the issue. I took out the faulty bulb and now it works perfectly! I really appreciate that kind of honesty and would definitely call him again in the future.

I needed an electrician to fix 3 main cables coming into the house.  2 bolts were pulled out of 3, which seemed very dangerous (specially when you have 3 kids and are always playing in the backyard).  I already knew it would cost me an arm and a leg to fix.  Called Wayne and he came right away.  He gave me good news.  Burbank Water and Power would replaced the cables for free, but I would have to put another bracket to hold the new cables.  Wayne gave me an estimate of $160.  He came and installed the bracket, and only charged me $110.  What electrician gives you and estimate and charges you less?  I loved the service.

Zilvinas was very professional and on time.  He was quick and did quite a bit of work in a short amount of time.  He helped me with setting up my washer & dryer, fixed a low flow kitchen faucet and removed a large panel of a sliding door plantation shutter.  I 'm planning on hiring  him again for other work around my house

Really bad experience with this company. The lone serviceman was nice enough, but was not able to figure out how to properly install camera doorbells. Kept having to come back and every time was a service charge. Finally wrote a letter to the owner complaining and the receptionist called me   saying the owner wants to make it right. So the same tech comes over and half-fixes it (really not) and then the owner has the cajones to bill be yet again. I spent close to $500 for a job that many consider DIY. Horrible experience and recommend everyone to stay away.
