wow such a pleasure to work with Val, he is really professional quick and gave me a reasonable price for his great work. I have work with some other electrician from another company and he messed up everything but when Val arrived, he was not only really patient with me explaining everything while he was diagnosing he also explained how he is going to fix the issue and it was such a relief, I felt like I am in good hands. Thank you so much for the great experience. As a business owner in Studio city I highly recommend to work with these guys because not only they were the fastest when it comes to reply messages on yelp also they gave me the most reasonable price and such a great professional work they have done! Rick is awesome!! Such a smart, honest, funny guy that I would hire in a second. My husband and I were in escrow on a place and my inspector gave me a number that no other electricians were quoting me at, except Rick. He came by and inspected our place and had a quote back to us by the next morning. When he walked me through the place - he explained every single thing that was wrong and how he intended to fix it. He loves what he does and Rick is the only electrician we will use!!

This past weekend, my wife and I purchased a brand new electric vehicle and so, we needed to get an EV charging station installed in our home immediately.  The following day I perused yelp for potential electricians.  I called the top rated services and got voicemails with the first few and didn't bother to leave a message (I hate leaving voicemails).  The first actual person I was able to speak to (not from East West Electric) was friendly and offered to come to my place the following day and give me a quote.  I agreed.  Immediately after I finished speaking with the person from the first company, Vartan (from East West Electric) called me.  He apologized that he missed my call, explained that he was from East West Electric, and asked if he could be of service.  I told him I already had spoken with someone else regarding setting up an EV station and he basically let me know that he'd be there if I changed my mind.  Vartan was extremely courteous, respectful, and not at all pushy for my business.  The following day, the other electrician came by, checked out my place and later in the evening emailed me a quote.  I called him the following morning regarding setting up a time that he could do the install, but he noted he was very busy this week and wouldn't even know until the weekend if he'd be able to set up my EV station the following week.  In need of an EV station immediately I contacted Vartan.  I sent Vartan some pictures of my place and he gave me a reasonable quote and so I set up an install date.   Less than an hour ago Vartan completed my EV station install.  When I gave Vartan a check for the initial amount he quoted me, he stated No, that's too much.  He stated that he thought he would have to do further wiring to my place, but as my place was already wired, the initial quoted amount was TOO MUCH and so he actually DECREASED the price!  (Of note, Vartan's price was actually less than the first provider)  Vartan at East West Electric is courteous, respectful, professional, and wholeheartedly honest.  All in all, I'm glad the first provider fell through and that Vartan at East West Electric ended up with my business!  I'd gladly refer friends and family to him, and I know now who to call first whenever I'm in need of electrical services!

Once to update the wiring in my 1944 yr old home (2016) and again to update and add wiring and add lights in my garage (2018). Also, great choice of music when they are working (K-Earth 101). I contacted William on Yelp, he was very responsive and advised his availability and came and got the job done within 30 minutes. I needed something completed as to one of my panel's because I didn't have any power within two of my rooms in the house. Price was reasonable and William was very polite, I would recommend his service and will use him for other issues.

I needed to install a GFI outlet in the bathroom of my apartment.  Since my building is fairly old there was no existing outlet that could be converted so a lot of work was needed to make room for the new wiring.

Curt knew exactly what needed to be done and completed the work without a hitch and at a reasonable price.  When I asked, he told me he's had a lot of academic training, unlike many electricians who just learn on the job.  He's also a super nice guy and was punctual and accurate in his estimate of the time he would need.  He left my place cleaner than he found it.  And he was happy to answer my questions on the phone after he was done.

I would definitely use him again and recommend him wholeheartedly.

Erik has done two jobs for me, and for each job he's done a really good job. He painted a bedroom for me this time. He worked nonstop and finished in a day. He patched up the walls and smoothed out areas that were a bit rough, painted the walls, painted the trim work and baseboard, and painted inside the closet. The walls were originally a weird green color so it needed a couple of coats for it to stop showing through the new lighter paint, and he did all this in a day and at a reasonable price. Thank you Erik. The room looks great. I appreciate your hard work.

10/17/22 inquiry. I reached out to Chris to schedule an estimate on running a new 30AMP line to the opposite side of the house for a new wall oven unit. We scheduled the meet and greet. I found him to be very knowledgeable for his craft, great personality and did not give unnecessary marketing of other work to be done. I appreciate a straight shooter. Chris informed me he would get my quote out later in the afternoon due to his upcoming Halloween vacation. He asked me to review, think about it and hit him up for questions. He will get back to me after his vacation or his partner can help.

I got a couple other quotes while he was gone and did not find anyone near his level of professionalism. They were not but just gave me different vibes.

When he returned, I emailed asking if we can decrease the AMPs to 30 which is the oven requirement. He took the time to explain why he only does 40AMP for kitchen wall ovens. Travel distance of wire, do not overload the electrical unit running on max and as the unit gets older, it will use more electricity. If that happens on a 30amp, it will burn out and will leave me back to square one (non working electric). It made a lot of sense and my husband and I agreed to proceed with the 3K install. Unlike other vendors, he offered to paint my conduits since it was running on the outside. I greatly appreciated this due to a picky HOA neighborhood I live in.

We set a date over the phone. When the date arrived, we ran into a hiccup that he didn't pencil me in. He was VERY apologetic and offered to come split days. Instead of two 1/2 days, he was able to get it done in one with a crew of 3 (including himself).

I saw them set up nice and neat night at 730am sharp, and when I got home at 4pm, everyone was cleared out as if nothing had happened. Clean work space in the garage and house. No extra trash in the bins. He sent me updates throughout the day and final photos of the work done. I walked on both sides of the house and was just AMAZED at the workmanship. Granted I have no clue what the attic looks like but the parts that matter for aesthetics were neatly and beautifully done. Both my husband and I we're very impressed.

Though we had a minor hiccup with initial scheduling, everything before and after that was seamless. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Chris and his crew for electrical work. Professional, efficient and competitively priced for my project. Thank you all so much for such a great experience!

I had power out in my bathroom and an exterior outlet that couldn't be solved by flipping the breakers.  I called Gil to set up an appointment.  Over the phone he walked me through some basic troubleshooting after hearing about my problem.  It totally fixed it!  He actually solved it over the phone and didn't charge me.  I really appreciate his honesty, and he was very smart and easy to deal with.  I will definitely use him in the future.

Great Company! Came out with about 20 min of calling (random, he was on his way to another job in my area). He was honest, direct and gave me option to make larger $$ repair if resetting the fuse didn't hold. I would call this company again. For sure!

I tried and tried to give zero stars but Yelp won't allow it. Run for the hills. Intelectric bilked us out of thousands of dollars. Unscrupulous people, shoddy work and Mitch the owner has major anger issues. Take my word for it, run.
