Had the pleasure having Tom over from T&M take a look at my circuit breaker down in the basement. Speaking to him he is very kind and straightforward which I enjoyed, definitely a breathe of fresh air after talking to a bunch of electricians who all beat around the bush. He told me all the details of what was happening and how he was going to fix it, so brownie points for teaching me something. Great customer service! He got the circuit breaker fixed within the scheduled time and told me that he can do electrical maintenance check ups whenever we want to make sure everything is working great. Thanks again

I had Conejo Electric out to install a large dining room fixture. When they were ready to hang it up I decided it wasn't right for the room. The men packed it up for me, were so polite and courteous, and the owner was more than fair in his minimal charge. Without a second thought I will be having them back in a couple weeks to install the right fixture. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would definitely recommend them!

Peter is amazing! I called him on a Saturday night and he walked me through my breaker issue by simply looking at a picture. This was affecting my fridge and kitchen and gave me a quick fix over the phone. He is kind hearted, friendly, and definitely someone who I'll be using in the future and would refer friends and family to. Thanks again Peter! My entire family thanks you!!!

Walteria sent an electrician to our home during the pandemic to take a look at our outdoor lighting situation.   When the electrician arrived. We noticed he was not wearing a mask.  He entered our home and we kindly asked him to wear a mask and offered him a new disposable mask.  He simply refused and said they do not believe in masks and that if he was required to wear one he would simply go home.    He claimed he could not find the problem and left without helping the situation at all.  We specifically scheduled and waited for him to arrive to help us which we were surprised was quite the opposite.    You should be aware that this company does not believe in preventative measures during covid19

Chris did a great job at my house. He was on time and quickly replaced a dozen power sockets. I highly recommend if you need electrical work at your home; please give him a call!

We had a great experience. Yarin is very responsive and professional. George and Jack did excellent work at our place and were very polite, helpful, and clean. We will use American Electric for any future electrical needs.

Work done: rewired the house and installed new breakers and dedicated lines. Also installed a 50amp electric vehicle charger (ChargePoint) along with dedicated line and breaker.

Mike is the best.  He comes on time, he does the job and more and is extremely reasonable.  I've worked with many electricians and Mike is the best.  No comparison.  When he did work and I could not be there, he sent me photos for my approval.  Top notch excellence.

Our house has very ancient wiring and we've experienced problems with particular outlets being out on a regular basis. We've had sceral electricans come to fix it, but today Patrick came to fix it and he patiently described the problem to us in a waythat we could finally grasp. We valued his knowledge, ideas and recommendations for the future and we just had a nicest time with him.

Turned out I had a mislabeled circuit breaker in our new place.  He solved it over the phone. And since it was so simple, he did it for free!  If you want someone who's honest and knows what he's doing, go no further!

Bobby has done some work for us the past and we like his work.  Yesterday I called him around 5pm (Saturday) to set up a 30amp RV at my sisters house that we are visiting for a week in Northridge and we need to run the AC, very hot this week.  By 8pm he was finished, today Sunday we are enjoying the AC. Chris installed recessed lighting throughout my entire home and also installed my ceiling fans! Everything came out just how I wanted!! He is very professional and did an excellent job!

I never had a chance to actually get any work done by Ron but this review is for his customer service before hand...
I called him at 10am and his measage said give me a text or leave me a message. I sent him a text letting him know the issue we were having (85 year old man tried to install a new timer on the front porch which in turn blew half the power to the house) So anyway, Ron texted me back IMMEDIATELY! My brother called me and walked me through the fix in the meantime but either way Rons speedy return text mixed with his positive attitude after letting him know my brother helped me fix it was enough for me to know this is the guy I will be using in the future if I have anymore electrical needs!
Later on in the day he texted me again to make sure the fix I did was working properly... I feel like he went above and beyond what was needed and I hadn't even paid the man!
Thank you again, you've restored my faith in humanity just a little bit today!  Lol

Excellent workmanship. He went the extra mile to discover the issues. Prompt, good communication, polite knowledgeable and very, reasonably priced for the difficult work we had done. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience. Cleaned my solar panels same day at a reasonable price and did a great job. He definitely has a repeat customer!

Bryden reigns supreme. Two quick stories.

First, a couple years ago, we needed to install some new outlets in the kitchen and change out an electrical panel. Two electricians told us we needed to break open walls and basically rewire then entire house at a cost of more than $10K. Brian from Bryden came in, carefully looked around and saw we could do what we needed for around $2K. Everything was installed safely and quickly and we haven't had an issue in two years.

Story #2. This summer, we installed ceiling fans and track lighting. Price was very competitive and we didn't have to wait more than a day to get the job done. The Bryden electrician installed a light switch in the kitchen that we later discovered bumped against a pantry door when it was fully opened with the drawers rolled out. Bryden acknowledged that it was an installation error and scheduled us as the first appointment in the morning to fix the job. Positioning the new switch was a more involved project than we expected. It took the technician over an hour and would have cost us several hundred dollars but Bryden gracefully ate the cost and didn't charge us a cent.

Always fair, always clear, always prompt, always communicative, and always calling them!

Tomas did a great job fixing our kitchen sink piping. He made some corrections to the original piping which was not done properly years ago. Very reasonable prices. We use him again for any other work needed around the house.

We needed two light fixtures fixed. Both seemed to have shorts and replacement may have been needed. Left a message and was finally called the next day by a woman who seemed skeptical that we  knew what the problems were. She said she would have Bill call us but said she did not think he would fix lights! Bill never called. Now we are searching for another electrician. We are really missing our old electrician - who retired.
