Got a new Tesla and needed to install a wall charger. Chose William because of the upfront pricing and good reviews. William did a great job, took only little more than an hour. Installation was done exactly how I wanted - with wires hidden inside the wall. Was nice to see a set of good quality tools for all situations. Overall very please with the service and would recommend .

Billy was able to pin point the loss of power to my outlets over the phone. His wisdom and quick thinking helped me save all the food in my refrigerator. Thanks Billy!

Excellent service on short notice. Gary and his assistant helped on a Friday afternoon and our kitchen lights are working again. Really appreciate the help and expertise and I'll keep them in mind for future electrician needs.

Welp, this definitely could've gone better.

We reached out to American Electric Service in hopes they could 1) mount/wire 2 sconces on a bookshelf with pre-existing wiring and 2) complete the wiring for our towel warmer rack.

Even before they came out, I had received a couple quotes in the $250-350 range. In hopes of not wasting their time or mine, I specifically communicated this to them, explaining that -- while I understood they required an on-site check (for nonrefundable $25 fee) to give me an exact estimate -- this was my target. ***I also asked that if they anticipated they would be wildly off from that range, to simply let me know so we could save everyone the hassle.*** They informed it was still productive/worthwhile to continue forward with this in mind.

Cut to: their electrician at my house quoting me a price of nearly $2100. This was exactly the scenario I feared. In an attempt to make SOMETHING work, I set aside the towel rack and tried to negotiate a fair deal for them to simply install the sconces. They quoted me a price of $450, still well above my previous estimates. In an effort to be a good customer, I increased my own budget target and offered to hire them at $350, the top price of my estimates. This felt MORE than fair, especially as I (the customer!) was willing to spend more to make it work. They declined this offer and still took my $25 despite every effort I made to prevent this exact thing from happening.

In the end: it seems my $25 estimate fee really just confirmed that AES is most interested in squeezing out the money rather than communicating effectively with clients or making professional efforts to complete a job. I would encourage other customers to look elsewhere.

Stood me up. Made an appointment for them to do an estimate 2 weeks ago and they didn't call, nor did they show up.

Patrick is a fantastic electrician who walked me through every step of the process of installing
electrical outlets in our garage as well as a 240V outlet for an electric car charger outside the
garage. He was on time and provided excellent service and communication. He followed up on
my original query, obtaining city permits, and having his work inspected by the city. Patrick took
care of all of my concerns along the road. Everything is running fine, and I would definitely use him again in the future.

Fast. Responsive. Got it done. Fixed power glitch in my garage. Now I don't have to worry about it. They are bookmarked in case I have electrical problems in the future.

I've had Craig take care of several projects for me, both at my home and at my business. I have also had the opportunity to network with him as our businesses are in the same community. Through networking I have learned that there is no job too big or too small. He has the equipment, knowledge and experience to take on huge commercial jobs but also takes care of all the small stuff too. Like a simple ballast change I needed. I know many people who have used his services and he has a great reputation throughout the community for what he does. What I like most about Craig is that I can trust him at my home or business if I can't be there. He is ethical and professional and dependable!  You can't go wrong.

My husband needed some electrical work done to the house and asked me to find someone, so I quickly opened Yelp to find some help. I contacted this company USA Repairs Electrical hoping that they could send someone in a few days, but surprisingly they had someone come by within 2 hours. This was great because everyone else I called made it seem like rocket science just to set up an appointment and have someone come out days later. The electrician that came by was a very nice gentlemen named Steve. He was very professional and helpful, he clearly explained to us what the problem is that is causing the short. He gave us a fair estimate and his information to call him if we decide to proceed. We certainly decided that we felt comfortable trusting his company to perform the work and so we called him back the same day to inform him that we are ready to proceed. The next morning, which was a saturday, Steve and an additional person named Bobby came by and fixed the issue. Ever since then, we have not encountered any problems and are very happy with their service and how everything was done so quickly, even on a Saturday. They delivered as they promised. Job well done, we will be using them for all our future issues and electrical projects. Thanks!

I was looking for somebody to relocate our panel as Edison didn't approve the location of the original panel. I contacted Chris and he was fast to response and gave a fair price. He showed up on time as scheduled and completed the job with no issues and we are very happy with the work. If you're looking for peace of mind in your electrical, I highly recommend him.

Wow! What can I say? I received the most incredible customer service from Ron. He was so personable and took the initial call personally. I called a ton of electricians and they all said sorry, they are in the field and can't call you but you can set up a consult and you can pay $$ but not have the chance to chat with someone first. So, I kept looking and so glad I did. Ron was so awesome and really new his stuff. He was so patient and really explained things to me. He had me send him photos so he could really assess it by phone as best he could. He helped educate me so I was not concerned about having an electrical fire. I was worried and the fire dept. had to come out twice in one day. Ron had pretty much diagnosed it almost perfectly by phone which was crazy. It does not get better than that. I was thrilled and would definitely call him again! You can not go wrong calling Ron! It will be the best customer service you get!

I was in need of Backyard trail lighting repair for about 24 lights. Walter was wonderful very professional, quick helpful and did a great job. The company worked with me so well and I would highly recommend this company for electrician services and I will be using them for any of our future home needs.

Terrific experience with Bryden Electrical. Our remodeling project went south due to a lousy contractor and a lousy electrician. Bryden came in and fixed all the problems created by the two clowns we originally hired to do  the job. Bryden electricians are very professional and they know their job. Brian, the owner, is absolutely a pleasure to work with. He is honest, fair, and very knowledgeable.

Will definite contact again! I messaged Tomas on Wednesday night and he was able to come out the next day. I wasn't available but he made time Saturday morning to change out my faucet and hardware. Sebastian was 15 minutes early, worked extremely efficiently and left the area cleaner than when he started working. Can't recommend Excellent Handyman enough!

I've had Bill do several projects, some times after a handie man messed it up. Incredibly knowledgeable, quality work at a reasonable price. I trust him to do quality work and do what is right.
