Got a new Tesla and needed to install a wall charger. Chose William because of the upfront pricing and good reviews. William did a great job, took only little more than an hour. Installation was done exactly how I wanted - with wires hidden inside the wall. Was nice to see a set of good quality tools for all situations. Overall very please with the service and would recommend .

Once again, Billy and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and so kind.   Hate writing reviews because now everyone will know my secret!   Cannot say more wonderful things about these guys.

A remote controlled ceiling fan in our home was turning on/off on it's own so i contacted him through yelp. Gave me an estimate of $80. I couldnt be there when he came to do the work. Came...said he couldnt fix it (even though i told him EXACTLY the problem & even sent pictures) and charged my elderly parents $60 just because he came out. I have no clue how he has this high a rating but anyone who takes advantage of people doesn't deserve it.

EDIT: since this gentleman decided to be dishonest once again, here is a screenshot showing that i clearly said we dont have the proper ladder. He said in his response that i said i have a ladder and then later EDITED IT!  He also said in his response (which he will edit again!) he estimated $60 when he estimated &80!!! It was also NOT to replace a remote.  Who in their right mind would pay for that??  We already had the new remote, something was wrong with the fan ITSELF which we had the part for. He just had to replace it!!  I didnt ask for a refund & i dont want one, i simply did an honest review and apparently that's not allowed. Never had a business owner message me non stop in such a condescending way just because they dint like what i had to say. If you cant handle an honest review, that's your problem.

The electrician came inside my house with no mask on, I asked and offered him fresh new masks , the electrician refused to wear it. I asked him  if this is requested by the customer during this pandemic, would you please wear it ? . He told me if this is requested by customers he'll just go home .
Terrible attitude!  I would never considering using their services! Their ignorance and not respecting others health, couldn't be accepted!

Had a very tough problem that could not be solved by another highly respected electrician found here on Yelp. I suddenly had 8 outlets go dead. Through superb detective work, Chris found the outlet causing the problem and all was well. Took almost an hour. He would not give up. Highly recommend.

When American electric Services arrived but couldn't get in through the guard gate in my community because of no Driver's Licences between the two of them.  That should have stopped me but I was somewhat desparate to get the electricity back on to the area where it was off. I had already checked all the breakers. They were all working. But after 3 hours of them testing they said a breaker was bad. They spoke with their boss who said he had access to only one of those old Symco breakers and it would run between $800-$1300 !!?? For a 50 dollar breaker? I told him no thanks paid his workers for their attempts to remedy the problem And sent them away.
Found the breaker myself for $50. The workers worked hard but the owner of the company is a money-grabber. Stay away.

Great work, very professional,very helpful. He was there the next day, I will be using him for my future projects.

Our house has very ancient wiring and we've experienced problems with particular outlets being out on a regular basis. We've had sceral electricans come to fix it, but today Patrick came to fix it and he patiently described the problem to us in a waythat we could finally grasp. We valued his knowledge, ideas and recommendations for the future and we just had a nicest time with him.

We bought a new house and needed the outside lighting checked/replaced as well as installation of garage light and security motion lights. John and James were so professional and accommodating. They worked with my schedule to come give an estimate and then the work. They work weekends which is nice and everything was done so fast! They had great suggestions when I wasn't sure what I wanted and found cost-effective solutions. Then, it happened to rain really hard with strong winds and John came back to reset everything free of charge! I would definitely recommend them for any electrical needs!

So, so, so happy!  On 8/15/15, during the hottest part of this current summer, our electric went out.  No A/C and it's over 100 degrees!  We called So Cal Edison and they walked us through some some trouble shooting steps.  Found out we have 2 to 3 circuit breakers that are faulty or blown.  Left messages for 5 electricians to try to get service asap.  Only 2 called back.  One said not till tomorrow.  Craig's said we'll be there in 2 hours.  And this was at 7:00 pm!  In this heat, the faster the better!  John came by, replaced our faulty circuit breakers, checked our main breaker and even helped us identify which breaker goes to what part of the house.  He was here for maybe an hour at most.  Talk about speedy response and speedy repair!  We were able to sleep in cool temperature comfort and continue to hibernate at home in our way cooler than outdoors home.  Thank you Craig's Electric and Thank you John, our personal technician.  You will be the first company we call if ever we need more electrical expertise!

The electrician Steve is a handsome guy, looks like Hugh Jackman! Very nice attitude and professional repairing skill. I would recommend this to everyone.

I had gotten a reference for Electric Connection from Tesla, as I had to have someone install a wall charger for our new car.  They answered all questions, gave me a prompt estimate, and were able to schedule a next-day installation.  All went well, they were clean and courteous, and I couldn't be happier with the installation.  I'd definitely use them again.

Ron was awesome!

I had an outage and called Ron.

First, Ron was so nice over the phone. He asked me about my issue and then took the time to explain, clearly, the possible causes and solutions. This conversation certainly made me confident enough to ask Ron to come over and help.

Second, Ron came same day. I couldn't believe it. We texted (he gave me his cell), and he confirmed in a timely manner. Ron showed up on time, too.

Re Service: I couldn't have asked for more. Not only did Ron jump right in, he was really attentive to not damage anything as he got started. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and why when I asked for explanations. Sometimes repairmen won't explain, but by educating me I think Ron made me a better customer, too. Ron had all of the equipment to do the job, including replacement parts. Everything he touched was put back in a nice clean fashion.

Re Extra Touch: Ron also saw some other red flags with my outlets and asked me if i wanted him to work on those as well. He made some really small, but big convenience and safety changes I had been putting off for a long time. He assured me he could do the fixes fast, and he did.

I will use Ron again, and I highly recommend him.

I was in need of Backyard trail lighting repair for about 24 lights. Walter was wonderful very professional, quick helpful and did a great job. The company worked with me so well and I would highly recommend this company for electrician services and I will be using them for any of our future home needs.

We were having issues with our solar pool heater.  A tech came out on a Saturday morning, assessed our issue, did repairs and even programmed our system.  Reliable service, great work and excellent customer service!  They don't try to upsell you.  They are straight forward.  Just what we needed.  I will definitely reach out for any future solar issues.

Bryden reigns supreme. Two quick stories.

First, a couple years ago, we needed to install some new outlets in the kitchen and change out an electrical panel. Two electricians told us we needed to break open walls and basically rewire then entire house at a cost of more than $10K. Brian from Bryden came in, carefully looked around and saw we could do what we needed for around $2K. Everything was installed safely and quickly and we haven't had an issue in two years.

Story #2. This summer, we installed ceiling fans and track lighting. Price was very competitive and we didn't have to wait more than a day to get the job done. The Bryden electrician installed a light switch in the kitchen that we later discovered bumped against a pantry door when it was fully opened with the drawers rolled out. Bryden acknowledged that it was an installation error and scheduled us as the first appointment in the morning to fix the job. Positioning the new switch was a more involved project than we expected. It took the technician over an hour and would have cost us several hundred dollars but Bryden gracefully ate the cost and didn't charge us a cent.

Always fair, always clear, always prompt, always communicative, and always calling them!

Would absolutely recommend. We had a time sensitive project repairing water damage in some drywall and he exceeded our needs in time, efficiency and quality of his work. His pricing was very affordable.

We needed two light fixtures fixed. Both seemed to have shorts and replacement may have been needed. Left a message and was finally called the next day by a woman who seemed skeptical that we  knew what the problems were. She said she would have Bill call us but said she did not think he would fix lights! Bill never called. Now we are searching for another electrician. We are really missing our old electrician - who retired.
