I turned to Yelp once again in search of an electrician. Most electricians, and other contractors, don't work on weekends, let alone Sunday, but William responded immediately said he could come in 15 minutes. And while many of the others said they would charge me for just coming to give me an estimate/troubleshooting, William said it was no charge for the estimate. He arrived promptly as he said he would and immediately started diagnosing the problem. Lo and behold, during that troubleshooting process, he fixed the problem.
So.... I went ahead and asked him to repair several other broken outlets around my kitchen. He fixed everything and his prices were absolutely reasonable and fair, he took his time, and he didn't try to rush anything! He is honest, efficient, and again, I can't say enough about his fair prices!
Didn't try to overcharge me or anything like that at all! And... the absolutely bonus in my opinion is that he is respectful of my home/space. Growing up Asian, I don't do shoes in the house and I have a sign at my door that clearly says - please remove your shoes. I've had other contractors who simply ignore my sign and when I ask them to take off their shoes or wear shoe covers, they get upset. But when William arrived, I said nothing to him and before he even stepped foot into my home, he already had his shoe covers on, no questions asked.
These little customer service things matter and I truly appreciated this entire experience! I highly recommend William for your all of your electrical needs!!!! I will definitely be calling William as my go to electrician going forward.

I'm adding to the chorus here with another 5-star A+ review for Billy and Conejo Valley Electric. I called Billy on a SUNDAY, expecting to get a voicemail and get a call back the next day, but Billy answered and walked me through everything, and we set a time for him to come out on Wednesday (and he would have come earlier, but that was my easiest time). He sent me a VERY detailed estimate with everything broken down clearly, with all my options set out with different price points so I could choose what I wanted, and his pricing seemed extremely fair. They came and did the work quickly and cleanly, and both Billy and his people were nice, easy to work with, and clearly know their jobs inside and out. Next time I need an electrician, I know exactly who to call.

Peter does great work. When he sets an appointment he shows up.  His prices are very reasonable.  I will definitely hire him again.

I got a great job with Gary! I asked him about replacing all lights in the kitchen to recessed LED lights and additionally installing new LED lights in the living room, and etc etc. I emailed him to ask something, he emailed back right away like texting! He came to the location on time, completed the job precisely, for sure it was great! I'm completely satisfied about all works he's done. For sure I will ask him again to take care of any issues regarding electric stuffs! Thanks!

Chris is a really great guy first and for most which was very important when letting somebody into your home.  Very easy to talk to and very professional work ethic.  He did a complete rewire of our home and upgraded our panel...ALOT OF WORK!  He did the job very well and was honest every step of the way.  We highly recommend his work and will use him for many years to come.

This company responded promptly and replaced a bad breaker in an old panel. It was not cheap, but they got it done same-day and I was grateful. $1,000 plus credit card fee poorer, but still grateful. Meanwhile, I asked for a quote to replace four existing panels. The price over the phone was exorbitant, the first quote that came on paper was a few thousand cheaper, and when I explained I still couldn't see how the cost was justified based on what I know of materials and labor costs, the quote came down again. They were very responsive. However, there was a lot schmoozy bullshitting and negotiating, which I really don't like. I got several additional quotes that were significantly cheaper than their quote. Yarin was friendly, but I feel like we both knew he was taking me for a ride. It was embarrassing. I prefer honest, straight-shooting, reasonable contractors who give a fair bid and stick to it. I am not trying to squeeze every last penny out of anyone. I want everyone to make a decent living. I also do not have the extra cashflow to be taken advantage of or interest in haggling.

Mike was easy to communicate with, showed up on time. And most importantly was an expert and got the job done! I highly recommend Mike and I look forward to working with him in the future.

What can I say... P&W Best Electricians has exceeded my expectations. Patrick came out and offered us a quotation, and after consulting with a couple of other electricians, we decided they were the best fit for our job. They assisted us with upgrading our panel from 90 to 200 amps, installing an electric vehicle charger in the garage, rewiring our kitchen, and adding more recessed lighting in the living room. They've been the kindest and most easy-going contractors to work with, and I can't say enough excellent things about Patrick and his crew. They'll only have to wait for the final inspection and then they'll get everything fixed!

Cant recommend them enough and if we're ever in need I know who to call immediately.

I relocated my guitars tore in Pasadena in June and needed to get some electrical work done quick, nicely (showroom) and within a budget. I had a hard time to meet all my expectations and then John arrived:
- he was on time for the first appointment (in L.A. and with a tight schedule, is really good);
- he worked out a solution within my budget and had very good inputs to meet my needs (professional showroom and back store-room);
- he managed to have the work done at a very short notice and within a short time frame.

I'm very happy with the work performed and after 3 months have nothing to complain about. John tried to work with the existing electrical system in the back, including existing neon , and when these started to act funky, he offered to come back and work on them as a warranty, at no charge!

I will recommend him to my friends and fellow local businesses anytime! And will certainly work with him for some electrical work in my house.

I love using Craig's Electric! As a realtor, our clients may come across many issues with the electrical wiring, panel, outlets, etc during inspections of residential and commercial properties. Craig and his team do a great job to educate our clients during this step of the process. Honest and hardworking i would recommend Craig whether you need an entire complex rewired as we had with our HOA several years ago or for your average panel upgrade when your Zinsco has kicked the bucket!

Needed an electrician for a busted outlet. I called a couple of electricians but Bobby and his team picked up right away and were at my office within 2 hours. He gave me a fair price, recommendations and fixed some major issues. I am using USA Repairs if I ever need an electrician again. Thanks Bobby!

Chris provides exceptional service at a fair price.  

He cares about the safety of his clients.   In order to quickly resolve an unsafe electrical issue with the electrical panel at one of my mother's rental units he scheduled himself on a Saturday because his week was fully booked.  

I will not hesitate to call Chris for any future electrical work.

Still impressed.  Take it from me, if you need electrical work done you will want to call M & I.  I am so glad and appreciative to have used their services and to have met Chris.
A couple of years ago Chris upgraded our electrical panel and installed a Tesla charger for us.  He was friendly, professional, punctual and did great work for reasonable fees.  
Today I had too many kitchen appliances on at the same time and tripped the circuit breaker.  After fiddling with the panel several times w/out success I gave up.  I called M & I, no one answered, but seconds later Chris texted me saying he was tied up but wanted to help via text if he could.   Several text exchanges later and I was able to get the power restored.  Chris said he was glad he could help remotely and saved me a service call fee.  I offered to Venmo him for his time, but he wouldn't accept it; 38 text messages in all, but he wanted nothing for his time.  I don't remember the last time someone wouldn't take my money!!!  
We bought our home 3 years ago and had extensive work done to almost every part of the house and had gotten cheated and taken advantage of along the way (see my review for Crestmark Constructions, those bastards! urrgh!), but Chris has restored my hope for humanity.  If nothing else I know at least I have an electrician who is a good and honest human I can always call (or text).  THANK YOU CHRIS AND M & I ELECTRIC!

I bought a Tesla, and picked The Electric Connection from Tesla's list of authorized electricians, largely because they are so highly rated on Angie's List.  The installation proved to be extremely complicated because of the way our electrical system is set up, but we are so impressed with The Electric Connection!  We are working directly with J.C. Olivera, and he is so patient and knowledgeable that we wish all the tradespeople we deal with were like him.  He takes all the time that is needed, explains everything clearly and thoroughly, works with the in-house techs (Nick Herran, in our case) to find an efficient and affordable solution, and is just a pleasure to deal with.  Really, everyone we've encountered here had made this job a lot more pleasant. We will certainly use The Electric Connection in the future.

My experience with Ron is on par with Jennifer N's. I was so excited to write him a good review as soon as he left.

We had a mystery circuit in our home that stumped my contractor brother and father (they spent at least 6 hours trying to figure it out). It took Ron about 30 or so minutes to identify the problem and come up with a solution. He also fixed two dead outlets.
Knowing that my wife and I are recent first-time homeowners, he pointed out services that I wanted that would have been too costly to us. He also showed me how to install a bathroom ceiling fan myself, to save us additional money.
His rates are more than reasonable, and was very generous with his billing. He was even able to identify some inadequacies of the plumbers doing work at the same time!

He is the first and only electrician we'll ever use.

I was in need of Backyard trail lighting repair for about 24 lights. Walter was wonderful very professional, quick helpful and did a great job. The company worked with me so well and I would highly recommend this company for electrician services and I will be using them for any of our future home needs.

Bryden reigns supreme. Two quick stories.

First, a couple years ago, we needed to install some new outlets in the kitchen and change out an electrical panel. Two electricians told us we needed to break open walls and basically rewire then entire house at a cost of more than $10K. Brian from Bryden came in, carefully looked around and saw we could do what we needed for around $2K. Everything was installed safely and quickly and we haven't had an issue in two years.

Story #2. This summer, we installed ceiling fans and track lighting. Price was very competitive and we didn't have to wait more than a day to get the job done. The Bryden electrician installed a light switch in the kitchen that we later discovered bumped against a pantry door when it was fully opened with the drawers rolled out. Bryden acknowledged that it was an installation error and scheduled us as the first appointment in the morning to fix the job. Positioning the new switch was a more involved project than we expected. It took the technician over an hour and would have cost us several hundred dollars but Bryden gracefully ate the cost and didn't charge us a cent.

Always fair, always clear, always prompt, always communicative, and always calling them!

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Best and most professional electrician I've ever worked with. I would trust Bill with any job big or small.
