Had the pleasure having Tom over from T&M take a look at my circuit breaker down in the basement. Speaking to him he is very kind and straightforward which I enjoyed, definitely a breathe of fresh air after talking to a bunch of electricians who all beat around the bush. He told me all the details of what was happening and how he was going to fix it, so brownie points for teaching me something. Great customer service! He got the circuit breaker fixed within the scheduled time and told me that he can do electrical maintenance check ups whenever we want to make sure everything is working great. Thanks again

Billy and crew were fantastic! We had outdoor lights installed for security, not cosmetic purposes, and the lighting is stunning. Our grounds look like a hotel or resort! Billy came out after my inquiry and provided an estimate within 24 hours. His workers were on time, more than efficient, super nice, cleaned up after the job, and performed quality work w/ quality materials. Billy's electrician even came back to do something that was out of the scope of the job at no charge. Our job ended up being more extensive than we had planned so just be mindful of what you add on, but results are beautiful, and more important, our home is SAFER, with darkened areas and corners now fully lit and visible from a distance.   Billy also lets you see how the lights look overnight before permanently securing so you have the opportunity/flexibility to increase or remove before final installation. Added on an interior job while they were here w/o a problem--again, super efficient and easy to work with. Will call them back without hesitation for any electrical needs/issues as Billy will be on it.

I called Chris and was given an appointment three weeks out, so I chose to take the appointment and wait. Same day, I sent him a calendar appointment through text. The morning of the appointment, I called to confirm and he sounded confused and didn't even have me on his schedule for the appointment, but he said he could come anyway. Said he lost his phone in the water, or something like that.  He came out to do an evaluation and said he would email me a quote if I texted him my email address, which I did. Two weeks later and I haven't heard from him.  Bye, bye.

Really great service. I called them out to request a quote for installing the ring floodlight, as well as a light pendant and hooking that up to an existing light switch that controlled something else, and they were fair with their price after an on site visit. The best part is that they had all the tools ready to go, and started the job immediately that day after giving them the greenlight. Will use again!

Miguel gave us a fair price for the work, arrived on-time for appointment and completed the work to our satisfaction.  We will use Mike Ramos Electric in the future.

Patrick is a fantastic electrician who walked me through every step of the process of installing
electrical outlets in our garage as well as a 240V outlet for an electric car charger outside the
garage. He was on time and provided excellent service and communication. He followed up on
my original query, obtaining city permits, and having his work inspected by the city. Patrick took
care of all of my concerns along the road. Everything is running fine, and I would definitely use him again in the future.

John did a fantastic job of installing a ceiling fan and relocating a light fixture. Very friendly and clearly explained everything. His quote was also very reasonable. We will be calling him again for our electrical needs!

I had a live wire somewhere in my kitchen wall that was actually causing a shock through the sink water. I was totally freaked out but Craig got back to me within 5 minutes and told me he would be out to my house within the hour, immediately taking my case as a priority. Within the hour i was safe to finish my dishes and the next daY all  the wires in questionn were sorted and refed. Great price great service and speedy response. 5 stars. Will call again!

This company is the absolute BEST! From scheduling, estimates to the final finished work, it was such a pleasure working with them. Steve was my technician, and he was very knowledgeable in providing the best quality at the same time most cost effective solution for what I needed at my home. He rewired some recessed lighting to separate them from a light fixture and put them on dimmers, so I no longer am blinded by bright lights in the morning. Steve was a true trooper and got up in the dusty attic to minimize the cosmetic affects of electrical work. He was so efficient, kept the jobsite super clean, and didn't have to cut any of the walls. I wish all contractors were as amazing and honest as Steve! I recommend USA Repairs 100%!

Chris came to work on our flickering light and short power outages on April 24. He arrived on time and thoroughly went thru the wiring and explained what he found and what he can do. He asked for a a very fair amount of charge. Very satisfied. After a  week, we had a much bigger problem with the lights and he came and patiently looked into the panel and was able to catch the problem and after all the work he did, he didn't charge a dime. Such a very professional and dependable electrician. We have found an electrician for our family.... a must for anybody looking for a knowledgeable and nice electrician. I would highly recommend him anytime!!!

Chris is amazing!!!  Kind, cool, patient and extremely knowledgeable. His workmanship is top-notch...!  Our situation started out as a 2-parter and and ultimately became a 3-job situation. Chris installed our line for our new electric car in our garage.  It took him no time at all to do the job and was very accommodating schedule wise. The 2nd job had me a bit worried because we lost power to one side of the house and I had all sorts of estimates that had been given to me from other electricians, from $150 on up to $1400!!!!  Chris checked it out and wound up saving us hundreds upon hundreds of dollars to fix the issue....!  He also helped my wife install new ceiling fans...  I hope he doesn't mind, but we're going to be calling Chris for any and all electrical needs in the future..!!!! Thank you, Chris!!!!!!!!!!!

One of our bathroom recessed lights went out. They came on the same day, replaced a switch, and everything worked fine for a very reasonable price!

What can I say, Ron is the best when it comes to trouble shooting, research and repair.  I have worked with him for years on my two 8 unit apartment buildings and my house.  All of them were built in the 1920's. so they present their own unique challenges, but Ron always rises to the challenge.  He's knowledgable and explains everything you you, even someone like me, who the only thing I know about electricity is that you can't see it, and it hurts if you do it wrong.  He's one of the most fair people I've met in this business.  Call him, you will be glad you did.

I was in need of Backyard trail lighting repair for about 24 lights. Walter was wonderful very professional, quick helpful and did a great job. The company worked with me so well and I would highly recommend this company for electrician services and I will be using them for any of our future home needs.

These gentleman came to install a 110 outlet for our air conditioner they also were going to update our federal board which is dated but to bring it to code they were going to put the fascia plate on it they did not do this for the $2,300 that we paid them after they left I got estimates that we're under $1,000 for the same work they did go figure. I recall asking for a breakdown he claimed the wire alone for a 75 foot run was $700 this was a flat out lie I understand making a profit but this is gouging. My father graduated Berkeley as an electrical engineer and agreed we were ripped off. Boo after having referred them in the past to big accounts. Then they have the audacity to offer changing a breaker on my tennis court for $350 and labor $100 go figure robbers. I will not hire or refer them ever again.

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.
