Wow, former Arcadia electrician Peter Wrate Electric (and friend of Villa Catrina) still provides Arcadians best service, responding within two hours on a Saturday to diagnose problem and then returning on a Sunday morning and doing two jobs lickety-split and charging one-third the cost of only an estimate of others! 5-stars from us!

Excellent work. Had a minor fire in an outlet. Received a response in 10 minutes and the repairs plus upgrades were completed a few days later for a great price.

The power went out to the outlets in our backyard. I tried to figure out how to restore it and even took a part some outlets. No avail. Then my wife called me at work to say the outlets in the bathrooms were out. Distraught, I called Chris. So glad I did. He was willing and able to come out same day, literally wIthin hours. He and his assistant quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They even put back together all the outlets I took a part. Everything is back together and working. I highly recommend Chris.

Experience was terrible. He was scheduled to come out on a Saturday at 1200PM and never showed. He never he even called to let me know he was running late. At 1PM I finally messaged him to cancel. He didn't seem to be too affected by it.

I found my electrician!!! I was having an electrical issue in my home... the breaker for all my lighting kept tripping and wouldn't stay on for more than 20 seconds before it would trip again. Chris got to my house and quickly found the issue (shortage). I was honestly impressed with how quickly he found and fixed the issue... Tomas did a great job fixing our kitchen sink piping. He made some corrections to the original piping which was not done properly years ago. Very reasonable prices. We use him again for any other work needed around the house.

Bill and his two assistants replaced track lighting in two room with new ceiling fixtures, installed a ceiling light/fan in a room with 12' ceiling, changed out broken outlet, replaced old light bulbs with LED's in 8 very high-up ceiling fixtures. All in 4 hours and for a great price. He even suggested a better, less expensive way to install the ceiling fan than what we thought would have to be done. Plus he always returned phone calls promptly.
