Got a new Tesla and needed to install a wall charger. Chose William because of the upfront pricing and good reviews. William did a great job, took only little more than an hour. Installation was done exactly how I wanted - with wires hidden inside the wall. Was nice to see a set of good quality tools for all situations. Overall very please with the service and would recommend .

This company is outstanding. I had a pretty complicated project for them to tackle and they attacked  it the very next day after my meeting with Billy! If you need electrical work done now and done right, call this company!!!

Peter is an absolute gem!!!

He's so knowledgeable, and was so good about patiently explaining all of the issues that we were having with the electricals in our house as he went along and addressed them. We had some bad receptacles, and he replaced all of them very quickly and efficiently. We had some issues with the outlets being out in our bathrooms, and I had a terrible experience with the first electrician who tried to fix the issue but didn't really know what the problem was, tried to blame it on user error, and said that he would probably have to tear into the walls to figure it out. Turns out it was just a bad connection along the circuit that Peter was able to find and take care of - no need to dig into walls, or god forbid charge some exorbitant amount of money for unneeded service.

Look no further than calling Peter if you have an issue. He was so nice, his services were so reasonably priced, and he clearly has a ton of experience and puts a ton of care into his work.

Gary is awesome! We were in a bind- he came out right away and fixed our light. He has done a few other jobs for us too- all have been great. He is friendly, nice and he does great work. We highly recommend him.

Chris doesn't get back to you in a timely manner after you call him.  It will take days.  Then when he does he will give you a skyrocket quote just for an inspection of your electrical need.  He's got an ego that doesn't belong in the business of helping others in their housing needs.

Go with another option if you have one.

Responded, came out, said the work would be done later that afternoon; something came up, couldn't make it.  Scheduled for the next morning, something came up, couldn't make it.  

Responsive - great! Price- great! The work? Something kept coming up, can't rate.

Patrick is a fantastic electrician who walked me through every step of the process of installing
electrical outlets in our garage as well as a 240V outlet for an electric car charger outside the
garage. He was on time and provided excellent service and communication. He followed up on
my original query, obtaining city permits, and having his work inspected by the city. Patrick took
care of all of my concerns along the road. Everything is running fine, and I would definitely use him again in the future.

We bought a new house and needed the outside lighting checked/replaced as well as installation of garage light and security motion lights. John and James were so professional and accommodating. They worked with my schedule to come give an estimate and then the work. They work weekends which is nice and everything was done so fast! They had great suggestions when I wasn't sure what I wanted and found cost-effective solutions. Then, it happened to rain really hard with strong winds and John came back to reset everything free of charge! I would definitely recommend them for any electrical needs!

Craig has done 3 projects at my house.  Last night, power went out in 1/2 of my house, and I was worried this would be a big problem.  He came in, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it the same day.

He really knows what he is doing, which is what you want in an electrician!  He is also very reasonable with his charges, and is really nice to deal with.  I will not hesitate to call Craig's again the next time I need an electrician.

We called USA for an emergency electrician when our apartment manager wasn't doing their job properly. I was relieved when they were able to come out within an hour to fix our circuit breaker when it blew out one evening. Bobby came by and he was personable, yet professional and gave thorough descriptions of work to be done as well as a price breakdown. I appreciated his patience in answering all my questions in terms that were understandable but not patronizing. I'm super pleased with the work that was done and I would recommend USA to others and will go back to them again if needed in the future (hopefully not in an emergency next time! ).

Chris Guzman is a one-man show and he likes it that way. He does all
his own work. My home is close to 70 years old, as are most homes in Norwalk, and electrical stuff often needs updating, replacing and what have you. I've had Chris do a couple of jobs for me.  He's soft spoken and very level-headed. He really knows the electrical biz, all codes and what's right to do in every application.

Over these two jobs, we've spoken about a number of things. Come to find out. he's a devoted family guy, grew up right here in Norwalk and lives in the city. You can't help but like the guy. He does excellent, top-notch work that is 2nd to no one. Chris is young (I'm not!) but very mature for his age. I appreciate that.  Bottom line here is that I doubt you'd be able to find a better electrician in the greater Norwalk area. Guzman Electric gets a solid two Thumbs-Up!

Chris is awesome! He is efficient and professional! I had called the day before because I was having electrical issues because one of the wires from my houses got cut, and the next day, early in morning Chris showed up and got everything I asked for done. Highly recommended!

After the crazy March rains, we had a circuit blow out & leave 1/2 the house without power. Our regular guy was unreachable. I checked the Yelp reviews & was impressed by what people said about Ron. I now know, he's honest, reliable, personable & knows his stuff.  I will most strongly recommend him for electrical service.

I was in need of Backyard trail lighting repair for about 24 lights. Walter was wonderful very professional, quick helpful and did a great job. The company worked with me so well and I would highly recommend this company for electrician services and I will be using them for any of our future home needs.

Bryden reigns supreme. Two quick stories.

First, a couple years ago, we needed to install some new outlets in the kitchen and change out an electrical panel. Two electricians told us we needed to break open walls and basically rewire then entire house at a cost of more than $10K. Brian from Bryden came in, carefully looked around and saw we could do what we needed for around $2K. Everything was installed safely and quickly and we haven't had an issue in two years.

Story #2. This summer, we installed ceiling fans and track lighting. Price was very competitive and we didn't have to wait more than a day to get the job done. The Bryden electrician installed a light switch in the kitchen that we later discovered bumped against a pantry door when it was fully opened with the drawers rolled out. Bryden acknowledged that it was an installation error and scheduled us as the first appointment in the morning to fix the job. Positioning the new switch was a more involved project than we expected. It took the technician over an hour and would have cost us several hundred dollars but Bryden gracefully ate the cost and didn't charge us a cent.

Always fair, always clear, always prompt, always communicative, and always calling them!

Tomas did a great job fixing our kitchen sink piping. He made some corrections to the original piping which was not done properly years ago. Very reasonable prices. We use him again for any other work needed around the house.

Bill and his two assistants replaced track lighting in two room with new ceiling fixtures, installed a ceiling light/fan in a room with 12' ceiling, changed out broken outlet, replaced old light bulbs with LED's in 8 very high-up ceiling fixtures. All in 4 hours and for a great price. He even suggested a better, less expensive way to install the ceiling fan than what we thought would have to be done. Plus he always returned phone calls promptly.
