If you want to hire someone that will respect your time, is knowledgeable on installs, and is efficient this is not the place. If we had not been watching they would have installed our unit incorrectly. Out of the 4 people that came only 1 had the decency to wear a mask when we asked.

The guy that scheduled us on the phone was so sweet and I thought that would be a reflection of how they do business but oh boy that was not the case at all. I did think it was odd that they didn't want to come out to give an estimate first and see what they needed to do the job and probably should've taken that as a warning sign...

Scheduled an appointment for 9am... over 45mins past 9am and I had to reach out to see if they were still going to show up. They said they were still coming... They ended up showing up almost 3 HOURS later then our appointment . They get here, we come out to greet them and thank them for coming and we get where's the unit. No intro, no sorry about that no hi there No apology nothing, nada. Like we were inconveniencing him by hiring them to do the install... This one guy showed up with a massive attitude problem and we could not trust him in our house at all. We were going to ask them to leave because he was so rude but we thought this is an easy job they'll be gone in a couple hours and we really needed to get it done. Not the case, We regretted not turning them away.

I expressed that I would like them to wear masks because I have an auto immune issue and my partner is asthmatic, no mask. I asked them repeatedly throughout the day to please wear a mask at least 6 or 7 times and only the 1 nice guy put on a friggin mask.

The entire time the grumpy condescending guy just kept bickering with the other worker who was actually quiet nice and it seemed like the grumpy guy never had installed a mini split before and just didn't want to hear what this guy had to say. We had purchased a great unit with intention of doing it with a friend who works in AC, he just didn't have time and frankly we should've just done it ourselves because we had to sit and watch this guy be a condescending and dismissive to us and his co workers the whole time trying to put this unit in.

The condescending guy had installed the hole in the wall with the direction of the angle going opposite of what it needed to be. It would have caused drainage problems and the lines would be kinked if he were to actually thread the piping through and push it flush against the wall. I was scoffed at when I inquired about this and told it's fine. Which is certainly was not and anyone that knows anything about how to install a mini split would say the same thing, and when he was getting ready to install the lines it was still not fixed so I had to ask them to again if they are going to fix it so we don't have any issues with the lines. The other guy was on the same page and reiterated the same thing a few times prior. I had to ask them like 4 times and that they not continue attaching the lines until the angle is fixed.

Next, The the electrical guys... They come to install the power line and it was another round of omg why did we hire these ppl? Immediately the condescending guy starts in with them. Again, no one wearing masks, we asked them to put masks on they look me dead in the eyes and say nothing and don't put on a mask. Now we have 2 electrical guys and the grumpy condescending guy that originally came bickering for a couple more hours.

Our day was shot and they still had to come back the next day to finish the job and even when they put the covering on the outside I had asked what they would be using to seal it off, the condescending dude goes we don't need to seal it and the electrical guy immediately responds with the water proofing sealant name they will be using.

I needed to have my exhaust vent/fan replaced in my bathroom.  Jeremy arrived early for the job and was very courteous and thorough with his work.  He cleaned up nicely after he was done.  He even helped me replaced some of my ceiling light bulbs that were hard to reach.  Overall I was happy with Ducros!

We've had Marco and his crew out for two jobs now (fixing a bad doorbell chime, installing fans and LED lighting), and both were a fantastic experience. Fair pricing, knowledgeable technicians, great service. Highly recommended.

I needed to install 4 Ring Floodlight cameras around the house and a Ring Doorbell Pro. He gave me a really good price for the project so I decided to give em a chance. I was surprised to find out that it was a father and son team. Jim came over the day before to get an idea on where I wanted to install the cameras and what materials he'll need for the job. The next day Jim and his son Brandon got all 4 cameras installed just the way I wanted it. Unfortunately they couldn't get the doorbell done the same day due to the doorbell chime wiring being in bad shape and they were understandably exhausted from all that work. So they came back the next day and got it done within an hour. I highly recommend Seaway Electric.

First let me start off by saying that their customer service is what made me decide to use them for upgrading my garage electrical to support charging my Tesla. When I say customer service I mean Kirsten. She answered all of my questions and made suggestions when it appeared I didn't have any options. I live in a townhouse and so working with our electrical panel has many issues not associated with a single family home. I initially had Dr. Sparks' team come out and they determined nothing could be done to add a 220 circuit to my garage, without upgrading my entire electrical panel which would be a lot of money. One of the team members (Lance) even stopped by on his way home from work to see if he could come up with any options. He couldn't but again that is part of their customer service. A few months passed and Kirsten called me out of the blue to discuss a new option. This option adds a unit in the garage that allows the electrical system to charge my Tesla but if the electrical demand in the house exceeds the capability of my main electrical box it will cut the charge to the Tesla and let the house function uninterrupted. Once the house electrical demand is reduced the charge to the Tesla can then restart. We discussed this option and although the price for the unit is a little high I decided to go ahead. The team of Warren (Dr. Spark's) and Lance came by and performed the installation. The installation took about 6 hours but it works flawlessly. So now I am getting about 30miles/hr while charging.
If you live in a townhouse and can't get a 220 outlet installed in your garage call Dr. Sparks and ask about the DDC-9 unit I described above. They will walk you through the installation.

These guys are honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them for any of your electrical needs.

We called Zimmerman based on a suggestion from a friend. They were quick to respond to our questions over the phone and had an appointment scheduled quickly.

We had Dave show up early to our appointment and begin methodically looking through all our problems. Needless to say, Dave fixed our issues quickly and is extremely knowledgeable with codes, etc.

If you have any electrical problems or just want someone to take a look at what you have, I would not hesitate to give Zimmerman a call!

The gentlemen showed up promptly and got right to work. Both outlets under the kitchen sink were replaced expertly within the hour and tested out. Both men were professional and friendly. I highly recommend MAG Electric.

Called Wright and he seemed pretty helpful over the phone so I scheduled an appt.  That Tuesday he never showed and never called.  Also never returned my text to see what happened.  Oh well, quoted me $225 minimum but a friend finally took a look and did it for $50.

Called them for an emergency. They were pretty accommodating at first. Sophia confirmed the appointment at 08:00AM - 09:00AM for the following morning. But, Victor did not show up until 10:00AM, and that was after so many texts and phone call.

Victor did not speak English well, so my tenants couldn't understand what he was saying. Then, he complained that tenants asked him to remove his shoes when entering the house. What a petty thing to complain about. Most other vendors will be respectful and wear booties, even.

To replace the meter, they quoted me a price, and after all negotiations, the price could not come down lower. So, I called another company that has much better reviews here, and got a cheaper quote. When I told Sophia that I no longer want their service to change the meter, she immediately lowered the price, but it was too late. At the end, I'm happy I did not choose them for a big job like replacing a meter.

I gave them a 2 for their responsiveness when making the appointment.

I recently purchased a Tesla and I needed someone to come out and install the sharing port. I heard of USA Pro Electrics through a couple of friends who also got their charging ports installed by them. They gave me a very fair price and their customer service was nothing to complain about. Once I saw how great of a job they had done installing the charging port I had them fix my garage door as well and install a motor to have it open and close itself. So far I cannot complain about them one bit, I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. They will be the first people I call once I decide to renovate my house

I requested around 20 quotes for my project via Yelp. After receiving number of estimates, I decided to go with A&A Home Improvement. I could not be happier with Alberto and his crew. He is a great communicator, they show up on time, very professional and does very clean job. I will work with A&A Home Improvement for my next project for sure. 5 + Stars

New Light Electric responded promptly, they did what they agreed to when they agreed to do it. In my case they went beyond our agreement to do a very good job.

Steve told us his team would arrive on Friday 3/18/2022 between 1-3pm to do an exhaust fan replacement at our house. No one shows up by 3pm and he said they would come on Saturday AM instead. No one comes on Saturday either. I call Steve on Sat 11:30am to inquire what happened and he has no clue, said John never scheduled anyone for the job.

Steve then says his team will come on Monday 3/21/2022 between 8:30am-9:30am instead. Cruz, Virgil and Eder show up at 9am to complete the project. The 3 guys tell me they don't know why no one showed up on Friday or Saturday because they said scheduling rests entirely on Steve.

I really don't understand how this company can be rated a 5-star company, when they are completely UNRELIABLE, DISRESPECTFUL of client's time and just poor customer service. NO ONE takes ownership over what happened and it's the customer who suffers, and Steve is very bad at scheduling. He needs to retire. I can't trust him to do anything.

I even declined other vendors that could have completed the job 2 days earlier on 3/16 because I had trust NextLevel would complete the work on 3/18 as they promised. TRUST is broken. You trick me once on Friday, twice on Saturday. NEVER AGAIN.

The 1 star rating is not a reflection of the work done by Cruz, Virgil and Eder (which is good), but by the LACK of effectiveness and efficiency of Steve, who makes schedules for people without knowing whether they can deliver or not.

STOP Making excuses for a poor job that you and Steve did. Take Ownership over your lack of customer service and respect for client's time. You guys didn't even give us a heads up until 3 pm on Friday that no one was going to show up. SO WHY SCHEDULE FOR FRIDAY, OR AT LEAST GIVE SOME ADVANCE NOTICE! and then NO ONE SHOWS UP ON SATURDAY AM EITHER. I don't go around disrespecting you first. NEVER AGAIN. LIARS.

Where is even the slightest APOLOGY for your wrong-doing? I don't believe the owners here even know how to say sorry, because they don't believe they did anything wrong. Let me say this again: you have LACK OF OWNERSHIP FOR WHAT YOU DID WRONG.  Please PLAN AHEAD IF YOU KNEW THERE WOULD BE IMPACTS TO SCHEDULING. WHY OVERSHOOT FOR SOMETHING WHEN YOU CAN'T DELIVER?

Was looking to put in a hookup for a hot tub and a 240V outlet in the garage for an EV.  Unfortunately my panel was on the opposite side of the house and the service had to be upgraded.  Shai came up with a great idea that I felt was reasonably priced and didn't require tearing up a huge section of stucco on the side of the house (like all of the other electricians that I had talked to said would have to be done).  His guys showed up the next week and knocked the project out in a few days.  They did great work and were totally professional.  Couldn't be happier with the result.  Highly recommended.

George was very knowledgable.  He came to fix the problem quickly.  Also made suggestion to replace the outlet by the sink with GFI outlet.  Very happy with the services.  Will recommend to friends and family.  Definitely will call him again.  Thank you.

I started by requesting a quote from Chris to repair a couple of outlets at my house that had reverse polarity as well as install a GFCI outlet in one of my bathrooms (all issues carried over from prior homeowner). Chris was quick to respond to the RFQ with a very reasonable quote and he was able to schedule me in the following week.

During his repair/installation, he took good care of the delicate and old (circa 1942) wiring and educated me on the health of the wiring for future reference. Additionally, he made sure to clean up after his work was complete, which some contractors often times neglect. Even though there were some challenges along the way that required him to install additional parts, he kept to his original quote.

I would definitely recommend Chris for any of your residential electrical needs!
