Best Electricians in California

We lost all electricity at the house yesterday and I found ARS online and called them. I had actually called another electrician out first but they didn't have the parts on hand so they only gave me a quote. I explained the situation the ARS rep and she had an electrician call me back to verify that he had the parts. I then communicated directly with the electrician, Art. He came to the house with an hour and assessed the problem and actually quoted me a cheaper price. He finished the work very quickly and gave us his professional opinion so we ended up having him just replace all the breakers for the house. But at no point did we ever feel like he was overselling us of misleading us in any way. He was very professional and easy to understand so it made the whole process simpler. After he changed out new breaker for us we told him that there's two light switches in the house that doesn't work and he actually fixed one of them at no charge since it was an easy tasks for him. The other light required much more work so we decided to just leave it. All in all we were really satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Ducros Electric is our go-to electrical contractor for our own home and investment properties. We confidently recommend Ducros to our clients, friends and associates. They are experienced with with older homes going back to the 1920s as well as newer construction. We find their rates to be reasonable and they are responsive when scheduling and completing work.

Have used Inception Electric twice now. They've been awesome! First job was a simple lighting fixture repair. Second was an all day job with extensive work in garage. They are thorough, professional and do very reasonably priced work. Will definitely use them again.

The rain took out one of our outside outlets, causing all the others in the wall to go out.

First let me start off by saying that their customer service is what made me decide to use them for upgrading my garage electrical to support charging my Tesla. When I say customer service I mean Kirsten. She answered all of my questions and made suggestions when it appeared I didn't have any options. I live in a townhouse and so working with our electrical panel has many issues not associated with a single family home. I initially had Dr. Sparks' team come out and they determined nothing could be done to add a 220 circuit to my garage, without upgrading my entire electrical panel which would be a lot of money. One of the team members (Lance) even stopped by on his way home from work to see if he could come up with any options. He couldn't but again that is part of their customer service. A few months passed and Kirsten called me out of the blue to discuss a new option. This option adds a unit in the garage that allows the electrical system to charge my Tesla but if the electrical demand in the house exceeds the capability of my main electrical box it will cut the charge to the Tesla and let the house function uninterrupted. Once the house electrical demand is reduced the charge to the Tesla can then restart. We discussed this option and although the price for the unit is a little high I decided to go ahead. The team of Warren (Dr. Spark's) and Lance came by and performed the installation. The installation took about 6 hours but it works flawlessly. So now I am getting about 30miles/hr while charging.
If you live in a townhouse and can't get a 220 outlet installed in your garage call Dr. Sparks and ask about the DDC-9 unit I described above. They will walk you through the installation.

These guys are honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them for any of your electrical needs.

If you have any electrical needs do not look further. In particular,  Art is exceptional. Sadly, these days ethical and competent service can be impossible to find. This company is the exception.  Top rated for professionalism, knowledge, responsibility, efficiency and honesty.   More than 5 stars.

I needed some electrical done at my home. Was glad that I found MAG on yelp. Requested a quote 30 minutes  later I got a response and we were able to schedule  a appt for the weekend. Weekend came and Mark and moises came out and installed 4 cans in my ceiling. Came out great. I am really satisfied  with there work. Yelp came through again.

I need someone to help me to setup the Landry unit in my new home. I had talked to couple handyman in the area. Jose is the honestest and nicest handyman i meet. He is very professional and nice for any kind of questions and request. He is also completed my case very nicely, have everything that i want. really really good, and i will work with him again for sure.

I set an hour consultation for an estimate through New Light Electric's online system.  The online system gave a specific start time (NOT an arrival window) and end time for this appointment and let me know the appointment would be with Jose Castellanos, who I now know is the owner of New Light Electric.

Almost 40 minutes after my appointment start time Jose still had not shown up, nor had he called.  I then called him to cancel the appointment as I had another appointment happening at the scheduled conclusion of our appointment and would not have time to go through everything with Jose.  When I called Jose fought with me on the phone about the cancellation, blaming the online system for having issues, saying he was unaware of the appointment; he even went so far to say he only got notice of the appointment while we were on the phone, asking when I made the appointment (it was 2 or 3 days before the scheduled appointment and I got the automatic notification from the system 24 hours in advance).  He asked me if I wanted to reschedule and I said, No, thank you.  

Jose apparently did not like this answer and got his team to begin texting me from the office after we got off the phone asking me to reschedule.  I did not answer, because since Jose started to fight with me on the phone, I figured he was someone I was uninterested in working with.  

My next appointment arrived and I was busy into that appointment time when there was a knock at my home door; much to my UNCOMFORTABLE surprise it was a very unprofessional Jose, acting like he should be there and I should let him in the house.  He acted like he had the sudden realization that I was the one who cancelled with him about 25 minutes ago, then attempted to have an argument with me, saying he was only 3 minutes late, when he was an HOUR AND FIVE MINUTES LATE.  He showed up at my house and tried to argue with me.  I do NOT believe that Jose was mistaken and showed up to the wrong place, which was what he tried to play it off as (and would also be HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!) and I do not believe I made the wrong decision of not working with Jose Castellanos or New Light Electric!

They helped us to install ceiling lights in living room and kitchen. Highly recommend their excellent service. Protection, installation of lights, patching holes on the wall and spray matching texture. We are very satisfied with all of them. Thank you technician Cam, Brandon and Cruz.

Shai is the consummate professional. He communicated via text with me re my project--I sent him photos n a description of what I wanted and he quoted me upfront and never deviated from that price like some do once the job is done.
He did a very clean job and explained everything clearly. He is an honest, knowledgeable, and kind man. Hire him and you won't be disappointed!

George and his dear, lovely wife are all about business.... and pleasing those they serve.  Those I have referred THE ELECTRICIAN to, are impressed with everything done.  They are friendly, but get the work done perfectly.  He is the BEST electrician I have ever had work for me.  I have had his help at different times and places for about 10 plus years.  Easily I recommend him!

We've completed several projects with Culver City Electric Squad over the past year! They're professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. Most recently we had an urgent electrical need. The team acted quickly and ensured someone came out within a few hours to remedy the situation very quickly.  Specifically, Mena is excellent. It's wonderful to receive such reliable and professional service.

Mike was very professional and addressed an electrical issue at my rental house in Los Angeles.  He came on Saturday with very little notice.  Highly recommend Larios Electrical Solutions.

Takes your money for a deposit, leaves for 24-48 hours. Comes back and does a lackluster job. Charges you insane amounts. They said they needed tools and such for the job... but they didn't bring anything special back with them.

$1500 to fix bathroom light switches. When I already had 1 of 2 fixed in the time I spent waiting.  

If you Try to tell them anything about your home and they ignore you because they think they know everything. Then you watch them 3-4 hours shocking themselves on the same outlets because... why?

Everything with them is in increments of $1500...  ask for a quote? $3000, $4500, or $6000. So they don't have a real hourly rate at all.

We had a small repair - needed a new GFI box on an outlet. I logged onto YELP and got the name of six electricians. Three never answered their phone. Two had voicemail, but didn't call back for six hours. Chris answered immediately and took the job. He came on time. Worked fast. Identified the problem immediately and fixed it. I am very happy that we now know who to call any time we have electrical needs. Excellent service, nice fellow and consummately professional. You won't go wrong with Chris.
