I called American Reliable Services about problems I was having with my water heater. The technicians was extremely warm and friendly; she assured me that a technician would be there shortly and that they would be able to fix the problem. As promised, the technician arrived within an hour and immediately knew what to do to in order to fix the problem. Our water heater was working perfectly after the technician left. I'm so glad I called American Reliable Services; they fixed this problem hastle-free and with a reasonable price. I'm very happy with everything about this company. Thank you ARS!!

Alex came out to take a look at some electrical work done by a previous electrician that wasn't quite right. He was able to troubleshoot and fixed any problems right away. Very professional. Would recommend and hire again!

Marco provides a quote that was very competitive compared to others. Crew came on time and explained everything. Staff was very friendly.  The crew left with everything cleaned up and working. Everything you would want when hiring a contractor. I'd used them again for my next project.

I wanted someone who was C-10 certified and after reading the reviews, I decided to hire Brandon. He came along with his dad Jim to install a NEMA 1450 Level 2 outlet for me to charge my electric car at home. The father and son team went to work promptly and finished the job in half a day even though the main electrical panel was a good distance from my garage They were courteous and I would hire them again for future electrical needs. Highly recommended.

Professional service, excellent work.

Given the power outages have continued to increase in frequency and duration, we decided to get a manual transfer switch installed so we could more easily run power off of our portable generator (a transfer switch allows you to plug the generator power directly into your electric panel instead of running extension cords from it).

I did a lot of research and fielded several quotes.  Dr. Sparks prevailed and got the job.  Kirsten was friendly, polite, and professional while I was gathering quotes and answered every question she could.  Anything needing further clarification was taken care of by Warren.  He was patient, answering my (many...) questions, and worked with me over the phone and via photos to nail down my needs and capabilities.  The price was competitive and fair and they got me right onto their calendar.

Warren was here early and ready to go.  They were done in a couple of hours, gave me a tutorial on the new equipment, and answered (even more...) of my questions.  They cleaned up and left everything looking better than when they arrived and billing and permit we're handled through Kirsten.  Road tested two days later after everything had cured and it worked perfect.

If you like our community as much as I do, we need to support our local businesses that deliver quality work at a fair price - Dr. Sparks is a great place to start.  I highly recommend, especially for these transfer switches.

These folks were very professional and knew their stuff.  I had an appointment scheduled
for an emergency after a weekend and they came out right away.  John was very courteous and always called back promptly.  He sent his man Greg who started to work immediately and methodically to resolve our problem.  He had to run out to get new parts and always kept us informed and even came back out during dinner-time to finish up.  Their expertise was amazing and they always fully explained in detail what needed to be done. Their prices were fair and their work was top-notch.  I will use them again in the future and I highly recommend them to others.

My doorbell went dead and needed service. I found Mag Electric on Yelp. Great service and a smile they provided. I highly recommend them.

Wright came out the same day of my inquiry, to determine if it was feasible to install a new panel and two electric meters on my duplex. He went out of his way to describe cost/benefits and permit considerations. He was really honest and up front about everything and ultimately recommended against us moving forward.   In the end, we decided against doing the job based on his thorough analysis. I would definitely hire him when we might need an electrician in the future.  It is rare to find someone with such high integrity and great customer service.

Nice and easy service.  Good communications, they came, they fixed, they left.  Customer service was great, and more importantly they knew what they were doing and fixed three lights that weren't working when we weren't sure why.  I would recommend.

The track lighting in our gallery was flickering out and Arman came out promptly to check it out.  Arman did a full diagnostic and he could have easily said we needed to replace all of our tracks, which would not be cheap.  Instead, he repaired a small part of the assembly with a smile and a very reasonable service visit fee.  Arman was professional, efficient, friendly and displayed integrity.  I enthusiastically recommend USA Pro Electric for your electric needs!!!

Alberto is excellent- he did a fantastic job adding water guards to the shower door enclosure in my master & guest bathrooms, and adding knobs to the inside of both glass shower doors so you could close/seal the doors properly once stepping into the shower. Both showers had been giving me trouble for about a year since the original installation or design didn't allow for proper drainage and the water would spill out onto the floor tiles. Called Alberto & he came over the next day, checked it out, then called me later that day with a quote for materials and labor. He sent photos of the different knob options so my husband & I could pick the style we want. We didn't see one we liked, so Alberto came by our house a second time and pulled our shower bar to show his materials vendor & get more options of knobs that would match & would definitely fit. He really went above & beyond! I paid him a 50% deposit so he could order the materials, and the other 50% when he completed the job a few days later. Alberto & his employee did great work, and they were fast, professional, and polite. Alberto was easy to get a hold of on the phone & through texting, and was great at constant communication & updates. I would absolutely recommend these guys for any job- big or small!! I will definitely be calling them the next time I need some work done!!

Jose gets the job done.

We had some knob and tube issues after getting the old rat infested insulation removed (a different company, things like that happen).  Jose could not find it the first time (it was dark, it was late, but he tried) but came back with a couple of his guys and they found and fixed the damage done.

Friendly, professional, personable, and more than competent...excellent.

I work in the trades and am looking at having New Light Electric re-wire my entire 1920 Craftsman Bungalow.  They were that good.

Edit:  We did get the whole house re-wired and are totally happy with the work and professionalism ...good crew and conscientious...highly recommend and any wire jobs I can't do myself, I am calling on New Light Electric.   5 stars all the way.

Very unreliable company. They didn't show up at the agreed upon time and never called even after I emailed Steve Houston that the electrician failed to show up. I'd go with a different company if I were you.

All Quality did a great job installing recessed lights, bathroom vent/light, ceiling fan and outdoor lighting.  The quote for the job was very reasonable and the guys showed up on time and always cleaned every area each day.  The job took a full day longer than expected but they were able to find solutions to a few more challenging areas.  Very satisfied with the work and crew.

George was the best. Personable, answered questions, came out at night, got the problems fixed each time with only one visit.

I thought I'd finally found a competent, honest electrician. I was overjoyed.

However I am under the impression he retired. The last time I tried to reach him, I got no response despite numerous attempts. The web site listed is not functional.

If George is still in business, I can't recommend him highly enough.

I wanted a new lights in my front yard so I called the electric squad and they came same day ! The electrician was very helpful without any hidden charges, he answered all our questions and gave us ideas for future renovations ! Thank you so much Culver City!

10/10 service: I had 2 fan lights taken out and replaced (literally took Mike an hour max). Don't bother looking elsewhere- highly recommend. Check out the videos to see the transformations, I'm in love

Ben came by and apologized for the inconvenience that took place on the previous day for the missed appointment. He offered to do the same service, but at a discounted rate. It's understandable that there are a lot of appointments and sometimes you get lose track of time. He also wrote an apology letter and gave me a $25 gift card for not showing up to the appointment. He got the job done and the pricing was well worth it. Ben will find a way to make his customers happy, and that's usually hard to find in some contractors.

10/10!! Chris returned my call very promptly for an electrical issue I was having and was able to provide me recommendations over the phone that immediately fixed my issue .  Very nice, knowledgeable, and professional.  Highly recommend.
