I received a referral for this company because we had an air conditioner issue. They have superior customer service and are experts in this field. Our technician Nazareth was very friendly and professional. He looked at our air conditioner and it took him maybe 5 to 10 minutes to identify the issue and came up with a solution. He had to order some parts and he came back in less than a day and a half and repaired it for us. The company operator was very responsive and also very friendly in reaching out to us for our follow up appointment. We actually had someone else come before him to asses the problem and there solution to the issue seemed a bit strange. He also quoted us a ridiculously high price. I am so happy we were referred to this company and they will now be our go to company for all our air conditioner, electric, and plumbing issues.

We had an outlet that was loose and would not hold anything plugged into it, so our property manager called out Ducros Electric to come fix it.  Grant was an absolute pleasure to work with.  He called to let us know when he would be there and then again when he was nearby to make sure we were home.  Grant was in and out in 15 minutes and now we can use the outlet for extra fans during the hot summer months.  I've already told a couple friends about the impeccable customer service and would gladly use Ducros Electric again.  Thank you!

Julian and Abel were both very professional and fast with their work.  They're clearly knowledgable and answered all my questions in an easy way for me to understand.  They gave me a thorough breakdown of their process of installing the EV charger and was courteous enough to ask when altering with stuff inside my garage.  Overall, Julian and Abel were professional, fast, and tidy with their work.  In addition, their prices are reasonable.

I would definitely use Brandon and Jim again. They're professional, got the job done quickly, enjoyed their company while they were there, and they communicated with me very well for scheduling. They installed 2 ceiling fans for me, and they look great!

Last April (2013), Warren and the crew at Dr. Sparks went Above and Beyond when they installed our roof-mounted 10K Solar Array.  Clean and Beautiful, the system has been so effective that as of our Solar Anniversary it had produced 16% more electricity than Warren had promised...........  I now drive a Chevy Volt.

I needed a light fixture replaced at our entry hall. Mark was very friendly and helpful over the phone.

Greg came early and was very friendly. He changed out our chandelier quickly and made it look so easy. I am definitely going to call them again when we get the lights changed in the bedrooms. Thanks again Zimmerman Electric Company

Called Wright and he seemed pretty helpful over the phone so I scheduled an appt.  That Tuesday he never showed and never called.  Also never returned my text to see what happened.  Oh well, quoted me $225 minimum but a friend finally took a look and did it for $50.

Had an appointment scheduled for 8:30am. No one showed or called to reschedule. I reached back out to them and have not heard back. Would not recommend.

I've lived in my home for 16 years and have had consistently bad experiences with electricians until I hired USA Pro Electric.  I can't recommend them enough. For this job, I originally hired a different electrician (not USA Pro Electric), for whom I had to put my project on hold for a week while I waited for them... and then they never showed.  After getting some weak excuses from the other electrician, I called USA Pro Electric & was helped by Arman.  Arman asked for some pictures of the job and gave me multiple estimates for different options with explanations for each option within minutes.  He came to do the work on time, on a Sunday, and finished within a few hours.  His work was top-notch and the price was more than reasonable. If I could give 6 stars, I would. I can't imagine hiring another company after working with USA Pro Electric.

Yesterday, along with thousands of other Angelenos, I woke to learn that I had a bad leak in the ceiling of my living room.  Problem was, I was renting that living room out to tenants - - in other words, I wasn't suffering the leak, the folks renting my place were, and they were really upset.  Without going into too much detail, suffice to say, Alberto was like a Guardian Angel for me yesterday.  I simply went online and started searching for people to help, and he was the first one to pick up.  Yes, I was impressed by the YELP reviews and what appeared to be real expertise, but one never really knows.  Alberto was creative, budget-conscious and swift.  I'd recommend him to anyone - - not only a highly skilled construction wizard, but a truly innovative problem-solver.  We had a short window to succeed within and he completely came through.  Thank you Alberto!!

The short - Jose and his team did an amazing job. They were all very kind.

Reached out to New Light initially for a panel upgrade as we had a very outdated/unsafe panel.  Jose came by our home to check things out and answer our questions.

Jose, from the beginning, was very kind and explained to us the technical side as well as our options. We learned a lot from him. Jose was patient with us as we discussed our options and was always available for questions.

At the end, we went with a panel upgrade, removing overhead wires to the garage and placing underground, adding an exhaust fan to the bathroom, running to new circuits to major appliances, installing correct brackets/cieling fan mounting, and various other junction box improvements for safety. We believe they did a great job patching the areas that needed to be patched where the panel was changed.

While safety was our priority, we did have to consider prices while we were shopping around. Jose was what made us really want to choose New Light Electric, but his prices were an added bonus.

We feel safer in our home now. Would recommend them to anyone who needs major work as well as small projects. We truly feel like we found someone we always want us to help us with our electrical needs.

My review is long overdue.

Three months ago Steve coordinated with me and sent his team in.  I  asked them to uninstall old chandelier and bedroom ceiling fan from 12 foot ceilings.  Both were replaced with new ones along w/ 2 dimmers I had purchased.  The guys were professional, careful, neat, fast, patient and great in communicating with us as the work was being done.  

I highly recommend them and would use them again!

I will definitely call these guys again for any electrical needs in the future! I give an unqualified full 5-stars to All Quality. I've done a lot of electrical work myself but I no longer have all the tools to do it easily.  Still, I have a pretty good idea what it takes to do many electrical jobs and I was impressed that All Quality quoted me a very fair price and got the job done quickly (actually slightly faster than I expected it would take an experienced tech).

I needed to move 2 outlets 12 inches higher than their original location to accommodate new, taller laundry appliances.  As I said, All Quality's price was very fair and also the best price among the three firms I contacted. They also scheduled to come and do the job within two hours of my call. The tech arrived on time and got the work done quickly and perfectly.

Contrast that with another firm from NoHo with a high review rating that quoted me a price and scheduled a time to do the job two days out.  The price was a bit high, but I figured since inflation is raging right now I wouldn't haggle. Two days later, as the END of the scheduled time window approached, they instead called to say they would arrive an hour or so later - not to perform the job - but rather to merely confirm the estimate. Really? To move two outlets about 12 inches vertically in the same stud bay? It doesn't get much simpler. I sent them pictures of how straightforward the job was but they came back with an increase to the price without even showing up. Based on their lack of integrity, I canceled them and called All Quality.  All Quality's price was lower than the NoHo firm's original quote and there was certainly no attempt to increase the price before or upon arrival.

I understand customers can omit key details when calling for a quote, and it's only fair to pay the right price if a job is much more complicated than the customer initially suggests - especially if the customer doesn't know what details might matter. But there are also firms that lack integrity and try to take advantage of the uninformed customer. Avoid those firms and give your business to firms that have integrity like All Quality.

Great! Prompt accurate communication and estimate and solid work. Can't ask for any better than that. Will definitely use again and recommend. They installed 2 exterior outlets with appropriate weather cover as well as fixed a last minute add on interior outlet repair. Felt the price was fair and right on target for work done.

Mike have done several projects for us, and the outcome has been outstanding and stress free. Pricing is reasonable, upfront and comes without surprises. You get someone very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy.

The ceiling light fixture fell in my son's room in the evening and was hanging barely by electrical wires. I sent several quotes on Yelp asking for an urgent service, and Ben was the first who responded and got us scheduled for his team to come in the following morning to assess the problem. Manny came in the morning. He was very thorough, professional, and considerate. He had his shoes cover on, and after providing us the quote after assessment, we agreed on the service since his price was competitive, and we really liked how professional he was and how pleasant he was to work with. He put covers all around where he was working, so he can make sure there was no debris left in the room when he's done. The work was completed perfectly, and he vacuumed and cleaned up the room. Definitely a company I can trust for lighting and electrical work!

Had Chris out to the house a few weeks ago for an issue with my new garage door. He installed the wiring necessary for the opener to run on its own switch. In searching for a local electrician on Yelp we decided to try Chris based on the reviews we read. We were satisfied with his work and it was first class.

We had him out again for another electrical project recently. Same experience, excellent work, zero complaints.
He's a pro, start to finish. Look no further !
