Power went out on a Saturday night and American Reliable was the only company willing to come out.  Arthur came out within an hour an quickly identified the problem was with the city connection.  Very professional and honest work.

Technician was very professional extremely courteous and very funny. I recommend their services, they are quick and very efficient.

My circuit breaker stopped working during a heat wave we had no electricity or air conditioning.  We were miserable and concerned about our food going bad in the refrigerator.  We called Inception and they came out the same day and did a temporary fix so we could survive until they could replace the electrical panel.   This was during a heat wave that lasted about three weeks and they were able to come out on the same day and get the electricity back on.  
Super service and follow through on working with the city for permits and keeping me informed on what was going on.  You can't go wrong with Inception Electric.

Brandon is very responsive! I sent a request for assistance with an outlet that started smoking ... in a blink of an eye, Brandon responded to troubleshoot electrical issue.

I was referred to Dr Sparks Electric after we struggled for hours trying to rewire a switch in a bathroom. I was very pleasantly surprised when they had it rewired and a new switch and plate installed with the painted screws to match (we had lost a few) in 10 or 15 minutes!  It is really worth it to have a pro do the job!  Highly recommend them!

Really good at remote communication, They were emailing to help setup the best appt slot. Their person was ontime, polite, and got right to work. Very reasonable $95 per hour  and seems like they did good work! Thanks again for making it easy and painless.

I needed some electrical done at my home. Was glad that I found MAG on yelp. Requested a quote 30 minutes  later I got a response and we were able to schedule  a appt for the weekend. Weekend came and Mark and moises came out and installed 4 cans in my ceiling. Came out great. I am really satisfied  with there work. Yelp came through again.

Very prompt response. Good quote. They were very accommodating to route my conduits a different way than we originally intended. Track lighting turned out great and the final bill was very reasonable.

Sophia was very responsive and easy to get ahold of and work with. Victor was very friendly and was able to get the work done relatively quickly. We had a couple of miscommunications in regards to when they would arrive for the quote, and when the job would ultimately get done. Overall I am pleased with the end product of the work that Victor was able to do, and the way in which the electrical was able to be routed. I would have liked it if when they were all done, they would have cleaned up after themselves. Discounting the miscommunication in the early part of the job, the only real ding I would give Victor and his guy is that anywhere they worked, they left debris. Whether it be shavings from drilling, slugs from boxes, small pieces of wire, or in the case of my basement an entire length of wire. To really be 5 stars, you've got to leave the job site the way you found it. And my house isn't under construction - it's a clean and well maintained finished home. That's also how I'd like it to look when the work is done.

Did exactly what I asked them to do. Took longer than they quoted but they got the work completed on the second day so it was all good. Competitive pricing and honest assessment.

Alberto was flexible, friendly and knowledgeable in plumbing and brick work required to get my gas fireplace working. Very impressed with his workmanship.

Reached out to New Light initially for a panel upgrade as we had a very outdated/unsafe panel.  Jose came by our home to check things out and answer our questions.

Jose, from the beginning, was very kind and explained to us the technical side as well as our options. We learned a lot from him. Jose was patient with us as we discussed our options and was always available for questions.

At the end, we went with a panel upgrade, removing overhead wires to the garage and placing underground, adding an exhaust fan to the bathroom, running to new circuits to major appliances, installing correct brackets/cieling fan mounting, and various other junction box improvements for safety. We believe they did a great job patching the areas that needed to be patched where the panel was changed.

While safety was our priority, we did have to consider prices while we were shopping around. Jose was what made us really want to choose New Light Electric, but his prices were an added bonus.

We feel safer in our home now. Would recommend them to anyone who needs major work as well as small projects. We truly feel like we found someone we always want us to help us with our electrical needs.

I called Steve at Next Level to get a quote on hanging my chandelier and was impressed at how thorough he was. Sent both a photo of the area and the box. Pricing was extremely fair. Steve sent a technician out and Virgil showed up right on time. What happed that day was unbelievable. The chandelier that I purchased from Timothy Oulton designs was extremely rusted and Virgil spent a significant amount of time trying to unhinge screws that were cemented into the fixture. There were no instructions and he spent over 8 painstaking hours trying to figure out how to put each crystal into place. The end result was beautiful, and he did an amazing job. I felt horrible that he has to spend hours over the intended job and he never complained. He was happy to complete the job. Thank you Virgil and Steve. I give you my highest rating and would use you again and aga in.

I needed some canned lights put in within a very short timeframe. I called and spoke with several electricians that all had excellent ratings however, when I spoke with George, I knew he was the right guy for the job. He showed up on time, was very pleasant to work with and charged me what he said he would charge. In addition he did a few extra things for me and was happy to do it for me.  Again he charged me a fair rate for the additional work. When he left the place was neat and clean! If I ever need another electrician, I will be calling George...he is the best!

First time customer. Had 4 or 5 electrical issues, including a light bulb stuck in a socket, a  high hallway fixture that stopped working suddenly, an outdoor security light that wasn't working right, and an outlet issue. Garrett & John were great - prompt, personable, professional, pleasant (alliteration unintended LOL). They both explained clearly what the problems were. Very satisfied, highly recommend.
