As many people in LA  could remember, the month of January was surprisingly cold, rainy and windy, with a lot of technical problems for some people.My wife and I were among them.We had an electrical issue in our condo.All of the electrical outlets in our kitchen stopped working.We were trying to find a reliable electrician trough many sources.Unfortunately, our search was not very optimistic.We were very discouraged, to find a lot of complaints and negative reviews about dishonesty or incompetence of many professional people or companies.It took us almost 3 long days, till we found the reliable source of such information, the YELP site.We discovered, that the most of the reviews at YELP  were much more objective and reliable than other sites  /thanks, YELP/.After a short search, we found a lot of positive reviews about ARS.                                                                                                                                             We were very optimistic after talking to Mike.He was very nice, very patient and encouraging.Mike promised us fast and reliable service.Nazaret, one of the ARS  technician          came to our place in time.He was very fast to find the  problem in our circuit and fix it relatively quickly.Nazaret also gave us very valuable practical advice, how to prevent such problems as ours in future.And the charge for all of this, was very fairly decent.                                            Coming to the happy end of our story, me and my wife /being retired for long time/ came to logical conclusion, that our positive experience in this field, is not common.Unfortunately, in this  time of economical depression and low quality customer service in this country, to find a reliable professional company, who cares, not just about their own needs, but about other people's needs as well, is not easy task.                                                                                                             Thanks, ARS for  your great professionalism,with such nice person and very high competent  technician as NAZARET and  your nice and caring customer service representative Mike.We really appreciate you, for making  your services affordable to the most  economically vulnerable senoir and retired community/as ourselves/ as well.                                                                                    Thanks, YELP for your high quality site.                                                                                     Respectfully,        Fridman family

The exhaust fan in my laundry area was in serious need of repair or replacing, so I called a number of electricians and home repair service companies over the past two weeks to either: not get an initial call back or to get a quote, but no follow through to schedule an appointment.  That is, until I called Ducros Electrical Services.  I was greeted by a pleasant customer service assistant who took my information and asked what service I was in need of.  She said she'd pass my info to a technician and they'd be in touch.  A few short minutes later, I received a call from one of their electricians, Alex, who was able to be at my condo in 15 minutes to assess and give me a quote; AND he ordered a new fan on the spot.  He and another tech, Jeremy, came back on the day we scheduled installation, and they got the job done with expertise and efficiency.  Absolute professionals!  These guys will be in my address book anytime I'm in need of electrical services.  A+

Marco and the team recently did a job for me in Pasadena. They swapped out the subpanel, added 5 new circuits in my kitchen and added a new conduit for future wiring in a different part of the house. All in all, Inception is extremely professional and their pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional electrician.

Brandon took on a tough job of updating our very old electrical panel, adding amperage, adding sockets, lights and working with our contractor in a home renovation.  He was excellent.  He went above and beyond our expectations, and even helped me to keep working (I work from home) while the power had to be off for him to work safely.  I highly recommend Brandon and will be calling him for all of our electrical needs.  He is dependable and reasonably priced.  Great electrician and great person!

What outstanding service from Dr Sparks when installing my Tesla wall charger. Courteous, professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. From making the appointment to cleanup after the job, these guys were perfect. Qualified, friendly staff that from now on will be my go-to electrician.

Best electrical contractors in the Southbay! They really know electrical work, and persist until the job is done right. Pricing is so reasonable, and they conduct business with the highest level of integrity. A true rarity! I've used them for many years...wouldn't use anyone else.

These guys were great. Needed a quick repair on a broken light sensor... long story short, they showed up within the hour, got the job done quickly and efficiently. Great job!!

They were quick to respond to my Yelp quote request and communicated well.   I needed 2 GFCI outdoor outlets installed.  They showed up immediately for service the same day and finished quickly and professionally.  The electricians were knowledgable and offered good advice for other home issues I had.  I highly recommend them.

Arman responded to my Yelp help within an hour. Instead of trying to just make a quick buck and going round about way of helping, he knew exactly what the issue was. He didn't charge for his service..I had a part of the house didn't get any electricity because I turned off and on the main switch. He basically said it was either the breaker or the gfci. I reset all the gfci and it did the trick..saved time for him to come over and diagnosed it simply. Thank you arman! Appreciate your help!

Responsive, timely, high quality....

Those are probably the best words I can use to describe A & A Home Improvement's work. One of the windows in my home was not installed correctly and the city was trying to fine me for the improper installation. The previous owner had done the work but I was being held responsible for the improper work (City of Gardena is notoriously terrible with their building inspectors). I shopped around the project and multiple contractors were interested but A&A was the most responsive. I was stood up by two other contractors who I took the day off to meet.

Alberto reviewed and quoted me on the project on the same day he initially contacted me. He pulled the window out, refitted, stucko and sealed the window. The process took about week and half, but the best part about it was that Alberto scheduled all the reviews by the building inspectors without needing me to be there. He probably met with the inspectors at least three times and a lot of the times they were uncooperative. I experienced it myself first-hand, when they initially inspected the window. He really took the stress of the project off of me. All of his work was done up to code.

I would highly recommend A & A Home Improvements to anyone and will likely use them again in the future.

Jose and his crew were experts and professional every step of the way!

My husband and I rewired our entire home with the intention of getting central a/c installed. We took the time to get bids from several electricians to compare costs and approach. Our #1 priority was long term safety. Other electricians suggested short cuts despite us telling them that we didn't want short cuts. Jose listened to us and was HONEST. He told us how we could short cut, but suggested otherwise. He explained his approach, taking the time to explain HOW he would do it and WHY.

The crew was on time every day. They were quick - the entire house took less than a week. Jose pulled the permits (less hassle for us).

My favorite part is that they took the time to cover every piece of furniture every day! If you've never had work done in your home this is probably an oversight. This is a small detail that you learn after the first experience. The dust was kept to a minimum and they patched up every hole they made. All these things are value added and worth every penny. I should mention that he's reasonably priced so the value add, was really valuable.

Through the process we mentioned that we intended on buying a new lighting fixture for the dining room. He told us to take our time and that he would come back (at no additional charge) to install the fixture. That's service!

Arturo H and crew were early and very professional.   This time we had them install 2 new can lights and replaced 2 vents (bathroom and laundry).  

Looking forward to getting more work done with them.

Shai Mesika the owner of All Quality Electrical is awesome! He came out to diagnose issues I was having with power randomly turning off in certain rooms.  I had three other companies inspect before he did. He was kindest and the most informed electrician. He spent an hour with me inspecting everything. He found issues that the other three companies DID NOT find or even think about checking! He also informed most electrical jobs need city permits pulled which no other company informed me of. He gave me two different options on the route we could take. Thank you Shai!

We had George out to our house to install some new exterior lights. He did a fantastic job and was really reasonable. We had to have him come back out after a contractor who was doing other work, remove the lights and not reinstall them. George came back out and put it all back together for an incredibly reasonable fee. I will definitely have George back when we have the need...He's Awesome!!

Erick is the most efficient and professional electrician I've ever had the pleasure to work with. His work was fast and clean. I retained his service for a fan replacement and he was keen enough to spot a potential fire hazard in my fuse box and quickly resolved the issue. His pricing and services are unparalleled. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Thumbs up!

He came over when he said he would, gave a fair price, and did quality work. A minor job, swapping out 7 recessed ceiling lights from halogen to LED. Would recommend him without reservations

We hired Chris for the third time a few days ago and he did another masterful job. This time he installed for us floodlight security cameras around the house and it came out perfect. He's masterful at installation and it came out seamless. The floodlight cameras look like a part of the house. The thing about Chris is that he's a perfectionist. So not only did the installation come out amazing, he also cleaned up afterwards and it looks like he was never there. We're already planning our next project for him early next year. He's so good at what he does, I wish we could give him 10 stars!
