I needed a sub panel upgrade and a new outlet installed for my fridge so that it was in its own circuit. Grant came out and quoted me 1200.00 for the job. Although it was on the higher end of some the quotes I have got, Grant took the time to explain things and didn't try to add work by suggesting unnecessary stuff. Reason for four stars is (not sure if it was just Grant or the company policy) they do not patch holes they make which the other company I have used did
do that. Grant did let me know holes would not be patched but I had already accepted the job and patching holes (for me) isn't the hardest thing but adds on the the list of things to do around the house (which is annoying lol) Also, nothing was labeled on the sub panel which would have been nice to have done. Other than that Grant was nice and professional. Thank you.

Edit: Yes my box was labeled and I took the time to rewrite it so tech could see. Since it was upgraded I'm not sure everything is the same and it's a whole new box.

Marco was the first person I contacted before moving into our Covina home. We needed a lot of electrical work, so I was nervous from the start. My husband and I recently had Dr. Sparks out to do some work. Warren and his crew were amazing. On time and very professional. He gave us an honest opinion of what needed to be done at a very fair price. The work was awesome!!! Definitely worth every penny. We will absolutely be using their services again and would recommend them to everybody. Oh and he caught a faulty connection that was a big fire hazard. You can't beat that!!

Seems, I had the same issue as a few others. Had requested a check on an electrical problem going on.  Repairman came out and didn't even look at what was the likely problem.  Replaced something without asking.  Charged me by text???  Didn't fix the issue.  Gained 1 star by at least dropping the price.  Won't be calling them back, which is unfortunate as they are local and advertise in my church circular.

Long story short, I thought I was going to waste a day at home waiting for an electrician to come and help me figure out why my power never came back on in my garage after storms the other night. Normally not a big deal but I lost a bunch of food in our extra refrigerator. After about a minute on the phone with Wright, power was back and my day was saved. Perfect customer service.

The track lighting in our gallery was flickering out and Arman came out promptly to check it out.  Arman did a full diagnostic and he could have easily said we needed to replace all of our tracks, which would not be cheap.  Instead, he repaired a small part of the assembly with a smile and a very reasonable service visit fee.  Arman was professional, efficient, friendly and displayed integrity.  I enthusiastically recommend USA Pro Electric for your electric needs!!!

My husband and I were looking to have some minor repairs done around our house that included repairing wall cracks, replacing a couple of exterior doors, putting a pocket door back on the roller, mounting a coat rack, and gluing the molding around the fireplace and kitchen threshold. Alejandro came to our house to give us an estimate. We walked the house and he emailed the estimate a few days later. His estimate was $9800! I replied asking him for a more detailed breakdown of the costs, as I at least wanted to know how much was labor and how much was materials because the estimate seemed very high for the scope of work. I'd also told him I'd purchase the exterior doors separately so I wanted to make sure that was not included in his price. I got no response. I also texted him and got no response. I found this to be very unprofessional. I believe it there was no response, because that estimate could not be justified.It was definitely not $10,000 worth of work. We think he saw our neighborhood and thought he could upsale us. We got an estimate from another company who quoted us $1500, which made a lot more sense and they did a great job.

Jose was able to come in right away when my electrician cancelled at the last minute.

I had recessed lighting installed and they did a great job! The team cleaned up and wore booties to protect my wood flooring. They explained what they were doing before installing the lights. It looks amazing! Highly recommend

I had an entire circuit in my home office go out. I spent an entire day trying to find the culprit but failed. I called George on a Saturday evening and we arranged to have him come out Monday morning. He's a very friendly, funny, informative guy. I basically followed him around while he did his troubleshooting. He was happy to answer any technical questions I had. I learned a lot from him. He found the problem, fixed it and then set the GFI on that circuit to only impact the GFI outlet itself. He works clean and has very reasonable rates. I highly recommend him!

It was hard finding a electrician business, but I asked my neighbor if they knew anyone good and they recommended I call this electrician company. These guys are incredible, they save me a lot of money and was able to get the job done within the hour. They were able to fix my lighting fixtures at a low cost which I was very happy about. Emergencies happen, as does needed work for those individuals that require additional assistance.  Even after working on a retirement home for the elderly, Ben managed to check my relatively small issue and diagnose it before the end of his workday.  Very much impressed.

Chris was AMAZING! never heard of him until we looked on yelp and saw he had 5 stars and over 40 reviews! He came to install a Tesla charger, 1450, at our house. He came around 4 pm and finished around 7 pm. I just can't believe how nice, professional, and smart he is! At first the breaker kept going off when we tried to turn the charger on, so Chris took it upon himself to go to Home Depot and get the part  and finish the job. Not only that, he charged a more than fair price... will definitely be keeping Chris in mind for all future jobs! Thanks Chris!!
