Needed a panel upgrade and Arthur was the first to reach out to me. He's honest, reliable, hardworking. He provided excellent customer service. I think the thing that I liked best was he seemed really trustworthy and gave me a comparable price to everyone else I was asking. He took lots of pictures of my wiring when he went up to my attic so I knew exactly what was going on. He took time to explain to me the options I had going forward. I was really impressed by him and his team and have nothing bad to say about the whole experience. When it comes time to re-wire my home, I'm definitely reaching out to him again. So glad I found him!

I called Ducros to replace an old fuse box with modern breaker box. They came immediately to provide estimate and took care of permit. On the day of Installation the professional crew arrived promptly.  They worked nonstop to make sure everything was done perfectly. They checked and rechecked to make sure everything was working great!  You cannot go wrong with these guys!  They are the BEST in their field!!!  
They are the MASTERS of electricians!!!

My experience with inception was very positive.  They were super responsive, reasonably priced, and organized in scheduling. Great work. They will be my go to electrician from now on.

Brandon is prompt, competent, and trustworthy. He did a great job with a past installation and responded quickly to a request for a quote on a new job. He provided professional recommendations even if it did not benefit him financially. Would recommend.

WOW what an impressive crew, just acquired an 11000 square ft facility that had little offices that we requested be torn out prior to our move, the mess that remained was a wiring disaster.
Called in Warren and has professionals, they whipped the place into shape, he knew what to tear out and replace, suggested and followed through with ways to solve our electrical requirements, always helpful and always a straight answer.... Showed up on time, clearly labeled every outlet, circuit breaker and power panel. After all was done and checked they cleaned up all of their mess....these guys are professionals and I will use them for all my business and residential needs.

Great service overall with this group of electricians. They are extremely knowledgeable and it's no wonder they have so many highly rated reviews. They helped us with a backyard power project and are going to be our electricians of choice in the future. Very easy to communicate with and helpful in explaining what needs to be done. OK! No one enjoys having to call an electrician. Chances are that something expected happened in your home and you're tense and frustrated! Well, we were in that situation when half of the receptacles in our home lost power and we called Adaza Electric! We talked to Wight on the phone who was very courteous and he walked us through different steps over the phone to see if it our issue could be resolved that way but we had no such luck. Wight scheduled an appointment for the next day. Christian and Austin arrived on time and took their time investigating. The issue was a head-scratcher but Christian had some creative ideas for debugging and before long, they were able to come up with a solution that worked for us. Throughout their time here, they were very courteous, considerate, and kind - especially while fielding all of my stupid questions about what could have gone wrong.

I was very impressed by their work and plan on working with them on future projects.

Excellent service! Requested a quote through Yelp, and got a fair price very quickly! A little back and forth on scheduling, but once it was squared away, the electrician arrived early and was fully prepared. Knew exactly what to do. Installed two electrical outlets within 1.5 hours....very happy. Thank you! Will use again and recommend to others.

Called Arman for a quote to install a tesla wall charger. He replied promptly and came over the same day for an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. He provided a very decent quote and performed the job the same day. Very professional and more importantly was very personable taking the time to explain the work. Will definitely be using him for my business and highly recommend!

Alberto and his team did a great job to repair water damage ceiling and leaking bathroom. He is very responsive and professional, he patiently answered all my questions and always sync with me on progress and schedule. The job was done nicely and professionally.

I had 3 overhead lights suddenly go off in my house & was concerned how long it would take to find the problem and solve it - and what the cost might be.   Danny diagnosed and solved the problem completely within a few hours and for a very reasonable rate.  I can enthusiastically recommend this company!!!

This company is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! They wasted a month of my time. I waited two weeks for an appointment and when the time came I had to text them several times asking what time is he coming... he never came because he got stuck on the first job he had that day. All day??? They didn't care what I had to do that day. Then I made another appointment for two weeks later and they never gave me a time for my appointment so I could schedule my day appropriately. I actually have a life and a job. They told me that they will confirm the day before. I asked again days before my appointment and they never texted me back. Then I had to text them the day before my appointment and ask what time are you coming?????? Omg ‍ they then said a time range. Not a definite time just a guess of what their travel time could be. And of course I have work so the late time they wanted to arrive didn't work for my schedule. Terrible communication. They wasted a whole month of my time. I will never book with them and if you do just know they are going to arrive when they feel like it so don't have a life. Just wait around and twirl your fingers.

*reply to their comment: This is why I put up screenshots. Your company did not try to make anything work. I contacted a company that does take on job in LA. You mentioning OC  is absolutely pointless. The screenshots prove that I was the one constantly asking for updates, times, and etc. I don't care how good your PR writing skills are. I'm a journalism graduate and I'm not impressed. You can keep your response The photos attached prove my review is accurate.. Where is your accountability? Good luck if you book with them.

Excellent service.  I contacted them on a Monday morning about a partial outage.  Shai arrived on that same Monday and fixed the issue quickly.  A really nice guy and excellent work.  Couldn't ask for much more....

The tech was early to the appointment which I love to see, so punctual and when I showed him what he was working with he instantly got to work and I can now say I have my dream room perfect and to my liking! This is exactly what I envisioned so once again i greatly appreciate your service!

He came over when he said he would, gave a fair price, and did quality work. A minor job, swapping out 7 recessed ceiling lights from halogen to LED. Would recommend him without reservations

Our 1963 electrical panel didn't survive an Edison Outage, so we were without AC in the middle of July. I called Ben at 9pm and he was out the next morning at 7:30am with the hard-to-find main breaker. He had us up and running again within an hour. He also left the panel much cleaner than he found it.

I had a breaker go out on me.  I have an older home so the breaker that I required was a bit olderanf harder to find.  Chris was able to locate the breaker since the major hardware stores didn't have it in stock.  He replaced the breaker and secured the cover to my breaker box which had become loose over time. Extremely friendly and professional.  I would highly suggest him for any of your electrical needs.
