Best Electricians in California

Had Sam install a NEMA 14-50 outlet for my Tesla. Prompt and professional service! He's usually booked 2 weeks out but he had some spare time in his schedule and took care of me the same day as the inspection. I highly recommend them!

We completely lost power. We called Electric Guru and are so glad we did. We needed a new panel; something that we knew we might need in the near future. Throughout the entire process, they arrived when they said they would and did everything they said they would. They even went over and above and stayed late to get everything done. They made sure to clean up after themselves and helped us arrange for a dry waller and painter to repair the site.

So we initially loved Jesus.  I thought I had found my forever electrician. We had a great experience the first and second time when he did work for us in our condo.  I really liked working with him because he's on time, clean and includes any patchwork in his pricing.  Within about 5 weeks, we used his services 3 times.  Booking was always easy and they communicated in my preferred message. An assistant named Allen took care of all of the scheduling and notifying me of pricing.

I continued to inquire about pricing and scheduling with his assistant, Allen.  Allen scheduled all 3 of my service appointments and gave me price quotes ahead of time.  Scheduling the services continued to be very easy.

By the 3rd visit, I was texting Allen about patchwork and I didn't get a response.  Jesus was at my home and told me he'd call Allen.  Jesus confirmed that Allen would come by in 2 days to complete the patchwork, no problem.  I still didn't get a text back from Allen but everyone has been very reliable and on-time with their services.

The night before Allen was scheduled to do patchwork, he texted me from a new number to confirm my appointment and let me know I had to pay $120 for the work. I questioned him about this new fee and he claimed that Jesus was supposed to tell me about it. This was very confusing to me since Allen had always given me the details on pricing.  After more questioning, Allen told me that he and Jesus had parted ways. (Weird since he said they parted ways 2 weeks ago and I booked my appointment with Allen a week ago.). Allen says that his company (Nacho's Painting) has been very busy and most of their clientele in now in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. I don't know how any of that is remotely relevant but that was his story and rationale for the additional fee.

I contacted Jesus to verify this new and never before heard of policy on patchwork.  Jesus told me that I needed to pay Allen.

The lack of communication was a big deal to me. The number one reason for having Jecor do my electrical work is the fact that patching was always included. It was one less thing I needed to worry about with my busy scheduling. Because my time is valuable, I paid the $120 and have decided to part ways with both companies. I need companies to be upfront with me.

Update-Some new woman called me a couple days after this review went live and explained how sorry they were for the misunderstanding and they wanted to reimburse me. She called from the number I used to text to make appointments. I initially missed the call so I responded by text. It seems like the number is no longer monitored again. I haven't heard back after nearly 2 weeks. No reimbursement. I'm cutting my losses.

I had an outstanding experience with Trout Electric. They installed a wall charger for my electric car, replaced three light fixtures, and installed an attic ventilation fan. Everyone is very helpful and professional. The technicians Gil and Aaron are a hoot. I've used Trout Electric 3 times. I highly recommend this company.

The first time Gal came he gave me an in depth explanation of why I could not do what I wanted because of the low amp's running to my unit, I thought I needed to switch out my electrical breaker box. Gal informed me he could do the work, but why, since I will not gain any amps. The 4 electricians before him all quoted me a high price to change out the box but none of them told me I would not be gaining any amps as a result. Then I had him come out again to advise me of what I would need to do a system wide electrical upgrade to my whole building and what it would take (each time spending quite a bit of time with me to explain what needed to be done) he did not change me for any of his valuable information even though I could not book the job. I just knew when I needed a few lights installed and a timer for lights he is the man for the job. His prices are fair and I really like him taking the time with me as he did, I learned something what a nice guy! So if you are seeking a licensed electrician who has integrity look no further, Gal is the guy.  Thanks so much Gal !

Rick installed four televisions for me.   He does clean excellent work.  He goes above and beyond to satisfy the customers meeds.

He has worked on several projects on our home since 2012, including light fixture installation (moving fixtures to new locations), under-cabinet LED lighting, and troubleshooting.

He is knowledgeable, gets the job done right, and takes a lot of pride in his work. Can't ask for much more.

B&M truly provides top-notch service.  In particular, Justin came out to provide an estimate of a variety of different jobs including installing 220V for EV charging.  He was not only prompt and on-time, but he showed that he truly cared to meet all my requested needs including the best solution and a fair price.  Justin subsequently came back to fulfill the service request in an expedient manner.  The job was not only completed in a very efficient manner, but beyond my expectations in terms of quality while limiting any things that would require fixing given the extensive work in the walls.  I will be going back to B&M and Justin for all my future electrician needs.

So happy I followed a Next-door recommendatios and emailed Well Grounded Electric. They responded to my email within 12 hours and were out at the house within 2 days. Bobby was on time, kind and checked our outlets as we were smelling something odd. He switched out one outlet and wore a mask the entire time and the price was definitely right. I will definitely use them for any further electrical needs.

Nick was prompt and very professional.  I had a GFI outlet that would not work. He quickly diagnosed the issue and corrected the wiring. He verified the other outlets connected were in working order and was off in his way!  Definitely keeping his number for future services!

This is how service businesses should be.  Straight-forward, no upselling, quick to respond, on time, quick work.  I sent message on Yelp over the weekend for a quote not expecting a response until Monday, but I got a response almost immediately.  Explained my problem, was given a straight answer and quote.  Quotes were comparable to the other responses I got, so I decided to just make the appointment with WC since they gave the most straight-forward and quick response.  Requested Monday morning appointment at 9.  Arrived early at 8:45.  Quick work.  Explained everything.  Will definitely use WC again when I need electrical service.

Ron and his crew are very professional and reasonably priced. They did a great job installing a new fan and recessed lighting in my master bath. Before finding these guys, I was quoted ridiculous amounts to get this job done (by various electricians).
These guys did everything for a low price and also fixed an major wiring problem (damage done by previous home owners contractors). I am really impressed by their honesty and professionalism. Would definitely use their services again!

I had a lights installed in my house and I'm very pleased with the work Oscar and his team had performed. They're fast, hard working, clean and more importantly honest. Hard to find those these days.

We've never need to call an electrician before and so sent out a request on Yelp.  Nelson was the first to respond and sent an estimate quickly.  

The two technicians dispatched to our house showed up on time.  Our repairs were fairly minor (outdoor light switch wasn't working) and they fixed it very quickly.  They also got our Ring doorbell fixed.  Would definitely recommend Omega.

George Sr identified my issue over the phone easily and gave me good information on what the different pieces were in my setup. Avoided the need for the drive out here for an in-person consultation. Had a good overall experience with them.
