Best Electricians in California

Called Mike on a Sunday morning, and he was at my house within a half hour.
Fixed my fuse box problem in 10 minutes!!! Great guy, very, very good electrician, smart, personable, and got it done, at a reasonable price, too. Very competitive, especially on a Sunday! How many GOOD electricians even work on a Sunday??
I doubt very many...All my future electrical business will go to South Bay Electric!!

My electricity went out in my kitchen and I called accurate electricity they came out the same day but didn't fix the problem and charged me 125 dollars  mike wanted to charge 511 dollars to do wire tracing but said it could be more. I signed a paper but was given a paperless invoice the next day which outlined work that was not done. When I called to question this they said they made a mistake and they were going to charge only for a service call and refund the rest of the money it is over a week and the money has not been refunded as sherry the office manager said she would do so I placed a Dispute with my credit card company and will report them to the better business bureau. Do not use this company. They cannot be trusted and we need to be able to trust professionals like electricians

After all of the heavy rains, we recently had the pool filter in our backyard lose power, and needed an electrician to come our and fix the problem.  After having a few electricians come out and provide varying opinions and cost options to correct the problem, I contacted JMJP Electric.

Jay was very responsive, came out the next day, quickly determined the root cause of the problem, and gave me a reasonable quote to install new wiring from the house to the pool filter area.

After agreeing to the price, he proceeded to begin the work that day, and completed everything in an expedient and efficient manner.  Now our pool filter is back in action, and we couldn't be happier !

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Angel came out with his assistant Sergio the same day I called him. Angel had my problem solved within minutes. He was on time, professional, personable (Sergio, as well) and very reasonable. Give Angel a call...you will be happy you did... seriously!!

Half of my house was out of power when I got home from vacation. I called Powerhouse, they came out in 10 minutes, and helped me figure out what was going on. They didn't even charge me because it was a quick job on the way to their next appointment!!

I didn't end up using The Electrician but in providing an estimate virtually he was very thorough and asked good questions. He was also responsive with my questions and provided some good tips as well.

Next time I have a project for an electrician I know where to start no need for all the flurry of quotes that come when you start a project on Yelp.

After my long time family friend / electrician left the state of CA I had to find a new licensed, professional, and reliable Electrician .... I ended up finding  TWO with Paul and Erick at Meza Electric.

They are both very smart and knowledgeable in the electrical field. They first came to give me a quote, I mentioned lots of other work I needed done and they listened but were very professional and consultative. They have handled several mini projects for me now and all have been fast, efficient, to code, and with no hiccups.

One thing that really stood out to me was while getting a final inspection the inspector gave me a correction for prior work done to my panel. I was not able to afford any more financial burden as it has been 2 years of multiple projects around the house. Called them and told them the situation, they explained their request was not valid and even offered to reach out to the inspector. Long story short the inspector removed the correction and they ended up saving me time and money!

Update: I did not use his services, nor do I plan on it, not sure why he is offering my number to strangers for an honest review on how uncomfortable I was regarding this discussion when I called about checking to see if he was licensed, insured and vaccinated. Not only has he called me after posting this review but has offered my information because i posted a review on how I did not feel that the conversation was professional but the lack of concern for a global pandemic, my issues were not about his vaccination status or following his doctors orders but the comments that followed after that seemed to not have the seriousness of COVID. Interesting that he wants me fired for following my works request to check vaccination status.  

Called for information and asked if he was licensed, insured and vaccinated. he spent the entire time talking about how I shouldn't worry about Covid spewing up every conspiracy theory when I was just trying to see if they are vaccinated. Because seems really misinformed and would not stop saying conspiracy theories, even eventually brought up immigration, not sure why but would not stop. No thanks.

To reply to his response, I let him know that I have members in my family who are drs who have data to support their information so I will continue to listen to them, as well as family who work in Texas and on the border and how helpful some research would be. Did not bring up any of this and was just trying to get an estimate from someone licensed insured and vaccinated. Not have a discussion on politics. Though his lack of understanding on an airborne virus is concerning enough to share for those wanting to keep their family safe.

Was having an issue with the property where half the home's light switches and outlets were not working. When I contacted my go-to Electrician and he was unable to come same day, I scoured Yelp to find someone to help figure out the issue. Victor and his partner from Jimz Electric were accommodating and met same day, working with my schedule. We figured out it was a faulty junction box after searching hours for the issue. They did a clean job replacing it and cleaning the working area. Would definitely recommend.

Eric has helped us with whole house rewiring. The first time I met him I realized right away he has so many years of experience and he knows what he is doing. He was brimming with energy and enthusiasm working around the clock to deliver the project on time. His workmanship was one of the most clean and perfect house rewiring I have ever seen. We passed the city inspection on the first attempt. I highly recommend his work.

I can't say enough good things about Pete. He's not only a good guy but really knows his stuff and his prices were more than fair. We scheduled an appointment for 8am and he was right on time and ready to go. He was able to find and take care of all the issues promptly and professionally. It's really hard to find good companies that you can trust and know you will use for many years to come but Santucci is one of those companies. Thanks Pete.

These guys were very fast, honest, and affordable. Offered some good advice on what to do with our outdoor lighting situation to prevent us from needing to call them again with future problems

100% will have AMG back for other projects! Our home owners warranty assigned us the absolute worst electricians. After 2 failed attempts to properly install a ceiling fan (which they wanted to charge us for) I contacted AMG. Alejandro and his crew came over on short notice, were super polite, and got the job done professionally and at a fair price.

Juan and George from EL Electric were fantastic. They installed new outlets in our living room for our wall mounted TV, were so professional and did great work.
We are looking forward to having them back to update our electrical panel very soon!

Let's start with the fact that Joe missed our original appointment, for an estimate on getting our kitchen lights replaced. Things happen, but he called the next day, and came over. His pricing was reasonable, so we thought, once we have our funds in order, we'll give him a call. Very glad we did. Our new lights are great. They all work, which for us hasn't happened, since we bought our house. The team that was here did a great job, especially since our lights were a mess. We are looking, in the future, for more electrical work to be done. We'll be asking Sonner back to work on our next project. Very happy with the work that was done. If asked, we would definitely recommend them.

So glad I found Star Electric.  Roland was great ... personable, genuine, and informative.  Will be using them again for another project soon.  Oh and fair pricing!

Nick is very professional and I will not hesitate to use him again or refer him to family, friends, neighbors.  Trustworthy and reasonably priced.
