Joe from Harris electric was great. We had had other electricians try to fix the same electric problems in our house but he was able to do it right the first time! He was professional, up front, honest and made the whole process easy. I would highly recommend him to any and everyone. We will definitely use him again !

Andrei came today to fix my doorbell and help install my new ring.  He was so polite and patient and also helped me order additional accessories on Amazon.  I definitely will use the company again and request Andrei!

Preliminary Review (will update after we see how things go)

Just had a consultation with Jeff (owner) to discuss my project requiring electrical work.  So far I am very impressed. Very nice person and easy going but also very professional!!!  He was in no hurry to rush off to other things. Instead, Jeff gave me the time needed to discuss my project and the electrical needs. Excellent!

Where we are at present:  Jeff has taken photos and all the details and looked at power demands in the house and also in my garage/hobby workshop and is going to sit down and consider several alternatives and then we'll meet again to discuss.  

I realize this sounds like how it is always done and to some extent true. HOWEVER, Jeff seems genuinely interested in the objectives of my project (can relate well) and the feeling is different than I've gotten from other folks whom I've dealt with in the past when it comes to estimates.  I am eager to see how this all unfolds. One way or another I will update this review when I have more useful information to share with potential customers of City Electric Works!

We obtained a few quotes for our project and we are really happy with Inception Electric.  They were responsive, punctual and gave a fair quote.  

Once they arrived, they immediately figured out the problem.  Once the part arrived, they returned to my house to complete the job.  

We will use them again for future jobs.

I had some problems with my pool equipment with the recent rains blowing out a GFI.  Tom and his team got to my house within an hour of my call and had the job completed within a few hours.  Just can't get that level of service these days!

Great work and fair price. Eduardo made sure everything was up and working. He was very friendly and thorough with the job. The project was to install extra outlets and recessed lighting in my garage. After the work he left the area spotless. Will do business again!

My experience with Rainer was very good.  He did exactly what he said he would do.  He also referred me to HD Hookups who did a great job
of programing my Harmony remote.  A+++ all the way!

This place is a little off the beaten path and May not have the most convenient hours, but if you have an antique or not-so-antique light fixture that needs to be repaired, this is *the* place.
They did a fantastic job repairing and rewiring my not that old Tiffany-style lamp in 24 hours. I am so pleased that the gentleman at TAP Lighting referred me here.
Plenty of parking in front of the building and the staff is very accommodating at helping carry in bulky or heavy items.
They are located in the second row of buildings in the back to the left of center.

Tim just completed a 2 day project for me and I only have wonderful things to say about his customer service and quality of work.  He did some rewiring as well as running several new feeds.  He arrived on time, worked hard, and was very conscientious.  He took the time to understand exactly what i wanted him to do and was very patient with many questions.   I am a hard customer to please and Tim exceeded my expectations and on top of that his prices were reasonable.  Thanks!

Amazing work!!! We had a build-out from a contractor and the day Don and his crew showed up to do the electrical, the build turned out different then what we all previously discussed with the contractor. This caused an issue for Don but they were able to accommodate and quickly change the plan. Thank you guys for all your hard work, I appreciate everything you did! It has been so easy and a pleasure working with you guys!

Terrific service and professionalism.  I worked with Hunter Anderson from One Source.  Polite, professional, a problem solver.  He and his electrician wore masks throughout the process (didn't need to be asked) and ensured a safe environment.  

We had a challenging site for an awning installation. Prior to the demo work,  Hunter evaluated the challenge and explored two good options with us.  

Hunter came back out during the electrical installation to assure both his electrician (very polite and competent) and us of the solution.  The work, both inside and outside the house was professional and solved the site challenge.  Nice clean-up after the installation.

I will definitely use One Source Electrical in the future.

I called Rod and he came out a few days later and installed two new ceiling fans and a kitchen light. He did a excellent job at a fair price and cleaned up everything when he was finished. I highly recommend them as your new electrician!!!!

Randy installed a new 220 breaker for our swim spa project.  Randy and his crew Doug and Nick were great guys to have working in our home.  Project was completed as planned by a professional team!  Would hire them again and again without seeking a second quote!

I am very happy with the install of the EV charger in my garage.  This included a NEMA 14-50 socket and a 50 amp circuit expansion about 9 ft away from my electrical panel.  Mauricio was friendly, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable.  He was able to walk me through all the possible options and explain everything in simple terms.  The work was completed quickly and looks very professional.  Highly recommended!

There were two characteristics that stuck out for me with John.  One was his excellent craftsmanship.  His work is very neat, well thought out and meticulous.  Now there are probably many electricians who display these same traits but what sets John apart from the other contractors we met or talked with was the second characteristic I wanted to point out.  His customer service is outstanding.  He follows up when he says he will follow up, he calls when he says he will call, he arrives when he says he will arrive.  He also takes the time to explain what he is doing and provides you options of taking one path or another.  And, although he takes his work seriously, he took the time to chat with us after he was done.  Very personable.  His prices were very reasonable as well and he makes the effort to save you money without sacrificing safety.  If you are looking for a great electrician who understands customer relations then call him.

Called Daniel because i needed a 220v outlet for my electric dryer. He explained everything that was going to happen, made sure i was ok with the placement of the outlet and where the conduit was going to run along the outside of my house.
He's hard working. Got the job done in a short amount of time. Made sure we were satisfied and that my dryer was in great working condition before leaving. He was also so helpful in answering other questions we had regarding different electrical issues throughout the house! We will definitely be calling Precision Electrical again to do more work for us!

I called this company to inquire if they were interested in doing a very small job which was replacing one exterior light fixture.  They said yes and asked me to send a picture of the current light fixture so they could see what I wanted.  I did that on 10/11/17.  I sent a follow up email on 10/30/17. As of this date, I have received no response.  If they decided they don't want to do the job, would it really be that difficult for them to step up and say so?  I'm also going to report this result to the place that referred them.  Now it's a month later and I have to start from scratch.  They must have all the business they need because they won't get mine or anyone else who asks me about them.  Inappropriate, unprofessional, and just downright unbelieiveable!
