I was a little scared at first reaching out to get a Ev charger installed since my home is an older house, but Edward explained to me a variety of options to work with! Ended up having my panel upgraded and a Tesla level 2 charger installed with EV installs and the process couldn't have been more swift! Straight forward reasonable price, and took care of the process from start to finish! Thanks Edward!

Installed recess lighting in my living room and white horse did a beautifully job exactly how I described. But the more important thing these days is how responsive the owner Luis was. He returned my call right away and gave me a quote within 24 hrs. The job was done a week later. It's hard to find people these days them at communicate well and actually return your calls. This is one of them and they did a really good job with affordable pricing.

Fast and reliable - will be calling them again if we ever have another electrical issue - thanks a lot for your great service!

We just had 4 ceiling fans which all required new wiring done by Tom and he did a truly fantastic job. I'm a total control freak, so I was nervous to leave my husband to oversee the job when I had to go out of town. I was SO impressed with what I came home to, and my husband totally raved about what a great job Tom had done. I won't hesitate to use him again in the future, as well as recommend him to friends and family. Give him a shot, I'm so glad that we did!

BOTTOM LINE: IN MY OPINION, IF PRICE IS A CONSIDERATION ... GO SOMPLACE ELSE.

My original review was done before money entered the conversation. I felt obliged to update based on the  following:

Website claims free estimates. I guess the free part only starts after a $50 SERVICE CHARGE plus a  $75 TROUBLESHOOTING charge.  Charges apply to each visit.

According to CLD, a 2-phase, 100 Amp main panel circuit breaker costs around $500 + tax. I found one on Home Depot site for $66.

I had the tech unplug a circuit breaker from one line and plug it into the other. Touch time was 2 minutes (to be very generous). Charge was $189!!  I questioned the charge and was told that CLD had overhead' to cover.

I suggested cleaning corrosion off the main panel contacts and was told it could not be done. Only solution to my problem was to replace the entire panel at a price ranging from $6k to $8k.  
I later found an electrician who would clean the panel contacts for $250 and, if necessary, replace the panel for $4200.

BUYER BEWARE; GET SECOND ESTIMATE

Jeff just put up my beloved chandelier. I would recommend him he was pleasant and knowledgeable. He got the job done and was very friendly. I would use him again!

I had a need for one of our rental units on a Sunday night. Apparently, something in the fuse box had worn and some of the units needed repair / replacement. In the moment, I had contacted several electricians without any response, not unexpected given that it was Sunday night ~5-6 PM. The crazy thing was- Craig, the owner(?), had picked up my call and responded immediately. Within the next few hours, he was able to get some of the parts repaired and replaced all the end of the night. Did I mention... this was Sunday night at 6PM?

He and I stayed in constant communication through text messaging that night and the next day regarding quotes, pricing, his recommendations and everything that needed to be done. His service and response speed is unparalleled by any I've experienced.

If you're in need of any emergency services, know that they're the group to go with. I'll be calling them again for any electricity needs I may have in the future.

In the process of selling our house last August. We were referred to Jimmy. He came to make sure anything  electrical was up to code for the inspection.

Quickly responded to my request for some help. I didn't end up having him come out, but I appreciate the quick contact which is more than I can say about a few other people I reached out to.

I had a great experience with Bingham Electric.  

Doug was quick to reply to my Yelp request, quick to schedule an inspection/estimate, able to schedule me for work a few days out, and showed up on time and did a great job(and quickly too).

I will be keeping his number handy for future work.

I called Ideal Plumbing to look at my air conditioner as it wasn't blowing cool air.  They sent a technician to look at the problem.  Apparently the coils were frozen and he told me I had to replace the air conditioner as well as the furnace.  I then asked for a written report to be sent to my e-mail explaining the problem and diagnosis.  He just laughed at me.  I then called another company, West Coast Heating and Air.  They sent a technician and discovered a had a water leak.   When I received the bill from Ideal, I couldn't believe the amount they charged me to just LOOK at my air conditioner without doing anything.  West Coast was a third of the price and will apply the bill towards any repairs that I need to make.  I would be very wary of using Ideal as they do not care about their customers and make you feel like you don't have choice in the matter of YOUR home.  I would never recommend this company.

I called Brilliant Electric this morning regarding an issue with an outlet in our garage. I spoke with Chris who was friendly and thorough in his gathering of information. He offered to call me later in the day to schedule a time to have a tech come out. As promised, he called and made arrangements for someone to come this afternoon. Alfredo was our tech and he was great: courteous, thorough and competent. He did a great job of explaining exactly what our issue was, and he was clear on the costs involved with our different repair options. I would definitely use them again!

Recently my very old cooktop died. Unfortunately for me it was wired 30 amp and all of the new electric ones are 50 amp.

So the question I needed to answer was whether it was cheaper/better to convert to gas or upgrade to 50 amp.

Everyone I talked to gave me a default answer of it is always cheaper to convert to gas. I didn't really believe them and they all refused to come and give me an actual quote.

In my case the breaker box was near the kitchen and I was able to buy an electric cooktop much cheaper than a gas one.

David came out. Told me I was lucky and it would not be much to run a 50 amp connection to the cooktop location. They were able to schedule me for a week later.

Julian came out to do the actual work. He worked very fast and even patched the small holes he needed to make.

Over all I'm very happy and I would hire Zed Electric again.

Great electrician! I needed an outlet for my treadmill and he got it working in no time! Very nice and great work! I be calling them the next time I need an electrician!
