Uncle Joe's Plumbing

Our outside hose cold fused to plumbing outlet and Charlie saved the day and got it off.  However, ASI was out for their free plumbing inspection and gave me a ridiculous estimate for items that were not necessary.  Charlie walked thru some of those unnecessary items with me and confirmed my suspicions that nothing was wrong with our pressure regulator etc.  Charlie was prompt, called before coming and honest.  They give military discounts too!

Charlie with Uncle Joe's Plumbing has been our family's plumber for years.  We have complete trust and confidence in his assessments, recommendations, work quality, and prices.  We can't imagine using anyone else.  Over the years Uncle Joe's has done sink installations, toilet installations, gas pipe relocation, laundry room, bathroom, and kitchen plumbing repairs, garbage disposal installation, and we have always had excellent results.  Scheduling has been easy and the service is always quick, clean, and of high quality.  Charlie is amazing and we highly recommend Uncle Joe's for all plumbing needs.

I just received an outstanding drain cleaning service from Uncle Joe's Plumbing and specifically, from Memo. My kitchen sink was clogged and after a try with Liquid Plumber (not recommended) I checked my mail for the advertised deals. I went a step further and checked out reviews on these deals and many were not honored or were upsold by the companies. I dug through my receipts and found my last plumbing service (over 10 years ago) which was Uncle Joe's. I remember I was happy with that service. Called and was provided a time and phone estimate. Memo arrived on time, took a look at the situation, decided on the best way to resolve it, and performed professionally, courteously and efficiently. He had to make an extra effort for the process chosen, could have tried to raise the cost significantly (he did not) and competed the task. He gave me good advice following the service and followed Covid protocols (mask, gloves, etc.) the entire time. Fair price and excellent service. It even turned out it was Memo who helped me years ago. No wonder I remembered being happy! I hope I don't need service for a long while, but if I do, I'm calling Uncle Joe's Plumbing.

Great Service!  Our plumber, Robert G., serviced us when he was working for Rite-A-Way Services. We are not a fan of Rite-A-Way but we are fan of Robert, so we are leaving him a review here.

Robert is polite, knowledgeable, hard-working and came out to replace our 18 year old, failing water heater. He was originally scheduled to come between 10 AM and 2 PM but Rite-A-Way completely overbooked him. Even though it was Halloween evening, he still made sure to come out that day, not until 6 PM, to get the job done, and stayed nearly until 9 PM. Robert made sure to take the time to answer our questions, show us the condition of our old water heater, and show us some things we can do on our own to save some money. We are huge fans and I know who we will be calling next time we have a plumbing issue. Thanks Robert!

Best guys around.  I have been using Uncle Joe's for the past 5 years for both my home and business.  They are fast, reliable, and reasonable.  They always do an excellent job and the fee is always fair.  Its hard to find a good plumber that does excellent work and is honest. I have recommended them to my friends and they all say that they were very pleased with the service.  I highly recommend them.

like everyone else I thought I had found a reputable service..I had them dosome work 6 months ago and got a quote on some future work.. my neighbor had a plumber over and and just asked him for an estimate on the same work..upon crawinling under the house he found a leak where uncle joed had fixed and a huge pool of water.. its now costing me to repair the repair work they said they did..plus the clean up again from a pool of water under my house..

With the pandemic boosting the cost of goods and services, it was extremely difficult finding a plumber these days for a clogged sink at a reasonable price. I called Uncle Joe's on a Wednesday and they came right away, fixed my clogged sink within 15 minutes and charged an extremely reasonable price. The service man was very professional, honest, courteous and you can tell they love people!! Definitely going to be my go to family owned business for my plumbing needs. For clogs & such, they're okay. But, I hired them to move my washer & dryer and prepaid with my Visa. The deal included an electrician for the dryer. I was living in a hotel due to insurance claim, so upon returning home I discovered that no electrical line was put in. Also, the legs on my dryer were totaled and the bottom panel now won't fit properly. They detached stuff from my hot water heater to do the job, then didn't replace the hookups, and the hookups were missing. In trying to call them to fix issues, they lied to me & set up appt for time of electrician, but was a no show & then hang ups and no call backs when I called again. My first call to Uncle Joe to resolve this, he sounded three sheets to the wind and was rude.  I had to hire an electrician and handyman to do work I paid them to do and reattach my hot water heater vent, etc.  I still have concrete and rocks from the job I don't know what to do with, so the clean up wasn't done.

I have used Uncle Joe's numerous times for both personal and business. Charlie has always done a superb job and at a very reasonable rate. I didn't even have to mortgage the kids!

I cannot say enough great things about this company! We have been calling Uncle Joe's Plumping for help for years!! They are honest, reliable, fast, friendly, respectful and no price gouging!! In fact they will even assess the situation and find you ways to save money and time. Not like the bigger companies that will price gouge and tell you you need things and work that you really dont!

I have used Uncle Joe's Plumbing twice. It is now my go-to provider for plumbing services. The plumber was knowledgeable, fair, and flexible. They always respond right away and are able to come out quickly to assess what needs to be done.

Seriously, you can't ask for better service.  Uncle Joe's took care of us big time today.  Had a clogged shower, called and about 45 mins later here comes Uncle Joe's Nephew to my door.  Really polite, nice gentlemen, came in, took a look at the shower and within 10 mins, we were draining like new again.  

In the 2nd bathroom, the toilet doesn't fill up fast, takes like 5 mins realistically, and he checked it out, preformed a couple test and told me when he got the part in he'd contact me.  

Another huge bonus, he cleaned up after himself.  Didn't leave anything nasty laying around, which as we all know some plumbers are jerks about that.  We got the best service you could ask for.  

They are also licensed and preform all plumbing needs.  24 hr service.

Another added bonus was it comes with a free unconditional 30 day warranty, thats tight!

Reasonably priced professional people! We use them all the time to do repairs and maintenance at our apartments. Caution!! They do get real busy but they're worth the wait once on the job.

They scheduled my appt same day they received the call! Punctual too! The plumber they sent (memo) was a cool dude and charged me what I felt was more than fair and even gave me advice and heads up about a future repair down the road. All in all I wish more companies acted this professional and employed friendly people like this! I'll be a returning customer!
