Meet the owner - Troy Collins, a San Diego native, started plumbing in 1980 and quickly developed a love for the profession. As he gained experience in the industry, he started to develop the idea for his own company. And in 1989, this idea became a reality. The team at CPP might label Troy as a perfectionist, but this only goes to show his strong belief that things should be done right, a core idea of the entire company. When he isn't working, he is spending time with his wife, kids, and 6 grandchildren. Troy also loves to cycle and actually rides his bike into the office everyday!

I had an emergency with sewer water backing up into my bathtub back in November 2022. It was absolutely disgusting. Based on other good reviews, I called Collins Pacific Plumbing and they scheduled a technician visit for that afternoon.
Jose Rivera came by. He snaked the outside drain and provided the camera visual of the condition of my main drain to the street. He was incredibly patient, informative, respectful with me. He was VERY diligent with the work. It's been 3 months since his visit and we have not had the issue resurface (pun intended).
A friend asked for a plumber recommendation to day which reminded me to write this SUPER deserving review for Jose, who is nothing short of a SUPERSTAR. THANK YOU JOSE!!! And sorry it took me this long to write the review that I said I would about you!
James was a total professional. Called me to let me know he was going to run a little late, wore a mask and ask permission for everything, explained everything and got the job done efficiently. He even cleaned the area after he was done. He then went out of his way to answer some questions which I very much appreciated. Highly recommend.

The crew members were both friendly and professional! They completed the job in a timely manner, even though they had to stop and go get parts. I appreciated their commitment to do the work properly because my philosophy with plumbing is 'do it right the first time and it will last a long time'. They did and my entire family was very pleased with it!
I posted a project on Yelp and Collins Pacific Plumbing replied within minutes. I set an appointment for a day later and received reminders and correspondence from the owner, verifying that a technician would arrive on our confirmed date/time. Gilbert arrived on time and ready to assess my plumbing issue! He quickly solved my crossover hot/cold water issue, purchased the parts I needed for the repair, and did a very thorough job with install and post-install testing. I have a condo that I rent out and the tenants sent me pictures or the shower head coming out of the wall and the threads from the arm were stuck in the pipe on the other side of shower. I posted the pictures on line and Aaron knew immediately what was wrong and how to fix. Quoted me a price and somehow we missed each other on the reply. I hired another plumber who brought the wrong tool, left to get another tool and basically didn't hear from him for 4 days. I contacted Aaron again and he had someone out in two days, fixed the issue in 2 hours. The promptness, the professionalism, the level of competence restored my faith in ordering a service on line. Aaron truly cared about my issue, making it right, and acquiring me as a client. I have been using Collins Pacific Plumbing for the last 10 years. The work is done professional they always arrive on time or early and the cost is always fare. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I have had a few emergency situations and they have been there every time and the problem has been taken care of perfectly. Collins Pacific Plumbing provided us with top notch professional service for a slab leak re-route. Jordan was great! He worked all day with the help of Oliver to get the job done in one day. At the end of the day, they cleaned everything up, tested all faucets and my husband heard a sound in the wall. There was an additional leak that the leak detection company had not identified. Jordan and Oliver stayed late to fix the final leak! This really shows their dedication to their craft and determination to get the job done to completion. I highly recommend using this company for simple or complex plumbing needs!

Life savers!!!! I had an emergency plumbing issue and had 2 plumbers (one being a big name) come in the same day and neither of them were able to help. At this point, I was in full desperation mode when I got called CPP. Aaron picked up the phone after two rings, he listened, answered all my questions and I even asked about a service I know is more expensive than unclogging a main line and he told me that would not solve my problem and was not necessary which shows he truly cares about doing what's right for the customer. In less than 3 hours, Oliver and Jose arrived and extended the same level of service. Patient, kind, knowledgeable , efficient and affordable. Look know where else, call these guys!
I used their service to replace the water pressure regulator and gas line sediment trap last week.
I do appreciate Aaron's prompt response to coordinate the priority support in a warm friendly business manner to support me. He is very sincere!
I do appreciate Gibert, the technician for taking care of the service in a calm and caring manner, instead of rushing.
I will not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing service if needed.

I was very impressed with their service. I was in a bind with my washer spigot disassembled and couldn't get things fixed myself. I had the main water shut off and would have been stranded without water for the night or longer. I called with urgency and explained my situation and Aaron was quick responding with finding a tech who could come to my house. Oliver came out quickly and fixed our problem without difficulty. Water was restored to my house and everything immediately worked perfectly. I highly recommend them!

James is a great technician. He was very communicative/informative. We just remodeled our kitchen, and Collins Pacific did all of the plumbing. We had another plumbing issue and contacted Collins Pacific. I'm very glad we did. Gilbert came out and he is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Woke up to overflowing toilet early on Christmas Eve. Was extremely grateful that Aaron answered my call around 5am and was able to get James out to me just after 7am. Aaron was amazing! I had a big problem in my master tub and the house was built over 10 years ago and the fixture has been discontinued. Well come to find out the fixture made by Sigma is over $1,000 brand new. Aaron was very patient in finding the part needed to repair it. It's incredible how difficult some of these small parts are to find. It's the diverter and that little thing is either too big or too small. Finally Aaron found the right part and it took all of 10 minutes to fix! Whew! So happy about this! Thanks!!!
We needed to have our washer hookups replaced prior to having a new washer and dryer installed, and we were on a bit of a time crunch after already having to reschedule our washer and dryer installation twice.
After getting quotes from multiple locations, Collins Pacific Plumbing had the lowest quote by far and we were able to schedule the work for the next day.
Gilbert was our plumber- he offered to come early, got the work done quickly, and was professional. Aaron spoke with us on the phone and explained the pricing, answered all of our questions, and was the most honest plumber we spoke with during our search.
We would highly recommend Collins Pacific Plumbing.

In addition to the ease of scheduling, and quick communication Collins Pacific arrived on time, was super nice, and did a great job. We just moved in to our new home and wanted to install a natural gas grill and didn't know where to start! Aaron A. was very helpful, patient and responsive throughout the consultation and booking process. Jordan C. came out today to install it and we are very happy with his service and expertise! He let us know about time delays (prior task ran long) and installed the grill to the gas line with care. Definitely recommend them and will book with them again in the future!!
I've already used these guys twice. Not only are the prices great but their customer service everything. We had a water pipe burst while we were out. When we got home our garage had quite a lot of water. We were able to have someone come out quickly, and handle the situation. We also saved thousands with the quick actions the worker took to prevent damage to other piping.
When we submitted a request for quotes on Yelp, we received several responses (all were the same general response). Collins Pacific Plumbing was the exception, our impression was that they actually read our request details. They responded with a specific quote on the services they could perform -- and what they recommended was directly associated to addressing the issue mentioned in our request. That is why we chose them over all the others.
We had two previous plumbing companies come to our house to work on our slow draining tub. It's possible the two previous companies sent techs that lacked experience to snake our tricky drain.
Collins Pacific Plumbing sent Oliver to our house and he was able to snake the drain and unblock it in a very efficient amount of time. He definitely had the experience and expertise to clear our slow tub drain. He was also courteous and friendly.
We appreciate the professionalism and expertise of Collins Pacific Plumbing. Thank you for the positive experience, we know who to call next time.
Needed to get the washer intake connections replaced due to corrosion. Collins Pacific was the first company to call me back, gave me an estimate for the work over the phone (I texted some photos), and after calling around, was the first company that could get a plumber to my house.
James called before arriving earlier than our scheduled appointment, asked a few questions, and discussed all the work to be done. He give me an idea of common problems we may run into and what that would mean for timing/ costs on repairs, and asked permission before shutting off the water (we have a toddler, so confirmation beforehand was amazing).
James did high quality work quickly, replacing both water valves and the shower cartridge upstairs. The shower upstairs works better than it has in the 7 years we've owned this place (and we've replaced that cartridge twice before) and the washer connections look and work great. Even better, it was all done in less than an hour for the price I was initially quoted on the phone.
I can't recommend them highly enough.
We used Collins Plumbing to install a gas line. Overall customer service from start to finish was excellent. The staff are very professional and prompt. I received several quotes from multiple plumbers and Collins pricing was very competitive and unbeatable. We are very happy with overall service and price and would definitely use them again!

We had a pipe break inside a wall of the staircase in our house, so I called Collins Pacific Plumbing and they came out right away. The company representative was very polite & informative of what steps needed to be taken to fix the problem. He gave me a detailed estimate of the work and an estimated time of completion. The plumber they sent out was very polite as well and very professional. He put down plastic & kept the area were he worked very clean. His work looked really good and was done in a timely manner. Bottom line is I highly recommend Collins Pacific Plumbing, you get great customer service & a great finished product, 5 STARS.

Would've appreciated more transparency that I would be charged $150 for a less than 20 minute visit even if no work was performed. Technician being an hour late to appointment was more salt in the wound.
I had a clogged kitchen sink that was backing up when we used the Garbage Disposal, on a Sunday Morning. I checked the top rated plumbers in Yelp for my area. 5 out of 6 responded with messages saying they were closed and will get back to me on Monday, or had availability on Tuesday.
Aaron from Collins Pacific Plumbing responded by saying he had an availabiility in the afternoon and if it was convenient. He quoted a reasonable price, considering it was on a Sunday, and I agreed.
Jose came over in the afternoon and checked the basics and found there was a cleanout right next to the sink. So he opened the cleanout and used the tool to snake out the drain. It was a small piece of pot scrubber that must have gotten into the sink ages ago. Once it was removed the water flowed smoothly. Jose gave some suggestions on how to periodically clean the drains and keep it in good working order. He got the job done in 15 minutes or so and was very helpful. He wore face mask, gloves, shoe protector (when he was in the house) and took all proper precautions. He did an excellent job. Thank you Collins Pacific Plumbing. I would heartily recommend them to everyone.
I rarely need plumbing service but had a kitchen incident that required professional service. I got several different responses through yelp but decided to go with these guys bc of their customer service on the phone and their availability. They contacted me right away to discuss my issue, looked at pictures over text while we were in the phone, talked me through the repair and quoted me a price for the job. Before they showed up I was confident they could repair my sink and knew what it would cost. Oliver was at my home the next day on time as scheduled, with a mask, and booties. He was professional and nice guy the job done and thoroughly completed it. Would use them again, would recommend them.

Top notch customer service from the two gentlemen who cam to replace my water heater. They were knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and took the time to explain the service and what to expect with the new heater.

On Thursday I noticed the bottom of my water heater was leaking. I did not think it was an urgent matter but working as a nurse made me reassess the situation differently. I sent out a requests on yelp and the next day I received plenty of responses. I got a thorough response from Aaron and within my price range. I called their office and spoke with Russell. I told Russell about the situation with my old water heater and I need it replaced ASAP however, I am limited with my schedule since I work night shift. I told Russell I am afraid to wait until the next available install date because chances are my water heater will burst. Russell said he will get back to me in a bit to check if there is anything available on Saturday March 5th. Hallelujah! Russell was able to schedule the installation on March 5th at 11am. Installation day arrives, I get a courtesy text an hour prior to the arrival of Oliver, the technician. Oliver was polite, easy to talk to, professional and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend Collins Pacific Plumbing because the communication was AWESOME, FLEXIBILITY with my tight schedule, AFFORDABLE-will not charge you an arm and kidney (A$i-gave a quote which was beyond ridiculous & lied about their weekend installation service on the commercial-FYI). Overall, I am extremely satisfied with a well job done by Oliver and got the new water heater up to code standards. I will be definitely share my experiences with my coworkers who I am sure will be experiencing this problem some time in the future. Once again THANK YOU for your wonderful business.
I needed to replace the valve of the incoming cold water pipe of the water heater. Rose did a great job!! He's very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I needed a new water heater and pressure regulating valve. They did it all and fixed a spigot while they were at it. The work they did is beautiful! To top it off, they took care of the city permit as well. I'm very satisfied and would use them again. I highly recommend Collins Pacific Plumbing.

Working with this company was awesome, I requested a quote and he was the only plumber willing to provide a quote by sending him pictures vs having to come out first. I needed a water filtration system installed under my kitchen sink and right in the middle of the install the plumber realized the filter itself had a broken part. It was very frustrating but they made it less of a hassle since they were willing to come back out once I had the replacement part at no extra charge! Now that is customer service. Oliver was very friendly and read the instruction manual cover to cover just to be sure it was installed correctly. I'd hire these guys again in a heartbeat. Now I have clean water to drink and no more water bottles!

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Gilbert. He and his helper were on time and quickly and efficiently got the job done. I did not shop around for price so I can not comment as to whether it was the best deal in town, however, they responded quickly to my inquiry and the price seemed reasonable. I sent pictures and they were able to purchase and bring to my home exactly what I needed to replace my existing fixtures. He replaced a new faucet in the kitchen and a new sink in our bathroom. I was concerned that removing the old sink might cause damage to the granite but Gilbert handled the job carefully and without incident. There was a problem turning off the cold water under the bathroom sink so it was necessary for him to replace the shut off valve. My only suggestion would be to have the workers wear covers on their shoes when entering the house, but aside from that, I would not hesitate to call them again for future service.

My home's overhead plumbing sprung a leak and we had a reservoir of water in the ceiling dripping down the walls and outside. First people I called was Collins who came out and although they are not water damage restoration or drying experts, they did everything They could to help. They also thankfully knew their limitations and did not cause any damage to the house by cutting into the wall because we had asbestos we found out about later, and it ended up being a $50,000 project that needed to be handled with my insurance company but we didn't know that and Collins came out twice , two work trucks, to try to Assess our needs and after all that work, in the end, charged us nothing. And recommended the company we did end up hiring to help. That in my book is wonderful service.
If I have plumbing needs--, normal plumbing needs like most people have-- I will definitely call Collins again.

First off, they showed up wearing personal protective equipment including masks, gloves and shoe covers which shows immense respect for our home by not tracking dirt from the outside. This shows they're ready to get to work. Before they began, they clearly explained the game plan to me so there were no surprises. They were knowledgeable about the issue.
Our sink was not draining and was filled with water almost to the brim, nearly reaching our countertop. They vacuumed the water immediately, snaked the clogged which went as far as 30 feet. They were done in half an hour. The most important part is the price. I paid exactly what I was quoted on the phone. No extras, no hidden fees. $129.
The work and cost was not as drastically extreme and overpriced as when I called the white glove guys for a quote. They came inside the house without shoe covers. Their initial quote was more than $300 stating they have to replace a big section of the pipe. Yikes.
Again, my sincere thanks to Gilbert. When things are tough financially because of the pandemic, it is such a relief to get immediate professional help without the astronomical price. I highly recommend Gilbert and this company.

Then I have been lucky enough to to get an appt within a day of my call. Then they send out Aaron or this time Justin and I'm blown away at their knowledge and expertise!

I needed my washer valves replaced after I disconnected my washer/ dryer for a project and needed it re-connected. They were easy to set up an appointment with and significantly cheaper than other companies I quoted. I got a text notification when the technician was on his way to my house and they were right on time for the scheduled appointment! No four hour window to wait. The technician was very knowledgeable and quick. I would absolutely use again for other projects.

I am a bit sad to give them this rating, but ultimately they caused a lot of damage that could have been prevented. They came to unclog my sink and punctured the copper pipe, which caused a flood in the basement and in my unit. They had to cut the drywall to fix it and ultimately a $300 job became a $700 job when taking into account fixing the drywall and extra time they spent at my place. I am not a plumber and they knew that copper pipes could be damaged when using a snake. They never asked what type of pipes my condo has and never told me that puncturing a hole in the pipe is a common issue. I was informed about that after the job. The guys were fast and fixed everything, there are no more leaks, but I would prefer to be informed of possible issues before they started the job.

Fully deserves 5 stars. Customer service was great from the first call. They fit us into their schedule the next day and Jose was fantastic! He was professional and personable. He provided me great tips for maintaining our plumbing and fixtures. I was super impressed overall and they are reasonable priced. They addressed a major plug in our kitchen sink, installed a kitchen faucet and set two toilets with new rings, which by the way got rid of the smell in our bathroom on hot days. Highly recommend.

Needed to find the source of a leak. Although there was some confusion with original apt time, aaron apologized and had Gilbert come over right away.

Needed to replace some PEX shark bites with copper stubs, previous owner didn't do a good job with the piping. Jose came out, punctual, friendly, explained what he will do and showed his work.
Aaron is pretty good with scheduling and communicating but there can be a little delay in response (1 day or so)
I needed a plumber to fix my shower that was no longer putting out hot water. I also needed another shower pipe lengthened and a repair to a hot water heater.
The technician, Gilbert, was great. I received a text when he was on his way. He was professional and efficient.
The only suggestion I'd have would be to give some estimate of repairs prior to completing them. I felt the prices were very fair and reasonable, however.
I would hire them again and recommend to others.
These guys are top notch. Whether it's new construction or repairs they are the company to call. Not sure but I think these plumbers are born with wrenches in there hand.
I am SO grateful for this company! We are renting out a church building currently and had some sort of plumbing issue and I could not find any plumbers to come out and help. We had issues with our sink for over a year and we kept trying to do it ourself. After checking out the Yelp reviews on Collins Pacific I decided to give them a try and it turned out to be the best decision. They didnt waste my time and got my sink running properly and even explained to me how I could avoid this sink problem in the future. I recommend them to all my friends.
We had a plumbing emergency and I reached out to several plumbers on yelp. Aaron was the first one to respond, asked for a picture of the problem, was able to diagnose it over the phone but let me know he didn't have the part and all of the stores were closed. He offered me a solution but another plumber was also willing to go. I asked Aaron what the problem was and he told me the part number. He knew I was going to give it to the other plumber to see if he had the part. The other plumber did and was able to repair it that night. Aaron was delightful in that he didn't mind at all helping to diagnose and give us the part number so another plumber could fulfill the job when he couldn't. I find that extraordinary in this day and age!

We initially used Collins Pacific Plumbing a few years ago for a big remodel job for our home. They were very reliable and were competitive in their pricing. I am impressed by their professionalism and response time, as we had a few other plumbing issues in the past year where they fit us in quickly and didn't overcharge. Some of the other local companies we have dealt with for plumbing repairs, were not ethical. With Collins, you know how much you're going to have to pay, and they stand behind their work.
Hired them for a tankless water heater flush. Gilbert was super friendly and professional. No nonsense work - took the time to show me the before and after of the job (and why you really need to flush these things regularly!)
I am doing a bathroom remodel and I have been working with Aaron he is their service manger. Aaron is very responsive and very professional he truly cares about taking care of his customers I own 5 other homes and I have never worked with a plumber that is so much on top of his game, I promise you will not be disappointed working with Aaron and his team. There prices are very competitive.

These guys are awesome. Another plumber was supposed to come but bad communication meant that water in the unit was shut off and time was running out. I tossed a request for a quote on Yelp and Aaron was super quick to get in touch, get me a good quote and get his guys out here within an hour.

My 14 year old water heater broke at the beginning of the week. I broadcast a request through yelp for a replacement and that I wanted to go tankless. Aaron (Operarions Manager) from Collins Pacific was the first to respond and after sending a few pictures of the area in the garage where the water heater was located and some discussion about the different models available in tankless, Aaron promptly sent me a formal quote on company letterhead explaining the planned services. I was able to schedule an appointment for later in the week (based on my availability). In the meantime I exchanged several text messages and phone calls with Aaron regarding the installation requirements and the difference in features among a few candidate models. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter, and responsive to all my questions. I decided to go with the Norwitz EZTR75. Aaron showed up on time for the installation, and was joined by a another technician a couple hours later. The team of two worked diligently all day (and a lot of Time in hot,cramped conditions up in the crawl space). The final result was spectacular. Aaron ensured a clean install, moving existing pipe runs to create a truly customized install in the exact spot I wanted on the wall.
Stellar service experiences like this are few and far between. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole process from start to finish, especially the professionalism and quality of work performed by Aaron and his team.
Without a doubt I will be going back to Collins Pacific for any future plumbing needs. In fact, when Aaron returns to install the condensate line for the tankless water heater, I am having them replace the pressure regulator and valves for the house main water shutoff. Thank you!!
These guys are trustworthy. They're quick to respond and do honest work. I had Bill Howe come by for an assessment and the repair man seemed confused and didn't seem like he knew what he was talking about and was charging me $500. I wanted a second opinion. When trying to install a new bathtub spout, the copper pipe broke. I reached out to Collins Pacific Plumbing, Inc. and Aaron helped me out. My water heater died on us so we put out a feeler through Yelp to get some help. Aaron was very prompt with his response and he did an excellent job of talking me through my options.
Aaron was very thorough to the point where I did not feel the need to request another quote or to go with another company for this job. I am definitely not disappointed with my choice.
Oliver was our technician that did out work and he was exceptional! As you can see from the before and after photos the work that Oliver did is certainly an upgrade. Oliver is extremely knowledgeable and professional and did a great job of explaining the features of our new water heater and on explaining the things that he did to bring our installation up to code.
With Collins Pacific you get much more bang for your buck. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. I will definitely be going with Collins Pacific for any future plumbing needs that may come up!

We used Collins first for a plumbing inspection before buying our home and then later for work we wanted done on a number of plumbing projects. Gilbert, our technician was always punctual and helpful. They installed without problem a toilet that another highly-rated plumber said they could not install. I will also note that they honored their original quote for some work that they later concluded they had under-bid. We will use them again.

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain over this long weekend. Aaron the service manager was one of the few people that responded on a Sunday with quotes on Yelp. He was priced lower than almost every other company and was available on Monday morning. He was really good about communicating with me and setting up the appointment. Oliver who was the tech that did the unclogging was available early, took care of the problem and explained what caused the clog. He even ran the camera down all the way down to the first floor from our Third floor to make sure that other condos below us did not get a problem from having cleared the drain from a higher location. This company is my go to from now on for clogged drains. Customer service was amazing and very well priced. I give them my highest recommendation.

We ended up using this plumbing service after several other plumbers gave us quotes that were more than double for a fairly simple job. These guys came out first thing monday after a holiday weekend and got the job done within an hour. They even honored the quoted price when there was a 2nd helper was needed. Really honest, friendly, very reasonably priced and we will definitely be using them again!

I chose Collins Pacific Plumbing to install some new fixtures. While Collins wasn't the cheapest, I chose them because I felt that the estimator asked the best questions to determine the right level of effort and skillsets. They were able to come out quickly, and I was impressed with the competency and the professionalism of Jose and Gilbert.
They worked clean, putting on shoe covers before they entered the house and asking us questions along the way about various decisions to be made. They would also provide input, providing their view on the right way, which was helpful.
The only surprise I had when working with the team at Collins Pacific Plumbing was how simple the whole process was! After a week of chasing home warranty over my broken water heater, I gave up on that headache and found Collins Pacific Plumbing as a local and alternative solution. To start off the new year, we had a leak from our water heater. We shopped around and found CPP. Aaron was fast and efficient in getting us a quote and then an appointment the very next day. The crew at Collins Pacific Plumbing are the best around. Every team member that came to the house was professional and so friendly as if they were family. Arron displayed his expertise in every step along the way. The crew paid attention to detail and were mindful of aesthetics. I had two overhead gas heaters installed along with a connection to a gas line. The pipes that ran up the structure were blended in carefully and artistically so they would not be noticed. They even came back to replace the yellow gas flex pipe with a black flex pipe, just so everything would look better and match the existing colors. One unit was defective and stopped working. They came back, talked to the manufacturer, and fixed the unit's small defect.
Everything works perfectly! We love our patio and the new heaters!!!

I've now used Collins specific on four separate occasions, great value, amazing customer service and professionalism.
I needed an outside water leak fixed and made an appt for the next day at 6am after talking with Aaron and briefly describing the situation. He was professional and answered all my fool questions patiently. Next morning right on time, Jordan showed up. He was also very professional, also patiently answering even more of my fool questions and proceeded to diagnose the issue and offered me options as to how to go forward. Afterwards, he explained in detail what he'd done and tested inside water pressure to confirm all was well. He also answered unrelated questions about other plumbing issues I have.
I will definitely use Collins Pacific Plumbing again and am relieved to have a go-to plumber now in my contact list.

They picked up the phone (after hours) and were able to come out the following Saturday morning. Gilberto was the gentleman that came out. Very professional, clean, and got right to it! Called Collins Pacific Plumbing and was able to quote schedule a garbage disposal replacement very quickly. James came out on time and tried to fix the existing one and explained the problem before going through with the replacement. He was efficient and professional. Offered tips on garbage disposal/drain care to avoid issues in the future. Great service!

Plumber came out first thing in the morning and got our kitchen sink clog cleared. Plumber was very helpful and efficient. Definitely would call again if I ever have other plumbing needs.
I had Collins Pacific install two 75-gallon gas water heaters at my home. I had 4 other quotes from local plumbing companies. Collins Pacific was the only one that provided a virtual quote based on the pictures that I sent. I received a quote back very quickly and all of the various options were covered. The quotes I received from the other companies were considerably higher for the same work and the same tanks. I went with Collins Pacific based on the most competitive price and responsiveness to my inquiries.
Two trucks and two plumbers arrived this morning exactly at the time they said they would arrive. We went through the job together. I asked my questions, set up the expectations of what I wanted and they went through what they were planning to do to install the two tanks. All of the work was done to my satisfaction. They spent roughly six hours to install the two tanks. I did have to run to the hardware store to pick up a brass connector they didn't have so they could install the expansion tank the way I wanted. I noted a few drips that required the connections to be tightened, but after we went through the system, everything looked great and appears to be functioning as expected. They cleaned up the workspace nicely.
Bottom line: Collins Pacific was responsive, provided a virtual estimate, provided competitive pricing, showed up as agreed to and on time, did all of the work we agreed to in a timely manner, cleaned up nicely, packed up the old tanks and left. Everything I would expect to get a high rating for the work they did.
