Made an appointment the day before at 11am.  After waiting for 20min called to see where they were and was told the plumber, Steve,  would be there in 10-20 min.  Finally after waiting 1 hour and 15 min called back and was told they had no idea where the plumber was.  Then I get a phone call saying they would be another 40min and basically that was courtesy call...ummm no a courtesy call would have been at 11 letting me know they were going to be 2 hrs late.  In the end said they didn't care that I was canceling my appt.  WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND!

This company is great, quick, and efficient.  I had a leaky pipe between my walls and John was quick to diagnose the source and quickly repair it.  This guy knows his craft and is very quick and efficient at it.  He replaced my toilet, sink, and water pressure regulator.  I was referred by my neighbor and what an excellent referral.  This company have been in business for over 70 years and the expertise reflects the years of service.

Takagi Tankless Waterheaters recommended Fuller's to descale my heater in the attic.  I called and, after explaining my service needs, the very pleasant office manager said that Mr. Fuller was the best there was and that he would call me back.  She also detailed the service fees: $99 per hour and $20 for transportation.  The office manager subsequently called me back to say that Mr. Fuller did not think it worthwhile to descale my heater but that he would be happy to install a new heater for $3,200.  By the way, the heaters are available from eBay for around $800.

This job required around six hours of work. Tim was knowledgeable and a consummate professional through the whole process. Tim has vast knowledge proven by the tasks required for this plumbing assignment and was able to get the job done before the day's end - he didn't have to, but it was a priority for him and it showed that he is dedicated to his craft of following through by getting the job done, and making sure his clients have peace at the end of the day. This is a great company to have in the community of Chula Vista. I highly recommend their services.

I had been to all the local hardware stores in Chula Vista trying to get a small plastic part for a tub spout. No one had it and finally a salesman told me to go to Fuller's Plumbing at 1063 Third St.
I went there and Jack took a long time with me to locate the part in his catalog and even though he did not have the part in stock he gave me the part number and told me how to purchase the part even though he did not have it.
He was exceptionally kind and helpful and turned my nightmare into a happy solution.
I am forever grateful to him and intend to do all my plumbing purchases with him.

This used to be my go to plumming bussines when Steve Fuller was the owner , now he is retired and is not the same at all,be careful and ask for a firm quote as to how much you are expected to pay .

Great customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable.  They helped me outline how to do a project at home myself, saving me over $400 which I was quoted by a different plumbing company.  No hard sells, just honest, friendly advice.  Definitely a loyal customer for life now!

I'm a real estate agent, investor, and when it comes to local in Chula Vista, this family business has been doing it for years and they really know the homes here.  When you call, be very specific on the scope of work with Sue or Elena and they are usually know who to schedule for the work so the field guys can be in and out pretty quickly.  Some big remodel projects to emergency sewer pipe problems to even a small faucet/angle stop change, they are great.  I have had worked with probably 5 different people from the team & its consistent.   I used to only have Steve or Tim for over 15 years, but all the guys are pretty knowledgeable and they always have a well stocked van for materials.  Bonus today with John & Will, they checked the water pressure to make sure it was on point.

By the way, Steve has done some major tankless water heaters for us for homes in La Jolla and locally here in Chula Vista, and they really know how to handle it.   Thanks guys ....see ya at the next house.

Fullers is a small company on 3rd ave new Palomar in Chula Vista.  I am president of a HOA for 30 condos.  I have used them several times in the past and find them to be fair, reasonably priced,  and honest. I will continue to use them. You should too.

The other day I was in a pinch and needed some assistance with a shower. I went to Home Depot with no luck on finding the parts I needed. So I called Fuller's Plumbing.  This handsome man named Jeff Fuller came ( he must be the son) with in the hour and fixed our issue. We will definitely use this company for our plumbing needs in the future

I highly recommend Fuller's Plumbing for your needs.  They showed up on time, did not try to upsell and fixed everything that needed fixing.  Unlike others, they are very upfront with their charges, charging by the hour for only the hours worked, not because some book says how much a job should cost.  I'm very satisfied with Fuller and from now on, they are my plumber.  Thanks much, guys and gals of Fuller's Plumbing.

Called Fuller's on a Friday afternoon holiday weekend (July 1), after Takagi tankless water heater went out.....Steve Fuller came by within 2 hours, took a look, couldn't find anything that was evident....unit was 15 years old so recommendation was replace.  Steve had provided an estimate about 1 year prior for complete replacement of unit, and honored that quote this past weekend.  The timing of this was unfortunate, as it was a holiday weekend....but Steve and his team made sure we didn't go without hot water for the weekend.

I am a plumber. I was told Fuller's has hard-to-find repair parts and they came highly recommended. Deciding to visit to find some parts, I met Robert who tried to help me. After identifying the make and model of the parts I need he showed me a catalog and told me if the parts I needed were not in the catalog, they are discontinued and are no longer available. So he didn't find them in the catalog (one item he said could be ordered, but not the other 6) and he sent me on my way. I went to another place nearby and they had EVERYTHING I needed to complete the job for my customer. I can't say Fuller's didn't help me, they tried, but I don't appreciate being told what I'm looking for doesn't exist,  especially when the parts I needed were just a little up the road. I honestly felt like I was being pushed off because they had better things to do in that moment.

HORRIBLE...run from this company! Ripped us off for union fee rates. Lied to us!!!!
We have a Takagi Tankless Water heater. Like the review below, we got his name as being a qualified analyst of the unit from Takagi. He messed around for approximately 90minutes and then said it might need to be descaled. We already knew it might possibly need to be descaled...Takagi Co. told us this.After paying him to get off our property, my husband turned on the hot water and it was cold...Steve Fuller had shut off the gas valve and not turned it back on. Our heater is located outside on a slope and hard to get to. Just got off the phone with Takagi. They said he should have attached a device to see what the problem codes were. Now, I've called Mrs. Fuller...was put on hold for so long that I hung up and called back. First thing she told me was that he was leaving for Nicaragua and was not available to talk to me. She proceeded to bagger me about what an expert her husband is at his profession. Wouldn't even listen to me...continued to talk over me. I see another review says that the current family members running the company now are not the quality it used to be. Have obviously called other plumbers to get the heater fixed...they too say this is a bad company and that Steve Fuller is living off of his dad's good name and work ethic. Steve Fuller needs to hang it up. Hope he's having a good time with my money.

Highly recommend Fuller's Plumbing. These guys are the real deal. Excellent tradesman, fair, responsive. Steve, Tim, and the whole group there are outstanding. We had them perform major service on our mainline and replace a wall heater. We could not be happier with their work.

What a great group of people; Elena, Robert, John and others. I would encourage ANYONE who is in the area to check these folks out. My wife and are traveling the country in a motor home and need some plumbing supplies. And Robert not only help me figure out what I needed, but he actually took the time to actually cut some of the PVC.  

Elena handles the money AND tries to keep the guys in order. Tough task, be she is wonderful.

My garbage disposal and pipe stopped up.  I called the AS* outfit and they quoted $350 to unclog but then said they needed to replace pipes to the tune of $15,000 and still did not clear my drain. Quite frankly, they were more concerned about being sued than fixing my drain (they would not remove the drain clean-out for fear the stucco would chip and they would be sued.)

I called Fuller Plumbing and I am so glad I did.  John came out that same day, cleared the drain, not giving up until I could use my sink.  He was pleasant and professional.  He is a plumber - not a salesman looking for a sale.  I can't imagine using any other plumber/plumbing service after this experience.

Fuller's has been taking care of me for decades. When I was a kid his dad took care of my parents. I've been satisfied with their service. I find their prices are reasonable. They even did some custom gas line work for me once -to convert my  wood fireplace into a gaslog fireplace. Honest guys doing honest work.

Third time is a charm. Had a tankless water heater that two other plumbers could not get to work.....  Had Steve come out and now there is hot water. He really knows tankless water heaters. At first it seemed like he could be a little pricey. But when the job was completed he was less than others   had quoted.

Called Fuller's to help fix a leak somewhere in the ceiling.  We rent and weren't sure what the problem was - only that it was going from bad to worse quickly.  Steve came out the same day and quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed it.  He gave us a couple options for what we could do - a patch and leave it with no further problems for less money and the full repair for more expense.  He explained it to us and wrote it up so we could pass the information along to the owner.  In the end we went with the less expensive solution and everything has held up perfectly.  

We found everyone we dealt with to be friendly and helpful.  We always try to support family-owned businesses whenever possible, and we'd definitely call them again next time something needs fixing and would certainly recommend them.

Steve went out of his way to make sure my issue was taken care of and after giving me advice, called me the following week to make sure there were still no problems.

We would highly recommend Fuller's Plumbing Service.  After a major backup in our new home, we called Fuller's in a bit of a panic.  Steve Fuller was quick to respond to the after hours voice mail we left.  He arrived exactly at the time he said he would and was very informative and got the problem resolved quickly and for a very reasonable price.  We will definitely be calling Fuller's for any future plumbing needs.

Our Takagi tankless hot water heater stopped working and we were told by another company it would be $5k to install a new system and ducting, etc.  My husband called Fuller after locating them from the Takagi website as technicians.  We are so grateful for their fast service and reasonable prices.  As a small business owners ourselves, my husband prides himself on going the extra mile for his customers and our technician did just that.  We are very grateful for Fuller Plumbing and we plan to use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.  Thanks Fuller and the lovely woman who answered my husband's call and got him into contact with the perfect person to help!

The tenant discovered a leak in the bathroom on one side of a duplex.  Called Elena from Fuller Plumbing.  She got all my details and made an appointment the following day (Saturday).  Tim (plumber) came in to diagnose a leak that I thought would be a serious problem since it was a leak from under the tub when the shower was on for over 5 minutes. Tim turned on the shower/tub faucet and within minutes noticed water was coming out of the back side of the tub faucet against the wall.  He removed the tub faucet and noticed the connection inside the faucet was partially block and splashing water back into the wall.  It was definitely the cause of the water to leak from under the tub. Relief...

I also had Tim look into replacing the spigot in the front of the duplex since the handle from the old spigot broke.  The spigot was soldered on but too close the a T fitting and unsweating the spigot would also heat the T fitting. It would be best to go into the wall to replace the plumbing behind the wall to fix it correctly.  Instead, he found a spigot from the same manufacturer and just replaced the valve/handle of the spigot itself.  A big cost savings.

Fuller Plumbing Services is a family business and Tim is the fifth generation.  I especially like their honesty, experience and creative solutions to fix a problem.  Highly Recommended!

My parents have been dealing with Fuller for years, whenever there was a problem they just called them. My Mom now 84 and living alone after losing my dad a year ago, had a backed up kitchen sink. She of course called Fullers! Steve Fuller came out the same day, he removed her garbage disposal and got the kitchen sink running again. Two days later when I went down to check on her, I discovered that her bathtub was backed up a huge stinking mess! When you turned on the water in the kitchen sink the tub would fill up even more. I called Fuller and asked to speak with a manager, Steve Fuller came on the line. When I explained the problem he told me it was not his problem, and he fixed what he was supposed to. To say the least I did not think that was the correct response as I was thinking he would come back and make it right ( she paid him $150.00 to basically remove her garbage disposal). When I said if that was his attitude we would no longer do business with him. With that he hung up on me!!!  Truly this is not a company I would recommend, if they treat someone 84 like this can you imagine what they might do to you!!

Tim was able to make room for my repair today which I am grateful. He was creative in how to access the leak and to make the repair savings a bunch of money! This family owned and operated business has always been my go to! Thank you!

I called Fuller Plumbing because I needed a re-pipe estimate.  I talked to Elaina on the phone, we set up the appointment.  I made sure to be home all day on the day of the appointment but no one showed! Steve was supposed to show up and never did.  They never called, they just didn't show up.

I went this morning looking for some CPVC fittings and I found everything that I needed. The staff went out of their way to help me and I had an overall amazing experience!

Fuller's Plumbing Chula Vista on 3rd Avenue Tony came out here to unclog my drain underneath the sink. He was quick, it was fast very professional very tidy, very clean work. We like Fuller's Plumbing I would strongly recommend this company to my family and my friends. Their prices are very reasonable and we are very satisfied. I went to Fuller's looking for a specialty piece of pipe for rebuilding our shower. We have a very old house and they don't actually make a piece to fit the drain the way we needed it to.  The guy that helped me was so nice and helpful.  He spent like 30 minutes looking at pictures I brought and trying to custom fit a piece for our shower. We had been so stressed in the days prior,  trying to make different things fit. After bringing home the custom piece he gave me,  we were so happy.  It totally worked,  no issues. Thank you so much! I don't know if this is a family business,  but it's run like one.  Great service,  really nice and helpful. I will absolutely be back and would recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great experience with Fuller's Plumbing. I have had years of clogging problems in my main bathroom. Plumber Tim came out and quickly assessed the problem....it was build up of salt deposits in the drop line...he cleaned out everything and replaced needed parts, so I am finally worry-free, especially when I have guests. Called Fuller Plumbing to handle some several items including running a camera down shower drain to confirm properly installed.  Elena was great with communication!  Tim arrived on time and completed items needed and pricing is very reasonable!  Excellent customer service and quality of work.  My new go to for plumbing needs.

My mother has used Fuller's Plumbing Service for many, many years.  Recently she had to have some major plumbing work done and  Fuller's did an excellent job.  They were professional and courteous to my mom.  They cleaned up after their work each day to my mom's satisfaction.  The icing on the cake was that they charged her quite a bit less than they originally quoted because the job didn't take as long as they anticipated.  Now how many companies would do that?  My mom wouldn't use any other plumbing service.  She highly recommends them.

I needed a plumber for a property in San Diego and I called a bunch of different places and they wouldn't give me the time of day. When I called Fuller's Plumbing, Elena was super nice and helpful and always followed up with me. I was very happy with their services.

Our on demand water heater was working only sporadically, so I called the plumbing service I've used before who had installed it two years earlier. They came that day, did nothing, said they'd return, but never did. Two days later, they wanted to charge me weekend rates. At that point, I got it right and called an expert, Steve, at Fuller Plumbing. Steve came out on Saturday, no extra charge, and immediately started testing literally everything, which passed, except for a constant gas flow from my meter. He told me this happens on a rare occasion and to get an SDG&E appointment for which he made himself available. He convinced them to change the regulator, after a bit of discussion, and that fixed the problem. Expert service, great price and my new plumbing service.

I called Fuller's Plumbing today to replace all the old pipes and baskets under my sink from metal to PVC, and they did a professional, awesome job ! I can't believe how good it looks now compared to the corroded mess I had before. Also, they fixed the gas valve going to my dryer on the same job, saving me from paying for two separate trips. I will always recommend Fuller's Plumbing!

Got to say, these guys were amazing, start to finish!  I didn't even get a call into them until 3:30pm.  By 5:15, they were able to have someone out to repair a gas valve.  Although it was after hours, Tim and Elena said they would only be charging the standard labor rate, and not the after hours rate.  Tim was great.  He even offered to look at a slow draining tub since we were going to pay for the hour of time. I know it is such a small thing, but his taking the extra ten minutes to snake a drain (since I was already paying for an hour) was awesome. I'll definitely be calling Fuller for any future plumbing needs.
