Carlos is an honest professional plumber that I learned to trust. I originally called on him to do a clean and flush of my tankless water heater which didn't turn out to be a simple procedure due to the age and lack of routine maintenance on my part. Carlos tried different techniques to accomplish the task and avoid my spending more than necessary to accomplish the task without unnecessary up sell. Great commendable job Carlos!! Carlos and his crew were excellent! prompt service on multiple occasions. Fully transparent with options, pricing, and solutions for time-critical leaks in my apartment building. His work was cost effective and done with an eye for detail. I'm ultra picky and Plumworx exceeded my expectations. 5 stars
This company came highly recommended. We had major issues at a rental property and Carlos was so helpful, responsive and made himself available on Easter weekend even though he had plans. We had a difficult situation and he came on time and had helped us out so much. He has a camera and can jet the lines if anyone needs that kind of work.
He put in new clean outs and communicated with the tenants as well.

Had a leak under my sink, I called Carlos. He was our same day and was able to replace my angle stop.
