5 stars for dealing with the July heat for several hours on my roof trying to get out a years old calcified toy stuck in the main sewer line. When it came time to figure out the bill for several unplanned hours, it was structured in a reasonable way. It was full price but this house was taken care of by an insistent do-it-yourself'er who would rather snake his home from the roof vent renting equipment rather than calling an actual professional to camera the line. Glad to have that mystery solved.

Quick response to troubleshoot a water heater leak followed by a fair price and quality install of a new unit. Dan even swapped out a pressure regulator to get the system working as it should.

Called about my water heater not heating the water and Dan came over to check it out. Unfortunately all he wanted to do was sell me a new water heater, he said that you can't really do maintenance on water heaters. I asked if there was anything else he could do as I was not in a position to buy a new water heater, he joked that I could use a credit card. After he left I did some research on YouTube which recommended draining some water and cleaning the bottom. Water heater had been working great for a couple months. It's unfortunate he was not more honest and did not actually try to fix the problem; instead he just focused on selling me a new water heater. I understand he would make more money that way but it would have been at my expense this would have created a real hardship for me just so he can make more money. Seemed like a nice guy but would definitely not call again, he can't be trusted.

Update from reply: this is definitely the right company they even left me their sticker with the name Dan on it. The owner can deny it if he wants but I got his information and phone number from this yelp posting so I am 100% certain this is the correct company.

So today I went and I rented a drain snake from Home Depot.  I figured I already knew what the problem was, so I wanted to be cheap and clean my main sewage line myself.  Well I rented the machine and was only able to take out a few wipes from my main line and my sewage line was still backed up.  So I went on Home Advisor
and entered my contact information.  I received a phone call from the owner in less then five minutes.  He explained to me what the problem was and stated his machine is better then Home Depot.   He gave me a quote and told me he could come right over.  To my surprise, he was at my house in less the 25 minutes from our initial call.  He was able to unclogged my Maine sewage line and fix my problem.  He
Was also very professional.  I am a very happy customer and I now know who I will be calling for my plumbing issues.  Thank you very much fixing my problem and still gave me time to pick up my daughter from daycare on time.

I spoke to Dan on the phone the day before and he requested for me to send him photos of my toilets that needed to be fixed. He reviewed the photos and was able to come by and fix my issue. He was quick and efficient and the price was fair.

I would stay clear away from this plumbing company. I put in a request via Angie's list and Extreme Plumbing(Dan) among others called back. Dan had the best price($150) for replacing the flushing mechanism for my Whitehause toilet that was leaking and causing excessive water bills over the last 3 months. He began checking things and made some adjustments with the existing, faulty flushing mechanism and said the toilet was now working, but he needed to check the water pressure in the house because excessive pressure would cause the toilet to continue to run due to it putting a lot of water pressure on the flush mechanisms. Well, I has just had the water pressure checked a few days earlier and it was fine at 45, but he came back and said it was almost twice as high at 80. I found this very strange, because a month or so earlier, I had Culligan come out to make sure my R/O system was working properly and not leaking, causing the water increase and they said the pressure was at ~50, which is fine. Dan(Extreme Plumbing) said we needed the pressure valve replaced due to the increased pressure and that would be an additional $375(parts and labor). Before I agreed to that, I wanted a fourth opinion at this point. Dan stated that if everything checked out fine by this 4th party, he would come back and change out the flushing mechanism as I originally request for the remained of the $150, which I had already given him $125, so that left $25.

A few days later, I had Cable Pipe and Leak Detection come out to check the home for water leaks. Jose was the best. He was able to confirm that the pressure valve was fine and I had no leaks in the home or the slab. He did however state that the issue was the toilets flush mechanism. It was wasting roughly 7 gallons of water per-minute. He did the math based on Vallecitos formula and calculated that I was wasting roughly ~30k gallons of water per-month, just on that toilet(I could be a little off on the math). I had been shutting the toilet off/on over the last several months suspecting it as the culprit for my excessive water bills, but wasn't quite sure until after the leak inspect that was prompt by Dan's incompetence. Armed with this information I called Dan at Exterme Plumbing with the evidence provided by CPL. He said he was at a customer site working on a plumbing issue and would give me a call back when done to discuss replacing the flushing mechanism for the remaining $25 of the $150(I already paid him $125). Needless to say, I have not heard from Dan since. He's not returning my calls, nor is he returning my text messages. I wish I had done my due diligence before using Extreme Plumbing's services. It's unfortunate you have untrustworthy people still providing services to the general public. My wife and I have learned a relatively inexpensive lesson. I think if he would have changed out the flushing mechanism he could have caused a lot more issues to try to get more money out of us based on the dishonest way he was trying to get me to replace the pressure valve that I didn't need.

I would highly recommend this company... I had two toilets I needed fixed immediately, after calling several plumbing companies they told me they could not come until the next day. This place was my last resort! I talked to Dan and he came on the same day. He checked my toilets and he told me what needed to be done. He was very professional and did great work, very nice guy. Oh and may I add he is very trust worthy. He made sure his client was happy and his work was done right the first time. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. They also do other work than just plumbing. I will be using them for more future work.

We like using Dan for our own personal plumbing needs. We also like to refer him out to our customers. He is timely, his rates are fair, and he's a good communicator.

Dan came and installed a sink for us. He was so kind and helpful. He was reliable and honest! We will definitely use him again. He did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do.

Let me just start off by saying wow. I've never felt so scammed by a business before in my life. I called this company as I needed a water heater repaired due to having a leak. Let's me just skip right to the end, 4 hours later, the same leak was happening and he said it was due to a part on the water heater. He said instead of the $650 he was gonna charge me originally, I now owe him $850 plus $225 when he comes out again to swap the part on the heater. Dumb me I actually agreed to pay him $700 and special ordered these parts from the manufacturer. 1 WEEK LATER: the parts come in. I try calling the guy for 4-5 straight days, all at different times, it's going straight to voicemail. I call with a different phone finally and Dan answers right away. Dan tries to say it's not him and acts like his brother and said he will have Dan call me back. Never get a phone call back. At this point, it's obvious this man is trying to get away from a job that requires a tiny bit of skill.

I call another local plumber Von Wiley and it takes the guy 15minutes and did not need extra parts. He had to go back in and repair all of Dan's solder joints as they were all rushed.

Dan tries to establish his credibility by saying he has done this for 30 years. Guess what bud, it's time to hang it up. Plumbing has obviously surpassed you. Not to mention, how much of a coward can you be to take $700 and block the customer's phone#?

The gentleman that owns this business is very nice and luckily, licensed.  So, I talked to him the night before and it was late and we made an appointment the next day and he showed up on time and fixed my sync issue. He has a reasonable fee, which is to be expected of course and was very courteous during the whole thing. I would recommend him to anybody in this area.

Dan was professional and prompt. He came over within 15 minutes of my call. His quote was hundreds of dollars less than other plumbers. Our shower faucet wasn't working properly and he gave us the option of repairing or replacing. He was very neat, even cleaned up after himself. I felt he was honest and didn't try to gouge us. Highly recommended.

I called yesterday afternoon to have a clogged drain cleared. The person who answered the phone said a technician would be out in about an hour.
Well, after waiting for 3 HOURS, I called to find out where the technician was. I was sent a text reply saying that they were tied up. I was then asked if they could come out THIS MORNING. Not after they were done where they were, the following morning.
When the technician came out, he was quick and friendly. He was done within 30 minutes.
When it came time for the bill I was hoping for a bit of a discount for having to wait almost 24 hours to get my drain cleared. Nope! Regular price.
Then, to add insult to injury, I had to wait AGAIN for someone else to show up with a credit reader so I could pay for their services.

This was my first experience with this company. Rest assured, it will also be my last.

Had an emergency with a back up in the pipes on a Saturday called Extreme plumbing and Paul was amazing!! .  Fast and affordable service.

Marco was great! He was fast efficient and courteous! He explained everything in detail and made me feel like everything was going to be ok because I was kinda of freaking out about the sewage smell in the house with a newborn baby present. I will always call Extreme for any plumbing issues. Thanks again Marco!

Originally called to fix a broken pipe. I called a total of 4 different plumbers and they were the only ones to call back. Daniel was fast efficient and very reasonable. Didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need done but did tell us about some safety hazards we didn't even know about which I was super thankful for. Fixed our ticking time bomb of a house. Total work done water heater, broken pipe for the sprinkler system, pressure regulator,
And a bathroom sink. All very reasonably priced compared to other companies and all done in a timely matter. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has plumbing needs!

Robert Voskanyan and team were excellent and kept me informed the whole time. Fixed a massive issue and got house back in shape. Very knowledgeable and kind.

We used Extreme Plumbing in March when we had yet another blocked sink, previous plumbing companies had tried to get us to replace our old Iron Pipes which would have been thousands of dollars.

Extreme we great, took the time to show the video of what they had found and then recommended they Hydro Jet our drains from the house to the main sewer line.

We've not had a blockage since.

Great service from a company that doesn't try to rip you off

I went and tried to install a kitchen sink on my own, ended up messing up my pipe, so I looked into professional help. I called a few places before I got ahold of Dan at Extreme Plumbing. Every other place gave astronomical prices and I assumed I wouldn't be able to hire someone to help me fix my pipe and finish the installation. Luckily, I got ahold of Dan and I told him we had a budget, which was a bit  below everything else we had been quoted. Unlike the other places Dan was understanding, professional, and extremely knowledgeable with what he was doing. He fit me in  less than a day after we first talked, he explained to me everything he was doing, and stayed within our budget. I can't recommend someone more for anyone's plumbing needs. Dan took on this job like I was a friend and not just a client. If you want to feel safe about price, honesty, and great work, you definitely need to hire from extreme plumbing.

New Year's eve and my main gets backed up! I called eXtreme and Dan broke down pricing over the phone. Came quickly within the hour and within 20 mins. My plumbing problems were solved. Came in clutch..thanks Dan!

Another excellent job by Gilbert et al at Extreme Plumbing. The pipe from the kitchen sink drain was broken off at the wall where it connects with the sewer drain. He completely replaced all parts in the kitchen, most of which required cutting to correct size. He then unclogged the drain farther down, & ensured that my kitchen and bathroom sinks were free of leaks. He also found 2 popsicle sticks in my garbage disposal & dispatched them quickly to the trash. Kudos also to the apprentice and to the boss, who also dropped by and who replaced the pipes under the bathroom sink. They all were friendly, courteous & knowledgeable, all wore masks (as did I), & I have complete confidence that these repairs will last a long, long time.

In June 2017 I requested a plumber through Home Advisor to asses why my master bathroom toilet was backing up, and the shower would not drain.  I was linked up with Dan from Extreme Plumbing.  He promptly came to my house and attempted to fix the issue with snaking, which did not work. He stated he needed to remove the toilet in order to fix the issue.  The cost was $325, which seemed reasonable except he is cash only (because he doesn't want to pay the fee for credit card use).  We got to talking and I told him I just returned from deployment and was in the market to completely renovate my bathroom to include knocking down a wall to expand my bathroom.  Dan linked me up with his friend Dave, as they were going to partner on the job.  Dan wrote up a contract for 11g, to which I agreed.  I have paid him a total of 9g but the project is still not completed.  He has asked for more money to buy more product, which I refused to pay the remaining balance until the job is completed.  There were days he said he was coming to work on the bathroom but would not even show up.  Dave was pretty much the only person working on the job for the last 3 weeks.  Monday Dan drove by my house, but once he saw me outside he kept driving.  Tuesday Dave came to work on the house, as soon as he left Dan showed up.  While no one was home, Dan climbed my brick wall and stole his own tile saw. The guy is completely immature, and a thief! Some issues I have had in the last two months: asking for more money, not adhering to the contract, not completing the work, nickel and diming always saying that's extra, that will cost extra.  I paid for the flooring, stain, door, hardware for the door, some of the tile...all of which were in the contract.  DO NOT HIRE!!! This guy is a complete scam and not trustworthy!!!
