We knew we had a leak when we saw water dripping from the eves of our 100 year old Pt. Loma home. Called Marcos Talevera and he came out the very next day which was a Friday. After he inspected the scope of the job to be done, he suggested we wait until Tuesday the following week so we would not be without water over the weekend if the job was more complicated- I mean what can go wrong with 100 year old plumbing right? Bottom line, Flush & Flow arrived on time this morning and in 5 hours located and repaired the leak. Have to say Marcos and his assistant were knowledgable, thorough, professional and courteous. Flush & Flow is now my number one go to plumber. We like supporting local small business owners.

We had a leak in our house somewhere near our master bathroom. Of course we were leaving in a couple of days for vacation and we had to get it fixed ASAP. We turned the water off and started looking at Yelp for some 5 star plumbers, I read the reviews and decided to go with Flush and Flow. I called Marcos and he said that he could come out the next day between 1 and 3pm to fix the problem. We thought great, we can get it fixed, then leave for our trip the next day. So I called him the afternoon before he was supposed to come out to makes sure we were still on. He assured me he would be there between 1 and 3pm.

So the next day comes and it's 2:30 pm so I called to make sure he was still coming. The phone went straight to voicemail. I then called at 3:15 and again the phone went right into voicemail. I began to panic because we were leaving the next day and we had no water for the house.

We called our insurance company and they said they could not have someone out until the next day. The day we were supposed to leave on our trip.

Because of Marcos not calling and explaining why he didn't bother to show up, or even call for that matter. We had to postpone our trip, which cost us HUNDREDS of dollars in flight change fees and rental car change fees.

That's why I'm giving them 1 star

I usually have to get our drains unclogged once a year because I shed like a husky losing its winter coat, and we live in an older home. Marcos and his partner came over and took care of 3 drains for me in about an hour. Flush & Flow Plumbing are completely affordable and professional! Marcos and Jesus came out to my home last night on an emergency call and I can't say enough about them. So incredibly professional and kind, they went above and beyond to fix the problem and even made it a point to include me and my husband throughout the entire process.

Marcos located the leak and guilty screw quickly and swiftly made steps to correct the problem. At all times he took pictures and was in contact with our general contractor to make sure we were taken care of.

I would recommend them for any kind of plumbing job, emergency or otherwise. It's rare these days to find people that not only love and respect their profession but also pride themselves on building lasting relationships with their customers. They're the best in the field hands down.

Marcos and his helper came over after we had a leak in a pipe. He diagnosed the problem quickly and then even stayed late to fix it since he had other jobs going on that week and otherwise wouldn't have been able to come back for a few days. Top notch service! Easy to talk to and he explained everything as he went along. He fixed the problem and made sure everything was cleaned up before he took off. You can always tell which guys pay attention to detail by the way they maintain their work space. I will recommend Marcos and Flush & Flow Plumbing to everyone.

Marcos is great to work with! Very knowledgeable, friendly and service oriented. He made sure we were quickly taken care of when we found a slab leak. I was in a panic, imagining they would rip up our brand new glue-down wood floors to drill through the slab to fix it. He quickly put me at ease in explaining possible options. In fact, he even had his friend (other company) come out for the leak detection since he couldn't get to our house as quick. Then he was here the following day to cap the pipe under the slab and re-route the pipes through the garage. Work was well done and they were very clean. He even made sure to wear shoe covers in the house to help keep our floors clean. I highly recommend him!

Marcos is absolutely a most competent, quick and caring plumber ever! He has been our plumber for two 8-unit apartment buildings in mid city San Diego for a number of years and we are so fortunate to have him. We have had multiple issues over the last several years and, with plumbing, it is always an emergency (even if it turns out not to be the case) and often on weekends and evenings. Nobody wants to wait when there is a leak anywhere or other potential disasters that may be lurking with old building plumbing. Great service by Marcos! We had water coming through our light fixture in our Condo's 1st floor bath during a recent rainstorm so we contacted our HOA and they thought it might be a plumbing issue. We didn't think it was the plumbing but we needed someone to check it so we could convince the HOA to get a roofing company to come out before the next rainstorm. Marcos was able to come out the next day and confirm that it was not a plumbing leak. We were having issues with moisture in our flooring as well so he checked for water leaks there. Marcos listened to my concerns and answered questions regarding potential plumbing leaks. He patiently explained the different types of possible leaks. He was respectful, professional and kind. As an older woman, I very much appreciate that...and he wore booties, yay!

Look no further! Marcos & Fernando have always taken care of us, here are some examples:
- One day, I called up Marcos with a job and he let me know he was at Disneyland with his kids. He still stayed on the phone with me for an hour and a half walking me through the fix.
- On a different day, Marcos and Fernando came over and worked on the tub for 4 hours, finished up, cleaned up & then let me know they had to head over to a funeral that day. The job could have waited, but they said they wanted to keep their word & finish the job.
- Prices have always been the best.
- The job site is always cleaned up meticulously.
- They installed a new water heater, & there was an unrelated issue that they came out the next day to fix. Even though it wasn't due to their work, they fixed it & didn't charge me for the extra visit.
- They just cleared my sewer line from the house to the street. These pipes weren't cleaned for 60 years, so you get the idea.
- They've fixed little leaks due to old valves.
- They've replaced my toilets.

Obviously, I'll always call up Marcos & Fernando at Flush n Flow Plumbing! You should too!!

We needed someone to locate a leak. We knew it wasn't a toilet, faucet or sink leak so we called a company and explained it wasn't a leak that was visible and needed detection. This company even had leak detection tools advertised on their yelp page. They came out and they couldn't find it. They did not have the tools advertised and said we needed professional leak detectors! Why waste your time and mine? They referred us to someone that could do the leak detection job. I called the referred company, located in El Cajon, and they charge over $200 to detect the leak. When I asked if they could apply this charge as credit if they ended up performing the necessary work they said no and I said no thanks, and continued on with my search.

I then found Flush and Flow Plumbing on Yelp and was impressed by all their 5 star reviews. I called them on a Friday and they came out that very same day within 1-2 hrs. to do a leak detection. Not only was the cost for the leak detection less with them, but they were willing to apply it as credit if they did the job. They quoted a very reasonable price to do the slab leak repairs and even said they could start the job the very next day. On Saturday morning, the crew showed up ready to work! I asked when they would be finished and they said anywhere between 3 and 4. The slab leak was exactly where they said it was. They worked through it very neatly and professionally and were done by 3:30. My hubby and I are glad we found an honest company to get through this ordeal with. I have used flush n flow plumbing twice now . Once for myself and once for my grandparents ...Both times that I've had to use them the issues I was having was fixed right the first time .. nothing more nothing less ... I really liked that when we had called they had someone come out right away (we had an emergency ) they immediately assessed the problem, stopped it from further causing any more problems , repaired it, and cleaned the area up (5 stars) !!!! Like all the reviews before me...nothing bad to say about these guys. One thing I liked is Marcos attention to detail and his recommendations on not only fixing the problem but bringing it up to code. He's knows his craft very well and after they finished working on my water heater I noticed Jesus cleaning up around the back patio, NICE TOUCH GUYS! Very professional and you get what you pay for with Marcos and crew. Will definitely use them again!

Awesome service! Marcos was very professional and friendly. He was running a little bit behind, but he contacted me with plenty of notice and I was home all day, so it was no problem.

As most of the correspondence regarding the plumbing was through the property manager, when they arrived, Marcos quickly reviewed all the work he needed to do and about how long it would take (3 toilet valve replacements, new garbage disposal, new outdoor tap and a new kitchen sink faucet) Both he and the other plumber that was with him (I apologize I did not catch his name) did great work and were extremely clean. Seriously, they left their work areas cleaner than when they started. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a plumber.

During our home inspection, the inspector detected high content of moisture in our bathroom ceiling. The news bummed me out because I am in process on selling. I contacted Marcos at Flush and Flow Plumbing at 11 AM and by 2 PM on the same day, William the service tech showed up - concerned of our issue, then slipped on his shoe covers and anxious to start work. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional... and the information that he gave me was very helpful. He immediately found the source of problem, and cut-out a small opening in the drywall to better assess the leak as well as water damage. Then he explained the possible cause in laymen terms, and even pinpointed damaged components and seals. Since the source of the water leak was coming from the upstairs unit, we informed the owner upstairs. Then the owner called the Flush and Flow Plumbing to get a better understanding of the problem and immediately scheduled an appointment to fix. Both Marcos and William are really good at following up with their customers to ensure that they are never in the dark - I am no longer bummed-out, you guys are awesome! ¡Buen trabajo!

Let me start by saying this: I have been on the search for a good plumber for three YEARS, and I found one today after Marcos and Jesus came to my home today!!! Marcos is extremely professional and personable. He called be twice before he came to update me with the time I should expect him. (I was his last job of the day, so naturally, my appointment was running a little late...no problem with me since the communication was clear.) My problem that I needed help with was that my brand-new oven needed the gas plumbing to be relocated. The guys came in with foot coverings, laid down a mat to work on, and cleaned up everything EXTREMELY well before leaving. While Marcos was writing up the invoice, Jesus fully cleaned the floor around the oven, the exterior of my oven, AND my dishwasher! He just kept cleaning until Marcos was ready to take my credit card! If you are looking for honest and quality work at a reasonable price, you should go with Flush and Flow Plumbing. I will be using them exclusively for my personal plumbing needs as well as some properties that I manage. Nice job, guys!

Marcos and Jesus where able to go out of their way to accomodate my emergency situation. Marcos went the extra mile by asking permission of his next appointment to post pone in order to accommodate us which we where very grateful for. These guys are the real deal with extreme professionalism, knowledge, and utmost respect of their clients needs.

Their professional demeanor showed from the time they entered my property with bootie shoe covers to laying down plastic covers over the work area to immediately containing trash and debris as they performed their work til the end. We had a leak in our garage, the boiler had broken and Marcos came that evening. He is very knowledgeable, kind, professional and respectful. He did his utmost to ensure that we were comfortable and he went the extra mile. We got a new boiler and he worked with the other contractors to check that there was no moisture in the dry wall. Marcos called me to keep me up to date. He did what he said he would and he made sure that the job was very well done. He didn't want to install just any cheap boiler he wanted to get one that he knew would last. I am so grateful that he came to our aid for the leak in the garage. Respectful and amazing work ethic. Let me just say that Marcos and Jesus are awesome! Marcos came out did an assessment, and had an estimate to me within a few days. He also gave me recommendations regarding any exposed pipes he thought may need attention in the future. Marcos always contacted me and let me know the status of their arrival/departure times, and him and Jesus always made sure their work area was cleaned before they left.

Our bathroom plumbing was old and needed some serious work. What did they do?
Scoped the toilet drain and found a lot of build up and a weird turn (removed and replaced)
Scoped the clean out to the street to ensure it was still good
Pulled up the slab to remove old plumbing in the bathroom (mind you this was no simple task, as the slab foundation was solid and had a ton of rebar in it)
Replaced the old pipe from the shower drain (which was a tub drain, long story)
Replaced the toilet drain
Replaced the bottom 3ft of the stack
Laid down the new concrete (Martin did this and it looks awesome!)
Installed the new tub
Raised the height of the shower head
Ensured no leaks
Him and Jesus also fixed the water shut off valve (we almost had no water for the night), but they came out at 830pm to help us out!

Everything looks so clean! If you are looking for honest plumbers who are nice and respectful of your home/property Flush and Flow are definitely the guys you are looking for.

Once again I am so happy to have called Flush and Flow plumbing . I had a kitchen faucet that was long overdue to be replaced. When Marco answered the phone he was so helpful and let me know that some parts have a warranty . Not only was he so knowledgeable about the product but be even took the time to call Moen and ask to see if the part was covered. That is really going above and beyond. Finally we got the parts. Marco and his assistant Jesus make a great team. They came in early and were able to accommodate my hectic schedule. They are prompt and professional I now have a brand new faucet and got to work on time . They are awesome ! Left everything nice and clean . They made sure hot and cold water worked .
