Wow!!!! I just had an install today of two new units. I can't say enough about the quality of salesmanship and installation we received. I would highly suggest Hays for any services that they offer. Their team is knowledgeable and cordial. They also came way under a price quote from a competitor and doubled the warranty. We also got a wifi thermostat was the hi-light of my husbands day!!!  Thanks Hays we are customers for life.

Had a small issue in the house I rent.  My landlord sent OX. Eric/Erik not sure, found time to run over and fixed the issue in about 30 minutes!  Thanks again.

I've lived in my house for 10 years and have never had my AC looked at before. I noticed it was working harder than normal so I broke down and called AZ Dukes of Air. They sent out Kalem to look at my system. He explained everything to me in a very understandable way. He found a few issues and at each point showed me specifically what he was talking about and what my options were to fix it. He was in and out under two hours. My system has been top notch ever since. I would recommend AZ Dukes of Air and Kalem specifically for all of your air needs.

I had a problem with water heater explained what problem was and provide information that they needed on model and type of water heater I had. He showed up next morning with new water heater and removed mine and installed within two hours, he took old one back to dispose of and cleaned up like they were never here other that the beautiful new water heater that stands before me.... Great customer service, very professional and best of all the pricing! They were honest and up front and we couldn't be more happy! Defiantly would recommend their services to anyone and gladly would use them again...

Al himself came out on Saturday to investigate a leak in my kitchen sink.  He quickly found the leaking garbage disposal, he educated me on why these units develop leaks, what little we could do about it, and what were reasonable expectation of how long they will last.  He also gave me an education on the available options including cost and both pros and cons of various replacements.  
Once We made our decision, he did a very professional job installing the unit.  (Yes you can spend a lot more money to get a unit that lasts longer.) I was comfortable with my purchase, confident of the install and will recommend Al to anyone looking for a plumber.

Amazing service. I have had Lawson Family Plumbing come in twice for 2 different problems. In both cases they did not charge for the visit as it was an assessment only. They were prompt and very friendly. I highly recommend this company.

A great experience getting a water softener & an RO system installed.  I called them based on all the Yelp reviews (as well as the less positive reviews for other companies.)   Tom set up a time to call when I was in town, called to confirm, arrived on time and gave me an estimate that I felt was reasonable.  I never felt I was being uphold -- just given options for what Tom felt I needed.  He was in and out in less than 30 mins.

I called back a couple of times that morning to ask some questions -- Tom either answered right away or called back within minutes.

They installed the system the next day.  Again-- they called to confirm, the driver called to let me know he was on the way and they were on time.

Took about 3 hours to do both jobs-- mine required some additional work based on where the water came into the condo and where the water heater is.  Work looks great. Love the soft water.

The crew was great -- had a supervisor making sure it all went well.  Jose, Fidel & Lui -- all were great.  Walked us through what they did and how to work the systems.  Cleaned up everything.   Like I said, a great experience and I'm thankful for the reviews on Yelp that helped me find them.

Perfect service! Was able to get scheduled immediately and they saved the day! Was on the last leg of a bathroom remodel when I ran into a plumbing issue and they fixed it perfectly! Cannot recommend them enough!

Had trouble with reinstalling a toilet and called these guys for help. They were able to come out that day! They were professional, efficient, and and very helpful. I had bought the wrong flange for the job. ( for a 3 pipe vs 4 ) They returned it to Home Depot for me and picked up the proper flange. When they finished the job, they cleaned everything up perfectly.  I will definitely call on them again.

After having a number of plumbing issues at my house and using multiple plumbing companies I'm so happy to have found Sunrise Plumbing.  Nick responded fast and was at my house the within a few hours.  He handled each of my issues - from fixing a leaky toilet to replacing a faucet and installing a hose bib outside.  The quality of workmanship was great and price fair.  It's not often you find a business that really cares about the client.  This is one of those rare cases!

We contacted Kaylor early in the morning regarding an emergency replacement for our water heater. Sadly, the water had leaked in our garage, into the walls and flooring. Kitchen & Bath plumbing was able to arrive at our home in less than an hour and provide us with quick, professional service. Woke up Thursday morning to a swampy garage and a wet floor. Our old Rheem finally said goodbye after many years of great service. We called Water Heaters Only since they installed the original unit. Gave a great quote over the phone, Don showed up first thing the next morning and went right to work. Clean, efficient and left no trace. No surprise on the quote either. No complaints here. This picture of this companie's van tells you all you need to know about this business and the owner.  Vulgar political signs which speaks volumes how unprofessional and classless this owner is.  Would you want this van in your driveway for your kids to see this.  I have never used this company and never will but seeing his van and all the other negative reviews of dealing with the owner also speaks volumes.  Stay away from this company and don't support this unethical business.

I had a service tech out today to do a routine service for $159.99 I knew they would find something wrong they always do  , however the person who came out was very professional, he explained everything clearly and worked with me to try and find a price I could live with. He even put shoe covers on before coming in my house. That may seem like a silly little thing to some, I appreciated it a lot, it's the small little details that can make a big difference to me. He took his time explaining how my a/c worked sometimes a few times, he didn't make me feel rushed or ignorant. I will ask for him by name next time someone needs to come out for my a/c. In case you need a very qualified, nice, professional, sales tech., his name is Manny Vela. I highly recommended him!
