Jay Clayton is an amazing master plumber with 30 years of experience.  He does all of the work himself, and he is organized, meticulous, has a convenient contactless system for the estimate and invoice and does great work.  He emphasizes educating his customers about their options.  He came right over when our hot water heater broker and leaked all over the inside of our house.  He replaced the water heater and recommended some safeguards for the future.  He's amazing and I would highly recommend him!

I just hate hiring professionals to do a job because I just feel like I'm going to get a high bill for POOR labor ... HOWEVER, the Lawson Family Plumbing was a welcome change for me ... the plumber, Paul, listened to me and explained in detail what would need done and what didn't need to be done ... then he told me exactly what the cost would be to the penny ... Paul completed each task and I inspected his work and it was done perfectly ... Everything was done completely and thoroughly with no exceptions ... the price was more than fair (Thank You) and the work Paul did was Grade A First Class all the way, Paul was great, Thank you Sir ... By far the most responsive company I have worked with. Since I moved to Arizona 2 years ago, Harris has been my go-to company for my plumbing needs. If it's as simple as a clogged drain, I call or text Alicia and she dispatches Steve, Mark or both and they're here in no time. They care very much about their customers and go above and beyond. When I bought my home here 2 years ago, they have worked on more major things during remodeling in my home, including a current remodel that was the result of a major water damage loss. Beautiful work every time. They are all kind, professional, respectful, trustworthy and fair with pricing. They are so trustworthy that they have worked in my home when I wasn't even home or asleep. Never an issue. I have no concerns in the least that they have access to my home whenever they need to come in and work. Wonderful people and wonderful company. My recent experience with Gold Star Plumbing has been nothing short of exceptional, and I wish I could give them 6-stars instead of 5 and here's why. They were able to complete 3 separate plumbing repairs at my house in one day, but even more impressive than that was the professionalism, expert knowledge, and willingness to come up with an alternate solution that resulted in over a 30% savings from my original estimate. As Mike and Kyle began work on replacing a leaking copper main between the main water meter and my house, they realized that modifications to the original water supply lines which were made after the home was constructed to accommodate a soft water hose bib connection could be reversed back to the original configuration intended by the home builder which would save a significant amount of money. Mike and Kyle were able to provide a new, alternate estimate to return the connections back to the original plumbing configuration which saved over 30% from the original estimate and the work turned out looking great and much simpler than what a previous homeowner had done. I cannot thank them enough for their ability to treat customers in a way that builds trust and create cost-saving solutions. I have been a Commercial General Contractor for over 34 years and have been more of a do it yourself-er around the house for a long time, but as I get older and my personal time becomes more valuable, I rely on experts to do a project in a timely fashion and at a fair and reasonable cost and Gold Star Plumbing has lived up to that standard. I am so glad I took the time to read the many customer reviews found online for a variety of plumbing contractors, and when I came across the many positive references for Gold Star, I felt confident that I was making the right choice. And let's not forget about the great experience that Devin provided during the initial investigation and estimating process. He was very knowledgeable and quickly determined that the water line modifications made in the past were not put in per code and explained the process to not only fix the leak, but also to do so in such as way that meets current plumbing code and provides a 10 year warranty. Devin's attention to detail in writing up the cost estimate, taking photographs of the three separate areas of work I needed done and providing a reasonable cost estimate allowed me to quickly make a decision and sign the contract for work to begin the next morning. My wife and I are close friends with several of our neighbors who all have similar age of homes and we will definitely recommend Gold Star Plumbing to them for potential future work. Called cactus when my ac unit stoped working and just blowing hot air. They even had same day service after another company just never showed up. Very grateful for the service tech he was very professional and knowledgeable.
Gave me a price on the repairs and even recommended a few other things for preventive maintenance that i agreed to. My ac is cooling better than it ever has. I will definitely recommend Cactus to anyone that needs ac services.

Rob Bell came out for re-plumbing in our laundry room including work with a hot water heater.  Between the time we set the appointment and he came, we had a drainage problem.  Rob stayed and took care of it giving up his personal plans to make sure we had the use of our plumbing.  We were very pleased with his explanations throughout the work and highly satisfied with the work he did for us.  Thank you Rob.

I purchased a home that had a new ac unit installed by Goettl.  It stopped working a few months ago.  I called them and set up an appointment because the unit is under warranty.  The serviceman quickly determined the compressor was bad and needed replaced.  I was at the unit with him and he tried to show me how he came to that conclusion by using an amp meter.  He said he could hear a tone and that was the problem.  I heard none.  There was a plug on the side of the compressor that was loose and burned a bit.  He said the failed compressor burned the plug.  I was lucky he said because the compressor was covered and I would only need to pay labor the swap it.  Long story short over $2,000.00 labor!  I ran him off, did my research and discovered the plugs can work loose and if moisture gets in them they can burn.  It rained the night before. Common problem.  I had a different company look at it and he took 10 seconds to show me the compressor is perfect and the plug was the problem.  $30.00 later my unit was fixed.  He also told me it shouldn't cost near that to change the compressor if it were bad.  It's been working for months just fine.  I called Goettl and was transferred to a manager that was very rude but did refund my service call charge.  Don't let false family friendly advertisements and a free cheap flashlight sway you.  Call a good company if you need HVAC work...
