Since moving to Phoenix, we had never found our go to plumber until now. We recently moved to Ahwatukee foothills and I asked some neighbors, who recommended Mike at Western Skies from the Ahwautkee411 facebook page. One night we sprung a leak in an upstairs bathroom that had not been used and had a flooded garage of water running down ceilings, walls, and our cabinetry. I called and explained the issue to the office manager who promptly got an emergency dispatch of Mike the plumber to our house. This was our first encounter with Mike, in addressing our leaking tub, working around our timeline, understanding and explaining the restoration and insurance claims process. Mike found the source of the leak, performed the repair and was efficient, gracious and absolutely customer focused on total satisfaction throughout the process.
Since that first job, we've  hired him to repair outdoor hose faucets, kitchen plumbing shutoffs for a renovation, and installation of faucets and fixtures, and an RO system.
We now have our 'guy' for all our plumbing needs! Call Mike, you'll be so glad you did : )

First off, it seems I see Plumbing trucks or Plumbing Vans all over the valley and sometimes I've wondered how do these guys stay in business? Now I know! I've now had two bad experiences previously with other plumbers who misdiagnosed the problem with my pipes, and overcharged me.

A friend from church referred me to Plumbing 2.0 and I'm so grateful he did!  A smiling, Master Plumber named Dustin arrived ON TIME, listened to my description of the problem (waste water back up in some sinks and tubs) in my older (historic district) home. Dustin immediately went to work and within minutes, he diagnosed the cause of problem exactly,  and began rootering the pipes that were causing the issue of gross, waste-water backup  in my four bedroom home. He took the time to do the job right! The problem was permanently solved! The other guys never really fixed it, just made it better for a few days. Dustin and plumbing 2.0 is the best I've ever worked with! The pricing was better, Dustins demeanor and attitude  were better, and let's be real here: his skills were obviously far Superior to three other so-called plumbers I have contracted with in the past.

We discovered a leak behind our fridge while painting the kitchen. Sage plumbing was contracted through our home warranty company and was able to come out even sooner than what the home warranty company stated (yay!).  The plumber that came out was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and prepared with the right parts. He did a quick repair and it looks great, no more leaks! Would highly recommend!

New washer and dryer delivered and installed. Installers  told us we needed new valves for the water lines as we were only getting a dribble of water to the washer.  Called four plumbers and Cure All responded immediately. Tyler diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote. Back the next morning at 9:30 and completed the job.  Excellent service. Highly recommend.

If you've ever found yourself in a tight spot (or with tight filters), look no further than WHAT Plumbing. I was practically at my wits' end, wrestling with three over-tightened whole house water filters that just would not move. I had tried every remedy and YouTube tutorial under the sun. And after I had wasted enough money on filter wrenches, straps, and other Amazon best sellers, I decided to swallow my pride and bring in the professionals.

Enter the dynamic duo from WHAT Plumbing. They were friendly, professional, and they arrived within an hour of my call.

You know that old saying, It's a two-man job? Well, this was definitely the case. These guys weren't just swift, but they put in some serious elbow grease, spending ample time to carefully crank off our stubborn filters -- with the precision of a surgeon and the strength of the Incredible Hulk. I'll also admit, there was a part of me secretly relieved that it wasn't a total walk in the park for these guys either--affirming that I didn't simply forget to turn off a valve or switch somewhere along the DIY route.

Now, I'll mention cost. In a world where you often pay a premium for urgency, WHAT Plumbing was incredibly fair. Considering the amount of extra effort they had to go through, I'd say more than reasonable.

So, will I be calling them again? Absolutely. For their timeliness, efficiency, and for not making me feel like a moron who can't break loose his own filters -- WHAT Plumbing has earned a customer for life. If you find yourself up against a serious plumbing challenge, do yourself a favor and call these guys before going down the Amazon best sellers list. You won't regret it.

Plumbers in this area should have the Skull & Crossbones on their trucks.  These guys are the first honest contractors we have had in 3 years.  Showed up on time & did a good job for the quoted price.  Definitely will use them again!

My kid flushed something down the toilet.  Ron was able to come out during my lunch hour and removed the object within minutes.  Cost was less than another plumber quoted.  Will definitely use him if needed again.

Had kitchen faucet replaced a few weeks back. As always these jobs are a pain...we all know it. So, I really can't complain. Tech, was ontime and courteous throughout. I bought the faucet and Pink installed for $320 after arriving, reviewing and quoting the price.  $100 less would have have been more like it for us Seniors (just saying). The other caveat was the base plate that sits atop the sink was put on backwards.  The slight curved side ALWAYS goes to the front. Not a biggie, but it does make my job more difficult trying to clean the backside channel (for a lack of a better name) so no funk-in-the-trunk collects. The Tech may have noticed this after the fact. But, if not, look twice. I would use them again.

I have couple rental units.  One tenant mentioned that the water heater pilot went out.  Call the gas company.  They say the unit needs a new lighting device.  Called Freddie Plumbing.  Since the unit was only 2 years old, the staff suggested changing the lighter.  He also mentioned that the unit was not installed correctly, and corrected the improper install for additional charges.  I was not on site.  I tried to pay with my credit card, he said his credit card machine was down. End up depositing a check at his bank.   I ask him for receipt, he said he'll mail it.  Never mail the receipt.  And I thought problem solve.  I even give him a good review on Yelp.  Wrong.  

Three months later, a new tenant move in.   The gas company guy came out and tried to light the water heater.  No go.  Surprisingly, the gas guy put a do not use red tag on the unit stating that the install was done incorrectly and unsafe to use.  Upon closer examination, the old lighting device is gone.   Face cover is gone too.  The Freddie's staff just strip everything.  The only way to light the unit now is to do it the old fashion way using a long match.  

I though no problem, call Freddy Plumbing.  After all he had 28 reviews and many positive remarks.  Wrong.  I have the new tenant try to arrange Freddie's Plumbing to address the issue.  They say they never service the house.  WTF.  I have a copy of the cancel check.  B.S. I tried to call Freddie Plumbing, myself.  No one is there to pick up the phone.  I don't know what's going on, but I am very disappointed.  I though I had a good plumber for the Norther Phoenix area.

End up going with Proskill in Anthem.  He is going to replace the unit for $600 installed.  I should have done this in the first place.

ASAP Plumbing did an emergency after hours job for me and didn't charge me an emergency fee or an outrageous price. They responded quickly and did a good job. Having an emergency is stressful enough, so I would highly recommend ASAP Plumbing to take care of the rest!

Larry came out this evening to fix my plumbing. Extremely kind hearted, personable, and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend this company, and his plumbing is guaranteed so he told me to call him if it isn't fixed and he'd return for no charge!

Great service.   Called on short notice. They arrived in 30 minutes.   Very clean and efficient.   Price was reasonable.  Will use them again.

I called them to give me a estimate for a new water heater, 30 gal. Electric. It's in a tight area.
They called me back right away ask to send them pictures of the area and picture of the label, which I did.
This was on Friday now it's Tuesday the 21 st. Still haven't heard back.
I guess they don't like to deal with new customers.
There customer service does not live up to there reviews.

If I could give negative stars, I would STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS and go to an honest handyman type company for simple jobs- not only was I quoted 417$ within 2 minutes of a clogged kitchen drain. Then man showed up an hour late out of estimated arrival time! And when he got here he was looking very unsanitary no gloves and booties or other sanitation methods as explained on their website! I kept calling and the receptionist kept lying saying the plumber is 5 minutes away, 2 minutes away etc and also then he stopped to get gas.... The only one blowing any gas was HER and her crazy, dumb excuses. Not reliable, not honest company, not affordable ......I fixed my own drain for the cost of a 20$ plumbing wrench
