Responded to my request in a timely manner and even gave me a reference to someone who could help solve my issues.

First of all, shout out to John R. that left Moon Valley Plumbing a 1 star review, and complained about a 39.00 estimate fee and not receiving a bid over the phone.. Congratulations, you're a moron.. If small repair company owners don't charge estimate fees to offset the expenses incurred from driving around for free all day, they can go out of business, fast.. you want a warranty from a company that can't charge enough to stay in business and they're gone in a year when you need them?!  No truly great highly reputable professional gives a phone bid.. for ten different reasons.. mainly the professional has no idea what they're bidding on and every situation is different, plus competitors call all the time pretending to be customers so they can obtain your pricing..  I'm sorry Moon Valley for that knuckle-headed ignorant fool marring your reputation when you never even worked for him.. one day hopefully Yelp will come to their senses and fix that problem.

Now that I'm done ranting and empathizing with Moon Valley....  Kenny came to my home today to replace a wax ring.. he knocked it out of the park, *and* instead of just fixing the *effect* he fixed the cause as well.. he had to double stack some wax rings which wasn't done in the first place.. they replaced my supply line, did a clean caulk job, fixed a pop up stopper, *and* they checked my water pressure for me, which was super high! As a previous plumbing repair company owner, I was extremely please with Kenny and Moon Valley, and I'm sure I'll use them again.  They came out in less than 24 hours for my non-emergency call.  I'm pleased with every aspect of the job, thanks Moon Valley Plumbing and Kenny Leather!!

I was having some water damage on my master shower called up Plumber Response Team and Craig came out within the hour and got the ball rolling strait to the point a pleasure to work with highly qualified and recommended

I requested a quote in the evening and was responded to within 10 minutes. Came the next day and finished the job as promised. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Eddie was great and has years of experience! He answered my call for dryer help on a Saturday and arranged to come Monday. He was early and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our dryer. Immediately he presented us with our options and even expressed how we could save money. He quoted us an honest price and didn't add charges in the end. Eddie actually left our house and got the part we needed very quickly, returning and finishing the job the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Eddie first, next time we need a handy man.

Copper creek plumbing came to my rescue same day when I was having issues with my shower that would not drain. They were fairly priced, quick and efficient. Brandon is a knowledgeable and friendly plumber. I will only trust Copper Creek Plumbing for my plumbing work from now on.

Great co. to work with, Doug came on time and found the leak in our main line from the shut off valve to the meter.  Dug it up and marked it for the plumber to find/fix. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend.

Found these guys via Home Advisor. Called them direct, got an idea of the cost to install a kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal.
They were the only ones willing to travel to my location and without charging extra. Ramesh was on time and completed the job faster than initially quoted. Very happy with the results, paid about the same Home Depot would have charged and got new pipes and valves installed.
A great experience, very professional and knowledgeable people, polite and pleasant to deal with. Will definitely use their services again. Highly recommended.

My husband found Eric online became we were having problems with our water filtration system. He called us on Sunday to set up the appointment and was over first thing Monday morning to fix everything. He was prompt, curtious and above all went above and beyond to explain what he was doing to fix our problem. I highly recommend CTR plumbing.

I initially was supposed to have a visit 9/24 for my leaking faucets and hot water valve replacement, they never showed. Called again 9/27 and they said I was in the queue and they'll call me when they are on their way. I get a call on 9/29 saying they'll be there 10/1 from 9-1. I texted at 12:30 asking where the plumber was, he advised he had called, which I did have a missed call while I was working but no voicemail and no follow up text as promised, and he did not bother to show up and knock anyway, so we had to reschedule. I got a confirmation text and email that he'd be here 10/4 between 9-1 and when I texted and called again at 12:30, I was advised that it was cancelled and an error due to death in the family.

I KNOW things happen, however do you only have 1 PERSON helping?! And why the heck am I not being contacted hours before my appointment is scheduled so I am made aware that you will not be showing up? I shouldn't have to reach out numerous times for this. If there is an issue, it's your responsibility to let me know prior to having me wait at home for you to arrive. I will not be rescheduling and I will be sure to never use y'all again.

Their web site says they are always open. Obviously that is for emergencies; still, in such a large metro area I thought they would be available for routine maintenance calls--at least for a half day--on Saturdays. I was wrong.

Today, I was told Our techs don't work on Saturdays and since I was also told they can't guarantee an arrival time during the week, I advised the customer service woman that despite having done business with them for many years, I would now have to go elsewhere due to work schedule changes.

I doubt she'll lose any sleep over it. I can rest easy as well, since I've already found another company--reasonably priced and with a good track record--whose techs are available on Saturdays for routine R/O servicing.
