Addam was referred to us from a previous plumber we worked with when he scoped and flushed our sewer lines to solve a clogging issue.  This time, we needed to identify and replace a shower handle that had corroded and broke.  Otherwise, we would need to remove tile to install a new shower cartridge that would have been costly and possibly destructive.  Addam was able to identify the import Asian white label valve that was used so that we could locate a handle to fit.  He showed me where to order it and how to easily install the items when they arrived.  Addam is more than a plumber.  He is an expert consultant interested in solving problems inexpensively and efficiently and approaches customer problems like they were his own.  Working with Addam is like having an insider friend guide you thru a stressful home

Great experience with Ron. He was quick to respond, efficient, service-oriented, honest and professional.  He replaced a hose bib on an outside water line (faucet) that had been leaking and worn with calcium and hard water build up after 15 years. Took him about 10 min to cut, solder, and replace with a new hose bib. Would definitely call Ron again for future plumbing jobs.

I experienced a leak somewhere within my home, however there were no evident signs.  We noticed it when our water bill went up by 24% in one month.  I was refered to Grey Owl Leak Detection by a plumber.  They sent out a technician with all modern gear (FLIR, audio, etc) and he was able to locate the source.  Once it was located I called a plumber who repaired the slab leak by bypassing the leaking line, routing it through the attic and reconnecting the water to the manifold.  Fast, friendly and reasonable.  Grey Owl Leak Detection will be my 1st choice from now on.

As always the service Phoenix Tool & Gage, Inc. received from Bumble Bee Plumbing was first class. Your service rep Xavier did and outstanding job and advised us of what the complications were with our plumbing issue.

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

Daniel with Masterflow plumbing is awesome! I had a few plumbing issues in my house that he was able to expertly fix- including a broken garbage disposal, toilet fill valve, bathroom sink that wouldn't run, and leaking washing machine. Daniel took the time to explain each issue, in terms I could understand, and make sure all of my questions were answered. He worked efficiently to ensure that each job was done accurately and professionally. Thank you so much!! 10/10 I would highly recommend Masterflow for all of your plumbing needs!

Extremely poor customer service. I contacted them for chandelier installation. Took day off on Friday for them to come at 10 am and do the job. Everything was set as I sent them pictures and dimensions of chandelier way in advance for them to be able to do the job without any issues. They sent me text in morning of job that they would need 2 people now to do it and can't make it today. Would come out 5 days later on Tuesday. Totally BS company. I would never hire them. First off I would like to say that 5 stars is not even close to the rating I would give this company! This company deserves a much higher rating to match their work! We had a house full of people the day before thanksgiving when the toilets backed up! We called them that afternoon and they had someone out within the hour. With the stress of the holidays and then the plumbing issues the owner took his time and helped us with some options on getting the work done. He stayed with us and was very patient while we made our decision. I can honestly say they made a stressful situation a lot easier to handle! I would like to thank the owner, Adrian and Daniel for all their hard work! I would definitely recommend this company and will be sure to use them with any plumbing needs we may have in the future!!

Run from these guys!  Bob no longer owns the company and it is now completely incompetent. Had a horrendous experience with a leak (still not fixed) only to learn it's now an absentee owner and even the plumbers don't know who they are working for and hate it there.

I was able to get a Saturday appt with no up charge and was scheduled for the very next day. Office staff and plumber who came to my home were all very nice, very fast and knew their jobs well. How refreshing! There was no song and dance about how I needed and 400.00 widget, in fact the plumber said it was not as bad as it was described and he had the part and I'd be up and running shortly. I felt very comfortable with the person in my home and appreciated the fact this is an honest company and didn't try to take advantage because I'm a woman. I was given a reccomendation for this company by a friend and they did not disappoint. Won't call anyone else. Oh and their base fee is less than other companies to boot! 10 stars!

Consumers , I am a very positive person and will always give people and companies props if they are a good person or company. but, I would be very cautious if you thinking about using this company. I bought a new a/c unit from them in April 2016 and the unit costs in the neighborhood of 8000 plus .. My unit has been running hot this summer so I had a summer check done for 69 dollars from another a/c company. Canyon State serviced the unit the first two years and this year I used another ac company. This other company found the unit to be short 2 pounds of freon .That cost me 200 dollars. The tech told me it may be a possible coil leak ,( which is a major problem and costs a small fortune to fix). This should not happen after 4 years . I called Canyon State and told them the issue, and there response was we can send a tech over for 75 dollars to make a diagnosis.What they fail to tell you is its another couple hundred to find leak and then the labor runs over 1000!! All this $$ for a 4 year old unit.. They never mention or say thank you for your purchase lets get that diagnosed, or sorry for you inconvenience we will send a tech and see how we can help. Bottom line is once they have your money they forget customer service. I will be contacting Trane and filling them in on my issue and will never use this company again . Very Disappointed in this company.

APC is a great company with great techs. After contacting my Home Warranty AHS, Chris was dispatched to my Townhouse to fix up a shower leak that caused some damage to the living room ceiling. He diagnosed immediately the causing problem, checked every single pipe, made sure there is no room for guessing. Chris is smart, friendly, clean and very professional on what he is doing. By all means he is a master plumber, and earned my admiration especially when he explained on details with passion how to care of the issue in the future. A word of thanks is not enough, I will recommend APC to my family, friends and neighbors.
If you ever have a need for a plumbing company, go to APC the best and forget the rest, you won't be sorry at all. Thanks

Worst customer service ever!! Do not return calls, wait for over an hour to even get a live person. After calling numerous times about the 3 different techs they had sent out to my home for my Apollo heat system that none of them worked on, they then say I need a 4th opinion. While waiting for the 4 company I am disconnected and never called me back. Did live chat and was told that my policy was canceled!!! So after paying for the warranty for months, paying the $125 service call fee, I am dropped and nobody will call me back. This process has been going on for over 2 weeks.  Will NEVER use or recommend American Home Warranty!!!!
