Wanted to thank you for the prompt and professional service today! Kitchen sinks are always an issue when they won't drain (Can't do dishes and wash your hands so your entire kichen is shut down!) and after a full afternoon of plunging, drain cleaners and flushing with hot water, it was time to call in a pro. Received a few responses through Yelp and decided on Option One based on the courteous response, great customer reviews, and Monday Morning availability. Your technician, David even showed up early! Not only did David get the sink draining quickly, he was able to fix a leak that I have been unable to correct for months! Like I said... glad I called in the pros! I'm keeping your card on my refrigerator just in case I can through you guys some extra business when my friends may need it. Thanks!

Called at 845am after my original choice on yelp suggested him due to service area restrictions of his own. The gentleman who answered took down my name, number and address and stated he had another job on the morning but would head my way after - calling first to give me a 30 minute window.   It's after 8pm and still haven't heard from him to even state he couldn't make it today.  Disappointed and a bit irritated I have to waste another day waiting on a different plumber.  Unfortunate especially since he was a referral from a highly rated plumber on yelp.  I'll be contacting that guy to also let him know.

Great work! Will call again when needed. Efficient and get right to work. Gave me idea of possible price and final cost was below the estimate.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

I have used Dan on multiple residential and commercial projects - water softener installation, plumbing connect/disconnect, sink installation, etc.  He's always on time, responsive, answers all of my questions, and does an incredible job in an efficient manner.  His pricing is fair and competitive.  I always know I'm getting quality service with little to no worry.  It's hard to find great trades, but Dan is certainly one of the best.

We called Samuel at Plumbing Done Right as our water softener was eating a bag of salt a week. It was so bad there was salt residue forming as water dried in our shower. He immediately got in touch with us and that evening came over and diagnosed our system. We decided to replace our 20 year old system. He recommended an Ultima system that he installed 2 days later. So far (it's been a week) it has unbelievably changed our water throughout the house. Tap water that we originally would not drink is now as good as our RO system water.
Samuel also replace a frozen valve on our incoming water line that other plumbers were hesitant to tackle. He is exceptional; fast, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about him. Call him as he is the best.

Had an overnight hot water tank leak and flood.  James West came quickly that morning and made temporary repairs, then replaced the tank.  Super quick and effective service got us back to normal quickly.  James is neat, polite and responsive.  Highly recommend!

What an awesome company!  They answered my calls and my questions and were able to give me a ballpark bid over the phone on the estimated costs to replace my shower faucet which was not working properly.  Bill the service man who came out did a phenomenal job. He actually called to tell me he would arrive earlier than expected (which was great), was extremely knowledgeable about what was needed to get the repair done and even had all the parts needed to complete the job on his truck!  

Bill was done in about twenty minutes and my shower was once again fully functional.  He did not try to oversell me and actually saved me some money as I was able to return the replacement faucet I was expecting him to install and he even saved me some money on the estimated repair cost!  Thanks so much Bill for your quick repair, now I know who to call for all my plumbing problems in the future.

Friday night when I was putting things away I saw water flow from my garage. Investigation revealed our water heater had kicked the bucket. Saturday I was searching for someone to fix the problem so I reached out on Yelp and received several quotes with timelines later in the week. Nafiz who owns Cleverland Plumbing reached out with an excellent quote and from my research a better water heater than I had at my house. Nafiz came out on Saturday afternoon and we had hot water that evening. No extra cost for a Saturday and in my mind an emergency. Thanks again Nafiz, I will definitely use you service again and letting my friends and neighbors know what a great job you did for us.
