Called for AC unit not cooling. They came out quickly and right when I requested. Excellent work, at a VERY reasonable and fair price.  Jorge Gutierrez is awesome. Thanks for the quick work and getting us up she running again!!

Three years ago our AC wasn't cooling like it should and we called American Cooling and Heating. They responded very quickly and determined that there was a refrigerant leak in the system. However, they could not determine where the leak was so the used stop leak and recharged the system.
A year later, again the system wasn't cooling as it should. They came out again and found that the system was low on refrigerant, so they added another can of stop leak and topped the system off.
This year I had a check up done on the AC by another company and they found the system was again low on refrigerant, thus the leak was never sealed. I called American Cooling and Heating in the hopes they would honor their 3 year warranty. Scott said he would, and that they should have never used stop leak. He said he would send one of his top techs out the next day.
The next day Joe, Scott's son, came out and over a four hour period did what should have been done from the start. We located where we thought the leak was. He proceeded to reseal the system in two areas and then verified that the system was leak free by ensuring it held hard vacuum.  He then recharged the system with refrigerant and we verified the system was cooling.  What a difference. In the end, there was no additional charge and Joe extended the warranty another 3 years.
Thank you Joe and Scott for honoring your word and doing the right thing.  I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because it took 3 tries to get the repair done correctly.

I purchased a new ac unit from Accurate Air and I'm very pleased with the price and the whole process from bid through installation. Shoutout to Tom and Sean for their help and professionalism.

Our AC went out ~7 PM in the middle of the hot Phoenix Summer and it was getting hot real fast inside the house. Tony, the owner, came out in LESS THAN 24 HOURS. He diagnosed the problem within about 10 seconds of opening up the unit and had me running again in less than an hour. He is certainly a rare find as you could tell that he wasn't just trying to sell me a brand new unit- it was just an easy fix and much cheaper than a new unit. I appreciate his help and I will certainly be calling him again next time anyone I know has an AC issue.

So our a/c went out and I called AAA American Air & Appliance and they came right out same day. The technician was professional and friendly. Our new Install was done quickly. I definitely recommend this company.

Senor Mist was very easy to deal with.  Karen responded to my initial email within an hour and Rex showed up to quote the job on time. The price was fair (these systems are not cheap as the parts and pump are all top quality) and the system has really performed well this summer.  

Install crew showed up on time and spent the majority of the day here doing this install.  Initially I had considered installing myself but seeing the pros do it made me so glad I paid someone to tackle this job.

We opted to do the entire run of patio and to install the foggers around the pool.  If the humidity is low the patio cools off between 10 and 20 degrees.  Pool a bit less cause it's in more sun on obviously higher humidity.  At night the foggers in the pool area look awesome around the water feature and landscape lighting!  I'll need to turn down the pump as the entire backyard can fog up.

Overall, very pleased we opted to have these installed by a knowledgeable, professional company that delivered on everything they outlined in their proposal, on-time and on budget.

I've already recommended them to 2 close friends and felt compelled to share here as well.

I chose Preferred Air for routine AC maintenance. Daniel did a very thorough job of cleaning and examining the whole HVAC system. He explained any potential issues that I could have in the near future, and he had some good suggestions on things that I can do to extend the life of my AC unit. Daniel even made some custom-sized air filters for me because my air intake is a strange size.

If you are looking for HVAC services that use the ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure approach, then Preferred Air is a great choice!

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.
Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

Just a quick note to say that Murrieta Heating and A/C was great. Just what we needed.
Called on Friday of a holiday weekend and they were able to come that day. John did a great job of getting the unit running for the weekend. The compressor needed replacement (No surprise). Rich called and gave me the options with full explanation.
I will use Murrieta A/C again with confidence.

Fantastic Service From Bel Air Conditioning. Had a New Trane 16 seer a/c installed with a matching furnace. From the start, Mike came out and went into great detail to explain all the details of the purchase. There pricing was very competitive. The technicians JJ & Ruben did a very professional job of install and cleaned up the job site. If I could give them 10 stars I would! They are now my GO TO A/C Company for taking care of me. Don't hesitate to give them a Call!

I need to start off by saying that I called Michael at Desert Chill Air Conditioning at 6:00 pm on a Monday early evening.  My A/C unit for upstairs all of a sudden was blowing out warm air and was over 90 degrees upstairs. I couldn't be more impressed with how honest and straight forward Michael was and getting my A/C Unit up and running within 5 minutes!  He found the run capacitor to be bad, which was the best news for me as the customer. He had a new run capacitor on his truck, installed it, and what do you know, ice cold air upstairs again!  Total Cost of $65.  In the past several years, I have been given the run a round with many different A/C guys and companies.  I am so happy to finally find Michael at Desert Chill Air!  His honesty and ethics will never be forgotten in my books.  If you are looking for the run a round and many different diagnosis with these companies, call someone else.  If what you need is a quick and honest job, call Michael at Desert Chill Air Conditioning.  I am so happy I did and still can't stop smiling!

Received a quote for a new AC unit thru the costco plan. I was told they would arrive at 7ish am and they would be done at 5pm at the latest. It is now 9:30pm and I dont see them finishing up this ac unit anytime soon. It was 110 today and I have been sitting here in the sweltering heat. No communication from the company. Definitely do not use if you are elderly or have any health conditions. Also if you single and dont want workers at your house thru the night dont use.

Update. 10:45pm. Ac installation still not completely but after 3hrs they said a supervisor is coming. It is still 96 degrees outside. Probably hotter inside my house.

Final outcome AC installed at 2am. We work and get before 6am. After 11pm someone else came to our house to help. I feel for those guys that worked a 20 hours straight. This company should call and discuss what is going on if any job goes over 12 hrs.

I chose to go with this company because we are a family of veterans. And because of that, they gave us a beautiful discount. How beautiful and honoring! I wish more companies were like them. Choosing a company that is a Marine Corps family owned company, you're going to get an incredible experience and a job done extremely well...per the Marine Corps way. I wish this company did more than just heating and cooling - I would hire them to do everything for me I love them so much. Highly highly recommended!

They scheduled an appointment and never showed up, never received a phone call to notify me of a cancellation. When I called they said we never had an appointment. Would not recommend this company at all!
