Our AC wasn't working...Sorensen had a technician there next day.... The compressor was done...They gave me a few options including just doing the compressor, exchanging the AC parts only, or a whole new system.  From the first time I called to having working AC was just three days.  I contacted a few other companies in the area and the price I ended up paying was the lowest of all of them.  Professional guys! Fast work.

We have used Honest Air Care a few times over the years but this latest service call was remarkable they were able to help us out as we were crunched for time as we were headed out of town.  Every time we have used them they have been professional and quick to identify and fix the issue.  They are our go to for any HVAC needs.

Carlos answered my initial request in just a few minutes and was able to schedule the repair same day. His work was efficient and reasonably priced. He also explained everything to me as he was working so I could understand the problem and his solution for repair. Highly recommend

Our AC Air intake was not functioning. I installed a new Thermostat and a new Capacitor, but no luck. Having reached my limit on my HVAC skills, I messaged Arizona Colling Co that night, They scheduled an appointment for the next day. This surprised me as I am way out in AZ City.

Ben Sandoval showed up on time and immediately got to work on the diagnosis. He presented me with a full explanation of the issue and a more than fair price. I accepted. 40 minutes later, we were nice and cool.

I recommend this company and Ben specifically, as he went the extra mile to make my family happy and cool, even though he stayed well past dinner time to do so. Thanks, Ben! I will be calling you when we need a new full unit!

The last month has been let down after let from different contractors and Refridgeration guys promising to be here and complete the work, so I wasn't really expecting anything different from these guys. I WAS WRONG!!!!
I called them late yesterday afternoon and was told they would meet me at my shop between 7am and 7:30 am depending on traffic ( I was thinking here we go again another no show).
How wrong was I ??? The guys showed up on time, completed the work on my refrigerated display unit, cleaned up and the price was very fair.
You maybe thinking to yourself well there just doing their job
Believe me its hard to find people who show up on time, get the job done and they don't rip you off. I will definitely be call Hope Refridgeration again for all my electrical and Refridgeration needs.

Fast response, flexible scheduling, came when he said he would, and the most reasonable pricing of anyone who answered my quote. When the part I needed turned out to be very pricey, he was honest and told us we could likely get a better deal ordering it for ourselves online.

We have used this company in Gilbert twice now and both of our experiences have been stellar. Our first call was for a washer repair and they went out of their way to get it repaired quickly. Yesterday, we called for an oven repair and they found the part and installed it today for a reasonable price. Amazing service!

Convenient Home Services did an SRP audit at my home & discovered a couple of problems which I agreed they should fix. The crew was amazing.  They made sure I understood everything that was being done & left my home in immaculate condition.  Also had sun screens installed & that also went smoothly.  Follow-up calls were made to assure that all was exactly as they promised. Would recommend to everyone.

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.

Terrible customer service!!! Weird technician saw him waking around my home on our cameras. Told the owner he didn't care. I would not recommend this company to anyone!! Had to pay for a job that was Never finished and they know they just scam people!!

I wouldn't recommend Meadow air or Rob R.  They don't provide a high-level of service, nor are they professional.

Chas roberts is who installed an AC unit into our brand new home last October. Unfortunately after only 9 months living here the AC stopped working in the middle of the night on one of the hottest days of the year (of course). They came out today and got it all fixed up and good to go in less than an hour! The guys were fast, communicative, and made sure to check everything 2-3 times to make sure we are good to go!
