I called Jaycox because the furnace wasn't working in our casita. They sent a technician out within the hour. Jake immediately found the problem - a switch, which I wasn't even aware of, had inadvertently been turned off. He showed me where it was and left. No charge - just call us the next time you need service. Wow! I'm a customer for the long run! Thanks Jaycox!

Jorge is a professional.  This is the second time we successfully used his services.  Both times we were kept informed of the process.  Jorge was timely with appointments and provided before and after photos of our new installation of a  4 ton TRANE unit on our rental house. Work started on time and and on the designated day.   Not only was the job perfect, but Jorge Flores's quote was the lowest.  We like to support local craftsmen rather than large companies.  We intend to continue to utilize this company as they are honest and do great work.  Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Northern air. They came and worked with me on a project converting a garage in to a work space. Jason was super communicative. Gave me good info on the best path to take. Cody came out to so the install, he was also great, ran in to some unexpected challenges but handled it like a pro. Jason followed up after the job was complete to remind me that if I have any issues to reach out and they would take good care of the work and any issues that arose. Robert did an awesome job for a reasonable price. Good attitude, worked super hard, got it done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be using him again for anything we need hvac related. Recommend him highly. He replaced our air handler and condenser and relocated it all in one day.

Just new in Wickenberg and bought a condo.  Within 5 days the old air conditioner dies and who do I call?  I go onto a HVAC website and ask for suggestions.  Immediately I am contacted by Jason and he asks if he can help.
Besides coming to see if the unit can be fixed, he has Lola bring a temporary unit to get us by until we have permanent air conditioning.
Can you ask for better service?
The next day, at reasonable pricing, we are back up and running.  We chose to go with a whole new unit to replace the 30 year old unit.  Mitsubishi non-duct.  What a beautiful unit and installed by very friendly, professionals.
I would recommend them to anyone.

This company totally ripped us off charging $678.69 for a $120.00 condenser fan motor and tried to get my wife to buy a contactor for our ac system for $279.85 which thankfully she declined and I replaced myself for under $15.00.

My parents purchased a home and needed a new unit and new ductwork. LRG did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair and the work was completed fairly quickly. Very professional. LRG is the way to go!

My AC stopped cooling at 1:30pm and I immediately shopped for a few AC companies and Comfort Experts were one of the first ones to give me an estimate! Got here by 3:30pm and had it totally fixed by 5pm! Ryan was excellent! He was kind, wore a mask the whole time, and made sure we knew the steps we needed to take so that it would be easier on the wallet. Fantastic service. Had issue with one of our air conditioners. Called K&K who responded quickly. Came out to troubleshoot and found out it was cheaper to replace the old unit. The next day the new unit was here and installed. Gave us a bid for an additional new unit with installation in a different building. That was also installed the very next day with duct work.

I  used to guy for over 30 years and he retired stumbled across this business my first impression was five out of five stars and they continue to impress with their service they follow up they do what they say they're going to do there on time the competitively priced and satisfaction is always guaranteed.  One of my air conditioners went out at 6:15 PM  when it was 111° and they were here at the crack of dawn the next day to fix it. It was fast and warm portly that house was cool and just a few hours.

We highly recommend Accutemp.  We had a couple of service calls on our old heat pump which were very satisfactory.  When the heat pump died, we bought a new system from them, and installation and a couple of maintenance service calls since have been excellent.

But, we would not buy a Carrier Heat Pump again.  Works fine, but the programmable thermostat is just too complex, and difficult to understand and program.  And the system won't accept non-Carrier replacement thermostats.

My A/C unit went out this summer on a Sunday in August. This sounds like the start to a bad trashy novel, but alas, just a repair story.
I spent Sunday calling around a couple big name repair companies but couldn't get anyone out for a few days. I settled for moving my kids into one room and buying a stand alone air conditioner to survive. That neither here nor there about the service situation. Just meat for the stew story.
So Monday comes big name company A, That unit's 30 years old 'mam. Needs to be replaced.  $9000 'Mam. And it'll be about two weeks to get the unit ordered and installed. If the price tag was the slash with the razor, the two week wait was the salt and lemon juice and acid and extra slicing to the wound. By the time I got to the D section of the phone book (figuratively), it was Tuesday. The Day and Night repairman entered the house, climbed on the roof, clinked around. Nothing different than the rest of the service people. HOWEVER, when he came down he elaborated that the blower was shot, the unit needed to be replaced (30 years old, rusty, blah, blah) and it would be $5000 and take 1 week. In the meantime, he would install a loaner blower, at no charge.
The blower was fixed, the new unit was installed and the house was livable again, all in 1 week.

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

We had a motor which burned out on our furnance (it suppose to snow tonight in Sedona) and needed to be repaired. Once the part was ordered and received, Stay Cool came out and fixed the issue. They even stayed an extra 15 mins or so to explain what fixes/repairs were made and tested the furance to make sure it was working well.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

In July our AC went out. We are preferred customers with Precision Air, having paid for a service agreement with them for over 10 years, in which they promise  24/7 preferred service. We expected a quick response, however it took them a week to send a service tech out to fix it. Meanwhile our house got to 96 degrees. They had a that's your problem attitude. Then they charged us for 5 hours of labor when it took 3.5 hours.  When we called them on it, they had the same attitude. July 31st, the AC stopped working again. It wasn't until August 8th before they could get the defective part to us and fix it again. Part of the delay was they cancelled the order for the part because they had erroneously put a  note in our file that we were going to check with our home warranty to get the service done(which we don't even have). When the error was discovered, they wanted us to pay for expedited shipping of the part! We refused, and when the part came in, it was not the correct part so there was an additional delay.  If you want to read the whole story, because there were numerous mistakes this company made, you can go to the Better Business wesbsite and read my entire review and their response....which was comical!
