Howard was a great guy!  Came in on Sunday and arrived on time. Was super fast and efficient, in and out within 10-15 minutes.  And most importantly, no more flooding sink.  Would highly recommend.

I needed a kitchen faucet replaced and the guys from Jet Drain did a great job to replace it. There was some corrosion with my old faucet (why I couldn't do it myself), but they were able to cut out the old faucet and install the new one.

Only negative is on the day and time they were supposed to come, no one showed up or called. When I called the main number they said they had an emergency job so would have to come later in the day. However, I wish they at least called me and told me (they are running late and would be at my house at this time)instead of me having to wonder where they are. If not for this, I would give 5 stars.

Great customer service all around! During these times I was not so excited to pump my septic tank but the clean, careful and thought out work Sewer Man did was amazing. I have used their plumbing services before and they have never show anything less than five star service!

I needed leak detection services and Aquaman was quick to respond and gave me the exact issues in a clear and honest way. I felt comfortable in how they clearly explained what was going on and how they would fix it. They did everything necessary to complete the job in a timely and professional manner. Leonel and his team came out on a short notice to help me convert my gas fire pit to natural gas. Very patient and honest. I can recommend.

Jeremy is a class act! When you talk to him he sincerely wants to help and offered assistance over the phone. He was very patient which is why i went with him instead of the others to replace my water heater. He came out with his son and replaced it out along with some education on how to keep its longevity. I will only contact these guys in the future if ever I encounter a plumbing issue.

Great price. But more important to me great service and expertise. Ray and his crew were very professional and took care of my job perfect. He came out to a multi-unit apartment complex  where we needed some complicated natural gas line work to be done. Ray took a look at it and knew exactly what needed to be done, and  when I asked him if he had done it before,  he told me yes,  and I felt confident in his answer. Well he did know because everything went to plan. I am one hundred percent satisfied with his service from beginning to end.

My bathroom sink was clogged and decided to look for a plumber in my area.  I called SoCal plumbing and set up an appointment.  Shandy came on time and checked out my sink.  The main culprit was my wife's hair.  He was very knowledgeable and gave me some advice to prevent my sink from clogging up again.  I'll call them again for my future plumbing issues.

Small job, but Matt made it a priority.  Replaced supply valve next day (contacted him on Sunday, and he replied within 20 mins).  No complaints, job done right, nice guy, reasonable price; give Matt a call!

Man oh man. Where to begin. I contacted a bunch of inspectors trying to get someone out to inspect a property I'm interested in. Got a response from everyone. What set John apart from the others was that he was the only one that did not care what city the house was located in. He did not ask for  the address until we agreed on a price. He instead asked me what the square footage was. Fathom that!!! A home inspector professional that cares about the size of the house vs the the city it is located in. That right there made me feel that I'm dealing with an honest person.the day came to inspect the house. John immediately started working. Started by flying his drone. Inspected the roof. After that he did the exterior of the house. Than the interior. Pointed out few things here and there. 3 hours later he was done. Gave us an out brief right then and told us to expect the full report in 24 hours. His report was extremely detailed. He was available after the report was issued to talk about the findings. My wife and I really liked him. A totally different experience from another inspector we dealt with 4 years ago. John is now part our Profesional contact rolodex. Highly recommended.

We have a issue with leak in water pipe coming from the city. Pierre and his team quickly identify issues from the house without proper inspection and bad installation works.
Pierre work from morning to until late at night to ensure we have running water before leaving and continue work on the next day. Pierre even install a new kitchen faucet that we already have for free.

Do not use this company trust me this idiot bad attitude plumber could not fix the plunger in my parents bathroom sink because the moron used the wrong part so now I have to fix it.

My rental property doesn't have hot shower in the shower room. We asked 5 different guys to come and inspect for a solution. 2 guys came and tried fixing it but failed, they either don't have the correct tool or can't fix it with their solution plan. The project was dragged for 2 weeks long at this point.

Then Mr Harris to the rescue!! He answered my call on a Saturday after noon around 4pm and was at the property by 4:30. He was able to fix it within 2 hours. Very happy with his work!

I had Dave do work to my house years ago and I was scrolling through Yelp and decided I would share my experience with him.

I had Dave install an entire bathroom (jetted tub, shower, faucets, and a toilet) as well as a water heater.  He is highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable.  Also his pricing is extremely competitive  and he definitely does not take advantage of his clients.

His demeanor is friendly and professional and he cleans up before he leaves.  In a word he is fantastic.

Oscar helped me out on two separate occasions with plumbing issues. He is the ultimate profesional, responsive over phone, showed up when he said he would. Both times I have been very, very happy with his service. Excellent customer service and work! I recommend!

Exceptional service! My shower had been leaking for almost 2 weeks, I requested a quote on yelp and they responded in less than an hour. Orlando fixed our leaky shower and was kind enough to fix our loose toilet as well. Definitely would recommend Archi's Plumbing.  There's also a bonus that he spoke Spanish!

Recently I use the plumber so I contacted again for another problem.  This time I was so highly disappointed, after being provided a tentative quote by telephone, Mark came out to my location and gave me a quote twice as much. I asked him why the high quote, he stated because that's just what it is, his time, and that it was Saturday, and that it was an unusual size pipe. I was extremely perplexed by this, and once again asked exactly what details and, once again he replied the same thing.  Turns out it was not an usual size pipe, and what does Saturday have to do with it as it is one of their business day.  In addition, he smelled like alcohol , it was very condescending.  What is more disappointed, is that I contacted the office and left several messages with my disappointment and concerns. To this day no one has called me back, how disappointing. Stay away from this business! By the way I used another camera, it was perplexed as to why then usual pipe common, and Saturday had nothing to do with it , and it cost a lot less than what The Plumber (Mark) had quoted.  By the way, I forgot to mention, that half the work had been done, I had already dug up the hole and expose the pipe myself. And, Mark did not want to turn on the water frequency for him self worth and the leak was. He said he wasn't turn it on so he would have to dig out more water, unbelievable! So, he was going to fix something that he was not sure of where the leak was to see with his own eyes!  Stay away! Or better yet, make sure they don't send Mark out to do your job

I highly recommend. I'm a very satisfied customer. My experience was top notch. I'm mad I didn't know sooner and went with other companies. I found my home as a homeowner.

Merco, thank you for taking the time to answer my questions and concerns I have about water damage mitigation/restoration with a contractor that I was referred to by a plumbing company but am not feeling comfortable with. I appreciate your open communication, transparency, time and integrity. If I had only done my research on Yelp first and after speaking with you rather than rely on a referral from a plumber, I would've chosen you for the the job instead.
