We have used many plumbers over the past 30 plus years, and Michael Levey of LA Sustainable Plumbing is by far the best.

In the past few months, we've needed a toilet repaired and replaced, a faucet repaired, and most recently, during this stay-at-home situation, a tankless hot water heater repaired.  

He is extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable, and very easy to work with.

If we could give him 10 stars, we would!

When I first called Frank about a quote, he set up a time and he was on time and punctual!!!! Not like some other plumbers that I requested a quote for, and he didn't charge for a quote either. The pricing was extremely competitive, and he did exceptional work. We had a very tight deadline and Frank made sure to stay late to fix the problem. Frank gave advice which saved me money on my project. I already recommended him to my fiancee's grandparents and he has not disappointed. I would never hesitate to contact him in the future for any plumbing concerns or upgrades. Thank you again Frank and your team.

We have a slide in range that did not slide all the way to the wall because of the existing gas line sticking out too far from the wall. Call Z and he came out to help. What looks like a simple fix turns out to be a little more work. Z made it work without doing a major project and came up with a solution. Very happy with the outcome. Z is very polite and professional. Will definitely ask for his help again.

My rental in Victorville unexpectedly had a huge leak coming from the kitchen ceiling. My tenant was calling me telling me that it needs to be addressed as soon as possible. However, I reside in Los Angeles about 1.5 hours away and it's already late in afternoon. I started to call and message various plumbing companies in the high desert. Most were unable to come fix the issue, while others said they were to busy to come today and needed to check it out tomorrow. However Ron was the only one who said he was willing to drop by to check it out. He went out of his way to come around 530pm to give me a free estimate and also test the mositure levels for free.

He quickly gave me as qoute and told me that he will need to fix the leak in the upstairs bathroom, bring in driers and humidifiers for a few days. Because it was an emergency I expected the cost to be a bit on the high side but Ron was reasonable, respectful and was professional at all times. He was able to address my issue immediately. He has both a restoration and plumbing companiy so it truly makes thing so much easier. Great customer service

I've been working with Arman for a while now and his new company is fantastic. We had the worst issue with a brand new home build where the plumbing was done incorrectly and the water pressure was completely low for our shower and sinks. Not only that, there was no water line installed to the fridge. Arman is super fast and doesnt cut corners. This guy just goes straight to the job and gets it done right. Replaced the water regulator and fixed some other features that was wrong. Perfectly working now. Love working with people who just get things done professionally.

We started having leak problems with bathroom faucets and called them and they came within one hour! Their price was most affordable compared with other competitors and George & John were professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job installing a new faucets for us. I'm glad we found George & John and I would recommend them to my friends and HOA.

I had a mainline issue due to roots in my sewer pipes. I called Clean out plumbing and spoke to Marco; he was very polite and thorough in diagnosing my problem over the phone. We set up an appointment and he arrived on time and began with a Jetter service (water pressure) to pop the blockage then did a camera inspection via my mainline vent. He found major roots in my cast to clay transition outside of the house and recommended installing a two way clean out to remove the transition hub cause there was a separation and the roots had been intruding via the hub and replace with ABS plastic. He did all of this within 4 hours and backfilled and replaced all my plants back to par. Very satisfied with Marco's & his assistant Victor's help. 5 stars! Great company, Great Guys!

Todd has no accountability for mishandled repairs. Used their services a while back and thought they did a good job. Unfortunately we discovered that we still had the same issue. We were promised a 10 year warranty on parts and labor, however when we called back Todd and his team said we would be charged $450 just to come take a look at the problem. Their customer service needs much work,  they do not honor warranties on work, and there is an overall lack of professionalism with this company. This review  is only the first step, complaints with their licensing board will be initiated as well.

We were very pleased with QP Plumbing. We called asking for help with replacing a faucet, and Oscar from QP offered to come out the same afternoon. Oscar was super understanding when we said we wanted to call around to get other quotes first. When we called back to schedule something, Oscar and another worker were able to come out within 90 minutes. The faucet replacement was done well and efficiently. Oscar also kindly cleaned up the space before he left, even after I told him that was not necessary. Was very impressed by his professionalism and the quality of his work.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

I found Olson's Plumbing through recommendations by my neighbors.  They have since been our go-to.  Called them today for a pipe leak.  Richard and Marco arrived very promptly, and fixed the minor leak - at no charge.  They always deliver great service, are reasonably priced, and very pleasant people!

We had a small gas leak in our outdoor bbq and contacted Luis. He was very responsive, gave us an estimate based off of our pictures we provided him, and scheduled to come the next day. Luis arrived on time with his worker and they were able fix our leak. They were on time, quick, and reliable.

Will certainly be calling them if we have any more plumbing needs in  the future.

My point of contact was Fernando and right away I could tell he is a professional because of his great attitude and polite manners.  He explained a lot of technical terms to my mother so that way she could be well educated and make a well informed decision.  When he was inspecting our plumbing he found the problem, fixed it, and left the repair.  He didn't want to sell or force another service on my mother and that makes Tony & Son Plumbing an honest business.

Honest, professional, very reasonable.  Chris Perri has come to our rescue once again.  Because we live in SFV which is out of Chris' area, we ask his services only for bigger plumbing jobs where we can book him in advance. Yesterday, he and his assistant spent about 10 hrs installing our new kichen sink faucet, kangen under sink unit, garbage disposer and reconnecting the dishwasher. We had this  puzzling problem that other plumbers haven't been able to figure out for 5 years since our kitchen remodel. The air gap valve keeps over flowing when we run the dishwasher. This problem has caused us $$$$ which is why we had to redo the kitchen again 5 years after the remodel. Ruined the cabinets, the granite, big mess.. Tho everything was new, the air gap was still spilling. Chris did not leave until the problem was fixed although his 2 other customers had to wait until he got our problem fixed. We can't thank him enough! He even called today to make sure there's no leak again. You can trust this guy anytime. If you're looking for a kangen water system installer, he's an expert.

Con men not plumbers.  Waited all day for technician that the customer service operator kept promising was coming soon, within the hour.  Finally showed up at 4.  They said they had to open a wall to get to the problem, $2100 (that didn't include repairing the drywall).  Got another plumber who showed up earlier than promised at 8:30 pm, snaked the drain, fully cleaned up and were gone by 9.  $170 included overtime fee.  DO NOT PUT UP WITH THESE PRESSURE SALES PEOPLE.
